二、不断学习、努力提升自己的教学水平

在本学期中，我积极参加各种培训、学习；学习教育杂志、书籍中的先进教育理念；积极参加园内基本功培训及比赛。我还认真学习了《3—6岁儿童学习与发展指南》，深入了解《指南》的教育理念及各科教育目标与要求，在教学中以《指南》为指导设计教学活动。

三、和时间赛跑，做好幼小衔接工作

大班同小班、中班相比都存在着很大的不同,需要幼儿在掌握一定的知识的同时,更需要能力的培养,为进一步做好幼小衔接工作,让孩子们做好入学前的心理准备,养成孩子良好的生活、学习习惯。我们在幼小衔接方面做了很多努力,比如，观看小学升旗仪式，参观小学生教室，整理书包等。

四、家园共育、做好幼儿月养成工作

本学期幼儿园开展了月养成活动，既每月一个主题，内容由各年级组自己制定，在制定每月的养成内容时，我们四个班主任先把每班存在的问题提出来，经过讨论，然后根据实际情况确定养成内容。

在实施的过程中，我们借助与家长，利用各种渠道和家长沟通，共同做好孩子的养成教育工作。如：

五月，我们就邀请家长到幼儿园进行现场辅导，教孩子叠被子、使用筷子等；

六月要求孩子会背家长的电话号码、家庭住址，这都是家长们在家教的，但是我们也不能完全的放手，要时时和家长沟通，抽查孩子掌握的情况。
