一、课题研究的意义

二、课题研究的必要性

三、课题研究的理论依据

马克思主义的科学实践观是语文教学的理论依据。教育学、心理学以及语文学习的规律告诉我们“语言作为交际工具，只有在人际交往中才能真正掌握”。

四、课题研究的基本构想

培养学生口语交际能力，坚持以人为本，开发学生的潜能，弘扬学生个性，以课堂教学为杠杆，以读、听、说、写为主要内容，以多种形式活动为主体，争取多方面的培养环境，使学生的口语交际能力在开放性的教学中得到提高，在鲜活语言交际中发展。我校实验教师准备分以下三个阶段进行研究探索。

1、说响阶段。它是说话能力培养的初始阶段，其核心是帮助学生扫除畏惧心理，树立敢说的意识。初入学的孩子就处于这一阶段，他们大多不敢用普通话说，要不就是说话声音不响亮，自信心不够。这个阶段应当尽量营造轻松愉快的说话氛围，调动和激发学生的主动性和积极性，降低说话难度，少作内容方面的要求，以敢于说话、把话说响作为阶段训练的总目标。

2、说通阶段。这是说话能力培养的第二个阶段，其核心是提高学生语言运用的能力和技巧，并适当训练声音运用的技巧，尽量使语言准确流畅。这一阶段，学生已基本有了主动说话的习惯和敢于说话的信心，可开始适当地提出说话内容方面的要求和综合运用议论、抒情、描述等表达方式的要求，以及声音使用技巧方面的一些要求。在训练的形式上，可采用围绕一个意思谈话、讨论的形式，也可采用演讲、即席发言、有充分准备的辩论等形式。

六、课题研究的策略与措施

(一)兴趣——入门的向导。“燃起学生的渴望和学习热情”是提高教学质量的先决条件，在校内的调查和学生座谈中发现，喜欢上语文、数学课的学生寥寥无几。因而实验教师在实验过程中应注意口语交际兴趣的培养。

1、提高学生的思想认识，让学生意识到口语交际的重要性。

2、营造自由平等的口语交际氛围。叶圣陶先生曾说：“学生练习作文，重要的是要他们学会表达自己的思想感情。”可见自由表达是发展个性的极佳途径。营造了宽松的氛围，学生无拘无束，能畅所欲言，说自己所想，谈自身所感。

XX年3月，在区教育局教研室的具体指导下，我校承担了区级课题《开发利用语文课程资源，培养学生口语交际能力》的课题研究。三年来，我们始终把课题研究工作放在重要地位，将理论与实践相结合作为课题研究的着眼点，按照新课程标准的理念，以教学促科研，以科研深化教学，有效地推进了学校新课程改革，促进了教师专业成长及学生的全面发展。现将我校课题组研究的情况作出如下汇报：

一、课题的提出

1、时代发展的需要。

人类已经走进崭新的21世纪，这是一个知识经济社会，一个信息爆炸的时代。随着我国改革开放的深入和市场经济的实施，我国的社会形态发生了根本的变化，社会经济、文化和科学技术得到了高速发展，形成了多渠道、多形式、灵活开放、自由竞争的态势。人们学习文化科学知识与劳动技术，交流工作经验与研究成果，乃至自由择业、事业竞争、开展多样文化生活等，都具有了更广阔的空间和更多的渠道与机会，社会交际活动空前广泛、活跃和频繁起来。因此口头语言这一最基本、最便捷的交际工具，更经常地担负起了每个人社会交际的效率甚至成败的重任，显得更为重要。较强的口头表达能力也成为了每个社会人适应现代社会交际最基本的能力需求。作为培养未来社会人才基础语文素质的小学语文教学，理应注重培养学生的口语交际能力。XX年9月，“口语交际”以全新的面貌出现，正是顺应了这种时代发展的潮流，体现了深刻的思想内涵，意味着观念的更新，同时也为广大教师提供了一个崭新的天地。开展“开发利用课程资源，培养学生口语交际能力”的研究，探讨口语交际教学的规律，总结教师在口语教学改革实践中的成功经验，对于突破课堂教学经验层次和传统教学方法，建立以学生发展为本的现代教学理念，促进我校顺应基础教育课程改革具有非常重要的意义。

2、素质教育的要求

素质教育的本质是促进全体学生获得全面发展，换句话说，素质教育就是要创造一种适合所有学生的教育。做到这一点，必须要遵循人的身心发展规律，而“开发利用课程资源，培养学生口语交际能力”的研究，可以实现教学内容结构化、动态化、形象化、具体化地表达，提高教与学的效率，改善教与学的效果,让学生的听说能力在交际实践中协同发展。

3、课程改革的呼唤

当前，在《国务院关于基础教育改革与发展的决定》指导下，围绕《基础教育课程纲要》的要求，广大教师正在大力开展基础教育课程改革实验工作。关注学生可持续发展，培养学生的实践能力，已成为课程改革的重点。更新教育教学观念，改革课堂教学方法，已经成为大家的共识。课程改革强调创设多种教学情境，克服课堂上以教师为中心、以书本为中心的倾向；强调学习内容要密切联系学生的实际生活，要求激发和引导学生的学习兴趣；强调学生对问题允许有自己独特的见解，给学生的个性发展留下充分的空间……新课程力图从根本上扭转人们对教学的片面看法，倡导探究性、合作性、开放性的教学行为和学习方式。在如火如荼的教改大潮中，“开发利用课程资源，培养学生口语交际能力”的研究应该是一项很有意义的现实任务。

二、课题研究的目标

本课题研究有两大目标：一是科研目标；二是育人目标。它是以新课程改革理念为指导，应用现代教育教学理论，研究口语交际课教学模式，实现对口语交际课的深层次、规律性的探索。在理论层面上，力求以时代精神，以新的教育理念，对口语交际教学在模式使用过程中的事实、行动和经验进行系统梳理，探索规律；在实践层面上，通过本课题的研究，使学生乐于表达，敢于交流，善于思考，切实培养学生的口语交际能力，发展学生的健全人格，提高学生整体素质，为学生的未来发展打下坚实的基础。同时更新教师的教育观念，使他们正确把握语文教育的特点，增强教师的科研意识，提高教师的教育科研能力，形成具有团队精神的适应新课程教学的师资，从而提高学校的科研水平和办学水平。

三、课题研究的理论依据

1、新课标的理念和建构主义学习理论

《语文课程标准》指出：口语交际的教学活动应在具体的交际情境中进行。另外，建构主义本来是源自关于儿童认知发展的理论，他认为个人的认知发展与学习过程密切相关，建构主义认为，知识不是通过教师传授得到，而是学习者在一定的情境下，利用必要的学习资料，获得相关的帮助，通过意义建构的方式而获得。学习环境中的情境必须有利于学生对所学内容的意义建构。这就对教学设计提出了新的要求，也就是说，在建构主义学习环境下，教学设计不仅要考虑教学目标分析，还要考虑有利于学生建构意义的情境的创设问题，并把情境创设看作是教学设计的最重要的内容之一。根据教学要求，从学生教学需要出发，引入制造或创设与教学内容相适应的具体场景或氛围，引起学生情感体验。它在哲学上坚持马克思的实践论，在心理学上主张情知对称论，在教学过程中实行乐学论，在培养目标上追求全面发展论。同时，创设情境属于情境教学的一部分，保加利亚情境教学的倡导者洛扎诺夫认为，学生与情境之间发生种种信息交流，能极大的开发人的潜力。

一,开展本课题研究的意义

近年来,数字视频的应用日趋广泛.诸如视频点播,数字电视,数字图书馆,视频会议,远程教育等等,已经为越来越多的人所接受和熟悉.面对大量涌现的视频数据,如何找到所需的视频信息就成为一个急需解决的问题.

简单的视频名查询和类似录像机的播放功能已不能满足人们的需要.正如一本书通常会有目录和索引帮助人们迅速浏览和查询内容,一部视频同样需要有效的目录和索引.传统的方法需要由人对视频内容进行标注,十分费时费力.尤其是当视频资源的数量达到海量级,或是处理的速度要求接近实时的时候,完全采用人工的方法都会遇到难以克服的困难.为了解决这一问题,九十年代以来,出现了基于内容的视频分析和检索[1][2][3].其核心就是通过对视频内容进行计算机分析理解,建立结构和语义索引,以方便用户检索.

巨大的商业前景和重要的学术价值,吸引了来自于业界和学术界不同领域的研究人员在这一问题上开展研究.一些原型系统先后被提出,主要有ibm的qbic/cuevideo[4][5],virage公司的video engine[6],卡内基梅隆大学的informedia[7],哥伦比亚大学的videoq[8]等.这些努力最终促成了国际标准——mpeg-7(多媒体内容描述接口)的诞生.但是随着问题的深入,研究人员面临了更大的障碍:视觉/听觉内容的机器理解,即难以建立底层特征与高层语义的联系.同样的难题困扰了人工智能领域多年.一般认为,寻找通用的解决方法是异常艰难的.因此,一些研究转而专注于解决特定领域的应用问题,如新闻,电影等.在这些特定领域,结合相应的领域知识,是可能将底层特征与高层语义建立某种联系的.

体育视频,即体育比赛的电视转播,作为一个重要的应用领域,一直备受关注.体育比赛一般很漫长,但对于大多数观众来说,真正关心并有可能反复观看的只是其中的一小部分.例如一场跳水比赛常常需要持续几个小时,而其中的精彩部分——运动员从起跳到入水的过程却只有短短几分钟.人们需要一种方便快捷的手段来访问体育视频的内容.

与其他视频相比,体育视频具有自己的特点.首先,体育视频中存在一些领域相关的语义事件,如跳水比赛中运动员的跳水,足球比赛中的射门等.这些语义事件往往是视频中最有价值的部分,需要进行标注以便于检索.其次,体育比赛一般有较强的结构性,如跳水比赛由若干轮组成,每轮又由若干选手组成等.为了便于对视频内容的浏览,原始的视频数据应按这些结构进行解析并组织成层次目录.本课题的目标就是研究针对体育视频内容的语义标注和结构解析技术.

尽管限于当前的技术水平,完全自动的,通用的视频内容理解是不太可能的,但是本课题的研究将证明部分的解决是有可能的和有价值的,此外我们的研究也将为最终的全面解决奠定基础.除了学术上的意义,本课题的研究还可以有以下一些直接的应用:

1,视频资料库:适用于各类体育专业人士或爱好者对收集的体育比赛视频资料进行查询,浏览和管理.目前,我们已申请到国家体育总局的科研项目——跳水训练图像分析软件系统研制.通过对跳水比赛视频的内容标注与解析,能够方便快捷的实现一个典型动作的视频数据库.

2,web多媒体发布:适用于新闻或者体育网站在web上及时发布体育多媒体信息.今天,已经有越来越多人的习惯于从网上获取最新的资讯.基于我们的技术,可以在第一时间采编和发布综合图文和视音频在内的体育多媒体信息.

今年七月，我参加了包河区组织的英语教师口语培训班，为期三周的学习，让我受益匪浅，不仅收获了许多新的知识，锻炼了英语口语，而且也和我区的其他学校的老师有了进一步的交流和沟通。

先谈谈我们的外教，一位是来自加拿大的Tina,一位是来自美国的Kevin, 他们都是来自于以英语为母语的国家，所以他们的英语发音比较纯正，语句的表达十分地道，思维方式也和我们大相径庭，这为我们的英语口语培训塑造了良好的语言环境，我们的课堂真正做到了no Chinese。此外，外教非常友好，总是带着微笑进入课堂，从来不给我们压力或批评，总是鼓励我们多开口说英语，征询我们的想法，即使我们说的不地道，不标准，他们总是“Very good”，“Pretty good”鼓励我们，这样我们都不再害怕错误，各抒己见，踊跃发言。整个课堂气氛比较轻松活跃，我们感觉不是在上课，而是在交流，用英语真正的交流。

外教每天会给我们一个中心话题，如Festivals, Health, Personality, Food, Sports等等，题材和内容都比较丰富，扩展的面也比较广。如在谈论Personality时，外教先让我们自己思考什么是Personality，在她给出详细的解释后，她又让我们分组探讨Personality包含哪些部分，再对每一部分进行讨论，之后又把Personality与各种职业和颜色联系起来，尤其在说到颜色时，外教给了我们一个小测试，我们都觉得非常有趣，她给出五种颜色，黄色、红色、橘色、白色和绿色，让我们心里想一个人，然后用这五种颜色中的一种去定义这个人，当我们说出各自的答案时，她给出了每种颜色所代表的意义。这一心理小测试的插入，让我们注意力都非常集中，都很感兴趣。我当时在想，如果在自己的课堂上运用一些心理小测试，孩子们会不会更感兴趣一点，注意力会不会更集中一些。

除了让我们讨论话题外，外教也会出示一些西方国家的人文图片，向我们介绍他们的文化，生活，娱乐等很多方面，还向我们介绍了很多课堂小游戏，比如21questions, Eye spy, Name game, Blindfolded drawing等等，每介绍完一个游戏，外教总会带我们玩一遍，让我们自己先体会一下，之后还让我们各抒己见，说出自己所熟知的小游戏，和其他老师一起分享，这样我们都学习了很多新的小游戏，相信在今后的英语课堂教学中可以添一些色彩，让孩子们对英语学习更感兴趣。

学习之外，我们也有fun time，外教有时会给我们播放一些美国影片，播放到一部分时，外教会做一些讲解，如某个人物的性格，某一个古语词，某一语句等等，让我们一边在欣赏电影时，一边学习了很多英语口语的表达。电影也是我们了解西方文化的一个视角，从电影人物的生活中，我们也学习了很多，如他们的居住环境，食物，日常生活，问候语，职业特点，幽默方式等等。

三周的学习很快就过去了，我觉得自己收获了很多，不仅获得了很多西方文化的知识，拓展了自己的视野，提高了自己的英语口语水平，而且还和我区其他学校的老师有了充分的交流，这无论对自身修养的提高，还是对今后的教育教学，都有很大的裨益。但是，有些遗憾的是，这次培训的内容大多侧重于英语口语，而对小学英语课堂教学的设计和实施等各方面都没有涉及到，希望今后再有类似的培训时，可以加一些教育教学方面的内容，可能对我们小学英语教师会更有帮助的。不过此次学习还是值得的，我们都有一定的提高，希望以后还能多参加这样的活动。

4月23日，最后一天的英语口语培训在世纪小学又开始了。在这次学习和培训里，我学到了很多。我认为这次培训确实是我学习的一个很好的过程，是一个提高自身的专业素质及能力的好机会。

这次培训，开设的教学内容非常丰富。一开始Nancy带我们进一步学习了British English and American English的区别，并进行了强化练习。指出了中国人发音的十大错误，联系了一部分易读错的单词。然后进行了英语课堂用语应用的培训，在这一环节，Nancy强调了读句子时应注意句子重音、连读、弱读、失去爆破、缩读、升调和降调以及短暂停顿等问题，并引导我们进行朗读，让我们有了很大的收获。最后来自澳大利亚的Peter Johnson老师的口语交流，主要是进行英语朗读的语音技巧。课堂上，面对外教富有趣味和一定难度的问题，你必须有足够的勇气站起来去争取练习口语的机会，然后用流利的英语提出自己独特的见解，这些都不容许你在学习期间有丝毫的松懈与放松。有时为了解释一个生词，外教Peter会不厌其烦，反反复复的用他们那丰富的表情和夸张的肢体语言来演示直到你明白为止。大家的学习热情都很高，都很珍惜这次学习机会!

短短半天的学习使我深深的感到专家们的教学真谛：他们重视营造语言环境，重视课堂的趣味性，他们常常使用夸大的生动活泼的面部表情，以及肢体语言和我们交流，甚至把自己溶入所讲的故事情节，按不同角色给我们表演。在生动有趣的课堂中，我们随着专家一起快乐一起进步，自身的口语也在交流中得到了进一步的提高。

在这次的培训中，印象最深的是外教Peter的口语交流课，这是我教英语以来第一次和外国老师面对面的交流。这时，我才觉得我的听力和口语是那么的糟糕。老师流利纯正的英式发音，绘声绘色的形体表演让我的心久久不能平静。

通过培训学习，我们与专家以及其它学校的小学英语教师建立了融洽的关系，我们交换了各自的联系方式，以便今后提高自身素质，进行信息的收集和知识的交流。我会充分利用好这一宝贵的财富，在今后的工作中发挥应有的实效。在探索中求发展，我始终追寻的原则是：我学习，我拼搏，我成功 。

英语是一种交际工具，因此，小学英语口语交际能力的培养显得十分重要。本人根据多年的教学实践认为，培养学生英语口语交际能力应从以下五个主要方面着手：

1.营造活跃氛围，激发学习动机

在英语教学中，学生存在畏惧心理，怕说错被人嘲笑，造成了"哑巴英语"现象。因此，在口语交际中，我尽量营造一个轻松愉快的学习氛围，建立一种以人为本的开放型教学模式，让学生感到无拘无束，消除心理的紧张感，畅所欲言。要建立平等的师生关系，教师应以满腔热情鼓励学生敢说话、多说话、说好话。在学生进行口语交际时，我以亲切的微笑，给他们以诚恳的鼓励，用"Good.""Try your best to saymore."适时地引导、肯定，给予学生学习的动力。注重教学方法的多样化，利用音乐、美术、游戏、竞赛、表演等多种形式组织好课堂活动，使课堂教学生动、活泼。轻松愉快的学习氛围一旦形成，学生就会自觉主动地参与英语学习活动，并从中获得乐趣。学生学得兴趣盎然，乐于开口，自然而然就提高了口语能力。

2.创设情境，培养学生的口语交际能力

语言是交际的工具，人们的语言交际活动总是在一定的情境中进行的。因此，要提高学生的英语交际能力，就必须创设特定的教学情境。让学生在特定的情境中运用所学的语言材料进行口语训练，往往能起到事半功倍的作用。例如，我在教shopping这一课时，设计购物情景，把讲台当成柜台，准备了几样学生熟悉的物品，并将物价标签贴在物品上，把物品放在"柜台"上，让学生扮演不同的角色进行对话表演。在教学Ask and answer时，教师可把事先准备好的玩具手机或玩具电话等必要的道具提供给学生，让他们表演经过准备的对话，以便提高口语交际能力。

3.运用多媒体进行教学。提高学生口语表达能力

因为多媒体具有生动、形象、逼真的特点，会使人有身临其境的感觉，所以学生对多媒体十分感兴趣。根据口语交际内容，可为学生营造一个想象的空间，这不仅有利于学生捕捉说话内容，还有利于学习六年级有关问路的这一单元，我在教学中将教室走廊设计成了各个街道，学生座位设成了各种地点，用多媒体出示本市和本镇某范围的地图。通过这种形式，让学生身临其境地学习，学生们在情景中深人角色，自觉主动地实践，促使多种感官参加活动，有助于学习英语词汇和实物实景的直接联系。学生们尝到了成功的甜头，积极性自然增强，他们的语言表达能力在交际过程中会得到提高，交际习惯也在表演过程中得到了培养。

4.让学生开展激励性评价。让学生获得成功的喜悦

在语言学习的过程中，出现"说错"的情况是不可避免的，教师应认识到学生练习说话的过程，实质上是说英语不断出现错误和不断认识错误并自我纠正错误的过程。因此，在说的过程中，为了保护学生的积极性，教师要多表扬，少批评，少指责。教师要耐心地听学生发言，不要轻易打断学生的思路;要善于发现学生微小的进步并及时肯定，即使某个词说错了，也要允许或提醒他重新再说。要及时表扬有进步、能大声说英语的孩子，如"Youl"e sogood.""You did very wel1.""I like you!"激励学生参与到活动中来，让学生能品尝到成功的喜悦，获得成功的满足感。

5.课外拓展延伸，强化英语口语交际

英语课外活动不仅能丰富校园文化生活，还可以帮助学生复习和巩固课内学习的知识和内容，有利于学生增长知识、开阔视野、发展能力、发展智力。通过建立英语角、组织英语晚会、开展英语竞赛、演唱英语歌曲、朗诵英语小诗歌、表演英语会话或短剧等各种途径进行口语训练。另外我还带领学生开展深入生活、接触社会的活动，这才能为学生口语交际提供丰富的空间及展现交际才华的舞台。这样，学生不仅可以在学校与老师、同学进行口语交流，而且能把这种交流延伸到家庭、社会，延伸到自己的日常生活中，真正做到了英语的口语交际无所不在，无时不有。如我本人带领学生组织野炊活动，同时预先设计好有利于交际的英语对话，在活动中学生轻松自如地巩固旧知，吸收新知，同时也提高了口语交际能力。实践证明，教师根据小学生的身心特点，设计出让学生多开口说英语的丰富多彩的活动，不断给学生以表达的机会，强化新的刺激，就能有效培养学生对英语口语表达的浓厚兴趣，提高英语表达能力。
