海洋运输货物保险条款（附英文）

一、责任范围

本保险分为平安险、水渍险及一切险三种。被保险货物遭受损失时，本保险按照保险单上订明承保险别的条款规定，负赔偿责任。

（一）平安险。本保险负责赔偿：

1、被保险货物在运输途中由于恶劣气候、雷电、海啸、地震、洪水自然灾害造成整批货物的全部损失或推定全损。当被保险人要求赔付推定全损时，须将受损货物及其权利委付给保险公司。被保险货物用驳船运往或运离海轮的，每一驳船所装的货物可视作一个整批。推定全损是指被保险货物的实际全损已经不可避免，或者恢复、修复受损货物以及运送货物到原订目的地的费用超过该目的地的货物价值。

2、由于运输工具遭受搁浅、触礁、沉没、互撞、与流冰或其他物体碰撞以及失火、爆炸意外事故造成货物的全部或部份损失。

3、在运输工具已经发生搁浅、触礁、沉没、焚毁意外事故的情况下，货物在此前后又在海上遭受恶劣气候、雷电、海啸等自然灾害所造成的部份损失。

4、在装卸或转运时由于一件或数件整件货物落海造成的全部或部份损失。

5、被保险人对遭受承保责任内危险的货物采取抢救、防止或减少货损的措施而支付的合理费用，但以不超过该批被救货物的保险金额为限。

6、运输工具遭遇海难后，在避难港由于卸货所引起的损失以及在中途港，避难港由于卸货，存仓以及运送货物所产生的特别费用。

7、共同海损的牺牲、分摊和救助费用。

8、运输契约订有“船舶互撞责任”条款，根据该条款规定应由货方偿还船方的损失。

（二）水渍险。除包括上列平安险的各项责任外，本保险还负责被保险货物由于恶劣气候、雷电、海啸、地震、洪水自然灾害所造成的部份损失。

（三）一切险。除包括上列平安险和水渍险的各项责任外，本保险还负责被保险货物在运输途中由于外来原因所致的全部或部分损失。

二、除外责任

本保险对下列损失不负赔偿责任：

（一）被保险人的故意行为或过失所造成的损失。

（二）属于发货人责任所引起的损失。

（三）在保险责任开始前，被保险货物已存在的品质不良或数量短差所造成的损失。

（四）被保险货物的自然损耗、本质缺陷、特性以及市价跌落；运输迟延所引起的损失或费用。

（五）本公司海洋运输货物战争险条款和货物运输罢工险条款规定的责任范围和除外责任。

三、责任起讫

（一）本保险负“仓至仓”责任，自被保险货物运离保险单所载明的起运地仓库或储存处所开始运输时生效，包括正常运输过程中的海上、陆上、内河和驳船运输在内，直至该项货物到达保险单所载明目的地收货人的最后仓库或储存处所或被保险人用作分配、分派或非正常运输的其他储存处所为止。如末抵达上述仓库或储存处所，则以被保险货物在最后卸载港全部卸离海轮后满六十天为止。如在上述六十天内被保险货物需转运到非保险单所载 明的目的地时，则以该项货物开始转运时终止。

（二）由于被保险人无法控制的运输延迟、绕道、被迫卸货、重行装载、转载或承运人运用运输契约赋予的权限所作的任何航海上的变更或终止运输契约，致使被保险货物运到非保险单所载明目的地时，在被保险人及时将获知的情况通知保险人，并在必要时加缴保险费的情况下，本保险仍继续有效，保险责任按下列规定终止。

1、被保险货物如在非保险单所载明的目的地出售，保险责任至交货时为止，但不论任何情况下，均以被保险货物在卸载港全部卸离海轮后满六十天为止。

2、被保险货物如在上述六十天期限内继续运往保险单所载原目的地或其他目的地时，保险责任仍按上述第（一）款的规定终止。

四、被保险人的义务

被保险人应按照以下规定的应尽义务办理有关事项，如因未履行规定的义务而影响保险人利益时，本公司对有关损失，有权拒绝赔偿。

（一）当被保险货物运抵保险单所载明的目的港（地）以后，被保险人应及时提货，当发现被保险货物遭受任何损失，应即向保险单上所载明的检验、理赔代理人申请检验，如发现被保险货物整件短少或有明显残损痕迹应即向承运人、受托人或有关当局（海关、港务当局等）索取货损货差证明。如果货损货差是由于承运人、受托人或其他有关方面的责任所造成，并应以书面方式向他们提出索赔，必要时还须取得延长时效的认证。

（二）对遭受承保责任内危险的货物，被保险人和本公司都可迅速采取合理的抢救措施，防止或威少货物的损失，被保险人采取此项措施，不应视为放弃委付的表示，本公司采取此项措施，也不得视为接受委付的表示。

（三）如遇航程变更或发现保险单所载明的货物、船名或航程有遗漏或错误时，被深险人应在获悉后立即通知保险人并在必要时加缴保险费，本保险才继续有效。

（四）在向保险人索赔时，必须提供下列单证：

保险单正本、提单、发票、装箱单、磅码单、货损货差证明、检验报告及索赔清单。如涉及第三者责任，还须提供向责任方追偿的有关函电及其他必要单证或文件。

（五）在获悉有关运输契约中“船舶互携责任”条款的实际责任后，应及时通知保险人。

五、索赔期限

本保险索赔时效，认被保险货物在最后卸裁港全部卸离海轮后起算，最多不超过二年。

附件

ocean marine cargo clauses

（i）scope of cover：

this insurance is classified into the following three conditions- free from particular average （f. p. a. ）， with average （w. a. ） and all risks. where the goods insured hereunder sustain loss or damage ， the company shall undertake to indemnify therefor according to the insured condition specified in the policy and the provisions of these clauses ：

1. free from particular average （f. p. a. ）.this insurance covers ：

1）total or constructive total loss of the whole consignment hereby insured caused in the course of transit by natural calamities： heavy weather， lightning， tsunami， earthquake and flood. in case a constructive total loss is claimed for， the insured shall abandon to the company the damaged goods and all his rights and title pertaining thereto. the goods on each lighter to or from the seagoing vessel shall be deemed a separate risk. constructive total loss refers to the loss where an actual total loss appears to be unavoidable or the cost to be incurred in recovering or reconditioning the goods together with the forwarding cost to the destination named in the policy would exceed their value on arrival.

2）total or partial loss caused by accidents the carrying conveyance being grounded， stranded， sunk or in collision with floating ice or other objects as fire or explosion .

3）partial loss of the insured goods attributable to heavy weather， lightning and/or tsunami， where the conveyance has been grounded， stranded， sunk or burnt. irrespective of whether the event or events took place or after such accidents.

4）partial of total loss consequent on falling of entire package or packages into sea during loading， transshipment or discharge.

5）reasonable cost incurred by the insured on salvaging the goods or averting or minimizing a loss recoverable under the policy， provided that such cost shall not exceed the sum insured of the consignment so saved.

6）losses attributable to discharge of the insured goods at a pert of distress following a sea peril as well as special charges arising from loading， warehousing and forwarding of the goods at an intermediate port of call or refuge.

7）sacrifice in and contribution to general average and salvage charges.

8）such proportion of losses sustained by the shipowners as is to be reimbursed by the cargo owner under the contract of affreightment both to blame collision clause.

2. with average（w. a. ）. aside from the risks covered under f. p. a. condition as above， this insurance also covers partial losses of the insured goods caused by heavy weather ， lightning， tsunami ， earthquake and/or flood.

3. all risks. aside from the risks covered under the f. p. a. and w. a. conditions as above， this insurance also cover all risks of loss of or damage to the insured goods whether partial or total， arising from external causes in the cause of transit.

（ii）exclusions：

this insurance does not cover ： .

1. loss or damage caused by the intentional act or fault of the insured.

2. loss or damage falling under the liability of the consignor.

3. loss or damage arising from the inferior quality or shortage of the insured goods prior to the attachment of this insurance.

4. loss or damage arising from normal loss， inherent vice or nature of the insured goods ， loss of market and/or delay in transit and any expenses arising there from..

5. risks and liabilities covered and excluded by the ocean marine （cargo） war risks clauses and strike ， riot and civil commotion clauses of this company.

（iii）commencement to termination of cover：

1. warehouse to warehouses clause ：

this insurance attaches from the time the goods hereby insured leave the ware-house or place of storage named in the policy for the commencement of the transit and continues in force in the ordinary course of transit including sea ， land and inland waterway transits and transit in lighter until the insured goods are delivered to the consignee s final warehouse or place of storage at the destination named in the policy or to any other place used by the insured for allocation or distribution of the goods or for stories other than in the ordinary course of transit. this insurance shall.， however ， be limited to sixty （60） days after completion of discharge of the insured goods from the seagoing vessel at the final port of discharge before they reach the above mentioned warehouse or place of stories. if prior to the expire of the above mentioned sixty （ 60） days ， the insured goods are to be forwarded to a destination other than that named in the policy ， this insurance shall terminate at the commencement of such transit.

2. if， owing to delay ， deviation ， forced discharge ， reshipment or transshipment beyond the control of the insured or any change or termination of the voyage arising from the exercise of a liberty granted to the shipowners under the contract of affreightment， the insured goods arrive at a port or place other than that named in the policy， subject to immediate notice being given to the company by the insured and an additional premium being paid， if repaired， this insurance shall remain in force and shall terminate as hereunder ：

1）if the insured goods are sold at port or place not named in the policy ， this insurance shall terminate on delivery of the goods sold， but in no event shall this insurance extend beyond sixty （60） days after completion of discharge of the insured goods from the carrying vessel at such port or place.

2）if the insured goods are to be forwarded to the final destination named in the policy or any other destination， this insurance shall terminate in accordance with section 1 above.

（iv）duty of the insured：

it is the duty of the insured to attend to all matters as specified hereunder ， failing which the company reserves the right to reject his claim for any loss if and when such failure prejudice the rights of the company ：

1. the insured shall take delivery of the insured goods in good time upon their arrival at the port of destination named in the policy. in the event of any damage to the goods， the insured shall immediately apply for survey to the survey and/or settling assent stipulated in the policy. if the insured goods are found short in entire package or packages or to show apparent traces of damage ， the insured shall obtain from the carrier， bailed or other relevant authorities （customs and port authorities etc. ） certificate of loss or damage and/or sbortlanded memo. should the carrier， bailed or the other relevant authorities be responsible for such shortage， the insured shall lodge a claim with them in writing and ， if necessary ， obtain their confirmation of an extension of them the time limit of validity of such claim.

3. in case of a change of voyage or any omission or error in the description of the interest ， the name of the vessel or voyage， this insurance shall remain in force only upon prompt notice to this company when the insured becomes aware of the same and payment of an additional premium if required.

4. the following documents should accompany any claim hereunder made against this company ：

original policy， bill of lading. invoice， packing list， tally sheet， weight memo， certificate of loss or damage and/or shorthand memo， survey report， statement of claim.

if any third party is involved ， documents relative to pursuing of recovery from such party should also be included.

5. immediate notice should be given to the company when the cargo owners actual responsibility under the contract of affreightment n both to blame collision clause becomes known..

（v）the time of validity of a claim ：

the time of validity of a claim under this insurance shall not exceed a period of two years counting from the time of completion of discharge of the insured goods from the seagoing vessel at the final port of discharge.

四年级x班共有学生47名，女26名，男21名。全班学生学习基础尚可，但上学期平均成绩不够理想。部分学生课堂参与意识差，缺乏学习的积极性，没有形成良好的学习、作业习惯，学风、班风的建设需要进一步加强。大部分学生体质健康，但少数学生身体素质较差，要加强体育锻炼。

二、本学期班主任工作的重点和培养目标

1、了解学生思想状况。

2、抓好班主任的日常工作：组织好学生参加升旗和两操，检查本班学生值日生工作，做好个别学生的教育工作。

3、转变学生学习风气，营造良好学习氛围，使学生能主动学习、乐于学习。

4、培养优秀生，发挥优秀生学习带头作用，帮扶困难生。

5、进一步加强学生作业的辅导力度，培养良好的作业习惯，打好扎实的学习基础。

6、营造课堂学习气氛，培养学生自主学习的能力，活跃课堂，使学生积极参与到教学中来。

三、具体实施措施

1、了解和研究学生是做好班主任工作的前提。为了深入了解学生的思想状况，我拟采取以下几种途径：与学生交谈，有计划地利用班会课与学生交谈，充分了解学生的基本情况，带领学生认真学习《小学生守则》和《日常行为规范》，培养学生良好的行为习惯;不定期检查学生的作业，展出学生的优秀作业，了解学生的学习态度和进度，及时鼓励与表扬进步的学生;进行家访，了解学生在家庭、社会等方面的表现情况，争取家长对学校工作的配合。

2、组织学生参加每周一的升旗仪式，对学生进行爱国主义教育;组织和指导学生的课间操和长跑，保证小学生经常锻炼身体，使学生有健康的身体;加强班级值日制度的完善，对学生进行环境教育、关心集体、热爱劳动等方面的教育。

3、良好的班级集体不是自然而然形成的，需要班主任进行长期的组织和培养。我希望努力抓好班级的纪律，因为纪律是成绩的保证。

(1)确立共同的奋斗目标，制定出有效措施，培养良好的班风。

(2)选拔、培养和使用班干部。

(3)班集体中总有一些比较特殊的学生，他们或是学习差，或是性格孤僻，或是顽皮捣蛋。班主任必须做好这些特殊学生的教育工作。思想上不歧视，感情上不厌恶，态度上不粗暴。对后进生要善于发现他们身上的积极因素，注意培养他们的自尊心和自信心。

4、加强学习态度的转变，进一步树立学生学习的信心，针对学生实际培养和树立优秀典型。面向全体，培养提高学习能力，逐步增强全班同学的学习信心和兴趣。

5、培养学生良好的作业习惯。针对学生在作业中存在的突出问题，严格要求，使作业进一步规范、工整。在及时批阅和指导下，使学生重视作业的质量和效率，使学生学到的知识得以及时的巩固和吸收。

6、做好留守孩子的管理和教育，带着爱心以父母的胸怀多鼓励孩子，多与孩子进行沟通。要多与留守孩子的父母联系，时刻关注孩子们的各个方面的变化，多汇报，多交流。

一、各年级基本情况以及质量分析

全校共有学生289人，进城务工子女140人。九年级与外校的差距几乎在逐年减少，只有去年期末考试成绩有所下降，科平在60分以上的学生人数在上升，科平30分以下地学生人数在成倍的下降。20xx年下学期期末考试呈现出下降趋势，主要的学科是语文、历史和物理这三门学科。

七、八年级的科平在70分以上的学生人数在上升，科平50分以下的学生，尤其是科平30分以下的学生人数在成倍的下降。之所以与最高分学校的平均分差距越来越大，原因大致有以下几点：

二、成绩下滑原因分析

（一）八年级整体下滑原因分析

1、管理层对课堂指导和监控不足。

（1）没有合理分配精力，对八年级的课堂教学指导不够。

作为主管教学的副校长、区兼职生物教研员、区责任督学，没有分配好自己的管理职责——这也是能力不足的一种表现，把精力放在了初三，尤其是放在了初三某些难以维持纪律的课堂之中，找初三学生谈话、监控初三课堂等花了大量的时间；此外，由于七年级的学生素质较差，监控七年级的课堂以及学生学习习惯也花了不少时间，到八年级听课严重不足。

（2）教学教研部门精力有限，对八年级教学质量的监控不够。

自20xx年11月中旬开始，教科室主任生病住院，教科室的工作就落在了我们三人身上：课务的、管理的。教务干事接任教科室主任初三1个班级的语文教学，她自己还有八年级1个班级的语文教学任务，这样一来她就要身兼跨头两个语文班级的教学任务，她负责的教务处的部分工作就落在了教务主任头上——调课等；又正值石峰区迎接国家义务教育均衡检查，教务处、教科室的迎检资料，教务教研的各项安排和落实等工作，我们三人分头承担；由于地理教师生二胎保胎和请产假，教务刘主任在送完一届毕业学生之后，马上又接任了初二3个班级的地理教学；我任教2个班级的生物教学，生物兼职教研员的工作也比较多；加之，学生行为习惯有待加强，我与教务主任和政教部门一道花了不少时间去教育学生。此外，对七年级学生学习习惯养成的监控也占用了不少时间。

以上种种，造成了我对八年级的教学质量监管不够，教科室主任生病住院也监管不了课堂，教务处主任和干事也基本上是完成行政事务之后，没有多余的精力监控八年级的课堂质量了，这样一来，八年级的课堂监控几乎处于空白状态。

2、教师变动频繁，教学连续性不足。

从七年级第一个学期到本学期，由于支教、女教职工休保胎假、休产假等原因，除了生物至始至终是1个老师任教以外，其它六门学科教师均变动了，变动的教师人数总计7人 ，分别是：语文变动2人，数学1人，外语1人，地理1人，历史1人，政治1人，其中班主任变动1人。

从表中数据可知，除了生物与区平均水平差距越来越小之外，其它七门学科从七年级下册开始，差距越来越大。尤其是数学学科，当时由于数学老师请保胎假，3个班的数学均由1个老师任教，这个老师还担任了1班的班主任；任教外语学科的3个老师，黄老师是刚从九年级下来的，虽然她明年就退休了且身体不好，但她兢兢业业，没有马虎。另外1个任教外语的是政教主任，20xx年下学期他的迎检等任务较重（政教处少了一个干事），他任教的班级英语下降的比较多。还有1个跨头的外语老师，她还兼任了九年级1个班级的班主任和外语教学；地理学科也是因为请保胎假，临时安排一个从来没有任教地理的历史老师任教，教务主任也加了一个班的课程（这样一来，教务主任就任教了3个毕业班级的教学，并跨头任教初一年级1个班级的共4个班级的教学任务）；物理学科是个非常负责任的老师任教，成绩一出来，她非常内疚对我说“这是我从教近30年来，成绩考得最差的一届”。当然，去年下学期该年级物理老师被派出去学习了2周，在考试之前才匆匆忙忙地结束新课，没有时间进行复习对期末成绩也有一定的影响。

由于班主任的变动，3班的班风也不太稳定；由于年级组长去年下学期身体不适，整个年级的学风和班风都有明显的退步。

老师的变动、学科教师的任务过重、跨学科任教，特别是班主任的变动，不仅教学的连续性不能保证，而且对班风学风的养成势必有很大的影响，进而大大地影响学生的学习成绩。

（二）学校成绩提升成效不明显的其它原因

1、对学生学习能力的培养重视不够。

我校的学生，本来学习能力相对欠缺，特别是从小学的3门主科到七年级的7门学科、到八年级的8门学科，随着学习任务的加重，学习能力不足对学习的影响越来越大。一方面，我对教师提升学生学科学习能力的重视不够、引导不够；另一方面我们的老师存在重知识的传授，轻对学生学习能力的培养、轻学习习惯的养成的现象，存在完成了教学任务就放心了的思想。

2、进城务工子女多，学生行为习惯欠缺。

全校进城务工子女140人，占到了全部学生的一半左右。这些学生的家庭教育几乎缺失，从小行为习惯就没有养成好，如今我们的老师要花大量时间去维护课堂纪律，班主任要花大量的时间处理日常事务；此外，他们中的大部分除了在学校能够保证有学习时间以外，在家几乎没有时间再学习，甚至没有完成基本的作业家长也不会督促，用少数家长的话来说“只要你们老师不让他在学校学坏就行”。我常常给我们的老师说“我们不能选择学生，只有改变自己。进城务工人员能够把他们的孩子送到学校里来读书，而不是去做童工已经是进步了，我们就要把学生教好，少数家长也许行为习惯还不及我们的学生，我们怎么能奢求他们配合我们来教育学生呢？”冯校长主管政教处也确实费了不少心、想了很多办法，教务处、年级组也齐心协力抓班风、促学风，但是班风依然进步不大，学风依然不能厚。

3、由于生源数量和质量的下降，教职工信心有所下降。

由于六中区区逼近，石峰外国语学校迅速崛起等种种原因，我校生源质量和数量下降明显，虽然李校长多次在大会上说“我们学校不会垮、不能垮，而且随着化工产、冶炼厂、氮肥厂的搬迁，大环境的好转，势必房地产会回转，从而带动人员的增加、学生人数的增加，我们学校的前景还是很乐观的。”但是，个别老师认为前景规划太远了，对学校的发展没有充满信心，这个别人的言行也影响了其他老师。

4、教师队伍存在短板现象。

由于三考以及各级培训的大力开展等原因，教师队伍的整体素质有所提升。但是，依然有少数教师，而且不仅仅是年轻教师，与时俱进不够，与学生的关系不太融洽，导致极少部分学生决绝学习，甚至与老师唱反调。这样一来，课堂纪律不容易维持，影响了其他学生的正常学习，课堂效率提高很难。对于大学校也许影响不大，但是对于我们学校来说，学生班数少、人数少，一个教师的教学成绩会大大地影响年级整体水平。自从20xx年开始，学校的老师就是三年或者两年一个轮回地教学，没有集中优势师资全力冲击毕业班的先例，故而三个年级的教学很难非常出色。

此外，也存在教师老年化，身体健康下降等原因，导致教师精力不够，冲劲不足。还有也许存在个别老师因为职评无望，动力不足等。

三、后阶段措施——树信心、促学风、抓课堂

（一）树信心

1、来自教育局领导的重视。

首先，以李局长为首的局领导班子多次对学校的首行关注，一定会激发老师对自身的重视、对学校发展前景的信心；其次，教育局对区域内招生政策的部署和调整，也给各中学的招生带来福音。其三，局领导工作重心的下移，给学校的管理和老师的课堂教学无形之中也增加了压力和动力。

2、来自学校领导班子的重视。

以李校长为首的校级领导班子认识到了学校生存的压力，在管理上更趋于制度化、精细化和民主化。例如从本学期开始，教职工实行上班签到制度，充分保证教师职工坐班、做事的时间。

3、来自调整后基本稳定且优化的教师队伍。

从这学期开始，八年级调整了成绩下降最快、与区内平均分差距最多的数学学科教师，换上了年轻的受学生欢迎的研究生李老师任教；两个语文老师下学期支教回来之后，也考虑派一个老师再接任八年级原班级的教学任务，减轻现有语文老师的教学任务；已经与英语等学科成绩下滑明显的老师达成共识，指导他们务必想方设法提升学生成绩；历史老师已经专职专心于历史教学，不必再兼任地理教学；老师们不服输的精神，更是我们信心的来源。

（二）促学风

1、开展“立信”活动，树诚信礼仪之风。

人无信不立，针对学生“理论诚信”与“实际诚信”差距较大的现状，协助政教处，以活动促班级诚信建设，促进人人讲诚信、懂礼让风气的形成，以期尽量减少管理层、班主任和科任教师管理课堂纪律的时间和精力，结余出时间来进行抓两头促中间工作。

2、开展“立人”活动，树你追我赶争上游之风。

利用生地中考即将到来的契机，开展百日誓师活动、月考奖优制度、目标追赶制度等，引导学生把精力运用到学习上来。

3、开展师生互爱活动，营造良好的师生关系。

亲其师信其道，只有师生互相关爱才能激发出教师最佳的教学水平和学生最佳的学习激情。与政教处一道利用“三.八妇女节“、”五.四青年节“等节日做实节日文化，引导师生互爱互敬，促进教师教和学生学的成就感。

（三）抓课堂

1、严管理，建立和完善各级管理制度。

（1）建立和完善领导班子联系班级制度

要求：做好“五个一”活动：

每位联系班级的行政干部每周必须听该班级的课一节；

每周至少找该班3个学生谈话一次；

每周找该班科任老师了解该班该学科的上课情况一次；

每月至少参加一次该班级班会课的组织；

每学期至少在该班级讲话一次。

（2）建立和完善年级组月报工作制度。要求：每个年级组指定每月推进学科教学进程计划，并小结本年级组当月的基本情况，包括落实的计划和未落实的原因等。

（3）建立和完善教研组长每周的听课制度。要求：教研组长每周听本学科组老师的课至少一节，在听课之前采用申报制度，并作为评比优秀教研组和优秀教研组长的依据。

2、抓细节，提升学生的学习能力。

（1）加强课前准备的指导。力争在每个年级逐步推进课前准备“四个一”习惯、“圈圈点点”做笔记习惯、“聚精会神”听课习惯、“工工整整”做作业习惯的养成，并在是当时的时候对活动的开展进行评比和展览。

（2）培养自学阅读能力。进校之初，我们的很多学生不知道阅读，直接影响的是读不通课文、看不懂题目。更无从谈做题最对题了。针对此种现象，我们要求每个学科在上新课的时候，都要学生先自学阅读教材，在阅读教材的基础上能做几个基本的题目，然后老师在进行答疑和讲解。从起始年级开始，加大了对阅读习惯的养成教育，如今初一年级配有漂亮的书架，班级图书还不少，年级组开展了“读书争星”活动。长此以往，学生的读题能力、做题能力会有所提高。

（3）精准辅导，整体提升学生成绩。对各个分数段的学生采用了分区对待的方法，利用一切可以利用的时间对这些学生进行了个别辅导，尤其是对于5A生培养对象，我每月对他们的各学科的纠错本进行检查和指导，采取人盯人的办法，尽力提升年级平均水平。

（4）彰显特色，搭建个性化成长的舞台。学校紧紧围绕“三立”的育人目标，从学习主动性、学习持久性、学写能力的需求出发，利用《孝性课程》等课程建设、科技创新教育、兴趣社团活动等课程的配合，来为学生搭建个性化成长与发展的舞台。

3、做实在，落实课堂教学研究成效。

第一周，在召开的教研组长、年级组长、八九两个年级的质量分析会等几个会上，教科室和教务处分班就今年中考命题的动向、各学科分值更改的情况、中考学科增加的情况等进行了学习，并对毕业班租了相关的要求：要求每个毕业学科教师在第十周之前必须上一堂全校性的毕业研讨课，目前每个学科教师上课的顺序已经确定，从第二周开始就着手进行。

（四）补短板

1、树典型，宣传正能量。

利用推优、选优、评优机制，充分发挥教研组长、学科带头人、名师等优秀教师的正面宣传功能，希望用他们的实际行动去点燃和提升极少数教师的教学动力和激情。

2、精准培训，提升针对性。

针对不同教师的弱项安排内容接地气、形式多样的校本培训和组本培训。目前，已经安排了每个教研组长从本学期开始，就自己擅长的一个教学点，例如如何转化后进生、如何组织学生做笔记、如何落实学生作业、如何突破重点难点等，在教室会上作经验交流，确保教学研究的本土化，提高针对性和实效性。

3、定目标，逐步升成绩。

针对每个学科教师的培训，最终要落实到学生成绩是否提升这个根本上来。我们定下了“5名台阶制”。即以每5名学生为一个阶梯，各学科在他们已有成绩的基础上提升一个等级或者一个分数为目标，围绕这个目标进行教学研究。

企业经营者成长与发展环境调查报告

吉林省企业经营者成长与发展环境调查报告   随着我国社会主义市场经济的逐步建立和发展，企业经营者队伍的成长与发展受到了社会越来越多的关注。加入wto后更广泛、更激烈的市场竞争对企业的发展和企业家队伍建设提出了更高的要求。为了了解和分析企业经营者成长状况和发展环境，促进企业经营者队伍的健康成长，近期省企业调查队开展一次专项调查。这次调查以企业法人代表为调查对象,调查共发放调查问卷260份,回收有效问卷235份,回收率90%。 调查结果表明：我省企业经营者队伍发生了可喜的变化，经营者队伍整体素质不断提高，结构进一步优化，大多数企业经营者认为有利于企业家队伍成长和发展的环境已初步形成。 一、 企业经营者素质状况 1 、经营者年龄进一步年轻化。 调查显示,我省企业经营者队伍主要集中在36-55岁年龄段,年龄逐渐趋于年轻化。其中46-55岁年龄段的人数最多,比重为52.6%；其次是36-45岁,比重为34.6%,两个年龄段比重之和为87.2%；56岁以上和35岁以下各占10.7%和2.1%。与XX年调查结果相比，36-55岁的企业经营者所占比重增加了8个百分点，而56岁以上的却减少了4.5个百分点。按企业规模划分，大型企业经营者年龄在45岁以下的占40%，中小企业企业这一比重分别为35.6%和37.5%。在各类型企业中，47%的私营企业经营者年龄在45岁以下，其次是有限责任公司和股份有限公司，分别为46.2%和40.4%，国有企业为32.1%，集体企业和外商投资企业所占比重最低。 2 、学历水平明显提高。 调查表明，在企业经营者队伍中，具有大专以上学历的占91.1%，其中大学学历占44%，研究生及以上学历占21.3%，大专以下占8.9%。高学历的比重与XX年相比有明显提高，其中大学本科提高9.2点，研究生提高11.5  点，表明我省企业经营者队伍已进入较高学历结构。从不同年龄段看，在人数较多的36-45岁和46-55的年龄段，大学学历的比重分别占28%和58.5%，研究生的比重分别为62%和32%。表明在36-45岁年龄段，研究生的比重高，而在46-55的年龄段，大学本科比重高。在56岁以上的企业经营者中，大学本科以上的占72%，35岁以下的研究生比重较大，为40%。 3 、知识结构趋于专业化。 在企业经营者队伍中学管理的人数最多，占42.2%;其次是财经专业，占14.5%，理工农医占13.5%，工商管理（mba）占10.4%。与XX年调查结果相比,我省企业经营者队伍的知识结构向专业化方向。从不同年龄段看，经营者在36-45岁和46-55岁年龄段学管理专业比重最大，分别为30%和58、8%，财经和理工农医专业的次之。35岁以下和56岁以上年龄段学文史和理工农医专业的比重较大，管理次之。另外46岁以上年龄段企业经营者学习管理专业、财经专业和mba的比重比46以下的所占比重要高。   表1：                 调查对象基本情况对照表（%）     XX年 XX年     XX年 XX年 年龄 35以下 36-45 46-55 56以上 5.6 31.9 47.3 15.2 2.1 34.6 52.6 10.7 文化程度 大专以下 大专 大学 研究生及以上 15.3 40.1 34.8 9.8 8.9 25.8 44 21.3   现任职务 董事长 总经理 厂长 党委书记 其他 39.4 58.2 24.6 33.5   28 45.5 7.9 18.6   所学 专业 文史哲法律 财经 工商管理(mba) 管理 理工 其他 6.8 7.7 7.9 37.4 31.4 8.8 3.09 14.5 10.4 42.2 13.5 16.4 二、经营者自我评价 提高企业家经营者的综合素质是造就企业家队伍的一个重要内容，本次调查了解了企业经营者对职业化技能的看法和对自己各方面技能的评价。 1 、管理能力增强，开拓能力较弱。 调查显示，企业经营者认为自己最强的能力依此是：决策能力（88.1%）、组织协调能力（46%）、创新能力（35.7%）、知人善任能力（31.5%）、市场营销能力（25.1%）、学习能力（17.9%）、公关能力（10.6%）、表达能力（8.1%）。与XX年的调查数据对比，可以发现近几年有一些可喜的变化趋势：创新能力和市场营销能力的比重有所提高，创新能力由第五位提高到第三位，学习能力由第八位提高到第六位。 认为自己最弱的能力依此是：公关能力（63%）、表达能力（46%）、市场营销能力（45.5%）、创新能力（36.6%）、知人善任能力（30.2%）、学习能力（21.7%）、组织协调能力（13.6%）、创新能力（4.7%）。值得注意的是，被企业经营者排在较弱能力前面的公关能力、表达能力和市场营销能力与企业的对外开拓和市场推广关系密切，而排在强项能力前面的决策能力、组织协调能力与企业的内部管理关系更密切，这反映了我省企业经营者能力结构的一些特征：内部管理能力强，对外开拓能力弱。因此在目前国际国内市场竞争加剧的环境下，企业经营者的对外开拓能力有待加强。 2 、个人事业比较成功。 大部分经营者认为自己经营企业是比较成功的，比重占82.3%，其中认为非常成功和不太成功的比重分别是5.2%和9.8%，只有极个别经营者认为自己经营企业是不成功的。而对于成功的原因，经营者认为“企业员工的支持”和“个人素质较高”、“领导班子的配合”是最主要的因素，三者所占比重分别是25.7%、25.4%和25.1%；而认为“国家政策好”和“赶上好的机遇”则分别占16.7%和7.2%。 3 、有长远奋斗目标。 调查显示，经营者所在企业已制定发展规划的占95%，其中有长期规划的占50.9%、中期规划的占据36.4%，短期规划的占11.7%，只有5%的企业没有制定发展规划。调查还显示，企业经营者在任期内有资产保值增值目标的占92.3%，没有的占7.7%。其中大型企业经营者有资产保值增值目标的比重达93.3%，中型企业为90.7%，小型企业94.4%。 4 、追求创新精神。 本次还对询问了经营者对企业家精神的理解和他们在经营活动中投入精力最多的工作是什么，调查结果显示：认为“勇于创新”是企业家精神的最高体现，所占比重为59.4%、认为“追求利润最大化”占26.9%，而认为“勇于承担风险”和“乐于奉献”分别占9.1%和4

.7%。调查结果还显示：我省企业经营者在经营活动中精力投入最多的工作是“强化企业内部管理”（26.7%）、“寻找新的发展机会”（25.5%）和“市场营销”（22.6%），三项工作占其全部工作的四分之三，而“协调与有关部门的联系”和“新建项目或技术改造项目”分别占12.9%和12.3%。 4、 经营业绩良好。 从产品地位看，有67.7%的被调查企业认为本企业产品质量在同行业中属于上等水平，认为中等水平的为28.1%，认为下等水平的占1.7%。从产品在市场中的地位看，企业经营者认为本企业的产品在市场上属于畅销的占48.1%，属于平销的占46.4%，属于滞销的占1.3%。从被调查企业的效益状况看，盈利企业占66.8%，亏损企业占32.3%，持平的占0.9%。 三、对经营者队伍成长环境及相关制度的评价   ( 一 ) 对成长环境的评价 1 、对成长环境总体给予肯定，法制环境亟待加强。 调查显示，企业经营者对企业家成长环境所涉及的经济环境、法律环境、政策环境、社会环境等六个方面给予了肯定评价。调查表明，要促进企业家队伍的快速健康，各种环境因素还需要有较大改善，尤其是法制环境和市场环境建设亟待加强。     表2：         对企业经营者队伍成长环境的评价（%）   很有利 比较有利 一般 不太有利 很不有利 均值 百分制 市场环境 15.7 41.7 30.3 10.4 1.7 3.59 71.8 经济体制 8.1 38.3 40.9 9.1 2.9 3.38 67.6 政策环境 11.9 37.9 40.4 6.8 2.6 3.49 69.8 文化环境 8.5 35.7 49.8 4.7 0.85 3.45 69 社会环境 7.7 38.3 44.7 6.8 1.7 3.41 68.2 法律环境 8.9 35.3 47.2 5.5 2.6 3.41 68.2 2 、对自己政治地位、社会地位满意度高于经济地位。 本次调查了解企业经营者对自己的经济地位、社会地位和政治地位的满意度，调查结果显示，企业经营者对自身的政治地位、社会地位相对比较满意，满意率分别占79.1%和73.6%，而对自身经济地位满意率占61.3%。 3 、企业家队伍需要扩大，素质需要进一步提高。近 年来，我省企业家队伍在不断发展壮大，涌现了一些优秀的企业家，同时企业经营者也认识到，我省企业家队伍整体水平与社会发展的实际要求之间还存在差距，多数企业经营者目前的企业家队伍需要扩大，素质需要进一步提高。调查显示，目前企业家队伍数量充足和素质高的仅占10.6%和11.5%，而认为数量缺乏的占40.4%,认为素质一般的占80.4%,认为素质低的占8.1%。 ( 二 ) 对选拔任用制度的评价 1 、企业经营者任命方式发生变化。 企业经营者选拔任用的市场化程度在增强，但与企业经营者的期望仍有较大差距。本次调查表明，上级主管部门任命获取现任职务的最多，占41.3%，其次为董事会任命，占38.3%,其他依此为组织选拔和市场选择相结合,占9.4%,职代会选举占8.5%。与XX年调查结果相比，上级主管部门任命比重有所减少，由55%下降到41.3%；董事会任命的比重由10.9%增加到38.3%。由此可见，尽管目前企业经营者的任命方式仍然以上级任命为主，但近年来由董事会任命和组织选拔和市场选择相结合的比重在不断上升。经营者任命方式的变化显示通过董事会任命经营者正逐步形成为主流形式,显示我省在经营者任命方式上向积极的方向发展。 但是调查结果还显示，现有的任命方式与企业经营者的期望仍有较大差距。企业经营者期望的任命方式依此是：“董事会”任命占33.6%，居第一位；“组织选拔和市场选择相结合”占28.1%，居第二位；“市场双向选择”占20%，居第三位；而职代会选举和上主管部门任命仅占11.1%和7.2%。可见，企业经营者普遍期望通过市场双向选择途径获得企业的经营权，而上级主管部门任命是企业经营者最不期望的。从不同分组来看，企业经营者获取职位的方式也有较大差别，通过组织任命方式获取职位者，大型企业（55.5%）明显多于中小企业（37.9%），国有企业（79%）大于非国有企业（21.4%）。同时，被调查者对“企业经营者选拔任用制度改革”的满意程度比较高，表示“很满意”和“比较满意”的分别占3%和54.3%，认为一般的31.3占%，认为不满意的占11.79%。 2 、企业经营者选拔任命条件。 有关企业经营着选拔和任命条件，调查显示，认为“经营能力”、“工作业绩”和“品德威望”是成为企业经营者最重要条件的比重较大，其中 “经营能力”被认为是企业经营者选拔的首要条件，占47.4%，比XX年的调查结果相比提高20.6个百分点，并由第二位条件上升为首要条件；接下来是“工作业绩”和“品德威望”，分别为31.6%和17.1%；而“专业知识”和“学历水平”所占比重不大。从不同类型企业看，各类企业都普遍认同“经营能力”是其任职的最重要的条件，认同程度排列依此是：有限责任公司、股份有限公司、集体企业、国有企业、外商投资企业和私营企业，其中私营企业更为看重“经营业绩”。除私营企业外的各类型企业的经营者将“经营业绩”视为第二位的选择。另外，各类企业的经营者都将“品德威望”排在第三位;而“专业知识”、“学历水平”、“人际关系”和资历等项条件被企业经营者选中的比重很低。由此可见，与企业经营活动密切相关的“经营能力”、“工作业绩”，是企业经营者普遍认同的任职的主要条件，专业知识的多少并不构成任职的障碍。 （三）对经营者激励机制的评价 在现代市场经济条件下，不论是在建立现代企业制度、完善法人治理结构方面，还是在企业人力资源管理方面，经营者的有效激励是一个突出的重要问题，这是由经营者在现代企业中所处的特殊地位和作用决定的。经营者激励不仅包括物质激励，还包括精神激励，如事业成就激励、声誉地位激励、权力激励等， 现阶段我省企业报酬激励呈现以下特点： 1 、年收入有较大提高。 调查数据显示，企业经营者个人年收入在2万元以下的占35.8%，在2-4万元的占27.7%，在4-6万元的占12.8%，在6-10万元的占12.8%，10万元以上的占11.1%。各类型企业中，企业年收入在6万元以上的比重排序分别为，外商及港澳台投

今天听了两位名师教育教学经验介绍，深深地吸引着我、感动着我，让我的心潮起潮伏，让我的心灵震撼。让我从全新的视觉角度审视“我”、“教师”这个职业，好多以前处于朦胧状态的问题迎刃而解，眼前豁然开朗。 我收获最大的是体会到只有努力提高自身的素养，丰富自身的底蕴，倾情投入教育教学工作，积淀方法，摸索经验，在活动中历练，才能促成自身的专业成长。要想在教育教学工作中有一番出色的表现，没有捷径，只有靠自己，一步一个脚印，实实在在地去学习，去探索，去实践，去思考。教师，作为培养人才的人，教学素质必须要跟上时代的步伐，必须树立现代教学思想，掌握渊博的知识，具有较强的信息素质和学习能力。我作为教师中的一员，必须不断学习才能适应教学工作，必须脚踏实地地学习研究，才能在自己的专业素养上成长起来。

赞赏孩子、信任孩子、鼓励孩子，赞赏每一个孩子的独特性，赞赏每一个孩子所取得的哪怕是极其微小的进步，赞赏每一个孩子所付出的努力和所表现出来的善意。帮助孩子扬长避短，克服自卑，树立自信心，让孩子感到学习是自己的一种荣誉。

爱，可以给孩子以心灵的温暖，爱，可以让孩子更自信。愿我们每一位教育工作者都献出一点爱，时时、事事呵护孩子的自尊心，与孩子共同享受教育的美丽。高尔基说过：“谁不爱孩子，孩子就不爱他，只有爱孩子的人，才能教育孩子。”这句话我感受最深的就是一个“爱”字。我想，我们做为一名教师要热爱学生，热爱自己的事业;还要有强烈的创新意识，不照搬书上的东西，要勇于创新、敢于标新立异。最关键的是要保持宽容的心境，在今后的工作中遇到困难要不断的向有经验的同事请教，与同事要互相关心、和睦相处。

通过交流，教会我作为人师者，在工作中如何追求与奉献，在生活中如何投入与面对，如何使自己的观念不断地体现于自己的教学行为中，也让我学会自省，学会了反思，学会了回过头来看过去。我愿意做“教师成长”中的一名成长教师。我想，不只是我，我们全校许多同事都将在这次学习中逐渐成长起来。

以前我常忽略这样或那样的事情，通过学习后，让我了解到了教学应当充分发挥学生的主体性。不断的学习、实践与反思，让我在教学过程中日益成长。我相信只要坚持不懈，以良好的心态对待成长中遇到的困难和挫折，不断求知，善于实践，积极反思，就会成为一名符合现代教育需要的成功的教师!
