在从武汉学习回来的时候我就想着早些自己独立完成自己的工作，也许是自己太过急躁，从而没有掌握到好的办法，从而导致这件事的发生。在写这份检讨的同时,我真正意识到了这件事情的严重性和我的错误,违犯了公司规定。在此，我这种行为还在公司同事之间造成了极其坏的影响，破坏了公司的形象。属下本应该听从领导安排，服从组织，而我这种表现，给同事们带了一个坏头，不利于公司的厂风建设，领导是多么重视厂风和纪律.而我却给领导找烦恼,添麻烦,所以我今后要遵守公司规定,听从领导安排，充分领会理解领导对我的要求，并保证不会有类似的事情发生.望领导给我改过自新的机会.通过这件事情我深刻的感受到领导对我这种败坏厂风的行为心情，使我心理感到非常的愧疚，我十分感谢领导对我这次深刻的教育。
