二、教材解析

本单元学习主题是家庭成员。主要是学习询问家庭成员的日常交际用语。核心句型：Who’s that man/woman? He’s/She’s my father/mother. 本课时是该单元的第一课时，通过Sarah到陈杰家做客的情景让学生感知主要句型：Who’s that ...? He’s my ... 询问并回答他人身份。学生在三年级上册Unit2第4课时已经接触过了见面打招呼的用语：Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you, too. 因此学生学起来不是太难。

三、目标预设

1. 能通过真实的自然的情景会话，懂得如何询问别人家里人的身份，正确使用人称代词he和she。

2. 能听懂、会说句型“Who’s that man? He’s my father. This is my friend, Amy. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you, too.” 并能在所创设的情景中自然会话，要求发音准确，语调自然。

四、重难点预设

(一) 重点：掌握句型：Who’s that man? He’s my father. This is my friend, Amy. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you, too.

(二) 难点：能在所创设的情景和真实情景中自然使用本课所学内容进行对话，并做到语调自然，发音准确。

五、评价设计

1. 通过小组内组长带头读、组长领读、Pair work等活动，组长检查并汇报检查目标1的达成情况。

2. 利用多媒体，通过小组两人扮演检查目标2的达成情况。

热身/复习(Warm-up/Revision) 1. 三组学生上台展示第一单元的对话。

2. 师生相互问候并用三年级上册Unit2所学句型进行简单对话。如：

教师：—Good morning. 学生：—Good morning.

—Nice to see you. 学生：—Nice to meet you, too.

3. 让学生见到各个职业的男人：让学生领悟到(he或者man)来称呼男的，为本课时的重点单词(he)和重点句型(Who’s that man?)做铺垫。

呈现新课

(Presentation) 1. 教师出示课件一张全家福照片展示给学生，引出本单元主题。Look, this is the family photo. 教师板书课题：My family

2. 利用图片进行提问，引出who’s=who is;he’s=he is.

3. 教师手指着本班的一个男生说Who’s that boy? 引导学生说：He’s ... 教师从本班一位男生的手里拿出事先让同学们准备好的全家福，指着照片上的男同学问：Who’s that boy? 学生回答：He’s ...

4. 老师再出示吴一凡的头饰，让学生扮演，班上女生问，Who’s that boy? 男生回答He’s ...

5. 教师出示本年级的一位男教师的照片。教师新授Who’s that man? 提问，鼓励学生用He’s my teacher.回答。

1、Warm up:

课件依次闪入几个动物，复习句型：Look at the ...it’s so ...同时引入新授单词big,small.并进行字母i和字母all的简单的语音归类，让学生感知。

3、 New lesson

1)延续观赏动物的情节，教师继续说：Ok,children,I like the elephant best. look, it has big ears,教读big ears,并板书句型It has...学生跟说并模仿。

2)课件展示dog,让学生观察比较，并能说出：Look at the dog, it has small ears.

3)T:I like big eyes,(课件展示big eyes)，Which animal has big eyes?(让学生去猜)

Ss: It’s a fish. It has big eyes.学生边说边做。

同样此法猜mouse,边做边说It has small eyes.

4)T: Is it a fish? 课件展示whale(被遮挡)，

Ss: NO.

T: Yes, it’s not a fish, it’s a whale. a big whale. it has a big body.让学生边做边说。

课件出示snake, T: look at the snake, it’s so long.(引出新授词long,并教读)

让学生描述出it has a long body。

5)继续延伸long.课件出示tail. T: Look, it’s a tail. Is it long or short?

让学生回答出long tail,并模仿it has a long tail,同时猜测which animal has a long tail? 学生回答出it’s a monkey.

6)T:Ok,children,do you like riddles? Who can read it?

S1: It has a short tail,

It has long ears,

It’s white.

Ss: its a rabbit.

通过谜语的形式，练习句型it has a short tail.

7)通过PK的形式练习a long nose和 a short nose

8)师生互动活动，I say, you say.复习以上学过的短语和句型。
