书香伴我成长活动总结

营造书香班级，让好书陪伴学生。”这些理念随着学校组织的春风读书活动工程的推进越来越深入每一位同学的心，也渐渐地成为我们七年一班的一种氛围。七年一班有组织的读书活动一直在悄然无声中进行着，持续到今天，在我们不懈地努力下，在“大阅读”这块热土上，我们获得了一定的收获。

在我的指导和建议下，我班有十几个同学都向大家介绍了自己如何选购优秀书籍并谈了自己的读书打算。同学们读书的热情越来越高涨。好多学生在日记里流露出喜欢看书，都说这一年的读书给他们的生活带来了新鲜的空气，也表达了对学校的举措非常满意。我班有的同学在读书笔记里写道：每周一到阅览室读书真是一种享受。有的同学说：我们每月读一本书，只要这样一本一本坚持去看，相信我的知识一定会越聚越多。

从小父母教师都教导我们，要帮忙别人，尊老爱幼，见到老人过马路要搀扶，在公交车上要给老人让座等等。这些最基本的事，我想我们都做过。那为什么更加简单，不费你多大力气比如扶起摔倒老人这种再简单可是的事，却没一个人去做呢?难道就因为一个负面讹人事件，就让我们内心最纯洁，最朴实的想法都破灭了吗?

此刻的生活中，好像每个人做事都顾虑的异常多，见到老人跌倒街头，虽然有想上去帮忙的冲动，可却还是很犹豫，总认为会碰到讹人事件。等最终看到老人痛苦去世，想到自我的冷漠可能会影响到一个人的生命，异常是想到未来某一天，自我倒地不起，也无路人伸出援手，不由得不寒而栗。这个社会，到底是怎样了?泱泱中华礼貌古国，我们的道德去了哪里?

难道整个社会都是这般冷漠吗?也不尽然。看过这样一篇报道，说一名学生，在外出游玩时，钱包不慎丢失，身上没有任何积蓄，就乞讨般的在大街上求人帮忙，走过的人都不予理睬，唯独一位女士好心的给了他几百块的路费，尽管这位女士的朋友极力劝阻，这位女士依旧坚持自我的原则，虽然她的亲人、朋友都认为她被骗了，但她始终相信这个学生，果不其然，几天之后，她收到了一封感激信和那被借去的几百块钱。

如此看来，信任是多么的重要，更为之震撼的是，郑州街头一位普通卖馒头的老人，竟然累了回去休息，摊位放在那，无人看管，买馒头凭各人自我给钱就行了。这得需要多大的信任才能做到啊!这种无顾虑的信任，我们扪心自问一下，我们自我就能做得到吗?好在，朴实的人们给予了老人信任最好的回报，就是自觉买馒头给钱，虽然老人不在，可是也没有人私自拿走馒头不给钱。

从这一点来看，人们并不缺乏信任，缺乏的，只是自我没有迈开那一步，没有率先伸出信任之手。我认为：没有顾虑的信任，才算得上是真正的信任，有了信任，我们的生活，才会更加和谐、完美。

1.摸索学习阶段，教育教学认真实施《课程标准》，虚心向有经验的教师请教教育教学方法，端正教育思想，热爱工作，热爱学生。多上几次公开课，并能取得老师的肯定。在工作上能得到老教师的肯定及信任。

在教学上有一定的提高，在个人教师基本功上由量到质的飞跃，提高教育科研能力，能够根据教育、体育与健康课程的发展不断充实和完善自身素质的能力，发现并提出学校体育与健康有关的课题，以及进行研究设计的能力，进行教学研究、撰写科学研究论文的能力。

2.成为业务水平较高的教师，不断运用所学的理论知识指导自己的教学实践，在教学实践的进程中感悟课程新理念，使自己的教学能力迅速提高，驾驭课堂更加游刃有余。能够独立接受上级的安排。在教育科研上有一定的成绩。目标已经制定，以后摆在自己面前的就是如何为这些目标努力奋斗。具体的实施措施如下：

一、师德方面：

作为一名新特岗教师教师，本人坚决拥护党的领导,热爱祖国,热爱教育事业。树立正确的职业态度、敬业精神;热爱与尊重学生、诚恳待人，服从领导班子的工作安排，与学校同事们团结协作，严格遵守教育法规，师德规范对教师的要求，遵守学校规章制度。规范自己的道德，提高自身的素质。教师的职业道德将对学生的成长产生深远的影响。坚持把职业道德放在首位，教师不仅仅是“传道、授业、解惑”者，更是具有道德准则(即私德、公德、职业道德)的人，并最终形成为党的教育事业奋斗终身的师德。

二、教学专业化水平

作为一名新教师，虽然接受了很多知识的教育，通过一个学期以来的体育教学工作，使我认识到教育教学能力很重要。教师的任务不仅仅是教书，重要的是育人。而且要使学生养成文明的行为，良好的习惯，具有高尚的情操，坚强的意志。这就要求教师不断提高自身的教育才能。在能力方面要求自己学习做到以下几点：

1.教育感染力。用心灵去教育学生，用情感去感动学生。教育学生不能只用规范和惩罚，而要情感教育。经常给他们讲道理，分析问题的原因，教他们用道德来衡量事情的对错。

2. 因材施教的能力。不管是学习上还是品德上，学生与学生之间总有差异，善于发现学生的特点，并能运用适合的方式进行指导，提高他们的信心。

3.对《课程标准》、教科书、教学参考资料的理解能力。

4.学习、掌握与运用现代教育理论、体育理论、健康理论的能力。

5.设计体育与健康课程教学的能力。

6.激发学生学习主动性、积极性的能力。

7.恰当指导学生学习和掌握体育与健康知识和技能的能力。

8.完善课堂教学的能力。在一次又一次的实践中学会如何完成课堂教学任务，如何控制时间，如何实现师生互动，如何使学生更好的掌握知识。

三、教学理论及教学研究

1. 积极努力学习关于自己专业的教学理论知识，并能运用在自己的教学中，及时进行反思。工作中不断阅读有关教学理论的书籍，不断提高自己。平时也要不断补充其他方面的理论知识，丰富自己，做到多听、多看、多写、多思、多问。

2.提高教育科研能力，包括：根据教育、体育与健康课程的发展不断充实和完善自身素质的能力;发现并提出学校体育与健康有关的课题，以及进行研究设计的能力，进行教学研究、撰写科学研究论文的能力。要求自己平时要善于根据自己的教学实践，发现课题并通过研究设计进行调查和实验研究，写出有一定内容和见解的调查分析报告和科研论文，以提高自己的科学素养和科研能力。

综上所述，本人对今后希望能够指引我更好的按照些目标要求来发展和充实自己的教师专业素质，使自己三年后从特岗老师的身份转变为正式的公办教师，这将是我的动力，为今后更长的教师生涯打下坚实的基础，为教育事业贡献自己的一份力量。当然要努力的东西很多，我将在经后的工作中努力做的更好一点，再好一点。

园大班升入小学、小学六年级升入初是教育过渡的关键时期，具有承上起下的作用。衔接过渡的成功与否对义务教育质量影响很大，但又是被不少学校所忽视的一个薄弱环节。因此，从理论和实践两方面对幼小学段的衔接教育进行研究探索，提高认识，摸清情况，掌握规律，是学生进入新的学习阶段后尽快适应不同阶段教育、高标准实施九年制义务教育、大面积提高教育质量的现实要求。冀教网好，好冀教网

二、工作目标

1.重视衔接工作，建立形成一套相应的制度，并将此项工作作为学校的常规工作，列入每学期的工作计划。

2.每学期都能开展相应的实践探索和理论研究活动。

3.通过活动，使各学段教师了解其它学段学生的行为习、心理特点和学校的教育目标、要求、方法、风格等，从而使处衔接年级的教师能有意识地使己的教育教学和管理风格接近相邻学段、主动适应学生特点，为学生尽快适应新学段的学习生活打好基础。

4.通过活动，使学生能顺利过渡，从生活、活动、学习、心理等方面较好地适应新的学习环境，减少小学一年级和初一年级的学困生和后进生的比例。

5.以课题形式开展研究，积累材料，丰富理论，形成报告、论文等研究成果。

三、具体的幼小衔接计划

(一)期初召开家长会，向家长宣传和教育幼小衔接工作的重要性，使家长们能够主动配合园，并能积极的参与到此项工作来。

(二)利用家园共育栏目，向家长们宣传和沟通本班在幼小衔接方面所开展的每一项工作，并向家长们提出一些相应的要求，如要求家长配合园在家督促己的孩子能在指定的时间内完成某项具体的任务，这样做的目的，一可以培养做事的效率性，为入小学的学习提供在时间上的保证;二可以培养责任性，使进入小学的学习能够坚持有始有终，以防出现在学习上的虎 头蛇尾。

(三)加强教师之间的沟通和相互间的联系。这种沟通和联系，除了要加强本园大班老师之间的，同是还要加强与小学一年级老师之间的以及与家长之间的相互沟通和联系。这样做的目的旨在能够及时的探讨在具体操作上所遇到的一些困惑和问题，尤其是对教学大纲内容上的衔接进行探讨和研究。

(四)改变以往的一些习惯做法，带多次去小学观摩，从单一的观摩小学的教学活动，可以涵盖到观摩小学的各种活动、环境布置、校舍面貌等，从而进一步的激发向往对小学的学习生活，更进一步的培养入小学的兴趣。

(五)建立家长活动小组。让家长行或园帮助，与已进入一年级学习的本园毕业生联系，并结成相应的对子，加强家长们之间的互相交流和沟通，从而让大班的家长们能够初步了解并充分意识到己的孩子在入小学前的各种准备工作，除了物质上的，更重要的是身体和心理方面的各种准备，并能够让这些家长有针对性的为己的孩子进行各种有目的性的训练和培养。

(六)请已上一年级的本园毕业生来园，向大班讲述小学生的各种生活，以己的亲身体会和感觉，为大班的孩子上一课，因为同年龄孩子之间的沟通是非常之必要的。

(七)组织大班进行小学生生活理能力的表演赛，并注意扼班在书写，阅读等方面的良好习惯的培养。

(八)适时调整大班的生活作息时间表，使能够逐步适应小学学习与生活的节奏。
