第二十五条 自愿购物和参加另行付费旅游项目约定

1、旅游者可以自主决定是否参加出境社安排的购物活动、另行付费旅游项目;

2、出境社可以在不以不合理的低价组织旅游活动、不诱骗旅游者、不获取回扣等不正当利益，且不影响其他旅游者行程安排的前提下，按照平等自愿、诚实信用的原则，与旅游者协商一致达成购物活动、另行付费旅游项目协议;

3、购物活动、另行付费旅游项目安排应不与《行程单》冲突;

4、地接社及其从业人员在行程中安排购物活动、另行付费旅游项目的，责任由订立本合同的出境社承担;

5、购物活动、另行付费旅游项目具体约定见《自愿购物活动补充协议》(附件3)、《自愿参加另行付费旅游项目补充协议》(附件4)。

第二十六条 争议的解决方式

本合同履行过程中发生争议，由双方协商解决，亦可向合同签订地的旅游质监执法机构、消费者协会、有关的调解组织等有关部门或者机构申请调解。协商或者调解不成的，按下列第 2 种方式解决：

1、提交出境社所在地仲裁委员会仲裁;

2、依法向人民法院起诉。

第二十七条 其他约定事项

1、旅游者预订包机产品后，一经预订，定金不予退还。

2、未尽事宜，经旅游者和出境社双方协商一致，可以列入补充条款。(如合同空间不够，可以另附纸张，由双方签字或者盖章确认。)

With a planning area of 186.138square kilometers, it has jurisdiction over two renovated townships (towns), twostate-owned forest farms and Jingyuetan reservoir.

It is located on the Nanlang mountain between Sham Shui Wan and Wong ChukHang on Hong Kong Island, covering an area of 150 acres. The park is dividedinto low land and high land. 香港迪斯尼乐园是一个老少皆宜的童话王国，主要分为：明日世界、探险世界和幻想世界，这三个世界适宜的人群也不一样，下面就来听听你适合哪个世界吧!明日世界时一个充满刺激，变化莫测的游戏王国，它的代表游乐设施就是飞越太空山。飞越太空山又被称作“室内过山车”，乘客在车厢的整个旅途只有不到20秒的时间，可以看到亮光，其余全在黑暗中度过，太空车直上、直下、忽左、忽右，让许多乘客流连忘返;探险世界是一个与充满神秘的地方，丛林历险是探险世界最有趣味性的游戏，乘客们坐在船上，可以看到许多动物，喷水的象宝宝、伺机吃人的食人鱼、晒日光浴的大猩猩，通过船长风趣的讲述，乘客们会通过重重难关，最终到达终点泰山的木屋;幻想世界是每个喜欢童话的人必须要去的地方，那里的有了设施虽然不是很刺激、很神秘，但那是卡通人物的集结地，可以跟它们一起合影留念。对了，还要提醒大家，在整点的时候还会有迪斯尼人物表演的节目哟!下午3点和晚上7点分别有迪斯尼大巡游和星梦奇缘烟花表演。

万佛寺位坐落于沙田道风山上，上山首先必须登431个石阶。之所以称此寺为「万佛寺」，是因为自1950年代建寺以来，感恩的信众便不断供奉小神像，使得它成为一座拥有10000尊佛像的寺庙。这些神像各个不同，有些是黑色的、有些则盖以金箔，而且每尊神像的姿态各异，这象征着佛祖修成正果的各个不同阶段和过程。

寺内尚有玉皇殿、准提殿、弥陀殿、万佛宝塔及十八罗汉塑像等。可惜，万佛寺在九七年七月的一场暴雨中倒塌，有关方面现正着手筹募经费重建佛寺，希望能够尽快令万佛寺重现昔日的光辉。从中庭的边缘可以俯瞰沙田美妙的景致，中庭里有座九层的佛塔和一些佛祖追随者的雕像。再往上走则是另外四座寺庙，其中一个拥有全香港第二高的佛像.供奉的该寺创始和尚月溪法师肉身漆像，是香港仅有的一座。

万佛寺位於香港新界沙田(火车站)以北万佛山，山高佰馀米，翠竹丛生，山势迤逦，祥云缭绕，幽雅清静，前览城门河沙田市中心，左看吐露港，右望狮子山。寺内供奉一万二千馀尊佛像及自唐朝“六祖”後千馀年中国南部罕见的金刚不坏身“月溪法师”真身。

寺院占地六万五千平方英尺，依山就势，建有万佛殿，弥陀殿，观音殿，准提殿，玉皇殿，万佛宝塔，观音亭，韦驮亭，十八罗汉廊等。该寺由云南高僧号称“八指头陀”的月溪法师於一九四九年创建，月溪法师以大毅力大智慧，虽七十高龄仍然亲自率众弟子不畏艰辛，开山凿石，担鐡运木，历时八载，亲手塑造佛像万馀尊，其中代表性的建筑物之一“万佛塔”被香港上海汇丰银行选为港币一佰圆之印刷图案。
