教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候，我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易接受。但一开始我就碰了钉子。在讲授第一课的时候，我按照自己的教学设计，上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课，认为教学效果如期理想，后与学生沟通才知道不如人意。后来听同学们反应，才知道我讲的口语大部分同学听不懂，而教学的部分内容同学们以前从来未接触过。从而可知，我在上课前根本没有了解清楚学生的实际情况。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要

教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿意学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是帮助班上的同学改英文名，尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，近来更帮部分同学交上了“pen-friend in america”，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高，他们才能达到交异国笔友的目的，同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力，对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。

以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足，希望在未来的日子里，能在各位领导老师，前辈的指导下，取得更好成绩。

2018英语个人实习总结3篇

第一篇

实习是大学教育最后一个极为重要的实践性教学环节。通过实习，使我们在社会实践中接触与本专业相关的实际工作，增强感性找认识，培养和锻炼我们综合运用所学的基础理论、基本技能和专业知识，去独立分析和解决实际问题的能力，把理论和实践结合起来，提高实践动手能力，为我们毕业后走上工作岗位打下一定的基础;同时可以检验教学效果，为进一步提高教育教学质量，培养合格人才积累经验，并为自己能顺利与社会环境接轨做准备。

这次学生们的实习年级为初中年级。做初中年级的班主任是一项很不容易又很艰辛的工作。从班级纪律、卫生、班会到活动、考勤，乃至于协调学生间的关系，同学们都是全身心地投入。他们积极主动地与学生沟通，进行教育调查，了解他们的心理特点。通过各种活动与他们交心，真诚地和他们做朋友。例如：八中的同学就经常组织学生进行篮球比赛、拔河比赛，以及内容丰富的主题班会等等活动，融洽师生关系，增进师生友谊。当学生犯错误时，他们是循循善诱、耐心教育、动之以情、晓之以理，平等地对待每一位学生，赢得了他们的信赖和友谊，也令他们能积极配合老师的课堂教学，参与班级活动。十六中的实习生们针对学生们说脏话开展课堂文化和《公民道德建设实施(纲要)》的学习，通过不断的思想教育使学生们不仅在学习上有进步，思想上更有了提高。为了丰富课余活动，教育学院的同学们为学生们举行班级辩论赛、英语角、晚会等多种形式的活动。班级活动开展得有声有色。一份耕耘，一份收获，我系学生在实习中取得了可喜的进步，有了大的飞跃。

此外，同学们在实习中也能严格要求自己，以身作则，充当学生们的表率，不迟到，不早退，严格遵守实习生守则;工作勤勤恳恳、任劳任怨，有事能请假，自习课下班辅导。这些给实习学校的老师们留下了很好的印象。实习学校33，给我们学生的鉴定都是满意。

在这次教学实习中，我系领导非常重视，多次下点督促，检查工作。我们的带队老师恪尽职守，既要完成自己的教学任务又要带队实习。他们没有怨言，认认真真地完成领导交付的任务。有的实习点人数多，带队老师只有一人，他们克服困难，每周都去实习点了解学生情况，有的老师一周还多次去实习点，及时了解实习点的情况及存在的问题，保证实习工作得以顺利进行，确保实习点没有出现教学实习上的问题，很好地完成了组织交给的任务。

在教学实习工作中我们取得了一定的成绩，但还存在着这样那样的不足之处。例如：面对英语成绩普遍较差的班级，学生用中文上课较多。教学方面，组织学生，让学生参与到教学活动中的技巧仍有有待改进的地方。教学经验不足也是薄弱环节之一。

实习虽然结束了，但实习的意义是深远的。通过实习同学们学到了许多课本上学不到的东西。他们对于教学工作有了更进一步的认识。教师工作平凡见伟大，培养学生的工作神圣而又艰辛。他们从真正意义上认识到教师职责之所在。教育教学实习是他们为今后从教所迈出的第一步，它给他们未来的教师生涯添上了浓重的一笔。在教师这个工作岗位上，他们将脚踏实地地一步步走下去，为党和人民的教育事业作出自己的贡献。

第二篇

为期两个月的实习生活在不知不觉中落下了帷幕。在这段工夫里，我学到了很多在大学课堂里根本学不到的东西，也体验到了很多人生中从未有过的经历。但本人最大的收获是将平日在课堂上所学的理论学问用于理论，并且经过理论检验了本人关于英语教学方面的假定和猜测，获得了一些令本人满意的成绩。我将从英语教学，实习班主任和教学研究三个方面对本人的实习任务做一个扼要的总结。

首先，在英语教学方面。按照实习之初的方案，实习的前两周我们的次要任务是听课和评课。从实习的第三周开端，我体验了几节正轨的英语教学课。实在的英语课堂与我们平日的模仿课堂是完全不一样的。实习时期试讲时，面对的也是本人的同窗，每位同窗都非常的excellent.但是，在实在的课堂中，先生的程度良莠不齐，掌握学问的程度不一样，承受新学问的速度也不一样。而教师要面对全体先生展开教学不能仅仅局限于几个人。比方说当教师提出成绩先生答不上的时分，教师该怎样办呢?站在讲台上吹胡子瞪眼睛是处理不了成绩的。但这有是我们在上课时经常碰到的成绩。再加上本人此次是在初一年级实习，一堂课的学问构造是非常松散的，只需一个环节出错或者中缀，就会影响本人的整个教学流程。常常在出现这种情况的时分，我会愈加留意本人的指导方式并恰外地简化本人的成绩。

其次，在实习班主任任务方面。按照实习方案，每个实习生至多要体验为期一个星期的班主任任务。为了能够有更多的机会与先生们接触，我将七天的班主任任务分散到每个星期，均匀每周做两至三天的班主任任务。我所在的实习班级是初一年级(1)班，共有六十一人。刚开端面对这个班的时分，心里慌慌的，生怕这些先生不听本人的话。但是，这种想法在第一天做班主任的时分就被否定掉了。我紧张得忘记了本人的身份---实习教师。在先生们的眼中，教师都是很“崇高的”，只需我出如今教室里，大家都是规老实矩地，丝毫没有违纪的景象。在做班主任的日子中，我次要是检查他们的早操和早读情况，值日生清扫卫生的情况。在本次的实习中，我还合作原任班主任组织先生参与初一年级的播送体操比赛，发扬先生的集团合作精神。另外，我还召开了一次主题为“生活中的点滴打动”的班会，对先生进行情感方面的教育。经过这一次的实习班主任任务，本人初步地领略到了如何去指导教育先生，不只是在进修上，还包括思想文明质量方面。

第三篇

日月如梭，光阴似箭，为期两个月的实习生活转眼即逝。这是我学生生涯中一次重要的实习生活，也是对我四年来所学英语专业知识的大检验。

在试教过程中，我渐渐明白，教学主要以学生为主体， 教师仅是指导者和助学者。要让学生养成独立思考问题，学会主动从中获取知识的能力，这才是教学的目的。

古人云：授人以鱼，不如授人以渔。这说明教师不仅仅只是给学生传授知识，更重要的是传授学生学习的方法，让学生自己总结学习中的规律，锻炼自己独立思考问题的能力，为以后更深远的学习打下扎实的基础。

同时，兴趣是最好的老师，在培养学生兴趣以后，才能让学生真正意义上爱上英语课，让学生自愿去学，才能把英语学好。为了提高学生对学习语言的兴趣，我有时会利用一点时间教学生学习日语，学习日语的基本日常用语，让学生感受到不同语言的熏陶，缓解学生学习压力的同时，也提高了学生的学习兴趣。

为了让学生们意识到学习英语的重要性，克服上课没兴趣，打瞌睡的现象，我试着从学生的心理教育着手，在一次晚自习上，我利用第二节课的半小时时间和学生进行课堂上的交流，我向他们讲述我自己曾经的一些经历，尤其坎坷的经历，在听了我的求学经历后，许多学生为之感叹，然后我又向学生讲述我学习英语的过程以及一些实效方法，尤其阐述了做笔记对学习英语的重要性，学生听了后有了很大的启发和感触。第二天上课时，以前上课从不做笔记的学生也做起笔记来了，也比以前认真多了，令我感到欣慰。

实习以后并不是就说明我就可以成为一名人民教师了，它只是说我初步具备了一名教师的基本素质，这些素质在以后的工作中还有待巩固和加强。我今后要走的路还很长，不仅关系到我工作本身，还有一名作为人名教师的社会责任：传道授业解惑。

实习两个月的时间，很快就过去了，但在这一段时间里我收获了许多知识，收获了很多经历，收获了各种教学方法，收获很多很多。然而，这些收获与指导教师的关爱和教诲是分不开的，同时我也收获了与学生之间建立起来的深厚感情，这些都会成为我人生的一笔宝贵财富。路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索!在此，我特别感谢我的指导教师在此期间给我无限的关怀和耐心的指导，她对教学工作极其认真，对学生极为负责，在教学方面也颇有成就，这很值得我向她学习，再一次向她致以最诚挚的感谢。总之，我觉得教育是一个互动的过程，不单老师要认真投入教学，还需要学生的积极配合，才能达到做老师的目的—把知识真正传给学生。这种过程是很开心的，也是辛苦的，但要做个知识的传播者—人民教师，我要努力学习，将来当一个出色的老师。 用知识成就理想，以美德塑造人生。我会继续加倍努力，不断改进，完善自己，争取成为一名合格的人民教师!

第一次来到翻译是面试，试译不能查手机，加上对自己的能力不够自信，心里满是紧张忐忑不安的念头。但是还记得应该是李培姐端来一杯水，不但缓解了我远途而来的干渴，更让我充分有了被尊重的感觉，让我觉得这所公司与别的公司不一样，于细节处见人文关怀。在这里，是同伴间的真诚相待、是团队各司其职尽职尽责、也是员工生日时上的汉堡薯条小龙虾串串香，让我觉得自己十分幸运，也认为自己眼光不错，选择了翻译。

在学校的时候，英汉互译做过一些练习，老师布置的，自己找的，但是所关注的领域和工作中所遇到的全然不同。学习中，老师想的更多是提高学生们的语言水平和翻译技巧，工作中面临的问题绝不仅仅囿于翻译本身，更多的是对综合能力的考察，细心、效率、格式、计算机操作、排版等。

一开始要做各种证件，真的像是打开了新天地的大门。做证件，能翻译姓名性别等信息只是起步，重要的是在信息准确无误的前提下保证排版简洁明了，尽量与原件看齐，这种任务对于我来说是从未体验过的。慢慢地，才发现表格的强大功能，才舍得抛弃惯用的文本框，才发现准确无误地复刻一组数据不是随随便便就能做到的，精神高度集中才不容易出错，做完后更不能就扔到一边，仔细检查才能发现此前忽略的问题。

此外，Trados的大名早有耳闻，自己也曾尝试下载过，为此电脑还安装了一堆莫名其妙的软件，但由于缺乏语料库，后来就作罢了。在这里幸得农老师悉心教导，学会了用Trados来处理银行流水等重复性较高的文件。自己本身就很喜欢学习操作各种软件，在使用Trados过程中，直观地感觉到翻译软件的神奇之处，人工处理流水效率低下，计算机辅助翻译大大地解放了人工且提高了工作效率。机翻取代人工翻译的言论甚嚣尘上，然而翻译软件同人工翻译并不是两个互不融合的对立面，二者的关系并非要谁取代谁，而是要互帮互助。人之所以长于其他生灵，就是因为能较好地利用工具。译员能够长于其他人除了较高翻译水平外应该也是因为译员能够比他人更熟练地操纵翻译工具。前面也曾说过，翻译任务其实不仅仅是翻译本身的行为，其背后的文化因素、审美因素都使得机器翻译不可能单独承载翻译任务。

除了翻译证件和银行流水，有时还会翻译各种证明以及论文。各领域的文件让我感到专业课老师挂在嘴边的那句“Know something about everything”绝非空谈。加强自身的储备，对各种事物保持旺盛的好奇心才能够走得更远。

翻译过程中要对文件中不熟悉的词汇要进行查证，要对模糊的印章证件进行考证，这个过程有时很快就能完成，有时却抓耳挠腮也找不到合适的信息，搜商对于译员来说是一项必备基本素质，如何能快速有效地搜集到想要的信息并对信息进行有效甄别是一项永远都需要学习研究的课题。听了很多前辈的事迹，尤其是于大神与在线医生交流的故事，让我觉得自己在这方面做的很是不足。其一就是整理机打数字时，如果首位数字距离前面的文字距离较近或有重叠部分时，容易漏看第一位数字;其二是对于连笔字体辨别能力不强，此前没有练过连笔字体，所以对连笔字的识别能力亟待提高。

每一件任务都是考验任务接受者的个人素质，仅凭翻译水平绝不能决定任务完成水平。就像李培姐谆谆教诲，工作任务就像木桶，你的粗心就是你的短板，无论翻译水平多高，你的总体水平总是局限在那块板子上。建议非常实际诚恳，我很幸运能收到这样的建议。

翻译的各种文件中，出现了不同的问题。

数字是错误之首，重中之重。数字从来没有像现在这样禁锢住我，以前数学学习上会有不仔细，但问题从未像现在这样大规模地密集地爆发出来。做文件时，各类证件号码安安然躺在冒号后面，似在嘲讽我的没用，在翻译文件时冷不丁伸一脚出来，让我栽一个甚至是数个跟头，甚至栽得鼻青脸肿还在栽。我心底里感谢我的老板同事，因为在我栽跟头时，他们会告诉我怎样去避免栽跟头，他们始终对我抱有期望没有直接放弃我。今后在处理数字问题时，要做到首先做文件时全神贯注专心致志，争取第一遍不要出错，其次要加强检查，检查中着重看数字的对错，每一处都要一一对应。

中英标点问题说实话工作以前从来没有人对我强调过，如果不是从事与文字相关的工作的人，估计很难注意到这二者的区别。但是对这小小标点的执著，正体现了公司的专业精神以及职业素养，是对文字的负责、对客户的负责、也是对自己的负责。得益于在公司中英文标点的训练，在撰写毕业论文时对标点多检查了几遍，导师还有说我论文里中英标点几乎没有什么问题，不像其他同学那样泛滥。在中英文字都存在的文件中，除了翻译文件时要留意标点问题，翻译后对标点进行统一替换有时也可以检查出难以发现的问题。

译文要保持前后一致这点对于译文质量来说也非常重要。就像老板说的：“错也要错的一样，这样有利于你整体改正。”尤其是采用术语的情况下，更不可以只顾自己的翻译习惯，要联系模板或是先前的文件内容，对同一名词(包括但不局限于专有名词)的译法在一批文件里要统一。

进入公司一心想要为公司创造价值不成，却发现自己的错误有可能会给公司造成损失，给他人造成麻烦。别人的时间也是时间，即便是一个错误也会造成不必要的时间、经济和名誉上的浪费损失。这样的译员绝不是一个成熟的专业的译员。翻译能力要提高，工作素养也要提高，想做一个敬业的译员不可以舍弃其中的任何一个。

短时间内没能好好检查文件必然导致后续的时间成本流失，错误的改正是需要时间的。一次性完成既避免了不必要的麻烦，也省去了之后与客户沟通修改的时间。优秀的侦探小说家智商总要比笔下的侦探人物智商要高，译员永远不知道客户能有多仔细认真，所以译员能做的就是在做文件时要比客户更要认真仔细。虽然话说起来容易做起来难，但仍要不断向这个目标努力靠近，改正自己的性格中的缺陷。

错误是我的一个较为失败的开局，但不能让它成为我的影子。即便粗心现在化作标签，也不能让它长久地在我额头上粘下去。问题暴露出来，就要解决问题，迎头而上才不会一辈子都处在问题的阴影之下。以后要多做这一类型的文件，补齐自己的短板，数字暂时处理不好，就多向李培姐索要有关数字的任务;对户口本有心理阴影，就多翻译校对户口本，向农老师学习，多查多看多总结。

过去一个多月里无疑是我一生中最重要的时间段，从学校大门走出来面临着地点与身份的转变，门前门后是不同的世界，很开心能走到翻译的门前。

1.扎实的语言基本功。一名优秀的译员应具备良好的英语修养和扎实的汉语基本功，掌握英汉两种语言的特点和互译规律，拥有快速、准确地遣词造句的能力。译员要有良好的语音基本功，掌握英汉两种语言基础，敏锐的听力，超常的词汇量，良好的语感，灵活的表达能力以及广阔语言文化背景知识。需要特别强调的是译员的听力理解能力,他是口译成败的一个关键因素，也是一名译员的综合语言和知识水平的反映。

2.广博的知识面。译员光有扎实的语言基本功是远远不够的。常常有译员因缺乏主题知识或百科知识而出现“卡壳”的现象。译员的接触面很广，接待的对象在职业、年龄、身份、阶层、志趣、爱好、生活习惯、民族性格、社会习俗、宗教信仰等方面都会有很大的差异，随时随地都有可能遇到各种话题。因此，译员必须掌握丰富全面的百科知识，例如专业常识、社会常识、法规政策常识、国际常识以及背景知识、国情地情、风土人情、名胜古迹、花草树木、昆虫动物等百科知识，拥有较高的文化修养，能上知天文、下通地理、博古通今，并熟悉各行各业，努力做一个“杂家”或“万事通”。

3.出众的记忆力。译员需要有非凡的记忆力，这一点是由口译工作的特点所决定的。首先，译员在口译过程中不可能有机会查阅词典和工具书，或请教别人，因此，译员必须记住大量的词汇(包括专业词汇)、成语、典故和缩略词等。其次，译员要把讲话人所讲的内容准确详尽地用另一种语言表达出来，也必须有相当好的记忆力。

经过为期两个月的实习，我学到很多东西知道了翻译的具体过程和基本要求，了解到自己不足的地方，清楚了自己应向哪个方面努力。在实习期间从事大量中英文文字翻译，例如各种出国证明书(出生证明，亲属证明，成绩单等)，合同，财务报表，公司章程及法律文件。以后，我在学习上应理论联系实际，从点到面的全面学习，避免拿以前应付考试的态度来学习;在工作中应该实事求是，细心认真的独立完成自己的工作，并要培养与人协作的精神;在生活中就我个人而言应学会更好的与人相处和沟通，即将离开学校走入社会，我必须更好的完善自己的性格。

我在以琳翻译公司实习的最后一天。一个多月的实习经历让我收获良多。无论是专业技能，还是职场规范，都有在学校里无法得到的感悟。

我在大学里学的是翻译，到以琳之后的主要工作也是翻译和校对，在专业上完全对口。原本以为凭我的翻译水平这份工作应该很容易上手，但经过实际工作才发现自己要学习的地方有很多。

首先是格式问题。在这方面，我不但所知极为有限，连意识也很欠缺。学校里从未学过，我也一直以为翻译仅限于两种语言之间的转化，但作为一种职业，这却远远不够。我们交给客户的应该是跟源文件各方面都一致的成品，而不是只转化了语言的半成品。比如一份幻灯片文件要我们翻译，那译稿应该是格式完全一致的幻灯片，而不是仅仅翻译了文字的word文档。

然后是行文规范问题。即便是纯文本文件，也有其行文规范，如字体、字号、行距以及标点符号运用等。这些内容我们在学校里做翻译练习并不如何重视，但对于专业翻译公司，这类细节问题就像公司的门面，门面不好，公司实力再强形象也会受损。

就是对翻译本身，我也有了新的理解。我在学校里所学所练主要以文学为主，讲究翻译技巧，追求辞藻和句式变化等修辞手法。然而在公司，虽然也有文学方面的订单，但业务方面还是以科技和法律等专业性较强的内容为主。很多时候，客户需要的是一份表达清晰、行文简洁的译文，而非需要用心品味的文章。真正做翻译时，就需要以客户的要求为准，而不是信马游缰地行文。

以前我虽然有过一些兼职，但那些主要是课余时间赚取生活费，顺便了解社会的一种途径，工作本身对专业知识要求小，我也很少全心投入。但在以琳的实习不同，这家专业公司让我找到了真正步入社会的感觉。

一、实习目的

我系为了使毕业生了解社会，适应社会，真正做到理论与实践相结合，增强其就业竞争力，特为我们安排了六周的实习时间。实习目的和意义就是想让我们通过这次实习，使我们选择英语教育方向的学生，了解实际教学的基本步骤，初步认识到教学的基本规律，能完整地备好一次课，讲好一次课，掌握教学的基本环节。在此基础上学出实习报告。同时为撰写毕业论文提供素材，结合所学理论，写出较高质量的有关教育的毕业论文。

按照学校规定的实习时间，我来到了平顶山市第七中学实习。这是一所刚建立起来的中学，历史很短暂，大概建立的有四年时间了。不过学校建立的很好，不论是教学环境，还是教育设施。学校总共有十五个班级，七年级七个班，八年级和九年级各四个班，每个班级有四五十个人，很规范，严格按照教育要求来执行。来到七中后，我和这里的老师一样，每天按时上下班。不过七中离我院很近，走路只需要十分钟的时间。在这里实习期间，我严格按照实习要求，自尊，自爱，真诚待人，言行一致：勤学，勤问，勤思考，放下架子，虚心求教；手勤，眼勤，从一点一滴做起，善始善终；所以根据要求，我顺利完成实习任务。

二、实习内容

第一天的时候，我跟着英语组的组长朱老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项，并紧跟着来到了英语组办公室。她跟我介绍了办公室的老师们，并且帮我安排了一位指导老师。朱老师告诉我说我的这位指导老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前正担任八年级四班的班主任，带过很多实习生了，所以我有幸在他所带的班级实习。之后我的指导老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对40多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课是实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。初中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。指导老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，开始听他讲课，很有亲切感，再次听他的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整两

个单元的课，每讲一个新话题时都有不同的上课形式，都有值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们英语专业的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们学英语专业的学生，一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

三、实习结果

我在七中整整听了五个星期的课，在听课期间，感觉自己感悟了许多，学到了很多。在还有一个星期就要实习结束时，我的指导老师把他的课全部交给了我，有我全权为他负责，而我的指导老师就在班级后面听我讲课，给我提意见，及时指出我的欠缺之处。因此这实习的最后一个周格外忙。白天上课，晚上写教案，备课。记得我在上第一节课时，本来好好的，不紧张的，可是一上讲台，不知怎么的，就紧张起来了。讲课的思绪完全被我自己慌乱的思绪打乱了。下课后，很灰心，想着自己是不是有点眼高手低了。这是我的指导老师过来了，他鼓励我并告诉我他的第一次讲课经历，这让我信心了很多。然后又及时的给我列出了我上课时的缺点，告诉我应该怎样改正。虽然第一节课不是很成功，但我依然坚持下来了。在上第二节课时，我并没有上次那么紧张，一节课讲下来，感觉比昨天好了很多。这时我让我的指导老师给我评课，他给了我极大地肯定，说我比上次进步很大，这让我很是欣喜。再接下来的三天中，我讲的越老越顺了，最后两天的讲课指导老师没在给我提什么意见，这是对我的一种肯定。

四、实习总结

以上是我的实习报告，通过在平顶山市这六周的实习生活，让我得到了很多感触。首先让我实践了教师这个职业的工作，锻炼了我的表达能力，交往能力以及口语表达。这些收获将影响我以后的学习生活，并对以后的工作产生积极影响，

我相信这些实践中的收获是在课堂上学习不到的，而且会让我受用一生。六周的实习，说长不长，说短也短，而学到的东西却很多。也充分检验了自己的学习成果，认识到自己的不足，比如口语表达还有待提高，让我认识到自己要是工作了，所存在的差距，并在以后的学习中，完善自己，学以致用！
