3、对文本解读挖掘的太细，重难点把握不凸显，时间安排前松后紧，本文是一首散文，应该在文字的品读上下功夫，但课堂上在读的方面形式单一，字品词析句方面没有深入体悟语言的唯美性。

改进措施：

课堂上应该使用减号，毕竟课堂时间有限，抓住重点，高效课堂，找主线拎起全文，课堂上应该真正的放手，让学生自读自悟，自主探究，自发学习，尝试不同阅读方式，多种形式去朗读，以读促悟，体悟语言之美，必要时要迁移运用，语言训练。

教无止境，不断实践、不断反思、不断提升，我一直在路上。

我在学习课文第6至9自然段之前，先提出问题：读课文第6至9自然段说一说你眼前仿佛出现了哪几幅优美的画面?然后引导学生边观察插图，边阅读课文。这样图文结合很快孩子们就归纳出了“钓鱼图”“瞭望图”和“低飞图”。然后引导孩子们品析课文内容。

三、抓住关键词品析课文内容。

例如，在教学“钓鱼图”的时候，我引导学生抓住“钓”字去品味。边读课文内容，边联系插图想象画面之外的内容：一位老渔翁悠闲地在垂钓，这位悠闲的老渔翁慢慢地变成了学生们在插图中看到的白鹭的形象，这时候白鹭那种悠然自得之美展示在孩子们的面前。孩子们因此而理解了课文的内容。同时学会了理解课文内容的方法之一——品味语言时要抓住关键字词体会。

四、对文本的研读有助于我们在正确理解文本内容的基础上走出文本，然后精心设计课堂教学环节，让学生在理解课文内容的基础上感悟文本的美，体会祖国语言文字的奥妙，增强孩子们的民族自豪感与自信心。这是语文课程所承载的任务之一。

本节课的不足之处是：自己的课堂驾驭能力还有待提高。例如：虽然我课前自认为完美的教学环节，但是到了课堂上出现了突发性的事件，而这些突发性事件脱离了我的教案，我就有些慌乱了，迫不及待地将学生的思路拉回到我的教案上。这说明我还没有真正放手，课前预设得不够。在教学机智上我觉得我是很欠缺的。

如果我再教学本课，我会充分地把自己的预设设计好，在课堂教学中，努力让自己保持清醒的头脑，不为课堂上突发事件所引领，以至于让自己的备课心血白白浪费。

2017“五一”出游意愿调查报告：黄山成安徽唯一上榜城市

通过对数万名线上游客进行问卷调查，《“五一”出游意愿调查报告》昨日在携程旅行网发布。报告显示，旅游者的现状是“不差钱缺时间”，六成游客表示“五一”出游要拼假。另外，恢复7天长假成为出游者的主要诉求，获得超过八成网友支持。《报告》显示，“五一”期间，游客最想去的国内旅游目的地是厦门、丽江、成都等，其中青岛位列第六名，日本、马尔代夫、泰国等则是游客最想去的出境国家。

“五一”出游不差钱缺时间

“五一”旅游已经成为大众最为关注的热点，在携程网上，关于“五一”吃喝玩乐的帖子与问答最近新增了1万多条。在报告中显示，有52%的网友表示有出游计划。这说明旅游度假已经成为市民在节假日期间一项主要的娱乐休闲活动。是什么制约国人出游意愿?担心人多拥挤和假期短时间不够是两大主要因素，分别有54%和32%的游客选择。而“节日出游价格太贵”、“没钱出游”的选择率最低，分别是7%和 6%。

在出行方式上，周边游的选择率达到48 %，三天以上的国内游的选择率是28%，出境游的选择率是22%。游客“五一”小长假的旅游预算大多在人均XX元到5000元之间，其次是人均500元到XX元，再次是人均5000元到10000元。

来青岛自由行增幅明显

调查显示，“五一”期间，游客最想去的国内旅游目的地前十名依次是：厦门、丽江、成都、三亚、杭州、青岛、张家界、北京、黄山、上海;最想去的出境旅游目的地前十名依次是：日本、马尔代夫、泰国、毛里求斯、韩国、印尼、塞班岛、新加坡、柬埔寨、中国台湾，其中日本首次成为中国游客最想去的境外旅游国家。记者看到，在排名中，海岛旅游目的地以其突出的休闲度假性质吸引了大多数游客，数量占了一半。

携程山东公共事务部经理高杰分析表示，旅游者选择目的地主要考虑目的地舒适度、气候环境质量、交通因素等。国内旅游热点依然将集中在传统的热门休闲度假和观光旅游城市，4-5天为热门产品，4月29日、4月30日、5月1日出发的人数最多，特别是三亚、厦门、北京、西安、青岛等区域，自由行、跟团游游客量增长明显。而出境游方面，日本、韩国、泰国三大周边国家，以及普吉岛、济州岛、巴厘岛等海岛线路，是中国游客“五一”旅游的最大热点。

按照市政协的统一部署，近期对我市民办教育特别是民办学校的现状作了调研。下面就展开调研的对象——黄山学校的有关情况向与会的各位作一汇报。

一、概况

黄山学校创办于1998年，是黄山市第一所以英语教育为特色，集小学、初中、高中为一体的十二年一贯制的寄宿型市直民办学校。创办以来，在市委、市政府的关心扶持、上级教育部门直接领导和社会各界的大力支持下，取得了长足的发展，现有师生1500余人。

二、学校的发展现状

我校共有教职员工150人。其中教师90人，学历都在大专以上，学历合格，其中35岁以下的教师占50%，他们都是从师范大学一毕业就在我校工作，有些教师的教龄和黄山学校的校龄一样长，他们正是黄山学校教育教学的栋梁。还有一些老教师和中年教师，他们一起构成了黄山学校老中青结合的较合理的教师队伍，年轻教师的职称正步入正轨，中年教师的职称由于受多种因素的制约，还停留在离开公立学校时的职称。黄山学校从办学初期开始就逐步为教职员工办“五险”，到XX年元月开始给所有教职员工都办了“五险”。依法为教职员工解除了后顾之忧，使教职员工的稳定性大大提高。

目前，学校正在市教育局和区教育局的正确领导下，规范办学，健康发展，正逐步享受法律赋予的全部权力和义务。

三、学校发展中的问题及成因分析

学生是民办学校的生命线。招生受阻将直接影响民办学校的发展。我市教育主管部门规定接受义务教育的毕业生，中考时必须回报考学校的户籍所在地考试，否则不准报考相应的省示范高中，这一规定无形之中为民办学校学生的就学和学校招生设置了障碍，而《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》明确规定：民办学校有不受区域限制的自主招生权，自由录取权，我市的相关文件明显与《促进法》相抵触。

公、民办学校教师流通不畅、养老保险不平等成了民办学校发展的又一桎梏。这一问题在中心城区表现得尤为明显，许多优秀教师，被民办学校的感情、待遇和事业所吸引，心向往之，但财政编制成了一道“紧箍咒”，教师由公办学校进入民办学校，则意味着放弃了“有保障”的“财政编”，因为由民办学校返回公办学校，则是一条“不归路”，优秀教师对民办学校的“望而却步”，直接影响了民办学校的健康永续发展。甚至求取公办学校教师到民办学校兼课，也只能“暗渡陈仓”。

大家是不是已经听到大瀑布的咆哮了呢？不要心急，去之前先考考大家，你们知道这个瀑布为什么起名叫黄果树瀑布呢？传说，是因为瀑布边上有许多的黄桷树，按当地的方言口音，“桷”与“果”读音相同，所以人们就习惯称之为黄果树，因此就把这个瀑布称之为黄果树瀑布了。

看！这就是早已闻名遐迩的中国第一大瀑布了。瀑布高77.8米，宽101米，夏秋洪水暴涨，瀑布如黄河倒倾，峭壁震颤，谷底轰鸣，十里开外，也能听到它的咆哮；由于水流的强大冲击力，溅起的水雾可弥漫数百米以上，使坐落在瀑布左侧崖顶上的寨子和街市常常被溅起的水雾所笼罩。游人谓之“银雨洒金街”。冬春水小，瀑布便分成三五绺从岸顶上挂下来，远远望去，那洁白的水帘飘然而下，扬扬洒洒，如绸缎飘舞，如仙袂飘举，如淑女浣纱？数百年来，黄果树瀑布的雄姿一直为许多文人学者所惊叹。清代贵州著名书法家严寅亮先生在对岸题写的对联：“白水如棉，不用弓弹花自散；红霞似锦，何需梭织天生成”，更是形象而生动地概括了黄果树瀑布的壮丽景色。

现在，你们看到的是瀑布跌落处——犀牛潭。它深约17米，经常被溅起的雾珠淹没。潭上经常挂着美丽的彩虹。古人以为，彩虹是因有神犀潜藏水底吐雾而成，故名曰犀牛潭。有没有神犀，我也没有见过，但潭水的神秘幽深，至今依然，任何人驻足潭边，都会浮想联篇。如果你看见了彩虹那么祝贺你，说明你很受犀牛神的眷顾。

与世界上其他著名的大瀑布相比，黄果树大瀑布虽然没有非洲维多利亚大瀑布那般宽阔和雄伟，但是，黄果树大瀑布自有它奇特之处。其中最神奇的一处，就是隐藏在大瀑布后面半腰上的洞穴了，这也成就了“世界上唯一一个可以从六个方位欣赏的瀑布”。由于洞外水挂珠帘，故曰“水帘洞”。这是世界上其它大瀑布所没有的奇特景观。众所周知的《西游记》中水帘洞，就是这里拍摄的。这里最为经典就是这前三洞窗了。

这是第一洞窗，它的位置最低，离犀牛潭水面仅40米，但洞窗则最宽大，有十几米宽，水大时两个瀑布就连成水帘，将洞窗全部封住；水小时则次第拉开，从几米到十几米不等，就像可以随意开合的窗帘。这是第二洞窗，它离第一洞窗仅4米左右。这是一个静谧的世界，号称“水晶宫”。它是水帘洞的心脏部分，长11米，高9米，宽3米。路旁有一股泉水，清澈明净，水长年保持在一个水位。洞顶悬挂着许多钟乳石，洞壁上还悬着数不清的石幔、石帘。

这是第三洞窗，它向外突出，很像阳台。这个洞窗有1米高，3米长，外面围有护栏，游人站在护栏后面可以伸手摸到瀑布，所以人们把这里称之为“摸瀑台”。这也是最让人兴奋的地方了！说到黄果树为何早已名扬天下，就不得不提到一个人了。大家猜猜，这个人是谁？没错，就是大旅行家徐霞客。早在公元1638年，明代大旅行家和地理学家徐霞客就游览过此地。在考察大瀑布后赞叹道：“捣珠崩玉，飞沫反涌，如烟雾腾空，势甚雄厉；所谓：‘珠帘钩不卷，匹练挂遥峰’，俱不足以拟其壮也。”现在大家所看到的正是这位先贤的塑像了。

首先小X为大家介召一下景区的基本情况：黄果树风景名胜区位于贵州省的西南部，距省会贵阳市128公里，距中国优秀旅游城市--安顺38公里，是国家重点风景名胜区和首批国家5A级旅游景区，景区平均海拔为900米，总面积:165平方公里，年平均气温在16摄氏度左右，景区内空气清新，每立方厘米的空气中含负氧离子2.8万个以上;素有天然大氧吧之称。

黄果树景区主要是以水作为整个景区的主旋律，在大瀑布的周围就分布着多姿多彩、雄、奇、壮美的18个瀑布，形成了一个庞大的瀑布家族，被世界基尼斯总部评为世界上最大的瀑布群。另外：以黄果树大瀑布为中心在165平方公里的景区范围内还有：世界上最精典的喀斯特自然景观--天星桥景区、陡坡塘景区和被誉为中国蜡染之乡的石头寨景区以及郎弓景区、灞陵河古文化景区、神龙洞景区等众多的景区景点。

各位朋友们，黄果树大瀑布到了，黄果树在1982年被评为首批的国家级风景名胜区，20__年被评为4A级旅游区，20__年被审定为首批的5A级旅游区。大家在游览的瀑布之前，将会先经过盆景园，它于1998年正式对外开放占地面积40多亩，里面盆景3000多盆，植物种类30多种，主要植物有金弹子、紫薇、银杏、火棘、腊梅、杜鹃等等，大多数的盆景取贵州盆景的风格，以大、奇、秀、美著称，都采用了树龄大、树干粗壮、怪异的树木，另外也有一些比较精品的盆景，且曾经参加过全国盆景展获过奖，如获金奖的古榴情韵、腊梅、魂，获银奖的硕果庆丰年等等，另外，它还结合了我们贵州的奇石，展现给各位游客，这种石头名盘江石因常年在河水的冲刷、和溶蚀而变得灰白和形态各异，它产于贵州北盘江，跟江南太湖石有几分相似，它的特点是瘦、透、漏、皱，园内具有代表价值的有盘龙云海石(因形状酷似一条巨龙盘于云海之中而得名)，音乐石(用小石头敲击不同地方可发出不同悦耳的声音，含铁越重的地方，声音越清脆)，大家可以在盆景园内观赏留影。

过了盆景园，您可看到游道旁种有很多黄果树，这种树相似于桔树，果片是黄色，味微酸，结的果跟橙子比较像，冬天结果，当地人便称黄果树，很早以前因此地多栽种黄果树，便以树命村市，这里的村市既然叫了黄果树，而黄果树瀑布坐落于此村旁，黄果树瀑布的名称就是被这样冠名得来的。

各位我们可选最佳旅游线路，步行往下游览，结束后乘坐大扶梯回到盆景园，黄果树瀑布是亚洲第一大瀑布，它高77.8米，宽101米，是世界上唯一能从上、下、左、右、前、后，6个角度观看和欣赏的瀑布，也是世界上唯一有水帘洞从其腰间全长贯穿，即能从洞里面观、听、摸的一个瀑布，黄果树瀑布所处河流叫做白水河，白水河属珠江流域北盘江上打邦河的一条支流，最终流到广东珠江，它发源于贵州六盘水六枝，因贵州水源多属山区雨源型，靠天降雨，所以瀑布水一年四季从不断流，冬春两季瀑水较小，瀑布看上去很秀美，雨水季节易涨水，水大时每秒达1000多个流量，要接近瀑布或穿过水帘洞需穿雨衣。不然就全身打湿，并且，水大时看不到瀑水后的石头，整个水连成一片，看上去仿佛似万马奔腾、瀑声如雷、水雾弥漫、气势雄浑、十分壮观。

黄果树瀑布属喀斯特地貌中的侵蚀裂典型瀑布，最早因河床突然出现了一个裂点，经河水常年累月不断的冲刷和溶蚀，便裂点踏隙，形成了一个落差，也就形成了瀑布的基本面貌，后因风雨溶蚀和雨水不断冲刷，又使原先形成的瀑布不断向后撤，据地质学家考证，瀑布形成了今天这种稳定的局面，曾有过三次大的变迁，它后撤距离长达205米，现今的三道滩、马蹄滩、油鱼井便是它后撤留下的遗迹，在地质学上，这一现象并称为向岩后撤。

黄果树瀑布不只一个瀑布的存在，以它为核心，在它的上游和下游20千米的河段上，共形成了雄、奇、险、秀风格各异的瀑布18个。在1999年还曾被上海大世界吉尼斯总部评为了世界上最大的瀑布群，并列入世界吉尼斯纪录。

黄果树瀑布是上、下、左、右、前、后各个角度观看，各有特点，最奇特的就是从后面观看，世界上各样的瀑布有很多，如美国及加拿大交界的尼亚加拉大瀑布、维多利亚瀑布等，但它们都只能从上面或是下面、前面观看，绝不能从后面去看，可是，我们的黄果树瀑布就可以让大家多角度的看它并能跟它有零距离的接触，因为在瀑布身后有一个全长134米的水帘洞贯穿其身躯，水帘洞位于大瀑布40――47米的高度上，里面有6个洞窗，能让你感受真正的水帘洞，第二洞窗宽约10米，你肯看到那水钙华上流下形成了一幅幅的窗帘，编写《西游记》的吴承恩曾写道：原来那水帘洞本是一股瀑布飞泉，遍挂洞门，远看似一条白布帘儿，近看乃是一股水脉，故曰水帘洞。也许他曾在梦里依稀的见过，可真正的水帘洞比他描写的形象得多。

当你到达第三洞窗，可以停下脚步，你听一下这瀑布的水声，这里就是听瀑布最好的地方了，这声音就象是一首动听的交响乐，第四洞窗又称摸瀑台，因你只要伸出手去，就能摸到那神瀑之水天上来，这也曾是《西游记》里孙悟空飞身进洞的洞窗拍摄点，第五洞窗，也是最高的洞窗，在这里透过水帘看到对面的山坡，常年累月都绿油油的就象一个绿色的瀑布，那是因为有了这瀑水的滋润，大家可以在这多做几下深呼吸，这里的负氧离子最多了。

游完水帘洞后，沿着弯曲的石梯下山，直到瀑布脚下，从这个角度看瀑布，真的体会到飞流直下三千尺了吧，瀑布脚下有一个很深的潭，因传说远古时候，曾有犀牛出现过，所以得名为犀牛潭，犀牛潭深17.8米，是大瀑布多年来不断冲刷而形成的。据说在明代吴三桂在云南称帝，兵败路过此地，因带的行囊过重，便不得以往潭中仍下很多金银珠宝，后来有很多勇士曾潜到潭中取宝，但因潭中有犀牛看守拿不到宝贝，现在当太阳升起，您可以站在不同角度看到潭面架起一道道的彩虹，这一景象很是难得。有人说这彩虹是潭中金银珠宝散发的光芒，但大家都知道，这是光的折射产生的，不过这犀牛潭也因经常能看到彩虹而被称为孵彩虹的窝。

大家到了索桥，还可以右转到瀑布正下面享受一下，这里还可看到明代著名地理学家、

旅行家徐霞客的雕像，早在1638年他徒步旅行达到啊瀑布时就留下了这样的诗句：一溪悬捣，万练飞空，捣珠崩玉，飞沫反涌除了徐霞客，还有很多文人墨客，也在此留下了墨宝，如我国著名书画大师刘海粟的水帘洞、天下奇观等。

当你到达大瀑布的正面，一股河水的清香味扑鼻而来，那水雾迷漫在您的脸上、身上，让您整个人轻松了很多，这里可以说是最佳拍照点了，就连很多国家的领导人也不例外。这里，也是黄果树举办瀑布节时《唱山祭水大典》的会场，曾在1998年黄果树瀑布夜景对外开放，世界著名的钢琴王子理查德、克莱德曼也选择在这里搭起了舞台，开始他的钢琴演奏会。

黄果树瀑布距省城贵阳市137公里，位于贵州省西部镇宁县和关岭县接壤处的打邦河支流的白水河上。从贵阳乘车到黄果树，约需一个半小时左右时间。

黄果树大瀑布已经到了，你们看，这就是早已闻名遐迩的中国第一大瀑布。

这个瀑布为什么起名叫黄果树瀑布，而不叫其他别的什么瀑布呢？据民间传说，是因为瀑布边上有棵高大的黄桷树，按当地的口音，桷与果读音相同，所以人们就习惯称之为黄果树，这是一种说法。还有一种说法，传说很久以前瀑布附近的农民都喜欢种黄果，瀑布边上就有一大片黄果园，因此就把这个瀑布称之为黄果树瀑布了。

与世界上其他著名的大瀑布相比，黄果树大瀑布虽然没有非洲维多利亚大瀑布、北美洲尼亚加拉大瀑布、委内瑞拉安赫尔大瀑布那般宽阔、高深和雄伟，但是，黄果树大瀑布自有它奇特之处，它是世界上处在喀斯特地区最在瀑布，也是最壮观的瀑布。这个大瀑布就像是一块奇异的磁石，在它的地面、地下、水上、水中还吸附着一连串丰姿绰约的景致。其中最神奇的一处，就是隐藏在大瀑布半腰的崖廊洞穴，由于洞外藤萝攀附，水挂珠帘，故曰水帘洞。这是世界上其它大瀑布所没有的奇特景观。

黄果树瀑布为什么会这样呢？这是因为黄果树瀑布地处喀斯特地区，是由水流的侵蚀作用造成的。当溯源侵蚀裂点到达上游时，河水沿着喀斯特裂隙冲刷、溶蚀、冲蚀、磨蚀，管道逐渐扩大，形成落不洞及地下河；当地表河注入落水洞后水量的比例逐渐增大，就形成了喀斯特地区特有的袭夺，在明流注入落水洞处，就形成落水洞式瀑布。随着水流冲蚀及策略崩塌作用不断加剧，暗河洞穴越来越大，于是沿地表干谷发育了成串分布的竖井及天窗，它们不断扩大，归并，垮塌，就造成了现今雄伟壮观的黄果树大瀑布和瀑布下游深切险峻的峡谷。
