也曾有这样的案例：课间在教室里打闹，结果出了人命;在走廊的护栏上显身手，结果翻下楼去上不来了……当然更不用说开水烫伤、洗手间滑倒挂彩、骑车摔断手脚的事了。看到这些触目惊心的案例与数据怎能不叫人心痛震惊，想相那些如流星般陨落的鲜活的生命和天真的容颜，又怎能不叫人扼腕叹息。校园安全事故频频发生，安全事故已经成为我国青少年的最大杀手。这些血的教训对我们来说是刻骨铭心的，反映了我们学生对安全防范意识还不强，应对突发事件的能力薄弱，暴露出我们在学校管理工作方面还存在着一些明显的漏洞和薄弱环节。

也许不少同学会认为，安全只是指身体的安全甚至是肢体的健壮和不受伤害;认为只要自己的肢体健全、行动自如那就叫安全。我认为，这决不是安全的全部。即便是一个具有健全的体格的人，如果他的思想道德水平低下、明辨是非能力不强，糊里糊涂攀兄弟、结姐妹，既有拉帮结派之嫌，又有醉翁喝酒之意;如果他不明不白逞义气、惹事端，不但喜好随波逐流，而且希望出点乱子;这表现出来的就是思想上的安全问题。再说，一个具有健全体格的人，如果他沉溺于不良书刊和网络游戏的精神鸦片，天天吸、处处吸，甚至课堂上忍不住要走神，思之想之;深夜里忍不住要越墙泡网吧熬个通宵;如果他过早地迷恋于少男少女的缠绵悱恻，无端寻愁觅恨、疯疯傻傻、痴痴狂狂，甚至争风吃醋结恩怨，冲冠一怒为红颜。这表现出来的就是行为上的安全问题。有了这样不安全的行为，要踏踏实实地读好书，一帆风顺地读到头，那也是很难的。

无论是人身安全还是思想安全，亦或是行为安全，它们都有一个共同的特点，那就是结果的残酷性。交通事故，游泳溺水事故、体育活动意外伤害事故，课间游戏追逐打闹偶发事故，轻者可以伤及体格，重者能够危及生命，它们造成的后果是残酷的。可是思想道德的残缺、行为方式的越轨比体格不健全更可怕。臧克家先生在《有的人》一诗中写道：“有的人活着，他已经死了。”我想，那些失去健康的精神追求、迷失正确的人生方向、空有一架活着的躯体行尸走肉的人不就是思想残缺的产物吗?这种“产物”充其量只能是没完没了地吸取消化父母亲血汗的机器，只能成为社会发展长河中的废物，甚至成为危害社会发展的危险物。当前学生中相继出现了不少因思想、心理、行为上的偏差而引发的伤亡事件，暴露出了当前学生在思想上、心理上和行为上具有普遍性的安全隐患。一个个触目惊心、血泪交织的悲剧不能不叫人扼腕叹息、心有余悸，也更对我们敲响了安全的警钟。

基本知识的归纳就是把书本上的所有知识点有条理的罗列出来，解释各个术语的含义，列出它包含的的种类或分支的方向，并清晰地标明各个知识点之间的联系，这种知识归纳能帮助你准确的理解并牢固的掌握课本的知识。做这个归纳的时候可以适当的参考一些参考书上的归纳，像优化设计上的归纳就很不错，大家可以以之为基本框架，再把更具体的东西，尤其是书上的例子补充进去。我高二的时候做了全部自己写的那种归纳，上高三不久，就在优化设计上对它给出的框架做了补充。

做这种归纳的最重要意义是什么呢?最重要的意义是帮助你读透课本。这种基本知识归纳只不过是把书上的要点和例子抄在一起，但这个过程你要翻书，几本书一起翻，就可以对同一个知识点不同的表述做比较，这可以帮助你更透彻的了解这个知识点;而想做一个比较完整、美观的知识归纳，就必须知道什么知识点放什么位置，这就要弄清楚各个知识点之间的关系，这个过程又帮助你更好的掌握这些知识点，理清思路。最后再抄写一次，印象就很深刻了。所以做知识归纳最大的用处是在做的过程中帮助你熟悉课本、掌握知识点，其次才是做好了以后看。课本是最最最根本的，大家一定要三本课本读的滚瓜烂熟。

习题归纳就是把做过的错题、好题、经典的题目归在一起，然后写出每道题目的关键，如某个知识点或某种方法或技巧。如果是错题则写出出错的原因，尤其是要写明是哪个知识点的缺漏造成的。如果时间比较充裕，可以把题目抄在本子上，但如果觉得自己没那么多时间，可以在那道题目旁边做个记号，并写上我刚刚提到的“题目的关键”。考试前认真察看就可以了。

在做好了以上两种归纳的基础之上，便做着两种归纳的归纳，也就是特殊知识点的归纳，把基本知识中一些自己掌握不好的、易忘的、易混淆的、难懂的、有代表性的和特殊的知识点或例子另外抄写来，还有把习题归纳中常错的、易错的、常考的、特殊的知识点也一起抄下来，这样就组成了特殊知识点归纳。平时在听完课，做完习题后应该着重做基本知识点归纳和习题归纳，而在准备考试的时候，应该先看一边书本，再看一遍知识归纳，一边看一边把重点要点写下了——也就是做特殊知识归纳，最后就只看这本特殊知识归纳。如果时间允许，边看边把记不住的打上记号，到了最后的最后就只看有记号的。这样就可以把所有知识点过一遍了。懂的看一眼就行了，因为这些知识本来就烂熟于心了;而不太有把握的，经过这样抄一遍，看几遍也都攻下来了，所以上考场的时候就可以信心百倍了。我高考前两个星期就是先花了一个星期把书本从头到尾认认真真的看了一遍，做了特殊知识归纳，然后接下来那个星期就看特殊知识点归纳和习题归纳。

以上是复习准备的方法，是知识录入，那考试时应该怎样把知识提取出来呢?我想，首先应该确信自己每个知识点都弄懂了，遇到一个问题时，要做的就是把答案从大脑中提取出来。看到一个题目，先把握住这道题要考的是什么知识点，然后以这个知识点为关键词，搜索若干个出相关的知识点，就像在网上搜索资料一样;简单的题目答案一下子就找出来了，而复杂的题目则需要在搜索出来的知识点中选择一个最适合的或是搜索出所有合适的知识点。后一种方法在生物考试中尤为重要，因为生物这门学科的特点就是有很强的联系性，生物体各种形状和功能的联系决定了我们学的各个知识点的联系，也决定了试题答案要求全面。生物试卷中更多的是多选题和简答题，全面和体现联系是取得高分的关键。牢固的基础知识、完善的知识结构和开阔灵活的思路则是学好这门课，考出好成绩的根本。

二、高质量完成作业。所谓高质量是指高正确率和高速度。写作业时，有时同一类型的题重复练习，这时就要有意识的考查速度和准确率，并且在每做完一次时能够对此类题目有更深层的思考，诸如它考查的内容，运用的数学思想方法，解题的规律、技巧等。另外对于老师布置的思考题，也要认真完成。如果不会决不能轻易放弃，要发扬“钉子”精神，一有空就静心思考，灵感总是突然来到你身边的。最重要的是，这是一次挑战自我的机会。成功会带来自信，而自信对于学习理科十分重要;即使失败，这道题也会给你留下深刻的印象。

三、勤思考，多提问。首先对于老师给出的规律、定理，不仅要知“其然”还要“知其所以然”，做到刨根问底，这便是理解的最佳途径。其次，学习任何学科都应抱着怀疑的态度，尤其是理科。对于老师的讲解，课本的内容，有疑问应尽管提出，与老师讨论。总之，思考、提问是清除学习隐患的最佳途径。

四、总结比较，理清思绪。(1)知识点的总结比较。每学完一章都应将本章内容做一个框架图或在脑中过一遍，整理出它们的关系。对于相似易混淆的知识点应分项归纳比较，有时可用联想法将其区分开。(2)题目的总结比较。同学们可以建立自己的题库。我就有两本题集。一本是错题，一本是精题。对于平时作业，考试出现的错题，有选择地记下来，并用红笔在一侧批注注意事项，考试前只需翻看红笔写的内容即可。我还把见到的一些极其巧妙或难度高的题记下来，也用红笔批注此题所用方法和思想。时间长了，自己就可总结出一些类型的解题规律，也用红笔记下这些规律。最终它们会成为你宝贵的财富，对你的数学学习有极大的帮助。

五、有选择地做课外练习。课余时间对我们中学生来说是十分珍贵的，所以在做课外练习时要少而精，只要每天做两三道题，天长日久，你的思路就会开阔许多。

I should know: In the acting business, you fail all the time.

Early in my career, I auditioned for a part in a Broadway musical. A perfect role for me, I thought—except for the fact that I can’t sing.

So I’m in the wings, about to go on stage but the guy in front of me is singing like Pavarotti and I am just shrinking getting smaller and smaller...

So I come out with my little sheet music and it was “Just My Imagination” by the Temptations, that’s what I came up with.

So I hand it to the accompanist, and she looks at it and looks at me and looks at the director, so I start to sing and they’re not saying anything. I think I must be getting better, so I start getting into it.

But after the first verse, the director cuts me off: “Thank you. Thank you very much, you’ll be hearing from me.”

The next part of the audition is the acting part. I figure, I can’t sing, but I know I can act.

But the guy I was paired with to do the scene couldn’t be more overdramatic and over-the top.

Suffice to say, I didn’t get the part.

But here’s the thing: I didn’t quit. I didn’t fall back.

I walked out of there to prepare for the next audition, and the next audition, and the next one. I prayed and I prayed, but I continued to fail, and I failed, and I failed.

But it didn’t matter. Because you know what? You hang around a barbershop long enough—sooner or later you will get a haircut.

You will catch a break.

Last year I did a play called Fences on Broadway and I won a Tony Award. And I didn’t have to sing for it, by the way.

And here’s the kicker—it was at the Court Theater, the same theater where I failed that first audition 30 years prior.

The point is, every graduate here today has the training and the talent to succeed.

But do you have guts to fail?

Here’s my second point about failure:

If you don’t fail… you’re not even trying.

My wife told me this expression: “To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.”

Les Brown, a motivational speaker, made an analogy about this.

Imagine you’re on your deathbed—and standing around your bed are the ghosts representing your unfilled potential.
