参加广东省牛津上海版初中英语单元教学展示活动心得总结

10月9日，我们一行四人到广州参加了为期一天半的广东省牛津上海版初中英语单元教学展示活动。来自广州不同区的五位老师分别给我们展示了阅读、听力、语法、说写和综合技能五堂非常精彩的课型。课上老师们流利准确的英语、新颖的教学理念和轻松驾驭课堂的能力，以及广州市二中表现上佳的学生们给与会专家、教师都留下了深刻的印象。课后，五位授课老师与深圳、广州各区英语教研员、来自广州和深圳的听课老师进行了热烈的交流，让人有一种“听君一席话，胜读三年书”的深刻感受。现就此，跟大家做一个汇报。

五节展示课虽然是由不同老师展示的不同课型由所展示出来的共同，既可以独立，却又是相互联系的。我总结五节课型的共同特点如下：

1. 授课的老师素质非常好，英语规范流利，教态和蔼亲切，能够轻松驾驭课堂，课件制作精美。令我印象尤为深刻的是，老师们都很注重激励语言的运用，在课堂上给学生以信心和鼓励。

2. 教学设计理念新颖

a. 阅读课，不同于我们平时注重单词、句型、内容的理解，更注重阅读技巧的训练、对文本信息的概括、对语篇结构的理解，通过指导学生对文段的理解概括，慢慢渗透阅读技巧；

b. 听力课听前指导到位，比如组织学生预测所听内容，听后还总结了听力技巧和方法；

c. 语法课，更是有别于我们平时枯燥的操练课，把语法放入情境中教学，并让学生自己去总结归纳语法规则，那样，学生的记忆更加深刻；

d. 说写课，很好地整合了教材内容，以写为主，以说为辅。创设情景，让学生去说去写，由说到写，由词到句到篇，整个由易入难，看似不经意，却实在。

e. 综合技能课，电脑和网络话题贯穿整节课堂，通过听、说、读、写四种不同的训练方式把本单元的阅读、语法和听力技能重现、巩固。

3. 每节课通过教知识，都渗透方法、学法，并尝试让学生自己去练习自己去归纳。

4. 给出的任务，话题，甚至小到图片，比如让学生在课堂上体验网络、流行的明星、手机等等，时代感都很强，贴近学生的生活，紧跟学生的潮流，学生有话可说，有话可写；学生愿意说，愿意写，很好地刺激了学生的学习兴趣，并能引导学生把所学知识运用到生活中来。

5. 课堂气氛活跃，老师充满活力、富有感染力；学生踊跃发言，积极配合老师、同学。小组活动实际有效。

6. 作业出发点都很好，即作业是课堂内容在生活中的延续，真正活用所学知识。

五节课也分别有自身不完美的地方，值得我们思考的地方有：

1. 适度教学目标的设定。

也许是展示课，每堂课的教学目标与实际教学的内容和教学的步骤并不一定是相关联的。

2. 学生主体地位的体现。

五节课给我的总体感觉还是老师讲得多，学生讲得少。那样学生自主学习，自由输出的机会会少很多，这与我们新课程理念中的——把课堂还给学生，还是有一定的差距的。

通过学习优秀老师的课堂，并悉心听取教研员的点评，我今后要努力的方向有：

自我专业知识不断补充充电。教学之余应更多时间化在专业知识的学习上，认真上好每堂课，有好教法才会有好学生，才能提高学生的英语成绩，学生体会到成功的喜悦后，老师才真正意义上给了学生更多的成就感。此外，应多参加类似的教学研讨活动，并要做深刻的反思和总结。

多从学生的角度去思考问题，多与他们交流，对他们的生活多了解一些，争取与他们有共同话题，课上才能更好地引起共鸣。

找个时间好好地学习新的课程目标，结合实际更好领会新课程理念，并运用到自己的课堂中来。

对待每一堂课都要有足够的敬畏和敬意，上好每一堂课。

在集体备课中，已经较为详细汇报了此次外出学习的过程和内容，接下来，要和大家一起学习带回来的资料，并努力把集体备课往单元的整体教学这个方向走，大家仔细研究教材，整合教材，研究教法，更有效地进行集体备课。

感受是深刻的，语言是凌乱的，希望有限的表达能力能表达我的感想吧。
