零、随机数

1、随机数函数：

=RAND

首先介绍一下如何用RAND函数来生成随机数(同时返回多个值时是不重复的)。RAND函数返回的随机数字的范围是大于0小于1。因此，也可以用它做基础来生成给定范围内的随机数字。

生成制定范围的随机数方法是这样的，假设给定数字范围最小是A，最大是B，公式是：=A+RAND*(B-A)。

举例来说，要生成大于60小于100的随机数字，因为(100-60)*RAND返回结果是0到40之间，加上范围的下限60就返回了60到100之间的数字，即=60+(100-60)*RAND。

2、随机整数

=RANDBETWEEN(整数，整数)

如：=RANDBETWEEN(2,50)，即随机生成2~50之间的任意一个整数。

上面RAND函数返回的0到1之间的随机小数，如果要生成随机整数的话就需要用RANDBETWEEN函数了，如下图该函数生成大于等于1小于等于100的随机整数。

这个函数的语法是这样的：=RANDBETWEEN(范围下限整数，范围上限整数)，结果返回包含上下限在内的整数。注意：上限和下限也可以不是整数，并且可以是负数。

初中的生活，由于平时住在学校里，一周回一次家，父母不在身边一切的事都要自己解决，心里也老是有点忐忑。但慢慢的，我开始和那的一切熟悉起来，才发现，其实那并不可怕。虽然周围的人都不认识，但也总会慢慢熟悉的，在熟悉的过程中，也让了开始慢慢学会了如何与别人相处。在初中的生活中，我也有认识的童年好友，我也结识了许多的好朋友，虽然我们现在在不同的地方，但是那个时候经历的点点滴滴，我们都无法忘怀，那一份最纯真的友谊我们都深深的记在了心理。

在我认为如果初中是我第一个转折点，那么高中就是我第二个转折点。由于初中时候也比较贪玩，中考考的不理想，我进了一所普通高中，又是陌生的环境。不过欣慰的是，我的许多初中同学也进了这所学校，所以并不算特别的陌生。高一的第二学期我们开始文理分班，由于个人的性格和各科目的成绩，选了理科。经历了一段时间的磨合，和周围的人又渐渐的熟络了起来，虽然学习也是十分枯燥、忙碌，但还没有太过于紧张，大家就这么跌跌撞撞的就到了高三。到了高三，就再也不复以前了生活紧张而充实，每天都忙忙碌碌。做不完的习题，没完没了的考试，为的就是一个标考大学。我们近乎安于那种枯燥的生活，因为我们憧憬大学，每次听老师给我们讲大学，我们都非常的兴奋，觉得大学生活简直就是一种享受。大学，是我们熬过那段枯燥生活的精神信仰。虽然，高考并不理想，自己又复读了一年，但最终我还是如愿以偿的来到了大学校园。

我来到大学已经一年了，但我已经从别人和周围体会到了人际关系的复杂，由于大家来自不同的家庭，不同地区，每个人的价值观念不同，矛盾难念就会产生。同时在上大学之前的那段时间，在网上看到这样一段话：实现一个人的价值需要不断鞭策自己，完善和提高自己的思想道德和修养，从而成为一名优秀的人。因此，除了每天和周围的人们交流，多多相处之外，就是在多读书，从而使个人修养得到提高，并确定自己的目标。大致地回顾了自己的一生经历，也重新的审视了自己，重新的想了一下自己的缺点。到了现在为止，自己的性格还是比较内向，不善于和周围的人们进行交流，这也使得自己的人际交流能力一直得不到提高。结交的朋友也不是很多，活动的圈子也

很小。但是对待身边的朋友，比较随和，我一直都用心地对待，不虚情假意、自高自大，并且总是保持着乐观的态度面对生活。而且在以后的日子里，我会积极的去参与一些活动，多于别人交流，多结交一些朋友，锻炼自己。

如今，由于自己开始在生活方面有点懒散，每天上课也是十分的松懈，不太重视，导致了学习成绩也是不太理想。但是，我相信自己一定能逐渐改变过来，端正学习态度，严格要求自己，努力学习。而且，在以后的日子里，我会积极地去其他学习知识，开阔自己的眼界，同自己的眼睛去细心地观察世界上的人和事，积极进取。成功，来源于前进道路上的每一小步，所以，我会把精力放在短期目标上，相信最后一定能实现那个伟大的目标。坚持不懈，每天都为实现目标而努力，不管取得的成就多么微小，也见证了自己的成长！

尊敬的各位老师、同学：

上午好!今天我讲话的题目是《学会自制，克服诱惑，快乐成长》。 同学们，老师先和大家分享一个案例，50多年前，心理学家曾经做过一个经典的实验：实验者发给几十个4岁被试儿童每人一颗好吃的软糖，同时告诉孩子们：如果马上吃，只能吃一颗;如果等20分钟后再吃，就给吃两颗。然后进行观察，有的孩子急不可待，把糖马上吃掉了;而另一些孩子则耐住性子，以克制自己的欲望，得到了第二块软糖。

研究人员在十几年以后再考察当年那些孩子现在的表现，研究发现，那些能够为获得更多的软糖而等待得更久的孩子要比那些缺乏耐心的孩子更容易获得成功，他们的学习成绩要相对好一些。在后来的几十年的跟踪观察中，发现有耐心的孩子在事业上的表现也较为出色。这就是著名的软糖实验，也叫做延迟满足实验，它告诉我们：延迟满足能力越强，更容易取得成功。

老师今天想谈的话题，我们在人生成长的过程中，每个人都希望能有一个快乐的金色童年，快乐成长，快乐生活。那我们从刚才的案例中是不是可以得到这样的启示：我们应该学会自制，克服诱惑，才能快乐成长。有同学可能会说，老师，诱惑应该是对大人而言的，金钱、权利、美色、毒品这些诱惑离我们很远。

是的，这些离我们很远，可我们是否认真思考过，当我们没有约束自己，违法社会、学校和家庭规则的时候，也是没有禁得起诱惑呢?例如：当我们在教学楼走廊疯闹喧哗时，上下楼梯推搡快跑时，课堂上不认真学习时，作业没有认真完成时，这时我们是不是没有禁得住所谓自由的诱惑，像不像实验里那些急不可待很快把软糖吃掉的孩子，我们暂时得到的这些快乐，是真正的快乐吗?可以说，我们从小从家庭和学校学习各类规则的实质是培养我们的自制能力，教育和引导我们学会自制，克服诱惑，这样我们长大以后才能真正快乐的生活。老师希望能有更多的同学能从老师今天的讲话中得到启发，在学校和家庭里学会自制，遵守规则，快乐成长，我也相信凤城小学的孩子将来都能有一个快乐的、幸福的人生!

2.5 party b shall be responsible for the training of party as technicl personnelin party bs relevant facilities and also do its best to enable party as technicalpersonnel to masterthe patented technplogy of the aforesaid contract product (details asper appendix 5 to the contract).

今天我在国旗下讲话的题目是《消防记心中，安全伴一生》。

每逢进入冬季，气候变的很干燥，受到干燥环境的影响，这个季节就容易引发火灾。因此，为了增加全民的消防安全意识，公安部于1992年发起，将每年的11月9日定为全国消防日，而11月9日的月日数恰好与火警电话号码119相同，这既是对消防工作的警示，也是对火警电话的宣传。

提到消防，同学们自然会想到令人毛骨悚然的火灾二字。火，带给人们光明，赋予人们温暖，但火灾也曾夺去了无数的生命，留下了累累伤痕。大火曾用血淋淋的数字和惨痛的代价，给我们身边的人敲响了安全防范的警钟，警醒我们火灾是威胁日常学习、生活安全的重要因素。身处人员密集的校园中的我们，应在脑海中长期鸣响“119”的警铃，提高防火的意识和技能。我们应该懂得火灾的危险性，不断增强消防意识。 我们每个人都要努力学习消防知识，自觉遵守消防法规。在平时应当做到以下几点：

1、不玩火。就是要认识玩火的危害性和可能带来的严重恶果。

2、节假日期间不随意燃放烟花、爆竹，特别是寒假春节期间更要注意。

不健康，不快乐，不就像是一个潘多拉魔盒吗?当你控制不住自己就等于打开了潘多拉魔盒，释放心魔，会让你做出不利于健康，不利于快乐的事，只有把握“金钥匙”，才能困住心魔。

在社会生活中，我们必须把握好自己，调节自己的情绪，使自己一直保持愉快的心情;在学校生活中，我们要控制自己不去做违反校规的事，以免造成不必要的伤害;在家庭生活中，要尽力做好父母吩咐的事，懂得感恩。不要像有些同学，父母叫他做一点事，就心情突变，嘴里不停地吐出：“烦人”“不要”等等抱怨的话;不要像有写同学在学校里，做事不计后果，心里自由“好奇”两个字，以至于伤害了他人的身体，害人害己，以至于不能健康快乐的成长。
