出国差旅费报销标准表(精选20篇)

本人( 护照号码)，自愿赴加拿大参加( )的工作，为表明立场和决心，特此签订如下保证书并自愿履行。

4、保证尊重当地风俗习惯，严格遵守两国国家及政府相关的政策、管理办法、法规和法律;不以任何形式煽动或参与聚众闹事、罢工游行、私闯外事机构以及当地政府部门，不参加和不组织任何黑社会或帮会性质的机构;

5、保证不私自外出打工，私自从事本合同以外的其他商业活动。

6、在雇佣期间若发生问题或矛盾或在工作生活上遇到自己难以解决的问题，本人将及时的与中方中介联系，通过友好方式与雇主协商，若协调不能解决，本人再通过加拿大萨省厂方制定的有关法律按照有关规定的正常程序申请解决，但必须让中介知道和了解具体情况。严禁擅自越级投诉或罢工，否则由此产生的一切后果由本人自行负责。

1、生活垃圾：

1.1各商户内每日产生的生活垃圾须投放到物业公司指定地点(各楼层生活垃圾存放处)，不得在店内存放过夜;

1.2如遇垃圾量较大时，须提前通知物业保洁，由保洁协助安排清理;

1.3包装纸箱等有回收价值的干垃圾外运处理必须在闭店后22：00—22：30，垃圾运送路线亦同餐余垃圾运送路线，营业期间禁止自行处理干垃圾，严禁将收集废品等社会人员带入店内。

2、餐余垃圾：

2.1餐余垃圾必须单独处理，严禁混入其他垃圾中处理;

2.2餐余垃圾的清运的时间为22:00-22:30，按指定路线进行清理，即由每层垃圾梯进行清运，在垃圾梯无法使用时，由员工通道进行清运;

2.3餐饮商户在清运餐余垃圾过程中，垃圾必须袋装、扎紧袋口，防止异味散发，餐余垃圾装袋后须放入密闭的垃圾桶中清运，应立即装车运走，禁止在商场内停留;

2.4餐饮商户在运输过程中出现遗撒须及时清理干净，恢复原貌;

2.5处理餐余垃圾需由店内员工负责，禁止将清理餐余垃圾的社会人员带入店内。

3、装修施工垃圾：

3.1商户装修施工产生的建筑垃圾按照装修管理规定处理。

3.2各商户应根据产生的垃圾量配置相应数量的垃圾容器，垃圾要收集到容器内，保持容器干净、整洁，并负责垃圾容器的设置、更换和维修，为清运工作提供必要的便利条件;

3.3清运垃圾途经区域的卫生，商户必须及时清洁干净，不得遗撒、扬尘，不得损坏公共设施，如有遗撒、毁坏公共设施的情况，须照价赔偿、恢复原貌;

3.4搬运过程中禁用带铁制等硬质轮子的推车，避免划伤地面，碰撞墙面、电梯及门、楼梯角等，如有损坏，须按价赔偿;

3.5垃圾的处理必须服从物业工作人员的合理安排及要求，如违反上述规定，物业方将提出口头或书面警告，情节严重者，物业方有权进行经济处罚(200—500元)。

4、本规定自颁布之日起施行，如有违反此规定的，按租户管理手册中相关条款处罚。如有更改

为了加强就餐管理，保证就餐秩序，营造一个温馨、卫生、整洁的就餐环境，特制定本规定。

二、适用范围：

成都卡美多鞋业有限公司所有部门。

三、责任人：

现场干部、企管部。

四、就餐规定

1、定时定点就餐

1.1 就餐时间如下，夏季与冬季的就餐时间切换以办公室通知为准。

夏季 早饭7：00-7:40午饭11：50-12：20晚饭17：20-17：50

1..2 就餐的员工必须按规定时间就餐，非就餐时间不得进入餐厅，更不得提前就餐。

1.3因会议或其他事情影响正常开餐时间的办公室要提前通知食堂，做好提前或推迟开餐时

间(超过公司上班员工总数的50%方可提前或推迟开餐时间，其他情况一律按照正常时间开餐)，如果公司放假(休班)要提前通知食堂，做好其他各项准备。

1.4公司指定就餐地点为食堂，不允许将饭菜带出食堂。

2、 排队就餐制

2.1、所有员工须按照先后顺序排队打饭，不得插队。否则，后勤人员有权拒绝盛饭，通知企管部进行处理。

第一章总则

第一条为确保安全、合理使用农药，保护环境，保障人民健康，促进农林牧副渔业发展，根据国家法律、法规的有关规定，制定本规定。

第二条本市凡施用于农作物、林木、花卉、食用菌等的农药，均属本规定的管理范围。

第三条本规定适用于采购、贮存、销售(以下统称为经营)和使用农药的单位和个人。

第四条上海市农业局是本市农药管理的主管机关，其执行机构是上海市农药检定所。各县农业局和上海市农场管理局负责所属范围内的农药管理工作，其执行机构是所属的植保植检站。

第二章农药的质量监督

第五条各种农药必须具有农牧渔业部核发的《农药登记证》或《农药临时登记证》，方可经营和使用。

第六条外国农药未取得《中华人民共和国农牧渔业部农药登记证》的，不准进口、经营和使用。外国农药未取得《中华人民共和国农牧渔业部农药田间药效试验许可证》的，不准进行试验。

第七条凡经农牧渔业部《农药登记公告》宣布禁用和撤销登记的农药，不准再经营、使用和进口。

第八条经营农药的单位在采购、贮存、销售过程中，应做好质量检查工作，保证所经营的农药符合批准登记的质量标准。

第九条农药的包装必须符合保证质量和安全运输的要求，并附有符合《农药质量管理条例》规定的商标说明。没有商标说明或商标说明脱落、商标说明字迹模糊的农药不准出售。

第十条经营农药的单位为方便销售和使用，需要将原包装农药改装后在本单位门市部零售的，必须附贴新的明显的商品说明。新的商品说明必须具备农药品名、含量、重量(或容量)、使用方法、毒性标记、原生产厂家、出厂日期、改装单位、改装日期等内容。

第十一条经营农药的单位自行改装的农药，如需对外批发或在本单位以外的门市部零售的，应事先向市农药管理主管机关提出申请，经批准后方可进行，并须在商品说明中注明批准文号。

第十二条凡质量不符合规定标准的降效或失效农药，均必须予以封存，在农药管理部门作出处理决定以前，不得销售和使用。禁止制造和销售假农药。

第三章农药的安全使用

第十三条经营农药的单位，必须持有县以上工商行政管理部门核发的营业执照，配备熟悉农药商品基本知识的业务人员。任何个人均不得经营农药。

第十四条经营农药的单位在销售供本市使用的农药时，其品种和数量均应分级纳入农药供应计划。如需要扩大经营品种及经营数量的，应向市农业局提出申请。未经批准不得任意扩大经营范围。

第十五条使用农药必须遵守农牧渔业部、卫生部颁布的《农药安全使用规定》、《农药安全使用试行标准》和其他有关规定，并接受农药管理、卫生、环境保护等部门的指导，不得乱用、滥用农药。

第十六条农药使用后的剩余部分必须妥善保管，施药工具、空瓶空袋等应及时作清洗、回收或深埋等处理，不准乱扔乱放。

第十七条农药不得与食品、种子、饲料、日用品等及易燃易爆物品混装、混放。

第十八条存放农药应有专仓或专柜。高毒、剧毒农药除应有专仓或专柜存放以外，还应有专人负责保管。个人或家庭应限制存放高毒、剧毒农药。

第十九条禁止使用农药捕杀水产、禽类等动物。因农药而中毒、死亡的动物应予销毁，严禁食用和出售。

第四章违章行为的处理

第二十条对经营劣质、降效、失效农药的单位，农药管理部门应责令其赔偿使用者的经济损失，并可视情节处以二百元以下的罚款。

第二十一条对擅自扩大农药经营品种或经营数量，造成人畜中毒、农作物药害等严重后果的单位，农药管理部门应追查其责任，并可视情节处以五百元以下的罚款。农药管理部门在对违章经营单位进行处理的同时，可建议有关单位或其上级主管部门对责任人员给予行政处分;情节严重构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法处理。

第二十二条对经营假农药的单位，由农药管理部门移交工商行政管理部门处理，并没收其全部假农药及非法所得;情节严重构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法处理。

第二十三条对违反本规定第十二条、第十四条以外的其他条款而造成严重后果的单位和个人，农药管理部门应追查责任，及时进行处理，或建议有关部门进行处理。

一、目的

为加强对出差人员费用管理力度，有效控制公司经营成本，规范费用报销管理流程，特制订本制度。

二、适用范围

本制度适用于出差人员

三、出差申请程序

1、员工因公出差，必须填写《出差申请表》，注明出差申请人、部门、出差原因、陪同出差同事、行程安排、出差起止日期及费用支出预算金额;

2、填写好的《出差申请表》交部门主管批准后，再交人力资源及行政部审批，方可出差;此表出差前一律交公司前台登记并作考勤记录;

3、如遇到紧急情况，由部门负责人临时派遣出差者，必须先电话通知人力资源及行政部,说明出差事由，经同意后,方可先行出差,事后补填《出差申请表》交部门主管及人力资源行政部批准。

4、需要订购机票及酒店的，必须提前5天提交《出差申请表》并通知人力资源行政部，以便提前预订到价格经济实惠的机票或酒店。

四、出差批准权限

1、普通职员出差的，由部门主管审核、人力资源及行政部批准后，方可出差。

2、部门主管或主管级以上人员出差的，由总经理批准。

五、借款及还款

1、员工因公出差需预支差旅费的，可以向公司财务部办理借款;

2、出差人员借款，必须填写《借款审批单》，填写清楚借款人、借款事由、预计还款报销日期等相关内容，交部门主管及人力资源及行政部批准后，方可以向财务部借款。

3、借款金额达1000元以上的，需详细注明每笔借款的原因及用途。

4、借款金额达3000元以上的，则需提前3个工作日提出申请;

5、出差前所借的费用 ，必须在出差返回后7个工作日内报销，按时还清所借的款项。报销时，需填写《费用报销单》张贴上相关的发票，并详细注明每笔费用发生的原因，经部门主管及人力资源部审核后到财务部报销;

六、出差类别及报销标准

在执行过程中，若有冲突，人力资源部有权根据实际情况进行修订; 3、本制度由总经理批准后生效执行。
