篇2：房地产转让意向书格式示例
转让方（以下简称“甲方”）：
受让方（以下简称“乙方”）：
甲、乙双方依据相关法律、法规之规定，并经××区政府国土局同意，就井房地产转让事宜进行了初步协商，达成如下意向：
第一条 甲方转让给乙方的地块位于 （以下简称“该地块”）。该地块的总面积为6165.53平方米，折合成9.24亩（土地证为资字第00××9号）。
第二条 甲、乙双方确认以每亩计人民币 万元价格，将甲方所属的该地块使用权转让给乙方，转让金额总计人民币 万（大写： 元整）。
第三条 该地块范围内所属的房屋及其他建筑物等不动产随该地块一并转让给乙方所有计人民币 元（大写：
