（三）、拓展自己的知识面，不断完善自己。三个月的工作也让我产生了危机意识，工作中会接到一些资料和客户打来比较专业的咨询电话，所以单靠我现在掌握的知识和对公司的了解是不够的，我想以后的工作中也要不断给自己充电，拓宽自己的知识，减少工作中的空白和失误。初入职场，难免出现一些小差小错需领导指正；但前事之鉴，后事之师，这些经历也让我不断成熟，在处理各种问题时考虑得更全面，杜绝类似失误的发生。

一、抓好英语的常规教学，确保基础知识过关

1、单词过关

利用自修时间、早读时间，由科代表主持听写、默书。

2、词组过关

(1)把学过的词组归纳，方便学生记忆。

(2)用词组造句和中译英训练。

在各个教学班内进行竞赛。

(3)句型过关

组织学生结对子，一有空就你问我答，营造学习氛围，同时加强笔头的练习，使学生能熟能生巧。

(4)课文过关

把课文分段，按学习组为单位，进行朗读比赛，对学过的课文尽量做到人人会背，有些课文还要求学生会默写。

二、抓好语法学习

1、掌握形容词、副词的比较级和最高级的构成和用法。区分单音节词和多音节词的构成，规则和不规则变化。

2、学习一般过去时态，重点突破不规则动词。

3、学习过去进行时与现在进行时的区别。

4、学习联系词的用法。

三、培养学生综合运用知识的能力

每个单元围绕着知识点反复训练，层层渗透。每个单元结束都进行测验，找出存在问题，及时补漏补缺。

四、抓好阅读能力培养

每周规定学生阅读三篇短文，带着问题阅读，阅读之后要回答问题。

五、培养学生写作能力

逐步创作一些简笔画要学生写出他们的动作编成故事，逐步培养他们看图写话的能力。

六、抓尖子培养，努力做好后进生转化工作，促进全体学生共同进步。

1、指定学习成绩好的学生利用业余时间多读和多做课外书，每月进行一次知识竞赛，评出级组学习积极分子。

2、多关心后进生的思想和学习，平时要检查和督促他们的作业及时给予他们帮助。

踏着清爽的秋风，吻着醉人的菊香，在这丰收的季节，我从千里之外的辽东来到了素有天堂美誉之称的杭州，跨进了梦寐以求的浙江商业学院的大门，开始了我的大学之梦的旅程。

当我踏进这所高等学府的大门时，看到老师们热情的手臂，温暖的笑容，听到新同学们的欢歌笑语和亲如弟兄姐妹般的问候，让我周身的血液开始沸腾，心跳也开始加速。这是为什么呢?因为那里就是我人生的一个最最重要的转折点，一个让我圆梦的地方!

I’m graduating form Jilin Normal University this June which has a history of 50 years. It shares many same characteristics with Jilin University. 在工作中我以不怕苦累的实际行动感召学生，以朴实端庄的人民教师形象教育学生，做到了为人师表，修德修才。我根据学生们的意见和建议，通过网络查找相关资料信息，也反馈给他们一些具体的建议，比如，针对专门的考试题型购买专门的参考练习书籍;在听力和作文方面多下功夫;语法复习要系统;词汇记忆可以和英语词汇进行比较记忆，等等。我相信，只要切实地努力了，学习状态和效果一定能够很快步入全新的轨道。

其次，我要求学生，要敢于说。大多数同学总是认为自己说得不好，而不肯开口，不肯开口又会导致水平无法提高，水平无法提高就会质疑自己的能力，质疑自己的能力则又会导致更不敢开口，同学一旦陷入到这样的怪圈就会无法自拔，从而彻底否定自己而导致听说水平无法提高。所以，我尽量安排一个月至少4个学时进行口语练习，口头表演有一个人的演说或两人三人一组的对话，也要求在下面听的同学对在讲台上说的同学提问，这样一问一答的模式不仅锻炼了学生的听说能力，也活跃了课堂气氛，收益颇多。

在教学过程中，耐心是至关重要的。它是一位教师良好行为的体现。教师的工作是解决学生不同程度上的问题，其中除了教学上的，还有心灵上的。育人的工作是辛苦的，对待形形色色的问题，不计其数的学生，都要用一颗热情的心耐心地去做。

总之，英语学习，兴趣为先。学生语言能力的高低在很大程度上受制于英语学习兴趣的程度。很难想象失去了兴趣还能怎样培养交际能力。所以，作为英语教师，一方面要向学生传授语言知识并使他们掌握技能，另一方面更要重视培养和保持学生对这门学科的兴趣，获得事半功倍的效果。这样才能真正把新课程标准提出的要求落到实处。
