第二：要学会为人处世；在服装城当中有12个服务员，虽然大家都负责不同的区域，但是工作当中的人际关系还是非常重要的，这样才能让自己的工作更加顺利，也同时让自己的心情更加开朗。在工作当中，我很受那些姐姐的照顾，大家都很友好，经常帮忙我，让我能更好的适应工作。为人处世的能力对于以后进入社会是很重要的，它不仅影响自己的工作，还会影响自己的情绪。

第三：要有吃苦耐劳的精神；在实践中，每天超长时间的工作以及挂货，排货是非常累的，要有一定的肯吃苦的想法，要对工作负责，认真，吃苦是一定的。
