女大学生村官工作总结

一、工作开展情况

1、立足本职工作，狠抓村级党组织建设工作。

一是优化设置模式，培育壮大村级党组织。协助村“两委”其它班子成员开展了村企“共驻共建”、“村企领导班子交叉任职”活动，本着“就近相邻、便于活动”的原则，开展了小组并大组及党小组长与村民组长“一人兼”，把原25个村民组合并为19个村民组，党小组长与村民小组长“一人兼”19人，发挥党小组和村民小组在落实“富民强村、发展现代农业、维护农村与锰矿的和谐稳定”三大任务中的重要作用。二是积极探索农民党员联系和服务群众的工作机制。协助村“两委”开展无职党员设岗定责活动，针对农民群众的所事、所想、所盼，做到什么工作难以推动就设什么岗位、群众需要解决什么难题就设什么岗位、村里什么矛盾突出就设什么岗位，共设置了新农村建设示范岗、村级党员活动室管理使用岗、政策法制宣传岗、计划生育促进岗、党务村务监督岗、文明新风倡导岗、环境卫生保护岗、社会治安维护岗、“双带”示范岗、流动党员联络岗等10个岗位，使无职党员设岗定责符合了农民群众的需求。按照“要求明细、操作简便、实施有效”的原则，设定了无职党员设岗定责的“党员自我认岗、党支部审核定岗、乡群众公示明岗、资金措施履岗、定期考核评岗”等五个基础环节，切实解决了无职党员愿不愿干、能不能干、真不真干、群众认不认可等问题。

去年，下溪乡3万吨电解锰厂在我村落户，因为建厂征地的地方，不但有很多老百姓的土和粮田，而且还有好多坟地。当时，动员老百姓迁坟墓，可老百姓说什么也不肯迁，工作难度大。我们充分发挥村组干部和党员的作用，实行村“两委”干部包片区、党小组长和村民小组长包户、党员包群众的办法，分别耐心细致地做群众的思想政治，帮助解决实际问题与困难。经过村党员干部多次家访、反复做工作，顺利完成了征地和迁坟工作。现在，3万吨电解锰厂正在如火如荼地建设之中。

“整脏治乱”工作在农村来说是一项很让人头疼的工作。因为老百姓每天都有许多农活要做，根本就没有时间和精力去搞什么“整脏治乱”工作。于是，我和“政策法制宣传岗”党员，就深入到每家每户做宣传解释工作，坚持赶集天党员活动室播放“整脏治乱”专题教育片，每周督促检查1次以上服务区的卫生打扫，引导村民“爱卫生、爱清洁、不乱堆乱放、不随地吐痰、不随手扔白色垃圾和果皮纸屑”，讲文明、树新风。现我村“整脏治乱”工作走上了新台阶，许多村民从原先乱扔、乱丢、乱放的陋习转变成为有纸屑、白色垃圾就扔进垃圾箱，不在家里、街道上随便乱堆杂物的良好习惯。

3、运用专业知识，协助解决村里的实际问题。

平时，利用所学财会专业知识，帮助、指导“党务村务监督岗”党员核对村级帐目，定期与不定期地监督检查村财务帐目，充分发挥村务监督岗党员的作用，顺利实现了“村财乡管村用”。此外，还经常深入到各村民组，与“双带示范岗”党员一道，发放远程教育课件，到田间地头亲手辅导群众如何利用远程教育搞养殖业和种植业。

二、工作感想与体会

必须根据群众的需求开展主题实践活动，否则村级经济社会发展很难见成效。一开始，我没有结合村里实际，只是机械地遵照上级党委、政府的安排与部署开展各项活动，投入了许多时间与精力，但效果不明显，群众不理解。只有结合群众的需求来找准活动载体开展工作，既促进了工作又让群众得到了实惠。

必须转变“角色”，放下架子，加深对农民群众的感情，否则，工作寸步难行。其实像我们这样刚出大门的大学生，有工作激情，但缺乏工作经验和社会经验，特别是象我这样一个女大学生，就更难实地深入到农民群众之中。通过一年多的培养锻炼，我深知，不要以一个大学生的身份去看自己，一定要深入实际，密切联系群众，和农民群众交朋友，与他们打成一片，公道正派，吃苦耐劳，才能赢得群众的信任和支持。

来__中学参加顶岗实习已经将近两个月了，原以为很漫长的实习生活在不知不觉中已经过去了五分之二。确实，日子一天天过着，自己对这种生活的体会越来越深刻，越来越客观。生活已经步入正轨，自己正像一名正式的数学老师一样，每天重复着简单而又繁琐的工作，为学生的进步而喜，为学生的不思进取而悲。每天在大量的图形，数字中穿行，每天在办公室，教室，宿舍三点一线上奔波……在我们真正上课的过程中，我们认真进行课前的备课工作，刚开始即使准备充分还是会紧张，在课堂教学中同学们积极热情高涨的配合我们的工作，让我们充分感受到作为一名老师的责任，通过上课，我认识到了自己的缺点和不足，在以后的授课过程中注意并及时改正了自己的缺点和不足，让自己得到真正意义上的成长和进步。到后来，我们上课基本都自然了、轻松了，基本掌握了初中40分钟的课堂时间和上课的秩序。每天重复着备课，上课，批改作业等等这一切的事项，虽然疲惫但是我很快乐，下晚自习的时候，还有一两个学生拉着我问问题，虽然耽误了自己的休息时间，但是我感觉很为他们高兴，为他们学习的自主性而高兴，为他们积极向上的心态而高兴，为自己有这样的学生而高兴。也希望他们能在学习上更上一层楼。虽然我还只是一名实习教师，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，但在成为人师的这条路上，我迈出了第一步，接下来还有第二步、第三步!不管怎样，我都会以学生为本，把学到的一切加以融汇教授给学生，并带到今后的事业中去，我会以我的真心去呵护学生，因为我面对的是一颗颗纯真有爱的心。

两个月的时间，无论是在生活、教学、还是课余训练，我们都真正找到了自己的定位，也更为深入的理解了“学高为师，身正为范”的内涵，也会在以后的生活学习中不断的提高和完善自己，走好自己今后的人生之路，不管从事什么样的工作，不管遇到什么样的困难，都将坚持不懈、积极进取!可以说我们的顶岗实习是我们以后教育工作的一种开端，它对我们以后的学习和工作有着重要的启发作用。
