2017“五一”出游意愿调查报告：黄山成安徽唯一上榜城市

通过对数万名线上游客进行问卷调查，《“五一”出游意愿调查报告》昨日在携程旅行网发布。报告显示，旅游者的现状是“不差钱缺时间”，六成游客表示“五一”出游要拼假。另外，恢复7天长假成为出游者的主要诉求，获得超过八成网友支持。《报告》显示，“五一”期间，游客最想去的国内旅游目的地是厦门、丽江、成都等，其中青岛位列第六名，日本、马尔代夫、泰国等则是游客最想去的出境国家。

“五一”出游不差钱缺时间

“五一”旅游已经成为大众最为关注的热点，在携程网上，关于“五一”吃喝玩乐的帖子与问答最近新增了1万多条。在报告中显示，有52%的网友表示有出游计划。这说明旅游度假已经成为市民在节假日期间一项主要的娱乐休闲活动。是什么制约国人出游意愿?担心人多拥挤和假期短时间不够是两大主要因素，分别有54%和32%的游客选择。而“节日出游价格太贵”、“没钱出游”的选择率最低，分别是7%和 6%。

在出行方式上，周边游的选择率达到48 %，三天以上的国内游的选择率是28%，出境游的选择率是22%。游客“五一”小长假的旅游预算大多在人均XX元到5000元之间，其次是人均500元到XX元，再次是人均5000元到10000元。

来青岛自由行增幅明显

调查显示，“五一”期间，游客最想去的国内旅游目的地前十名依次是：厦门、丽江、成都、三亚、杭州、青岛、张家界、北京、黄山、上海;最想去的出境旅游目的地前十名依次是：日本、马尔代夫、泰国、毛里求斯、韩国、印尼、塞班岛、新加坡、柬埔寨、中国台湾，其中日本首次成为中国游客最想去的境外旅游国家。记者看到，在排名中，海岛旅游目的地以其突出的休闲度假性质吸引了大多数游客，数量占了一半。

携程山东公共事务部经理高杰分析表示，旅游者选择目的地主要考虑目的地舒适度、气候环境质量、交通因素等。国内旅游热点依然将集中在传统的热门休闲度假和观光旅游城市，4-5天为热门产品，4月29日、4月30日、5月1日出发的人数最多，特别是三亚、厦门、北京、西安、青岛等区域，自由行、跟团游游客量增长明显。而出境游方面，日本、韩国、泰国三大周边国家，以及普吉岛、济州岛、巴厘岛等海岛线路，是中国游客“五一”旅游的最大热点。

一、概况

黄山学校创办于1998年，是黄山市第一所以英语教育为特色，集小学、初中、高中为一体的十二年一贯制的寄宿型市直民办学校。创办以来，在市委、市政府的关心扶持、上级教育部门直接领导和社会各界的大力支持下，取得了长足的发展，现有师生1500余人。

二、学校的发展现状

我校现有32个教学班，学生总数1400多人，其中义务教育阶段有19个教学班，870多人，高中13个教学班530多人。义务教育阶段办学条件基本达标，素质教育、阳光体育等全面开展，学生成绩在教育局的考核评估中绝大多数学科名列前茅。

我校共有教职员工150人。其中教师90人，学历都在大专以上，学历合格，其中35岁以下的教师占50%，他们都是从师范大学一毕业就在我校工作，有些教师的教龄和黄山学校的校龄一样长，他们正是黄山学校教育教学的栋梁。还有一些老教师和中年教师，他们一起构成了黄山学校老中青结合的较合理的教师队伍，年轻教师的职称正步入正轨，中年教师的职称由于受多种因素的制约，还停留在离开公立学校时的职称。黄山学校从办学初期开始就逐步为教职员工办“五险”，到XX年元月开始给所有教职员工都办了“五险”。依法为教职员工解除了后顾之忧，使教职员工的稳定性大大提高。

三、学校发展中的问题及成因分析

学生是民办学校的生命线。招生受阻将直接影响民办学校的发展。我市教育主管部门规定接受义务教育的毕业生，中考时必须回报考学校的户籍所在地考试，否则不准报考相应的省示范高中，这一规定无形之中为民办学校学生的就学和学校招生设置了障碍，而《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》明确规定：民办学校有不受区域限制的自主招生权，自由录取权，我市的相关文件明显与《促进法》相抵触。

公、民办学校教师流通不畅、养老保险不平等成了民办学校发展的又一桎梏。这一问题在中心城区表现得尤为明显，许多优秀教师，被民办学校的感情、待遇和事业所吸引，心向往之，但财政编制成了一道“紧箍咒”，教师由公办学校进入民办学校，则意味着放弃了“有保障”的“财政编”，因为由民办学校返回公办学校，则是一条“不归路”，优秀教师对民办学校的“望而却步”，直接影响了民办学校的健康永续发展。甚至求取公办学校教师到民办学校兼课，也只能“暗渡陈仓”。

huangshan is probably the most notable mountain in china. it’s located in the south of anhui province, and the main scenic area covers 154 square kilometers. mt.huangshan is well-known not only of its magnificence but also its abundant resources and great variety of zoological species, for which it has been listed as a world natural and cultural heritage site in 1990, and also listed as a world geological garden in , which is unique in china!

in ancient times, mt.huangshan known as mt.yishan because the mountain is formed by granite which looks black and grey, and yi in old chinese means “black”, hence the name. but it renamed mt.huangshan in 747 ad in recognition of the legendary huangdi, who was the reputed ancestor of the chinese people and who made magic pills for immortality here.

wu yue is the collective name given to china’s most important mountains which we can also call them the five holy mountains. it’s said that you won’t want to visit any other mountains after seeing the five holy mountains but you won’t wish to see even the five holy mountains after returning from mt.huangshan. this saying which said by xuxiake, a famous traveler over 400 years ago may give us some idea of the beauty and uniqueness of mt.huangshan.

now, after my introduction, are you expecting to feel the graceful bearing! be patient! there’s only half an hour before we arriving. let’s continue.

within so large area, there is a crowd of peaks, 72 of which have names indicating the shapes they resemble. lotus, brightness top and celestial capital are the three major ones, all rising above 1,800 meters above sea level. and it’s well-known for its four wonders, ( i think some of you know some about it, who knows?) yeah, they are the oddly-shaped pine trees., fantastic rocks, sea of clouds and hot springs. now, people also add to the winter snow as the fifth wonder. here i will not introduce one by one and soon you’ll enjoy with your own eyes. mt.huangshan changes its color and appearance with the alternation of seasons, now it’s winter, and we will keep ourselves into a crystal world of frost and ice with sliver boughs and rocks everywhere. don’t be excited, everybody! as a matter of fact there are marvels almost everywhere, especially in the following scenic areas. hot spring, jade screen tower, west sea, north sea, cloud valley temple and pine valley nunnery.

eyes front! ladies and gentlemen, the colorful archway across the street is the main gate of huangshan. we’ll go directly to the north sea scenic area, which is the most important scenic area! so never miss it!

ok, here we are, seeing is believing, let’s get off the bus and bring your camera.

the first sight that comes to us is yungu temple, here we’ll take yungu cable-car to white goose bridge. it’s about ten minutes. oh, come on, then follow me, walk downstairs to start-to-believe peak. along the way we can see several famous huangshan pines: black tiger pine, couple pine, dragon’s claw pine and so on. now, before we climb to the top of peak start-to-believe, for a breathtaking outlook, that is bamboo-shoot peak. do you see? you surely can take a picture.

en, next destination after start-to-believe is peak lion, let’s go! it’s shaped like a sleeping lion from a point of view in north sea hotel. ok, here is dawn-light pavilion, you can see a group of interesting rocks: you see two in the middle resembling two celestials playing chess, on the left is a man in packback, and on the right is a onlooker—a chinese ancient official who watch play. you can see carefully and do you think so? then we’ll reach a refreshing terrace, and you can view a fan—shaped pine cling to the cliff beneath the terrace a nice crowd of pines, a column of stone looking like a person with a big pen, peak rooster and peak rise surrounding you.

arriving at the destination—on the top of lion peak, you can see a rock like a monkey on the flat top of another hill. it’s a very famous rock: a monkey gazing at the sea when there is a sea of clouds.

i expect that after such a long visit you’d like a good rest, and here are the optimum places to see the sunrise. so now we can go back to the north sea hotel to have a rest.

tomorrow we’ll visit brightness top, lotus peak which is the highest peak in huangshan mountain, and the most famous spot—guest-greeting pine, and which is also the sign of huangshan.

莲花峰位于黄山中部，玉屏峰西南，东对天都峰。为36大峰之一。海拔1864米，是黄山最高峰，也是华东地区第三高峰。徐霞客在游记中说：莲花峰“居黄山之中，独出诸峰之上”，“即天都亦俯首矣”。他仅凭目测便能得出如此正确的结论，在当时确是了不起的发现。他是指出莲花峰为黄山最高峰的第一人。

黄山风景如画，但多雾多雨，带好雨具。建议步行上山，并要带够食物和水。爬山会消耗较多体力。黄山到处是景，爬山不用急天黑前上山即可，走走停停的感觉最好。真是享受。

黄山是中国着名风景区之一，世界游览胜地。登黄山可从前山或后山上。慈光阁是前山票房，今天我们就从前山上。大家跟着我横穿公路走台阶道。前面就是半山寺。半山寺因为在玉屏楼和慈光阁中间而得名，寺前可看金鸡叫天门等景点。

再往前走，你们看到了吗?这是光明顶。黄山第二高峰海拔1860米，比最高峰莲花峰1864米低四米，莲花峰高，光明顶平，天都峰险。光明顶上平坦而高旷，可观东海奇景、西海群峰，炼丹、天都、莲花、玉屏、鳌鱼诸峰尽收眼底。明代普门和尚曾在顶上创建大悲院，现在其遗址上建有黄山气象站。因为这里高旷开阔，日光照射久长，故名光明顶。

怪石是够成黄山胜景的又一“绝”。在黄山到处可以看到奇形怪异的岩石，有的像报晓的雄鸡，有的像拿着拐杖的老人，真是千姿百态!接着，我们再来说云海，云海是多么壮观，变幻无穷。

我们先去曾被徐霞客称为"黄山绝胜处"的玉屏楼里去坐坐吧!到那儿，你会看到许多美景。玉屏楼是黄山最好的观松处哦!

大家可能有点累了，我们先在这里坐下吧!看到悬崖边那三棵挺拔的、造型奇特的松树了吗?这就是我们黄山最有名的"三大名松"：迎客松、陪客松和送客松。迎客松姿态优美，它高10米，胸径达64厘米，地径75厘米，枝下2.5米，它有一个枝条斜伸出来，如同好客的主人伸出手臂，热情地欢迎我们的到来。据说，这棵高大的迎客松已有800年的寿命哩!陪客松像一个高大的巨人，耐心地不其厌烦地陪同我们观赏着黄山的风光，为我们指路。送客松姿态独特，枝干盘曲，它站在悬崖边，向我们伸出"手臂"，和我们挥手告别："游客们，欢迎下次再来!"

黄山是中国着名风景区之一，也是世界游览胜地。黄山经历了造山运动和地壳抬升，以及冰川和自然风化作用，才形成其峰林结构。黄山有七十二峰，素有“三xx大峰，三十六小峰”之称，主峰莲花峰海拔高达1864.8米，与光明顶、天都峰并称三大黄山主峰，为36大峰之一。

黄山动物种类300多种，其中属于国家保护的珍贵鸟兽有20多种，溪河塘坝中的鱼类有120多个品种。

黄山市地下埋藏着多种矿物，大量的石灰岩、花岗岩、瓷土、石英岩，蛇纹石和石煤等建筑材料，金、铜、钼、钨、锑、铍、铅、铌、钽、铀等有色金属矿和稀有金属矿物，还有膨润土、砩石、硫、重晶石、水晶、等非金属矿产资源。

黄山四绝，是指中国安徽省黄山的四种独特景观。分别为：奇松、怪石、云海、温泉。黄山三大名瀑是“人字瀑”、“百丈泉”和“九龙瀑”。

黄山玉屏景区以玉屏楼为中心，莲花峰和天都峰为主体，前山就是指这一景区。沿途有“蓬莱三岛”、“百步云梯”、“一线天”、“新一线天”、“鳌鱼洞”等景观。

黄山北海景区是黄山景区的腹地，在光明顶与始信峰、狮子峰、白鹅峰之间，东连云谷景区，南接玉屏景区，北近松谷景区。是一片海拔1600米左右的高山开阔地带，面积1316公顷。北海群峰荟萃，石门峰、贡阳山，都属海拔1800米以上的高峰。海拔1690米的狮子峰在景区之中，峰上的清凉台是观赏云海和日出的最佳之处。

黄山是我国的一座名山，它风景优美，是一个旅游的好地方。其中奇松、怪石、云海、温泉被称为黄山四绝。

黄山绵延数百里，到处是松树。最着名的黄山松有：迎客松、送客松、蒲团松、麒麟松、凤凰松、棋盘松、接引松、黑虎松、探海松或叫舞松――这就是黄山的十大名松。

黄山四绝之一怪石，已奇取胜，已多着称。被命名的怪石已有120多处。自古黄山云成海，黄山是云雾之乡，一年四季都可以观赏。大凡高山，可以见到云海，但是黄山的云海更有特色，奇松和怪石隐藏在云海之中，就更增了美感。

黄山四绝之一的温泉可以洗澡也可饮用。传说我们的祖先轩辕皇帝曾经在这里沐浴过。

黄山四绝使黄山变得更加美丽，更加吸引游人。

黄山位于安徽省南部，处在歙县、黟县、太平县、休宁县之间，属于传统意义上的徽州地区，黄山山脉东起绩溪县的大嶂山，西接黟县的羊栈岭，北起太平湖，南临徽州山区。东邻浙江，南连江西，北与宣城、池州两市接壤。是长江与钱塘江两大水系的分水岭。具体位于东经118°1 度，北纬30°1 ，南北长约40公里，东西宽约30公里，面积约1205平方公里，其中精粹风景区153平方公里

好了，我们一起走吧!让我们先去看一看四绝之——怪石，请大家不要随地吐痰，请保护黄山的环境。快看!那就是著名的“猴子观海”，关于“猴子观海”，我来给大家讲一个传说：猴子观海也叫猴子望太平，猴子为何要望太平呢?这里面有个故事：原太平县城，叫仙源村，村中有一户叫赵德隆的书香人家。女儿名叫掌珠，生得聪明美丽。离仙源村不远的黄山北海深处有一个洞里，有个灵猴，在山中修炼了三千六百年，会三十六变。一天，灵猴见到掌珠生得俊俏，顿生爱慕之心。灵猴就变成一个白面书生，自称是黄山寨主孙广文的公子孙俊武，于傍晚来到赵家门前，以天色已晚为由，要求借宿一夜。赵家老夫妇见他长得俊秀，衣着华贵，斯文有礼，便信以为真，高兴地留他住宿，并设宴招待。酒饮三杯后，孙公子便向老夫妇陈述掌珠的爱慕之情，央求纳为婿，发誓侍奉二老颐养天年。老夫妇一听这甜言蜜语，心中非常喜悦。经与女儿商量，掌珠对才貌双全的孙公子也早八分欢喜。次日一早，老夫妇回了孙公子的话。孙公子听了欢喜若狂，差点露了原形。灵猴回洞，思念掌珠心切，急忙把大小猴子都变成人，组成了一支浩浩荡荡的队伍，去仙源赵家迎亲。掌 珠被抬到洞府，只见陈设富丽，宾客满座。夜深宴席散，孙公子被宾客拥入了洞房。一觉醒来，掌珠发现孙公子长了一身绒毛，大吃一惊。原来，孙公子酒醉，现出了猴子原形。掌珠非常恼恨，乘灵猴烂醉熟睡之机，向外逃走，直奔家中。灵猴酒醒后，知道自己露出了原形，惊逃了掌珠，便喝令众猴出洞寻找，追到山下芙蓉岭，也不见新娘的影子。灵猴自从失去了掌珠，朝思暮想，但又没有妙法可想，只得每天攀上洞后的悬岩，坐在石上，朝着东北方向的太平县仙源村呆呆地望着。年深月久，便变成了黄山如今这一石景。

大家有没有注意到，黄山的什么地方都有松树，就连岩壁上也不例外，黄山延绵数百里，千峰万壑，比比皆松。黄山松，它分布于海拔800米以上高山，以石为母，顽强地扎根于巨岩裂隙。黄山松针叶粗短，苍翠浓密，干曲枝虬，千姿百态。或倚岸挺拔，或独立峰巅，或倒悬绝壁，或冠平如盖，或尖削似剑。有的循崖度壑，绕石而过;有的穿罅穴缝，破石而出。忽悬、忽横、忽卧、忽起，“无树非松，无石不松，无松不奇”。

人们说：“五岳归来不看山，黄山归来不看岳。”此话不假。这个暑假我有机会去游览了黄山。

黄山可真奇啊!一座座山峰玲珑俊秀，有的像香炉，有的像彩缎，有的像莲花……最让人叫绝的是山上的怪石。黄山的怪石有两千多个，让人眼花缭乱。这些石头形态各异，因而起的名字各不相同。

从黄山的玉屏楼向南望，只见一座山峰上堆着几块大石头。当霞光照在上面时，那堆石头就像一只金光闪闪的大公鸡，紫红色的鸡冠，尖尖的嘴朝着对面的天都峰，努力振翅啼鸣。这就是鼎鼎有名的“金鸡叫天都”。

最奇怪的是“五老奔天都”。远远看去，你还以为是五个金鸡蛋呢!走近一看才会恍然大悟，原来是五个小老头。他们你拉着我，我拉着你，仿佛一边谈天说笑，一边小心翼翼地走上天都峰。

看完了“五老奔天都”，再看仙桃“飞来石”。听爸爸说有这样一个有趣的故事：在孙悟空大闹天宫的时候，它吃了王母娘娘的仙桃，然后把桃核随手一丢，丢到了黄山，就这样成了黄山的“飞来石”。真巧，“飞来石”还真像一个桃核呢!

我们又看了“仙女散花”、“仙人下棋”等怪石。看着看着，这些石头似乎又发生了新的变化，仿佛有了生命，更显神奇!

啊!大自然这个雕刻家的技艺是多么高超，多么神奇，多么美妙。它把这些石头刻得活灵活现、栩栩如生!

闻名中外的黄山风景区在我国安徽省南部。那里的景色秀丽神奇，尤其是那些怪石，有趣极了。今年夏天，我和妈妈有幸去了黄山，欣赏了那令人惊叹的黄山奇石。

来到黄山，我们不禁被眼前那一块块形态各异、姿态万千的石头所吸引。就说“仙桃石”吧，它好象从天上飞下来的一个大桃子，落在山顶的石盘上。不知道孙悟空会不会经常光顾这里呢?

在旁边一座陡峭的山峰上，有一只“猴子”。它两只胳膊抱着腿，一动不动地蹲在山头，望着翻滚的云海。这就是有名的“猴子观海”。

“仙人指路”就更有趣了!远远望去，那巨石真像一位仙人站在高高的山峰上，伸着手臂指向前方。

每当太阳升起，有座山峰上的几块巨石，就变成了一只金光闪闪的雄鸡。它伸着脖子，对着天都峰不停地啼叫。不用说，这就是著名的“金鸡叫天都”了。

黄山奇石还有很多，像“天狗望月”、“狮子抢球”、“仙女弹琴”……那些叫不出名字的奇形怪状的岩石，正等着你们去给它取名字呢!

人们都说:”五岳归来不看山,黄山归来不看岳.”今年暑假我就欣赏到了美丽而雄伟的黄山.

黄山有四绝:奇石,松树,云海,温泉,但给我印象最深的是奇石.在课本中学到的巨大的仙桃石,可爱的猴子观海,神奇的仙人指路.让我惊叹不已,觉得大自然的造化和人们的想象太神奇了!

最让我难忘的奇石是”手机石”,它的体形大,身体长长的,还有那根指向天空的天线.,真是了不得的”手机.”啊!我想,;”可能要庞大的恐龙才能使用这个型号的手机吧.

最让我觉得有趣的是那尊在黄山上穿着佛衣的猪八戒,当我们到达莲花峰脚下时,忽然导游指着一块巨石让我们猜像什么?游人们七嘴八舌的议论着,有的说是唐僧,有的说是儒来佛.,有的说是孙悟空.,在我们议论纷纷时,导游说那是”朱八戒”那大大肚子,,小小的头,越看越像.我想可真有趣,八戒坐在那里干什么?他有闲工夫坐在黄山看风景?他应该在高老庄才对.

最让我佩服的是那鲤鱼跳龙门的奇石,高高的黄山上几块石头缝里,一条鲤鱼正在奋力往上跳,那嘴,那眼.那腮和真的鲤鱼没有区别.

黄山上的奇石真是千姿百态,只要发挥你的想象力,你会从中找到许多快乐。
