2015年体育专业大学生实习计划

为了能够让自己在实习过程中有明确的目的，能够学到有用的知识，技能.现我对自己的实习作如下计划：

一 教育见习中在开学的第一周中，我并不急于去上课，首先听指导老师上两次课，从他的上课过程中对所上班级作一个初步了解.同时借鉴一些好的教学方法，以便于对以后自己上课打好基础.

二 课堂教学实习中，天气是变化无常的，作为我们实习来说不可能完全在室外上素科课.所以，我们应准备好上室内课的理论教案.从学知识，锻炼的角度来说，上理论课更能锻炼一个人的能力，通过上理论和实践相结合，在指导老师的指点下，总结自己的不足，从而加以改善.

三 见习班主任，这是我们在实习中必不可少的一个环节.一个好的教师，并不指他能教好学生，在班主任工作这一方面也应有他的独到之处.同时，也才能体现一个教师的管理能力.

四 运动队的训练.首先，通过见习，看指导老师如何带训练队，从他的训练过程中，结合自己所学和学生的实际情况，制定一份月训练计划.其次，指导老师看课，自己带队训练，在各个方面，让指导老师指出其中的不足，加以改进.最后，在自己带训练的过程中逐渐总结经验，逐步完善.

五 组织课间操，是每一个学校都有自己的作息安排，有的要出早操，课间操或者是做眼保健操，它主要是体现一名体育教师的组织管理能力以及口哨的运用.

六 平时课外体育活动.我所实习的班级是初三八个班，他们即将毕业，学习压力大.所以平时应多给他们安排娱乐较强的活动.从而让他们的大脑得到休息.能够把有限的时间得到合理的利用.对于几个篮球特招生主要是针对几样考试项目(摸线,摸高,运球上篮,一分钟跳投及打比赛)反复练习.以提高他们的素质为主，增强他们的篮球意识及团队协作能力.

以上是我自己在实习之前所作的实习初步计划，肯定在实践中有没有计划到的，我会在实践中加以弥补.从而让自己的实习能有计划，有目的地进行.也希望自己能在实习过程中能学到更多有用的知识，不断充实自己.
