20xx年的教学就这样在忙忙碌碌中结束了，每次教高三都有不同的感受，都会遇到新的挑战，也会学到很多新的东西，也在高三教学中摸索着，探寻着更好的教学方法，努力去找到一个更准确的方向，一条更好的路。经过和学生共同奋斗的这一年，确实有些方面值得总结，也有很多方面值得反思。

一、通过比较近几年考题，看高考脉络体系

对于xx年北京英语高考试题，专家给出的评论是：“总体上来讲难易适中，稳中有变。教育部考中心在高考命题上有一个原则：以稳定为大前提。而且这几年自始至终都是稳定的。”通过认真比较近三年的高考试题，我也切身体会到了这一点。

听力：从近三年的听力来看，基本稳定。但是今年考试说明中对于学生听的考查有了明确的要求，即归纳话语主旨要义;获取有助于完成听力人物的事实性信息;根据所获取信息进行推断;理解说话者意图、观点态度。比如在今年高考题中，听力第5题，what is the woman doing ,答案为making a request(提出请求)，这就是需要理解说话者的意图。 再如：17题，what does the woman think good students should be like? 这种题就是要求学生根据所听信息进行归纳。

单选：不难看出，对于单选，高考命题的趋向和特点是越来越注重对语言能力的考查，淡化对纯粹的语法的考查，把语言、语法知识点和具体情境相结合。今年考题中，时态3个，从句3个，非谓语动词2个，介词1个，冠词1个，情态动词1个，特殊句式1个，代词1个，并列句1个，形容词1个。这些题都是给出特定的语境，然后让学生结合语境选择。事实上，语法的掌握不可能是单纯的背背理论，背背短语，它的使用要在语境中体现才是有意义的

完形填空：完形或许是高考当中的得分最难的一道题，要想高考考一个不错得分数，必须要做好完型填空。从xx年的a story of gift giving and unselfish love，到xx年的learning to accept,再到今年的Ban the band。近几年的完形延续着以记叙文为主，且故事情节性比较强。从整个语篇上来把握主旨大意，理解作者意图依然是对学生考查的重点. 如果不能理解整篇文章作者的意图，就会出现平时练习时学生们经常出现的，一错错一片，思路与作者完全相反。05，xx年侧重于夹叙夹议，而今年的文章议论很少，侧重于故事情节，拿点开始引入，点引入，然后线串接，故事性更强。

阅读：这部分在考试所有题型中占分最多，它是要求考生有阅读理解不同文体的语篇能力，国家教育部的大纲说得更明确，希望考生能读懂报刊杂志、各种广告、说明、公告，各种不同文体的简短文章。从近三年的阅读来看，体裁越来越广泛，词汇量也越来越大，话题也越来越新。今年的5篇阅读，A篇为应用文中的广告;B篇为科技说明文;C篇为记叙文;D篇为议论文;E篇为议论文。内容涉及到健身器，网络百科全书，孩子与父母的和谐相处等，应该说和我们的生活联系的还是非常紧密并且息息相关的。

作文：高考在书面表达上一向是贴近学生生活的，容易表达所叙述的事可能发生或者是正在发生的事。关于情景作文，前年的题目是描述美国中学生到中国后的一些活动安排，去年是个人简历，今年是要求写一封书信，内容是介绍两位同学竞选班长的经过。避开考查应用文体的格式，而是侧重对考生语言运用能力、表达能力以及逻辑思维能力的考查，这似乎是近几年的一种命题趋势。

这些描述性文章难度不大，但要想写出彩需要真功夫，要使用较复杂的语言结构和较高级的词汇才能获得高分。关于开放作文，xx年的照镜子，xx年的街头雕塑，再到今年的大鸟与小鸟。 这部分一直是以图片形式出现的。开放式作文需要考生不仅有一定的语言能力，还要有一定的发散思维能力，并能把图片与现实生活结合起来。这或许也是今后的考查趋势。

词汇：词汇在高考中并没有作为单独的一项来考查，但所有题型中都离不开词汇。xx年高考大纲英语单词增加了58个，其中有33个单词是中学教材中没出现过的词汇。 xx年增加了91个词。增加词汇中有90个词为高三学生所用的高中教材中出现过的，1个(tonight)为初中教材中出现过的。 xx年在xx年的基础上新添了93个单词，这些单词主要为科技、奥运、社交、学术、礼仪类单词。显而易见，英语词汇量的增加是一个趋势。

二、需要改进和调整地地方

虽然，在高三的复习中，我们老师也帮助学生积累词汇，给他们汇总试卷中经常出现的单词。 但是，我觉得对于词汇的积累，我们应该更加系统化，语境化，不能只是让学生简单的记住单词，如果这样，在很短的时间之后，学生就很容易忘记。所以如果时间允许的话，对于单词，尤其是考试说明上的单词，我们老师应该有针对性的讲解它们使用的语境，否则，光靠背单词表，左边英文右边中文背来背去，这样结果是一个个孤立的单词，不能变成灵活的语言。

除此之外，我们可以看到，在整个英语高考当中各项能力都重要，但完型填空30分，阅读理解40分，说明阅读的能力是最重要的。在高三教学中，我们也通过做大量的阅读和完形来提高学生的能力，也通过作四级阅读来拓宽他们的知识面。但是，如果能够在选择阅读和完形方面再做的精细一点就更好了。我们应该选择更贴近学生生活，并且话题更新的阅读材料。我们应该更多的选择那种文章——通过做题，可以让学生掌握一定的阅读技巧的文章。在写作方面，如何避免中文式的英语始终是我们所探讨的问题，而大量的背诵模仿是关键，这一点，我想我们还做得不够。

三、经验与案例

在高三的英语学习中，写作似乎永远是学生最头疼的一件事情，不愿写，没什么可写，不知怎么去写。所以对于每次的作文，我必然会做到全批全改，也尽可能做到给更多的学生面批，然后汇总所有的问题，分类讲解，之后，带着学生一起总结，写这种类型的文章，需要有哪些套路，让学生明白以后写这种文章，应该从哪切入，使用哪些结构会得高分。除了这些日常的讲解和练习之外，我更多的建议学生能加强相互之间的交流，每次作文练习之后，我会挑选好的句子和文章展示给大家，这就是一种交流。

此外，我还会鼓励他们课下的交流，在面批作文的时候，我会把几个人的作文放在一起，然后让学生们自己对比，看看别人的哪个句式用得好，哪个词语更准确，自己哪方面描述得更好，这样相互学习交流，有助于大家的提高。而且，学生之间相互的讲解，有些时候，要比老师讲解的角度更好，更容易接受。所以学生们已经养成一种习惯，看到别人的好句子好段落，哪怕是一个很好的单词，都会拿笔记录下来。每个人都会有一个“好句子本”，用来积累好句子。这样一年下来，有时候，不需要刻意的背诵，不少好的句式，他们都能铭记在心。

在高考前，每个人都会总结出自己比较擅长使用的句子，它们会很夸张的把那些句子叫作“无敌英语15句”“高考写作无敌12句”，不管怎样，在不断的交流中，学生可以看到，好的句子每个人都可以写出来，这样他们都很愿意去主动写作文，去多背单词背句子，更希望自己写的句子能够成为别人“无敌句式”中的一个，有了动力去练习，作文自然就能提高。

四、新课程理念在考卷中的体现

首先，《新课程标准》要求高中学生词汇量达到3500左右，从近几年的高考试题也可以看出，词汇确实在不断的增加，这就要求学生在平时的英语学习中，不断地积累词汇。其次，

《高中英语课程标准》明确指出：“高中阶段的外语教育是培养公民素质的重要过程，它既要满足学生心智与情感态度的发展需求以及高中毕业生就业，升学与未来生存发展的需要，同时还要满足国家的经济建设与科技发展对人才培养的要求。因此，高中阶段的外语教育有多重的人文与社会意义。”

由此可见，新课标已经把英语作为一种语言素质和技能，所以对于学生英语的考查就不是单纯的语法，而是使用的能力。要求学生知道并掌握在什么样的语境，说什么样的话，使用什么样的语气，选用哪些单词。现在的高考题，哪怕是一道单选，都会创设一种语境，更不用说完形和阅读了。所以，我们要培养学生在具体语言情景下，准确自如使用英语的能力。

综上所述， 高三这一年， 我学到了很多东西，也发现了自己在教学方面的很多不足。在以后的教学中，我会不断向其他老师学习，依据新课标的理念，积极的为学生创设语言运用的真实情境，培养学生的语言应用能力，帮他们将语言的学习与解决实际问题密切结合。我会为此而不断努力的!

本学期我仍继续担任高二9、10两个班级的英语教学工作。在高二上学期会考完之后，这学期学生所学科目减少了，能把更多的时间投入到剩下的科目中。因此，我充分利用这一点，在本学期中，继续认真抓好学生的英语学习工作，而学生们也能较积极配合。现将学期工作总结如下：

一、加强集体备课，合理利用教材

本学期，我们仍继续坚持备课组间的集体备课活动。在五位老师的共同讨论之下，确定教学的重难点，对所用教材进行适当取舍，并分工找材料，进行资源共享。整个备课组统一进度，共同分享，互相学习，互相进步。

本学期我们使用的教材是北师大版选修模块7、8。这两本教材对我们的学生来说，难度较大，而且趣味性不强。同时，我们说考试命题并不是以哪一本教材为依据，而是以新课程标准为依据。因此我们在教学时不能谨守课本，照本宣科，而应该按课程标准，对教材经常适当的取舍。

二、夯实学生基础，进行专题训练，训练做题方法

根据观察发现，我们的大部分学生英语之所以学不好，是因为单词关没过。单词是英语最基本，也是最重要的元素。没有建构好单词这些基石，是不可能竖立起英语这座高楼大厦的。因此，本学期除了抓课本里的基本词汇，我们备课组还从网上下载了高diyifanwen.com考词汇，复印给学生背诵掌握。每周布置一定的任务，并进行听写检测。这样，我们就能确实抓好学生的基础，并为高三总复习做好准备。

三、充分利用早读时间，加强记忆

“一日之计在于晨”，早读是学生学习生活中的黄金时间。早读的好处很多，它既能培养学生语感、口语表达能力以及好的读书习惯，还能够增强记忆。这些对英语来说，尤为重要。因此，本学期初，我即布置学生每天早读至少抽出15分钟时间出来记忆单词，复习练习。此外，两个班级的科代表英语学习都比较好，口语也比较优美。因此，我也经常让两个科代表起来给全班带读，既教会大家，又能达到一种气氛。

四、充分利用课余时间进行培优扶差，激励优生，鼓励后进生。

本学期我继续坚持培优扶差策略。恰好，开学初，年段也组织筹划了这一项工作。结合年段的安排，我每周进行两次的培优扶差工作，即定在每周一傍晚6：00-6：40，及周三的晚自习。这次的培优扶差，我们经备课组讨论决定，以夯实基础为主，主要复习前面各模块的内容，适当结合本学期所学的一些重要知识点。因此，周一傍晚我主要对学生集中进行知识讲解，题目训练。而周三晚自习则布置任务给优生，而对一些基础不好的，则进行个别辅导。这样，一学期下来，培优扶差工作还是取得了比较好的成绩。

五、不断提高自身水平及业务能力。

我积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，提高教学水平。特别是本学期组内开的几次校际公开课和校内公开课，我都力争节节必听，吸取这些老师的优点，并逐渐积累经验。此外，我还积极参加一些专业讲座，如福师大教授到毓英中学开设的高中英语学科教学讲座等，并时时上网关注有关高考信息，汲取一些前沿信息，不断补充自己。

随着期中考试的结束，让我看到了自己教学中存在的漏洞以及不足。逐题看过学生的试卷后，综观学生答题情况，我针对学生各方面的掌握情况做以下分析及教学反思：

这套试卷共分为四大部分：

第一部分为词汇测试，第二部分为单项能力测试，第三部分为阅读测试，第四部分为作文。

本套试卷着重考查了词汇、日常交际用语、阅读能力和重点句型及语法。如：形容词比较级的正确运用;动词一般过去式的正确运用;名词单复数的正确运用;代词的主格、宾格、形容词性物主代词和名词性物主代词的正确运用;实义动词have，has与be动词的用法，所涉及的时态有一般现在时，现在进行时，一般将来时，一般过去时等;第三人称单数的正确使用，以及否定句、一般疑问句的句式结构

该试卷充分体现了考查学生的基础知识为主要目标的命题原则，坚持依据于课本但避免教材的机械操作，灵活迁移。在试卷设计上增加了对学生阅读理解能力、重点句型及书面写作能力的考查，注重学生的积累运用，对以后的教学工作有一定的导向作用。不足之处：本卷就整体而言，题目类型太活，变化太多，太难，如第6题句型转换，综合能力测试中的第1题仔细阅读短文，完成选择题，使短文通顺、连贯，第3题中的小练笔，要求学生写整段话，对于眼高手低的学生来说，束手无策，并且缺少对学生进行听力的检测。

学生对词汇的记忆力不强，反映在书面写作中，错单词特多，这给我们反馈了一个重要的信息，学生边学边忘，掌握不牢。学生掌握句子的困难程度，从侧面反映出学生练得太少，或者说学生除了课堂就没有太多的时间学英语。

这次考试实考98人，最高分99，最低分16，平均分70、优秀率为34%,及格率为70%，原因之一是题目比较难，题型太活，主要原因还是老师的教学工作没做到位。

在这次期中考试，学生的成绩提高不明显，在以后的教学中，要重点针对出现的问题找到相应的解决措施，同时继续以激发学生的学习兴趣作为教学的首要着眼点，让同学们能够在学案的指导下培养学习英语的兴趣，让他们都能以优秀的成绩进入中学。
