如何进行初三英语复习

根据一轮复习的特点，以基础知识和课本中出现的语言点为线索，以课本中出现的主要词汇、短语和句型为框架，精心设计，引导学生由浅入深，启发学生多方位进行思维。讲练结合，师生互动，学生从课堂中真正得到了训练。通过对语言基础知识的回顾与巩固，从而使学生能牢固地掌握词汇及基本语法，并能从中掌握较高级的词汇以及较为复杂的句子结构，形成语言意识和语言能力。根据我多年的经验提出以下复习措施与建议。

一、听力的复习。听力的训练除了听课文录音之外，还要听一些其他方面的材料，如《新概念》、《疯狂英语》等——上半学年不一定都听中考题型的听力材料，到初三后期就需要逐步听一些中考适应性训练的材料了。注意材料的规范性，如录音应是标准的外籍教师录音，材料的长度适中，总词量在250字左右，平均语速在每分钟120至150词左右，具有鲜明的口语体特征。话题应涉及日常生活的诸多方面，如学习、工作、购物、旅游、新闻报道、人物采访等。听力材料口语体特征强，情景丰富，主题广泛，试题涉及面广，以细节信息题为主。每天花半小时进行听力训练，一定会提高学生听力水平。

二、单选题的复习。单选部分覆盖面广，重点突出，涵盖了初中阶段的绝大部分词法句法。我们从下面几个方面进行来复习。

一是词汇的复习。英语词汇

的复习十分重要。对考纲中规定的常用词，应掌握它们的拼写形式、基本词义、常见搭配，尤其是在语境中的运用。单词记忆不准确就会直接影响对话填空和书面表达，也影响阅读理解的速度和准确度，对于考纲中规定的词必须准确记忆。并且，仅掌握考纲词汇还不够，还应不断扩大词汇量。

二是日常交际用语归纳。

考试大纲规定的约40条交际用语。中学英语教材每一单元的对话课以交际功能为主线贯穿始终。我们可根据40条“日常交际用语”对各单元的对话重新排列分类，整理归纳，使之条理化、系统化，总结出相关话题的典型句型，并设置语境让学生实践，学会运用。另外，交际功能项目的归纳复习有助于听力的提高。

三、完形填空和阅读理解的复习。完形填空和阅读理解是中考重中之重，必须要有量的积累才会有质的飞跃。从初三第一天起就应抓紧。做完形填空时教师应教给学生做题的方法。完形填空的做题步骤，首先通读全文了解大意，然后边读边选，并且照顾上下文，最后带着选项再通读全文，这样做题正确率才能提高。阅读理解的面要广，可坚持读一些课外读物，如原版外语教材和报章杂志等。广泛的阅读可拓宽视野，扩大知识面，丰富背景知识，有利于大大提高阅读能力。读的东西多了，词汇量就扩大了，读速自然会提高，理解力也会增强。阅读能力的提高自然有助于提高英语整体运用的能力。

一、初识攀登，深觉与之有缘

二、严格落实教学常规，切实保证实验效果

1.统一思想，提高认识，开启实验课题

XX年10月学校正式开题，启动实验。我市教育局及xx镇教委的领导现场参加开题仪式，并对项目的实施提出具体的意见和要求。学校专门成立了课题管理领导小组，并对实验具体开展情况做了详细布置，设计出系统的实验计划和实施方案，确立了由我担任英语主课教师。从此，我校揭开了“提升明德小学英语教育质量”项目实验的序幕，我也随之走上了一条充满希望的攀登之路。

2.创设环境，开展活动，保证实验正常开展

创设宽松愉快的心理环境：学习过程中我坚持“容错”原则，在反复模仿操练中给学生自己改错的机会，营造一个和谐融洽的学习氛围；给学生提供展示交流的机会，让他们在展示中获得成就感，树立自信，不断提高学习的兴趣；帮助他们建立和谐的同伴合作关系。

回顾自己这二十年来在教学中的点点滴滴，感觉并没有什么“经验”，有的只是自己尽职尽责的工作态度，严格而灵活的教学方法。总之一句话，要想取得好成绩，就是“种瓜得瓜，种豆得豆”，成绩和平时心血的付出是成正比的。教学工作包含的内容太广泛，以下是自己在教学实践中的一些做法和感悟，有不当之处，请各位多批评指正。

一、建立良好的师生关系，做一名学生喜欢的老师

教学中，我感受最深的是，学生在成长过程中，需要知识，更需要关爱，关爱是一份情感，也是一份责任，作为老师，除了要有精湛的业务、敬业的精神、全面的知识，更重要的是在传道授业解惑时，做到爱生如子。人与人之间的感情是相互的，学生虽小，但他们都有着一颗敏感而真诚的心，只要你真心关爱他们，他们一定会有令你惊喜的回报。“亲其师而信其道”，只有让学生喜欢你，他们才会信任你，向着你引导的方向发展。

多年来，我学会激励自卑的学生，点拨后进的学生，暗示自负的学生，发现特殊的学生，服务每一个学生，关爱所有的学生，用心去与学生交流，用爱去抚慰心灵，构建师生平等，关系和谐，共同进步的求知家园。

二、狠抓课堂教学，构建“和谐高效、思维对话”型课堂

现在正处于应试教育向素质教育转轨时期，既要求减轻负担，又要求提高教育质量，这就要求必须在课堂上下功夫，提高课堂效率，我通常注重以下几个方面：

1、认真备课。

大家都知道，备好课是上好课的前提，备课包括三方面，备教材、备学生、备教法。备教材。我总是提前翻阅各种材料、教师用书、学习资料及以往的相应试题，对于哪些是重点难点，哪些知识点扩展到什么程度，会以什么形式出题，做到心中有数。备学生，就是要了解学生的年龄特点、接受能力、知识储备情况，这样可以避免起点太高，学生听不懂，或起点太低，学生感到无聊的情况。备教法。每一级每个班学生特点各不相同，所以我非常注重仔细研究学生，采取适合学生的方法导入新课，用学生易于掌握的方法讲解新知，用学生感兴趣的方法组织课堂活动。

2、用激情带动学生，焕发课堂活力。

我要求自己在备好课的基础上，每节课都满怀热情地走进教室，哪怕身体不适、满心烦恼，在站上讲台，面向学生的那一刻，我都会面带笑容，精神抖擞，讲课时也是充满激情，抑扬顿挫。因为快乐的情绪可以传染，如果你把快乐的情绪、积极地心态传染给学生，他的学习效率可能会成倍增长。

3、关注每个学生，提高课堂凝聚力。

讲课时，我的视线遍布每个角落，始终用眼光爱抚每个学生，学生的每个动作和眼神都逃不过我的眼睛，并且与学生进行眼神的交流，久而久之，每个学生都会感到老师一直在关注我，从而使他们集中注意力，认真听讲。

4 、精讲多练，提高课堂效率。

初中生的注意力集中时间只能持续十五到二十分钟。如果仍然是“一张嘴，一支笔，从课首讲到课尾。”的教学模式，就会出现“老师讲得天花乱坠，学生听得昏昏欲睡”的现象。新课程理念要求我们重视学生在课堂上的主体地位，少讲多练。少讲并不意味着粗略讲解，一带而过。初中生的接受能力还是有限，对于重难点的知识，我会根据学生特点细致的讲解，多举例，多操练，讲一点，练一点，讲练结合，让大多数学生都能跟上，参与活动。讲得太粗太快，学生跟不上，学不会，久而久之，就会慢慢失去学习兴趣。俗话说“庄稼齐了才打粮”，只照顾尖子生，不符合素质教育的理念。一定要面向全体学生，才会取得好成绩。

面试中的交流技巧

一、面试中的非言语交流的技巧

人际交往中我们是同时使用有声语言、副语言、体态语三种手段进行着交流，也就是说：表达：语言十副语言十体态语。社会心理学家认为在交际过程中，35%的信息通过言语传递，65%的信息由非言语（语言、体态语）来传递，由此我们对非言语交流的作用可略窥一斑。

言语在人际沟通中起着方向性与规定性的作用，而与有声语言相结合的副语言、体态语言则传达着比言语丰富得多的内涵，可以准确反映交谈者的思想和情感（有时甚至是言语难以表达的东西），并起到了支持、修饰言语行为的作用。

在面试中非言语交流也同样起着重要的作用，它可以作为口头语言的补充，起到辅助表达、增强力量、加强语气的作用，可以全面反映考生的人际沟通能力，并可以促进考生与考官间的情感交流。非言语交流的得体使用，是考生面试成功的重要手段与技巧。

①副语言

副语言在面试中的使用，包括嗓音、声调、节奏与语速、重音等。它有助于表达一个人的情绪状态和态度，并影响考官对考生的评价。

心理学家做过一项研究，将一段考生与考官的应答的录音中考生的话作技术上的处理：提高或降低音调，减慢或加快语速，但不影响声音的其它品质，如响度等。然后让被试者听这段录音并对考生做出评价。结果，高音调的声音的考生被认为是软弱、不大真实，较神经症，而说话慢的考生被认为是冷漠、被动、不太可靠。

这样副语言做为考生内在气质和思想的外在表现，将不知不觉“泄露”考生的思想修养、思维能力。心理状态、人格特点等要素。

除了本色的的声音外，人还有经过修饰的声音。做为一个完整的社会人，考生必须能够控制、驾驭自己的声音，在不同的场合使用不同的声音——在面试中使用经过修饰的声音，在语言的清浊，语言的顿挫、语调的抑扬、语感的好坏上下些功夫，塑造一个“声音形象，一般来说面试中考生应注意：

音调适中，不可过高或过低；

声音浑厚，但不混浊；

有节奏感，不单调；

这样的声音会给考官留下精明能干，心理素质好的印象，为面试成功铺平道路。

考生同时应该避免：

音调过高，给人以不成熟和情绪冲动的印象；

尾音过长，声音太弱，给人以不肯定的感觉；

语速过快，让考官难以深入理解并减低考官们对考生的重视程度；

发出呼吸声，给人不稳重的感觉；

粗声粗气或另一个极端：尖锐刺耳，会给人以粗俗之感；

语调末尾上升，表明了考生的信心不足；

声音颤动（有时因呼吸不规律造成），让考官误认为你紧张或羞怯；

语速过于缓慢，让你显得毫无生机和压抑；

语调呆板，声音沙哑，将减弱考生的说服力；

用鼻音说话或哼声，会让考官觉得你傲慢、冷漠、缺乏诚意。

②表情

考生在面试中，应有意地纠正有碍于交流的面部不良表情，并塑造具有感染力的交际面庞，赢得考官们的认可。

恰当的面部表情，是建立于考生的乐观、豁达、自信的思想境界和高尚的道德情操上的，但通过一些技巧的掌握，考生有意识地加强气质的锻炼，增强心理调控能力，是能够用恰当的面部表情语言灵活自如地“说话
