篇2：大学教学项目建议书

你厅《关于要求审批温州医科大学茶山校区教学北区开闭所工程项目建议书的函》（浙教函〔20xx〕1号）收悉。经研究，我委原则同意由浙江五洲工程项目管理有限公司编制的项目建议书，现将主要内容批复如下：

一、项目建设的必要性

随着温州医科大学教学、科研用电需求不断增加，校园电容量不足问题逐步显现。为改善校园供电质量，保障学校各区域用电安全，进一步提升学校科研能力和满足教学需求，实施茶山校区教学北区开闭所工程是必要的。

二、项目名称

温州医科大学茶山校区教学北区开闭所工程。

三、项目法人

温州医科大学。

四、项目选址

项目选址于温州医科大学茶山校区教学北区西北角。

五、建设规模和内容

项目主要建设内容为新建1座10kv开闭所及1#配电房；生物医药科研楼北楼2#配电房新增中压柜4台，新增1600KVA变压器2台，监控系统1套；生物医药科研楼南楼3#配电房新增中压柜4台，新增1600KVA变压器2台，监控系统1套。项目不涉及新征用地。

六、总投资及资金来源

项目总投资约1995万元，建设资金由建设单位自筹解决。

请据此编制项目可行性研究报告报我委审批。

根据《浙江省人民政府办公厅转发省发改委关于做好全省投资项目管理信息系统运行工作意见的通知》（浙政办发〔20xx〕172号）要求，请相关职能部门在完成该项目审批事项后及时录入相关审批信息，请投资主管部门和项目单位在项目符合《国务院办公厅关于加强和规范新开工项目管理的通知》（国办发[20xx]64号）要求的八项开工条件后，及时录入实施进展信息。

Since students go to school, they have to obey the school rules. Mostschools give the students the order that they must do morning exercise together.I have been forced to do this for many years, as for me, I hate it, but I haveto admit that doing morning exercise makes me stronger.

打从学生上学，他们就要遵守校规。大部分学校要求学生必须集体做早操。我已经_做早操很多年了，对于我来说，我不喜欢做早操，但是我不得不承认做早操让我变得更强壮。

For many students, of course they hate to do morning exercise together, theschool rules force them get up in the early morning, making them not sleepenough. At the same time, students will lack of independence, they get used todoing things by someone forcing them, when they leave school, without teachers’supervisor, they become lazy.

The elderly have accumulated a lifetime’s worth of experience. However,many young people often regard them as irrelevant, embarrassing, and out oftouch. As far as I am concerned, the traditional Chinese virtue to respect theold people needs to be emphasized.

老年人积累了一生的宝贵经验。然而，许多年轻人把它漠不关心，感到为难并且与老人失去联系。就我个人而言，尊重老年人是中华民族的传统美德这种观念应该加强。

Firstly, the elderly deserve the respect due to their effort in bringing uptheir children and their contribution to society. We should always bear in mindthat what we have and enjoy now was created by the aged people in the earlydays, as the old Chinese saying goes,” One generation plants trees under whoseshade another generation rests.” Secondly, family is one of the best places forlearning values, therefore, to set an example at home by taking good care of theelderly members, so that children learn to adopt this same practice. In thisway, families will exemplify the right values, and young members will learnfirst-hand on how to respect the elderly.

首先，由于老人在抚育他们的孩子和对社会的贡献上来看，他们要受到尊重。我们应该一直记住我们现在拥有和享受到的东西是老一辈在早年时期创造出来的，正如中国的古语所说：“前人栽树后人乘凉”。第二，家是学习价值观的地方，因此给家庭成员树立一个照料家人的好榜样，孩子也会这样做。如此，家人就会作为正确价值观的典型榜样，年轻的成员就会直接学习到如何尊重老年人。

Perhaps the most important test of a society is the way individuals behavetowards one another. If young people do not respect the elderly; the whole ofsociety will be a mess without respect. Therefore, the elderly should berespected by all of us.

也许社会中最重要的测试就是个人对另一个人的表现，如果年轻人不尊重老年人，整个社会缺乏尊重就会一片混乱。因此，老年人应该受到我们的尊重。
