这次实习我被安排到了_集团的_服饰意大利精品线上进行这次的实习，我们都是在一线生产的地方进行学习，这里是生产男西服为主的生产基地。

服装缝制生产过程的合理组织是提高服装生产的重要保证，其目的是使产品在缝制生产过程中的工艺路线最短，加工时间最省，耗费最小，生产出满足客户要求的产品。

样品组相当于一个浓缩的生产部门，它贯穿裁剪，车缝，检验，包装整个生产过程。在样品组的车工要有很高的车缝技术，他们中很多都有七八年的工作经验，除了车缝技术高，他们还要有看懂样品需求表的能力。

我跟定一位员工，看他裁好衣片，然后配好相应的辅料，然后车双针，刷画粉，接下来的操作跟车缝车间一样。只不过车缝车间每个员工只负责几道工序，而样品组独立完成一件衣服的全部制作。我帮他剪线头，一边看他如何做前片，后片，里布，最后缝合成一件。

做为总检组的员工，一定要对服装检验知识非常了解。

在后整包装我做清剪线头，把脏污，画粉清洗干净，并在做这些的时候把出现爆口，断线，没扣子，欠拉绊，无吊钟，破洞等不良现象的服装挑出来。

通过这次实习，我发现了自己看问题的角度，思考问题的方式也逐渐开拓，这与实践密不可分，在实践过程中，我又一次感受充实，感受成长。

踏上社会，我们与形形色色的人打交道。由于存在着利益关系，又工作繁忙，很多时候同事不会像同学一样对你嘘寒问暖。而有些同事表面笑脸相迎，背地里却勾心斗角不择手段，踩着别人的肩膀不断地往上爬，因此刚出校门的我们很多时候无法适应。比如我们公司做网络推销的同事，他们很注意对自己客户资料的保密，以防被同事抢去自己的业绩，因而关系显得有点淡漠。但是环境往往会影响一个人的工作态度。一个冷漠没有人情味的办公室，大家就会毫无眷恋恋之情，有更好的机会他们肯定毫不犹豫的跳槽。他们情绪低落导致工作效率不高，每天只是在等待着下班，早点回去陪家人。而偶尔的为同事搞一个生日party，生病时的轻轻一句慰问，都有助于营造一个齐乐融融的工作环境。心情好，大家工作开心，有利于公司的发展。在电视上不止一次的看到职场的险恶，公司里同事之间的是非，我想我能做的就是“多工作，少闲话”。且在离毕业走人仅剩的几个月，更加珍惜与同学之间的相处。

管理者的管理

在公司里边,有很多的管理员,他们就如我们学校里边的领导和班级里面的班干部.要想成为一名好的管理,就必须要有好的管理方法,就要以艺术性的管理方法去管理好你的员工,你的下属,你班级里的同学们!要想让他们服从你的管理.那么你对每个员工或每个同学,要用到不同的管理方法,意思就是说:在管理时,要因人而异!

专业的重要性

选择了电子为专业的我，在这次实践中自然比较关注这一环。虽然在实践中只是负责比较简单的部分，但能把自己在学校学到的知识真正运用出来也使我颇感兴奋!在学校上课时都是老师在教授，学生听讲，理论部分占主体，而我自己对专业知识也能掌握，本以为到了企业实践应该能够应付得来，但是在企业里并没想象中如此容易。平时在学校，数字错了改一改就可以交上去了，但在工厂里，数字绝对不可以出错，因为质量是企业的第一生命，质量不行，企业的生产就会跟不上，而效率也会随之降低，企业就会在竞争的浪潮中失败，所谓“逆水行舟，不进则退”，企业要时时保持着这种竞争状态，才能在市场中立于不败之地，就因为这样，企业会对每一个在厂的员工严格要求，每一个环节都不能出错，这种要求在学校的课堂上是学不到的，在学校里可能会解一道题，算出一个程式就行了，但这里更需要的是与实际相结合，只有理论，没有实际操作，只是在纸上谈兵，是不可能在这个社会上立足的，所以一定要特别小心谨慎，而且一旦出错并不是像在学校里一样老师打个红叉，然后改过来就行了，在工厂里出错是要负上责任的，这关乎工厂的利益损失。关乎到自己的职场命运。

最后

通过这次的社会实践，让我学会了很多东西，我深深地感受到一个人在工作岗位上的那份热情。正因为如此，我才渐渐地懂得了一个道理：要创造自己的事业，就必须付出加倍的努力，凭着一个人对工作的执着，坚定的信念会指引着他走向完美的事业之路。
