二、严于律已，不断加强干部作风建设

本学年，社团联主席团对自身严格要求，始终把服务人民、舍得付出、艰苦奋斗作为自我的准则，始终把作风建设的重点放在严谨、细致、扎实、求实、脚踏实地、埋头苦干上。在工作中，以制度、纪律规范自我的一切言行，严格遵守各项校规、工作准则，团结同学，谦虚谨慎，主动理解来自各方面的意见，不断改善工作;并规范社团联干部的作风，使工作能够顺利开展，使社团联合会的干部作用更加具象，有利于往后工作的开展和社团主流意识的建设。

总之，本学年，社团联主席团做了必须的工作，也取得了一些成绩，但距教师和同学们的要求还有不少的差距，主要是对社团活动的前后期宣传力度欠缺、社团活动条件的争取不足和社团联组织效率不够高。同时对于各个社团发展的指导、监察及管理也有待进一步的完善。在下学期，主席团将着力培养干部团体整体素质与本事;贯彻一般号召与个别指导，完善督促各个社团健康、高速发展;加强外联交流宣传工作，打造华师一品牌社团并推广至其他学生群体。

__学校社团活动以丰富学校生活，促进学生全面发展为指导思想，创设生动活泼的育人环境。在规定的时间内组织学生参加丰富多彩的社团活动，激发学习兴趣，发展个性特长，促进学生身心健康，全面发展。社团活动是学校课堂教学的延伸性活动，是进一步深化教育教学改革，全面实施、推进素质教育的一个重要体现。社团活动的正常开展，既可丰富学生的课余生活，也可为学生供给一个自主发展的时间与空间。组织丰富多彩的文化、艺术、体育等活动，贴合广大学生和家长的意愿。学生经过活动，能获得许多在课堂中学不到的知识和技能，有利于激发学生学习兴趣，发展个性特长，促进学生身心健康发展。

在去年的基础上，本学期进一步细化社团活动。首先，本学期一开始就制定周密的活动计划，让活动有章可寻。我们根据学生的兴趣爱好，利用学校现有教学资源和学校师资力量，确定适宜的社团。本学期我校成立了书法，美术，武术，葫芦丝，篮球，科普，手工制作，摄影摄像，英语口语，乒乓球，花样跳绳，呼拉圈，健美操，腰鼓，棋类共15个社团.社团活动的有序开展离不开教师的精心组织和耐心指导，所以，我们选拔一些有特长，认真负责的教师来指导社团活动，并在开学之际召集指导教师开好社团活动座谈会，听取他们的意见和想法，以便有效的开展活动。

其次，做好社团活动的常规管理工作。细化社团活动纪律，强化社团活动职责。在社团活动之初集中六七八年级学生宣讲社团活动纪律，并将活动纪律打印出来，在教室张贴。明确社团活动指导教师的职责，打印出来，分发给各个指导教师。每周三开展活动时，各指导教师必须上、下课时都清点学生人数，并由专人作好载。每周三开展社团活动都有专人督察。我和唐艳教师在社团活动开展的两节课时间在各个社团巡察，监督社团纪律，维护活动安全，并及时处理各种偶发事件。

再次，为有效的开展社团活动，本学期我校采用汇报演出的形式对社团活动进行验收，真正做到了有活动就有收获。根据各社团和特点，对不一样的礼教采取不一样的方式验收：葫芦丝、花样跳绳、英语口语、呼拉圈、腰鼓、健美操、篮球和武术八个社团以汇报演出的形式进行验收。篮球社团可组织一场表演赛。手工制作、书法、绘画、科普制作、摄影摄像五个社团以作品展示的形式进行验收。乒乓球和棋类三个社团以比赛的形式进行验收。乒乓球和棋类社团的同学在指导教师的安排下进行比赛，决逐出冠亚军。各社团要准备好关于本社团展示节目的主持词。在20__年的最终一个周三的七八两节课时，六七八年级的同学来到操场上，展演各个社团的活动成果，整个操场热闹非凡。葫芦丝社团的同学为我们带来了《月光下的凤尾竹》《映山红》等多首名曲;书法社团的同学不仅仅掌握了硬笔书法，并且还掌握了水洗布手工艺;美术社团的同学不但能画中国画，还能画素描、写生等，他们的作品还多次在县级、市级、省级获奖，为个人和学校争得荣誉;手工制作社团的同学更是充分发挥了各自的主观能动性，会制作可爱趣味的小动物，他们利用自我的制作妆扮寝室、教室;篮球、乒乓球社团的同学不仅仅掌握了各种打球技艺，并且锻炼了身体;花样跳绳

社团的同学除了学会了跳单绳、团体跳大绳，还有的同学能够在大绳中跳小绳;呼拉圈社团的同学能够从不一样方向转呼拉圈，还能够边转边行走，有的同学还会用腿转呼拉圈;武术社团的同学能够打上一两套完整的拳术;健美操社团的同学都能跟着音乐的节奏翩翩起舞。英语口语社团的同学表演的童话剧《白雪公主和七个小矮人》迎得同学们的阵阵掌声。

在过去几个月中，经过社团中各位的辛勤与付出中，与大家共同欢乐地度过了一年的时间，工作的点点滴滴时时在眼，回眸望过去的一幕幕，在不知不觉中充实自我大学生活。在系十佳歌手表演工作时候，社团部和其他部门协助合作顺利开展工作。

在学校举办运动会中，我们社团部主要负责供给钉鞋服务给同学们，还有每月的献血活动时候我们部门负责供给献血者填写表格工作等。工作无小事，事事都不能懈怠。我们干事更要不断地提高自身的素质才能更好地服务同学。在过的时间里，我脚踏实地做了一些工作，但由于自我水平和经验不足还存在着必须的问题还必须地努力争取更好。总之，因为有这样一个团队，使我大学里不断的展示自我，提升自我，团结，和谐默契在一个学期的工作中，主要将工作重点放在了社团发展及社团活动的开展两方面上。在这一学期我部组织了各社团常务会长对大学生举办的活动进行了观摩学习，增加了各社团负责人之间的交流，使各社团之间互相学习，互相借鉴。在活动的审批上我部在坚持各社团的社团宗旨下，对各社团活动进行了修改、审批，现将社团发展情景与我部工作情景简介如下：

一、各社团整体凝聚力与上一年相比有了很大的提高，各社团负责人在任务分配，人员调动上都有了很大的改善，各部门协调合作，从而使得各社团成员进取性很高。

二、为了丰富广大学生的学校生活，各社团举办了丰富的社团活动，得到广大学生的好评，也得到了院领导的肯定，同时也提高了各社团在全校的影响力。

三、各社团都明确了自我的发展方向，有理论研究的，有做学术的，有做公益的，有做环保的等等。各社团也进取与学生会各部门共建，或与其他院系社团合作等等。

在本学期，我部也取得了一些成绩，在各社团的交流，活动策划部都做了一些有效的工作，但工作中仍存在一些问题：

一、与团委领导和社团负责人沟通太少，致使团委领导对社联及社团发展了解较少。在今后的工作中必须要及时向团委领导汇报工作，定时与社团各负责人交流。

二、在活动审批上也缺少必要的一些整理和改善，今后会侧重活动的策划，严格审批，取消一些没有明确主题和意义不大的活动。

三、在与其他部门合作上也存在一些问题，由于在很多工作上与其他部门有交集，部门合作也显得尤为重要，各部门很好的合作，才能将工作做得更好。

一学期的工作使我们更加了解了自我的工作，也更加深信我们能做好自我的工作，把自我的工作做得更好。在今后的工作中，我部门人员将团结合作，把自我的工作做的更好。

期末将至，社联本学期的工作也已渐近尾声。值此辞旧迎新之际。我也对自我一学期以来的工作做了如下总结:

(一)本学期，我认真参加了社团联合会组织的各项活动与会议。

九月份的社团招新，让我对社联的工作有了最初的认识;十月份召开的社联全体成员会议则让我对社团联合会有了更深层，更全面的了解，让我在明确了自我的本职工作之外，更怀着一颗景仰的心迫切地渴望融入社联这个光荣的群众。三站金秋社团巡礼，让我有幸一睹各社团的才华与风采，社扬千帆，蓬城万里的豪情更深化了我一切为了社团，服务学生社团的工作理念。十一月十二日在主校区召开的部门会议更是让我深感社联的工作之重要。

(二)参加工作的同时，也让我看到了自身存在的许多不足:

评议部的工作包括社团日常，特色活动的评议，并填写好评议报告;审核社团申请表，更新社团信息表;完成社团的财务抽查审核和会费审计;还要负责社团巡演晚会的考评。。。。。。

评议部是社团联合会的一个重要部门，这也决定了其工作的特殊性。评议部的干事不仅仅需要细心，耐心，专心等良好的工作态度，还要本着公平，公正，公开原则，不允许有丝毫的差错。

然而，刚刚踏进大学学校的我，仿佛初生牛犊般涉世未深，很多时候并不懂得因人而异的为人处事之道。例如在写评议报告时，如何与社团的负责人打交道;如何能够即时发现社团的不合理之处，获得社团最真实的状况;如何以最有力的方式向负责人提出意见而又不会有滥用评议部职权之嫌。由于缺乏经验，在工作时往往容易夹带一些个人情感，易冲动，好奇心重，还无法完全做到公正。工作的用心性也不够，对有关大学社团申请成立的流程和规定，社团章程等的熟知程度不够。工作时多一理解命令为主，缺乏主动性，不善察言观色。

此外，在遇到班级事务与社团工作发生冲突时，处理方式也欠佳。

(三)今后的工作打算

在新学期的工作中，我必须该进工作方法，提高工作效率，更加塌实工作。更重要的是要杜绝散漫，提高用心性。主动了解部门工作，并以最高的热情，尽最大的发奋去完成。争取为社团联合会尽可能多的多出力，不辜负社联当初录用我的期望。
