The implementation of FIFO approach to the colored standard method, dual-zone shift method of goods, gravity method, the most stringent accounting records recount method.

为有效防范夏秋季节食品安全重大事故的发生，切实保障人民群众饮食安全和身体健康，5至10月份，我区结合实际，集中开展了夏秋季食品安全检查整治行动。现将夏秋季食品安全工作的主要情景评价如下：

(一)思路清楚，重点突出

各部门始终按照区食品药品安全委员会确定的目标开展工作，把规范食品市场秩序和保障广大人民群众的食品消费安全作为工作的出发点和落脚点。为了使工作具有针对性，各部门根据工作要求和监管职责，确定工作重点。把城乡结合部、集贸市场、旅游景点作为重点区域;把食品消费环节作为重点环节;把蔬菜、瓜果、水产品、饮料(包括桶装水)、奶制品、糕点、肉及肉制品、豆制品、冷冻食品、熟食(包括熟肉、卤制品、蒸煮食品等)、凉拌食品等作为重点品种。严厉打击违法违规经营食品的行为，创造良好的食品消费环境。

(二)宣传深入，氛围浓厚

以网站、报刊、电视等宣传载体为平台，开展食品安全系列宣传活动;组织食药安委成员单位开展了《食品安全法》宣传周活动;组织街道(乡镇)食品安全监督员和行政村(社区)公共安全协管员进行《食品安全法》培训;邀请专家对机关干部、食品安全监管人员和监管相对人进行了《食品安全法》培训;利用邮政网络为党代表、人大代表、政协委员、机关干部、学校、医院、企业等发放《食品安全法》读本及宣传资料5000余册;结合“三下乡”活动，深入农村、社区、企业开展食品安全现场咨询、宣传活动。今年以来，共发放《食品安全法》授课光盘9套、《食品安全法》宣传画1000套、《食品安全法》读本2万本、食品安全知识100问200册、家庭食品(药品)安全知识读本20__册。经过广泛深入的宣传活动，营造“人人关注食品安全，共同参与食品监管”的社会氛围。

(三)监管到位，成效显著

各职能部门与街道(乡镇)密切配合，严格按照要求开展检查整治。从检查情景看，城区学校食堂均领取了卫生许可证，部分个体幼儿园、民工子弟学校和乡镇学校食堂无卫生许可证;大部分食堂能从正规渠道进货，索取“三证”，各种记录比较规范;对蔬菜基地和菜市场抽样检查，蔬菜全部合格，猪肉、牛肉来源于定点屠宰厂，家禽及其产品都来源于本地，全部合格。针对检查中发现的问题，执法人员均已进行了立案查处、限期办照、取缔等处理，并以书面形式要求其限期整改。经过夏秋季食品安全检查整治行动，学校食堂和周边餐饮单位、食品店的管理人员、从业人员的法律意识和食品安全意识进一步增强，卫生设施得到改善;绝大多数经营者行为端正，经营秩序良好。区内没有发生等级食品安全事故。

一、存在问题

夏秋季食品安全工作虽然取得了必须的成效，但仍存在不少问题。一是冷冻食品、儿童食品、饮料、果汁等夏令食品合格率不是很高，存在必须的安全隐患。二是企业、建筑工地食堂卫生许可证持证率偏低，部分食堂食品安全硬件设施不全，企业对食品安全工作重视不足，各项食品安全措施不到位;同时存在无证餐饮配送现象，食品安全隐患较大。三是农村个体幼儿园食堂无证经营较多，主要原因是经营效益不梦想且很多未取得办学许可证，食堂场所普遍面积较小，改造难度较大。

二、下一步打算

根据夏秋季食品安全工作情景，下一步，将着重做好以下几个方面的工作：一是针对存在问题，结合食品安全整顿工作，进一步采取措施，加强对食品安全的监管，确保广大人民群众吃上放心食品。二是加强食品安全法律法规的宣传教育，增强广大人民群众的食品安全法律意识，提高广大人民群众的识别本事和进取参与食品安全监督的自觉性。三是进一步完善和规范各项规章制度，明确市场开办者、经营者和监管者的职责，引导经营者礼貌经商，诚信经营。

初中一年级的第二个学期在学生中树立榜样，适当的表扬是班级管理中不可缺少的。有两件事情让我记忆深刻，也对表扬和榜样的力量深信不疑。

初中一年级的第二个学期，学雷锋月悄然来到，我想起自己初中时候学雷锋的热情，试着在现在的孩子身上启发一下。于是，在我的发动下，班委决定给校车打扫卫生。

由于其他公务，我没有参加，事后，我问一个孩子，咱们班表现怎么样，这个孩子说，张宝最好。再问其他班干部，居然也都是这句话，我感觉很奇怪，于是，在课上，我专门问大家，为什么说张宝最好？于是大家想有默契般的，一个接一个地说张宝的表现：他不怕脏不怕累，他除了完成自己的任务还帮助其他同学，他一趟一趟的提水，一点也不耽误我们换水，所以车擦得特别干净···一句一句发自肺腑的赞扬，让我心里暖暖的，这孩子平时最爱干净，衣服一尘不染，头发清清爽爽，没想到关键时候他能如此表现让全班同学都为之感动。

于是，我适时的对张宝的行为作出肯定，并且告诉大家，一个人的一言一行都很重要，只要努力，我们都会成为像张宝一样让人喜欢，敬佩的人。那次活动后，我发现班里的凝聚力大大增强了，每一个孩子都在努力表现着自己最好的一面，教室里充满着温馨暖意，蓬勃向上的精神动力。

有一个刚从外地调过来的老师，带本年级的课外活动课，由于语言不通，绝大多数学生都听不懂他在讲什么，不听课还要笑老师讲课。班里班风本身很好，有了"张宝事件",也有了良好的思想基础，我只说了三句话：如果别人笑你你会怎么想？如果你在外地，怎样适应语言环境？一遍听不懂还有第二遍呀，何况我们是在为自己学到本领。此后的很多次，直到多年后，这位老师一见到我就夸这个班如何如何好，而且只有这个班如何如何的好，让我既自豪又惭愧，我为班里的学生自豪，为自己没有深入观察帮助这位老师而惭愧。最后这位老师专门为这个班出了份考题，课外活动可不需要考试，这位老师带的其他班也都没有考，可这位老师说：不给这个班出题自己就不像话了，这么认真听讲的班，怎么也得给一个大家检验自己的机会，感受一下成功的喜悦！

小学生的功课少，负担较轻，课外活动多，教师对学生的各方面要求也比较低 。升入初中后，孩子们到了一个新的学习环境，一切都很陌生，对他们来说也是一个新的起点。

这个时候，教师要抓住这个机会，首先对他们进行常规教育。

坐有坐样，站有站样。按时上学，不迟到早退，课前预习，课后复习，按时按质按量完成作业等等，严格按《中学生守则》和《中学生日常行为规范》要求自己。这些内容有些是小学就有的，但仍需教师强调，重新规范，教师边说还要便对班里的同学做示范和纠正。有些内容小学不一定有，而且教师也可以加一些自己对他们的要求，例如，我要求学生再打下课铃之后，先准备好下节课所需要的课本和学习用具，再出去活动，这样上下节课前就会有条不紊，及时调整状态专心听讲，所学用具准备齐全，可以避免上课时再找东西，浪费时间，分散精力。

一般来说，常规教育中的课堂要求比较重要。课前准备好学习用具，铃响之后坐在座位上看书，可以复习前课的内容，也可以预习这节课所学的内容，上课时要专心听讲，老师讲课时，眼睛要跟着老师，随时注意教师的要求，动脑，动手，动嘴，可以有效避免走神，当然这并不是一日之功，需要教师经常提醒，让学生形成良好的习惯。这既需要教师的细心，耐心和恒心，也需要学生的毅力和上进心。在常规实施初始，教师一定要严格要求，甚至我曾经规定，上课如果把东西掉在地上不许捡，学生很不理解，于是我告诉他们，首先东西掉到地上本身就影响自己和他人的听讲，如果你再捡东西，就第二次影响自己和他人，甚至还会影响老师讲课和全班的听课，道理讲清了，学生既信服又能提高他们的责任心，还会让他们感受到自己的作用，提高自信心。

当然，教师的一个人的智慧毕竟是有限的，对班级的了解也还需要全班同学群策群力。在学生适应初中生活后，他们也会有自己的经验，这时候，我们可以开一个主题班会，题目可以叫“在日常学习生活中我们应该怎样做”或类似的课题，也许应该更活泼一些的，让小组讨论制定出班规，一方面，可以更完善教师的常规要求，另一方面，学生从认识上会更深刻，还能让他们感受到自己管理自己，自己管理班级的乐趣，在今后的学习中增强自律能力。

其次，在常规教育中，我们要注意渗入集体主义观念和班级荣誉感的教育。

初中是学生从少年向青年实现转折的关键阶段，其生理和心理处于跌宕期，对事物的判断缺乏清醒的认知，行事做事容易武断为之。随着年龄的增长和教师教育侧重点的转移，学生的知识阅历日趋丰盈，成长速度逐步加快，独立思考能力和活动能力的训练加剧，心中的“小孩子”意识渐渐被“小大人”观念所替代，对师长的盲从开始淡化，随着独立意识的觉醒，遇事开始尝试独立思考，但其行为风格往往还透漏着些许的幼稚和单纯。作为初中班主任，既不能进行定势的压制，又不能完全放任其恣意成长，在班级管理中，要立足学生实际，与学生共同制定班级发展目标，培养学生的集体荣誉感，鼓励学生树立远大的理想，并从现在开始为之努力奋斗。教师自身应主动涉猎世界前沿教育理论，不断更新教育理念，将不断探索班级管理的新思路新方法作为提升自己班级管理艺术的新常态，时时以教育发展观指导自己的科研探索，大胆创新，勇于实践，以求收到最佳的教育效果。笔者经过一段时间的班级管理探索，总结积累了一些实用性强的理论和方法，现与大家交流探讨，与各同仁协同进步，在班级管理科学的路上手挽手。

1德育工作贵在用心

首先，以政教处常规德育活动为契机，对学生进行有针对性的教化。有一次，政教处组织全校学生观看了邹越《让生命充满爱》的演讲视频，学生被邹越娓娓动听、情意交融的演讲深深打动，很多同学的眼中都噙满泪花，对学生的感恩教育收到了震撼人心的最佳效果。观影结束后，很多同学仿佛意犹未尽，但随即陷入深深思索中，面对此情此景，笔者并没有就此打住，而是趁热打铁，迅速布置作业，要求学生以演讲视频为基础，结合自己的亲身经历，写出观后感，限期呈交，设立《观后感》审阅小组，从中选出若干优秀篇章在全班朗读传阅，对学生进行又一次的情感辐射，进一步强化学生的感恩意识和观念。在此基础上，开展别开生面的大讨论大演讲活动，让学生的心里话自然流露，使学生的真挚情感自由抒发，唤起学生尊敬父母、回馈父母的强烈欲望，让父母与子女的情感在学生的行动催化下与日俱增。

其次，有的放矢地组织学生观看爱国主义影片，组织学生对影片中的人物进行客观公正的评价，教师对学生的评价进行整合删减，浓缩出具有时代意义和象征意义的影评资料。要求学生查阅影片相关史实，结合自己的认识，写出自己真实感受的观后感，附着于影评资料的下方，在教室开辟出一方园地，进行一段时间的展示。学生在观影及后续活动中，爱国热情和民族自尊心被最大化的激活，达到了陶冶情操、夯实价值观的目的。

2创设和美环境，荡涤学生内心

优美和悦的校园环境与文化氛围，对荡涤学生的心灵，陶冶学生的情操具有潜移默化的作用。有一段时间，恰逢学校创建文明校园、文明班级活动如火如荼进行，笔者以此为契机，在教室布置上大费心机，美观醒目的名言警句，班风学风的考究装裱，尤其是引人注目的“班级名人光荣榜”更是相得益彰、分外突出，其中笔者按照助人为乐、热爱劳动、热爱集体等诸方面科学合理的对榜单进行了分类，让那些在各个方面表现优秀的同学都能名列其中，打破了传统的“唯学习论”，为学生的向真向善向美发展开辟了多元化的途径，对匡扶正气班风，鞭笞歪风邪气，突出环境育人功能发挥了积极的建设性作用。

此外，为了增强活动的实效性，笔者利用班会时间组织学生在教室范围内开展了脏乱差查摆活动。内容涉及桌椅摆放、学习用具规整、地面整洁度及清扫工具的有序放置，在完善这些常规方面的检查后，还主动调整拓展整治思路，从卫生死角、行为盲区等多个角度延伸，力求将教室打造成美观大方高雅整洁的首善之区，让大家在享受优美环境的同时，对内心的污垢进行一次大扫除，达到景美人更靓的超脱境界。

3用“平等心”善待每一个学生

民主平等是素质教育改革理念中对师生关系最佳状态的完美表述，。作为班主任，对班级的每一位同学要做到一视同仁，不应以个人喜好为出发点，要从自己内心中树立师生人人平等的观念。学生是独立的个体，每个学生都是优点和缺点的集合体，教师要积极捕捉学生个体的闪光点，把握住教育时机，不断调整教育手段，全面辨证地为学生提供公平竞争的机会，尊重学生的个性张扬，重视学生的点滴进步 。

在长期的教育实践中，同类事迹宣讲无疑是个好方法。班主任在带领全班学生进步发展中，不难发现勤奋学习、勇于吃苦担当的典型，教师可以认真观察，将这些同学的细节用心记录下来，整理成生动的教育资料，利用周会课的时间以教师宣讲、学生作报告的形式向学生展现这些同学的品质释放美，提示大家停驻匆忙的脚步，在身边发现美、力促展示美，以集体的眼光审视个体，让个体感受来自集体的关注，从而激起个体更为强烈的发展欲。

总之，身为初中班主任，除了按期完成教学任务外，对班级的管理、对学生个体成长的关爱更是重中之重。班主任管理工作是一门充满灵动美和情感美的艺术，班主任要主动“蹲下来”倾听学生的心声，探索教育发展客观规律，立足学生实际，开展有针对性的教育管理工作，顺应时代进步要求，特色鲜明地开展办理管理创新工作。
