一收获:

一是加强思想学习，主动与上级领导沟通，努力提高思想水平思想是人的灵魂，是人的内在力，要想把实习任务完成好，首先要把思想调整好。领导十分重视大学生成长，为此特地为我们制定了“双导师实习制度”。双导师，顾名思义，就是两位导师，工人导师是教授生产技术的，而领导导师是在思想上引领大学生，为其排忧解疑，指引方向的。在此优势下，我主动与领导进行了沟通，在领导的尊尊教导下，我对实习有了更为深层次的理解，更明确了我的工作目标，在思想上使我对未来的工作有了新的认识，在行动上使我对未来人生有了新的规划。

二是注重联系实际，理论与实践相结合，努力提高实习质量。

在实习中我发现大学中所学的专业知识并不是完全都能运用到实践中，我所学的是英语和旅游知识，而我所在的公司却是一家电机公司看起来两者相差很大。而我所学的几乎运用不到但其实不然。我可以翻译我们公司所生产的产品，为外国客户介绍我们的产品。同时也可以接待我们的客户。在此期间我必须重新学习关于电机方面的英语。这也让我的英语在另个方面有了更大的提高。

以学校总体工作为依据，以新课程改革为契机，以更新教育教学观念为先导，以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点，紧紧围绕课程实施中的基本问题，深入而全面、扎实而有效地开展教育教学研究。总结课程实施过程中形成的经验，寻找解决问题的方法，为学生的发展服务。进一步加强教育教学常规建设，努力营造英语教育教学的良好氛围；进一步加强师资队伍建设，努力提高每一位英语教师的教育教学水平和质量。

二、工作重点与措施

（一）抓理论

教研组的活动要改变单一的听课和评课形式，增加教研组学习的新内容。本学期将继续学习《英语新课标》中的教学理念，建立全新的教学观念，灵活的课程体系，多元、开放的课程评价标准，重视基础，适应个性需求，关注学生情感，提高学生自主学习能力，为学生构建发展的平台。努力将新观念、新思路渗透到英语课堂教学之中，真正做到理论与实践相结合。明确英语课程在基础教育阶段的基本要求，用这些理念来指导平时的课堂教学，以提高课堂教学效率。向学生学习，研究学生的学习心理，不断提高在小学英语教学领域里实施素质教育的水平。真正开展好活动，让教研组的活动发挥其实际的作用。本学期我们重点提高学生的听说能力。

（二）抓常规

1、“教学常规”的学习和实施，组织本组教师学习常规，使实施常规成为全体英语教师的自觉行动。同时，就如何提高学生的听说能力进行进一步的研究学习。

2、通过教研员对我们的新课程与新教材的培训，使教研组成员对英语课堂教学重点及难点的确立更加明确。

3、集体备课，集体备课是发挥群体优势，提高备课质量的重要途径，也是落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率的必要措施。为此，本教研组要积极组织集体备课，做到有计划、有目标、有实效。本学期将继续坚持每月的集体备课活动，集体备课的活动时间是以确定的时间和不确定的时间相互结合为主，每月确定的时间集体备课时，每次的集体备课都要定主题、定地点、有分工、有记录，每位教师都要写好备课笔记。平时利用不确定的时间交流教学心得和教学方法，切实解决英语教学中的一些问题，努力提高课堂教学质量，完善英语教学。

4、积极开展教研组的听课和评课活动，紧紧围绕教研组的活动主题-提高学生的听说能力，认真组织开展人人研究课活动，每位教师在自己的课堂中要能较好地体现探究性学习的特点，要重视对学生探究性学习的研究，在评课和说课中，要以学生的主体作用为主，以探究性学习的实效性为重点。

5、单元试卷的编制，本学期三至五年级的单元练习卷由各年级的备课组长分工和把关，在期初安排教师出好全部的单元试卷，要求知识点覆盖全面、难度适宜、题型丰富。

（三）抓质量

1、组内每位英语教师要树立教学质量为学校发展生命线的思想，继续做好培优辅差工作。

2、组织组内教师探讨有效的教学方法，在教学效率上下功夫。努力提高学生听说能力。

3、对后进生进行研究，教师畅谈对后进生在教学和辅导上的困难，大家相互交流经验，互相学习，取长补短，共同进步。
