通过在校《创业学》的学习，我了解了创业者应具备五种素质：智，信，仁，勇，严。“智”即知识与智慧;“信”即信心，诚信;“仁”即仁义道德;“勇”即勇敢精神，勇于承担责任;“严”即严谨的作风，严明的纪律。相对我而言，结合自身考虑，如果我去创业，目前我只具备了一定的“信”与“仁”，而其它三者则具备不全，有待加强。

对于今后的职业，如果我选择了自主创业，那么我就会有坚定的信念去积极完成，同时要想创业成功，就必须诚信为先，这点从小就对自己严以要求，对待他人诚信，我一直都在履行。我也有一颗仁爱之心，不轻易生他人的气，和身边的朋友，同学都相处的很好，以仁爱之心对人，别人才会以仁爱之心对我。所以我只具备了一定的“信”与“仁”。

本学期我也和我们本系的五名同学一起创业成立了“中国云飞科技通讯”，主要销售手机。前期我们积极性都很高，我对我们的生意也充满了信心，对于顾客我也十分和蔼的去服务，我们也想了很多方法去创造业绩，前期销售了一些品牌手机，但后期的销售成绩并不是很理想。我分析了原因，可能是我们几个人都还是大二的学生，自己的专业知识学的还不牢固，相关销售知识掌握不健全，以及缺乏社会实践经验。这就是创业素质中“智”的不足。而个人方面，我做事勇气不够，害怕销售出去的一些国产手机质量出状况，有时有好的销售时机，而自己犹犹豫豫，失去了机会，就是“勇”不太具备。同时，我个人对自己要求不严，容易偷懒，比如上次的四级考试，考前对自己要求不严，好多制定的计划因为有其他的事情而没有完成，早上好睡懒觉，考前书看得不够，不细，最终考试没有过四级。这就是不“严”。

综合我对自我的素质分析，我还存在许多的不足，要成为成功的创业者，我还需加强自己的基本创业素质。具体如下：

1.不断学习，增强智慧。我要利用大学这个平台，学习好专业知识，多去图书馆，学习课本以外的知识，扩大自己的知识面，同时多参与校园活动和社会实践活动，在实践中积累经验，弥补不足，增强自己的实践能力。
