大学研究生班级建设方案
大学x学院研究生党支部按照《x大学学生党员保持共产党员先进性教育活动工作方案》的相关要求,通过召开支部学习讨论交流会,并结合研究生班级建设的现状,形成此方案。
一、研究生班级建设现状
近年来研究生招生规模不断扩大。XX年x大学研究生新生达到了1000多人(概数,其中博士生xx人,具体数据隐去),与前几年相比有了较大幅度的增长,并且继续增长的趋势十分明朗。人数的增加必定给学校的研究生(主要指硕士研究生)管理工作带来了一定的压力。
由于x大学目前还没有建立研究生院,研究生的日常管理主要由学校的研究生处和各院系研究生办公室共同负责,如此之交叉管理的价值观问题不在我们学生的讨论范畴。x大学研究生总会、各院系的研究生分会以及各研究生党支部成为沟通、联系学校和学生的主要桥梁,但研究生总(分)会以及各党支部的管理归属也不同。
目前,研究生班级主要按专业点分年级组建,班级人数几个到几十个不等,如x大学x学院拥有4个硕士点,、XX级两个年级的研究生相应形成了8个班级,每个班人数处于10-40人之间,班级之间人数差距较大。每个班级基本只设置班长和团支书各一人进行日常管理。由于研究生课程不多,没有专门的教室,加上住得分散,部分同学因为种种原因不住学校或经常被派到外地参加科研项目,同学之间的联系不多,班级松散,班级建设难以取得很好的效果。
另外由于研究生年龄层次、人生经历、婚姻状况、心理个性等方面都存在一定的差异,给班级建设带来很大的难度。开展班级活动时人员不齐、热情不够、班级凝聚力不强是我们不得不承认的一种普遍现象。
班级是大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的主要组织载体。班级建设的好坏程度直接影响着班级成员各方面素质的发展。针对研究生群体的特殊情况以及研究班级建设的现状,加强研究生班级建设格外迫切和重要。
二、充分发挥研究生党员的先锋模范作用,增强班级凝聚力
在研究生班级建设缺乏活力的情形下,充分发挥研究生党员在班级建设中的先锋模范作用,具有可行性和必要性,更具重要性。
1、研究生中党员人数多,充分发挥研究生党员在班级建设中的先锋模范作用具有可行性。
据了解,x大学x学院全体研究生人数为200人左右,其中党员有85人,并且研一、研二、研三各年级中还有大批优秀的学生都有可能成为党组织中的一员,按照这样的情况,研究生中党员所占的比重基本达到50%。党员数量如此多,若能充分发挥其先锋模范作用,以积极的心态、饱满的热情投入班级建设中去,敢于对自己负责,先人后己,“先天下之忧而忧”,那么,一个个凝聚力强、学风好、团结进取、互相友爱、生动活泼的班级的建成并非难事。
2、党员的内在要求决定了充分发挥研究生党员在班级建设中的先锋模范作用具有必要性。
中国共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队,同时是中国人民和中华民族的先锋队。XX年11月7日《中共中央关于在全党开展以实践“三个代表”重要思想为主要内容的保持共产党员先进性教育活动的意见》中提到:在新的历史条件下,共产党员要保持先进性,就是要自觉学习实践邓小平“三个代表”重要思想,坚定共产主义理想和中国特色社会主义信念,胸怀大局、心系群众,奋发进取、开拓创新,立足岗位、无私奉献,充分发挥先锋模范作用,团结带领广大群众前进,不断为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设作出贡献。
