愉快的暑假悄然结束，迎来新学期的军训。军训是为了让我们树立国防意识，要有爱国精神，作为一个团队应该团结友爱互帮互助、井然有序，放下假期的懒散收拾心情，帮助我们更好的进入新的学期。

“目视前方，脚尖张开约60度，身体微微向前倾。”虽然已经步入秋季，但太阳还是如火一般的炙热。军训的第一天对我们这些运动少之又少的孩子们来说是一个再好不过的训练机会，为了锻炼我们的意志和耐力，一个小时，两个小时，甚至几个小时都重复同一训练内容，虽然身体疲惫，肌肉酸痛，但坚韧的我们不要喊一声累。

转眼军训已经进入第三天了，肩膀和膝盖还隐隐作痛，教官的口令还回荡在耳边，从刚开始的不熟练到后面的井然有序，感情的增进也是必不可少的，尽管是一个新的集体，大家都相处的十分融洽，休息时大家都互递水杯和纸巾，有同学不适时身边的同学都会伸出援助之手，军训教会了我们团结。

晨练时大家走着正步，反反复复，还没吃过早餐的他们也迈着有力的步伐，喊着响亮的口号“一，二，三，四”。虽然训练时教官们有种种的严厉，但休息时却可以和我们笑成一团。“有不舒服的要打报告”是教官们最经常说的话，有种铁汉柔情的感觉呢，哈哈!

傍晚灯光下，秋风吹过，刚吃完饭的同学们排着队等着教官的到来。“全体立正，军姿10分钟”，膝盖和脚底板站的生疼，尽管是夜晚，也没有一个人敢偷懒，凉爽的夜晚汗水从脸颊划过，这些汗水包含着坚持和努力，这种痛苦里又怎么会没有快乐呢?在军训第三天的晚上，伴随我们的不是微风而是大雨，有一点特别让我感动---无论雨下的多大，教官们都没有撑伞，而是选择淋雨，同学们也还是保持着原有的姿势，没有一个人离开队伍。

我们的教官姓x，他教我们一周多的时间，让我们学会了军姿。

在一周的时间内，我们上了五节军训课，练了“稍息、立正、跨立”、“停止间转法”、“踏步走”、“军号”等。练了这么多，就挑精彩的“停止间转法”谈谈吧!

记得那天军训课，教官教我们停止间转法，也就是向……转，一开始，我见只不过是转来转去，心里便不安分地犯起嘀咕：“傻子都会!”练习的时候，教官一声令下要我们“向右转”，然后，连续再向右转了好几次，突然下令：“向左转”时，我一时没反应过来，居然忘了哪儿是左?哪儿是右?出尽了洋相。窘得我真想钻进地洞藏起来。但转念一想：我是个男子汉，怎能因为这点挫折便成了“缩头乌龟”，于是我下了决心，要好好学习，不再小看它。我先分清了左右，认真转了几遍，感觉熟练多了。教官又下令向后转，我们齐刷刷地转过身，只见正朝着我们，他自个儿也蒙了，过了一刹那，他才觉悟了，于是脸像番茄一样红，灰溜溜地转过身去了。教官又讲解：向左转是左脚跟顶地，右脚尖顶地，右转、后转也以此类推。我向右转多了，向左转，左脚尖便老不听话，一直顶地。我想：要是会操上，岂不羞死啦!还是好好练吧!我又继续一丝不苟地练起来，练了好久，终于可以不用想，凭感觉转且准确无误。这大概就是“熟能生巧”吧!

经过了这次军训，我悟出了一个道理：没有苦，哪来甜。心得嘛，用句老话：不经一番彻骨寒，怎得梅花扑鼻香。

在我们刚踏入初中的第二天，军训活动就一应开始打响了!虽然心情有点激动、兴奋，但也有点无奈和苦闷、兴奋是因为我开始有新的学妹、学弟了!我将和他们一起军训。无奈是因为在太阳下训练的日子也到来了!打响了的军训日子，我们各班分别、分配到场地的各个部分。首先我们开始的就是站军姿，在站军姿的期间，我开始幻想着如果这里有空调就好了，呼呼的冷风过来一阵子就好了，于是我一直一直的幻想着。

可是，不知是谁的一下喊声把我从这美妙的幻想拉了出来，可往往现实就是这么的残酷啊!高高的大太阳挂在头顶，同学们还没有站上个十分钟，就已经坚持不住了，于是我们班级的教官无可奈何就叫我们休息了，在我们旁边开始诉说他们以前军训的故事了。

听玩教官的那些故事，我开始知道，我们的军训和教官他们的军训相比根本不值一提，于是，我们同学便开始重镇旗鼓，严峻的接受了只有这仅仅五天的军训任务。我心里知道想要完成军训，必须一定要决心、毅力和坚持，如果没有的话，对不起，那你只能回家休息了!接着，我开始下面的各个项目，比如：垮立、稍息与立正，原地踏步等等。

军训过后，同学们哭着喊着：脚痛、腿痛、腰痛。这真是一个魔鬼训练营呀!虽然这是一个焦熬的军训活动，但是毕竟这是一个锻炼我们意志力的好办法，再说了，上一年级的学生也就是这样训练过来的呀!这一天的军训，我刻苦铭心的体会到了：我们的军训虽然很艰苦。劳累但是挺一挺过去的吧!所以我们一定要坚持不懈，不能半途而废。
