五、双方的权利与责任

我出生在一个偏僻的小山村里。记得小的时候这个山村没有电，也没有像样的路。人们过着日出而做日落而息的生活。经济和信息都是那样的落后!

那时我就发誓等我长大了一定要走出去，走出一条辉煌的人生之路。当我为自己的理想勾画蓝图的时侯，母亲因病医治无效离开了仅仅14岁的我!

当美好的希望在我的脑海里即将画上句号的时候，我的老师鼓励我说：“孩子你已经长大了你是个男子汉我相信你一定能实现自己的梦想”是老师鼓励了我!

就这样抱着我的理想和希望大学毕业了。因为多种原因我下海经商开了一家餐厅，也经过了6次的层级考试我拥有了国家特一级厨师的证书!

20xx年4月一个偶然的机会我做了一名兼职营销员。

在此我参加了多次的学习对保险有了新的认识，虽然寿险营销在大陆才十几年的历程。但我知道一定是最有发展.是长久不衰朝阳的行业。一年以后我放下了所有的行业全心全意的做了一名专职保险营销员，现在已经是第6年，在这6年里经历过无数次打击和挫折...但是我都坚持了下来因为我知道风雨过后才会见彩虹...

今天能有这次培训的机会给了我更大的信心，因为掌握的知识越多就越能与客户找到知己般共鸣的话题。知识不是力量使用知识才是力量!

如今的我历经生活的经验，在年龄上我以不再有优势但是我更多了一份耐心、责任心、多了一份成熟和自信。我十分注重自身的发展，广泛地培养自己口才和技能。如果我通过了面试成为众多学员中的一员，我将会加倍的努力学习努力工作，为我们的公司打造一支高活动率、高产能的精品团队为家乡父老乡亲保驾护航。

希望各位领导各位评委!给我这次学习的机会，因为我爱寿险事业，在这里能展现我人生价值实现我的梦想。我要用我所学为我们公司做出最大贡献。我会用实际行动来回报公司，回报老师以及社会对我的栽培。

又是一个新的学年，?总体来说，这一学年，是一个富有挑战性的、转折性的一年。于学业、于个人人生发展来说。

这一年，也就是硕士二年级，我们结束了长达_________年的教师教授学生自学的学习模式，开始了科研的初步探索。这是一种与单纯汲取知识完全不同的模式，需要很多的主观能动性的创新。这种转变是一个痛苦的过程，唯有经历过这种痛苦，才会渐渐成长起来。我们渐渐地对搞科研入了门，却马上面临着毕业了。说实话，很是不舍。不舍自己破茧重生后积累的经验迅速的贬值，封尘于人生的藏宝箱。

幸好，做学问，学业或科研，上升到哲学的角度，与做其它事情都是有共性的。在这一年之中，我更大的收获是对自己性格方面、处理事情方面的历练。

科研是需要_____完成的。从最初的无所适从，到现在的渐渐地适应自己给自己提出一个思路，然后当机立断的执行，并对自己的创意、自己的执行力负责。这种_____性的培养，这种责任心的培养，对整个人生是大有裨益的。

另外，科研极大的磨练了我的心智。除却培养了我的_____性以外，大大提升了我的执行力。渐渐地明白，有些事情是逃不掉的，无论早晚，自己去做并且做好，没有人可以代劳，早执行早得出结果，而且无论再繁杂，都要一步一步按部就班地执行，急躁不得。这一年的磨练让我的行动力和耐力得到极大的提升。

这一年，我离开了，习惯了它的美丽、它的亲切的校园。来到了_________省的这个研究所做联合培养生。在一个熟悉的环境呆得太久，对新环境的适应能力都有些忘却了。
