夏令营教师总结——21天 ，我们共同成长

当21天的夏令营落下帷幕；当与一群活泼可爱的小宝贝们一一告别，轻轻的拥抱；当与团队里的老师一一挥手，轻声说再见。在那时我拖着行李箱离开了这个布满回忆的家——山东省淄博人民警察训练基地。

依然清楚地记得，7月23日，我带着满腔的热情踏入这块净土，我对自己说，在这21天里，用心做好每一件事，认真对待每一个人。带着这样的心情去开展这21天的工作。具体工作如下：

一.后勤工作

我是以总管的身份进入夏令营的，主要负责各项活动的吹哨，上传每天的照片、“每日之星”和“优秀日志”的名单，打印各科老师需要的材料，上午照顾生病的孩子，向各位老师下通知，采购夏令营需要的物品以及管理财务。

在这些工作中，刚开始没有进入状态，经常弄得手忙脚乱，频频出错。孔老师曾对我说：你干活太粗心，在我团队里挨不少训。可是细细回忆，在工作中，孔老师对我更多的是数不尽的关心和包容。

在一些琐碎的工作中，经常自作主张地决定一些事情。那次带生病的孩子去医院输液，因为基地的曹老师抱怨了几句。我跟谢老师说：如果太晚就和孩子打车回来。孔老师耐心对我说：不要自己去决定一些事情，尽管不满但做好本职工作是他必须要尽到的责任。夜行军时，我向孔老师申请扛旗的任务，雨夜中，我挥着旗，向来往的车辆发信号，同时也希望给孩子们多一些支持和鼓励。那一夜，身上的责任让我没有感到一丝疲惫。一路伴着孩子欢声笑语的走下来。当回来时，孔老师问我：没事吧？我冲她一笑说：挺好。

感谢您，孔老师。感谢您对我的包容，感谢您对我的信任，感谢您对我的帮助。

在我照顾生病的孩子中，印象最深的是小谕和小羽。

小谕是一个比较深沉、要强的男孩，跟他聊天时，他关心的多数都是成绩。他和我谈理想，他说他长大后要上哈佛，去外国领略异族文化。闲谈中，我知道小谕是个学习成绩非常优秀的孩子，但作为一个小学生来说，本应活泼调皮的年龄却有着如此的深沉，不禁为他担忧。在结营仪式上遇到他时，小谕非常开心地冲我笑，终于为看到他的一份烂漫而开心。

小羽是个非常活泼可爱的乖女孩，生病时，很乖地喝水、吃药、休息。闲暇时间，我们玩折纸和扮演小熊维尼的游戏，后来，还给宿舍里的同学讲笑话，一起玩耍。等病痊愈后，每次看到她，我们都互相微笑打招呼。

在21天的总管工作中，我深深地体会到，在工作中，再怎么细致都不为过，因为稍有疏漏，就会出错。同时这点也是我最需要改进的。其次，对于一名员工来说，做好自己的本职工作固然重要，但对于一名优秀的员工来说，理清领导的工作思路亦是一门必修的课程。

二、团队辅导

由于下午的工作比较轻松，因此下午主要跟进一班的团辅，担任助教老师。在那里我认识了一群活泼可爱的孩子。大同学总是对小同学关心帮助，并协助老师完成工作任务，无疑成了老师的好帮手。小同学活泼可爱，与大哥哥、大姐姐们一起体会、一起收获、一起成长。他们虽小，但他们同样坚强勇敢。

时光飞逝，转眼之间踏上工作岗位已经快有个年头。其中，有工作的艰辛与压力，也有收获的喜悦与欣慰，有求索的痛苦，也有成长的快乐。作为一名新教师，为了缩短自己的成熟期，不仅要有勤于反思的习惯，还要有勇于确立成才目标的意识。教育教学道路上的成长也要有明确的目标和合理的规划。为此，我对自己今后的成长作了一个规划。

一、努力做一个智慧的实践者。

我们的成长首先得立足课堂。虽然是短短的40分钟，但要做一个智慧的实践者却是一门艺术。没有日积月累的实践，是无论如何也谈不上“智慧”的，那就更别说“艺术”了。作为驾驭课堂尚且稚嫩的新教师，我们更需要在不断的实践中提升自己，丰富自己。为此，我对自己提出了三个方面的要求：首先，夯实基础，稳扎稳打，抓好自然常态下的每堂课。当然，除了认真研读和学习教育教学的先进理论书籍外，我也要虚心向身边有经验的老教师请教，学习他们的敬业精神，也学习他们长期积累下来的好的经验和方法，以便缩短自己的成熟期;第三，要善于抓住每一次机会展示自己。一次展示，重要的不是展示的那节课，而是准备的过程。在专家和同行的指导和帮助下，通过一次又一次的实践、反思、再实践、再反思的过程，你的课堂的理解，对教学的认识也会随之升华。

二、以反思促发展。

三、始终保持专业的情怀——激情

教育是一项需要献身的职业，也是一个充满爱心的职业。人要挑起这份重担，我们就需要有为之献身的激情。作为一名教师，我们既要敢于冒尖，又要甘于寂寞。也许我们是清贫的，但我们也是富有的，因为我们用我们的爱心塑造着一群群鲜活的生命，难道不是吗?

没有教师生命质量的的提升，就很难有高的教育质量;没有教师精神的解放，就很难有学生精神的解放;没有教师的主动发展，就很难有学生的主动发展;没有教师的教育创造，就很难有学生的创造精神。在教育教学的道路上，我要怀着激情地去实践和反思，才能尽快跟上时代的发展的步伐，做一名新时期的教育工作者。

一、自我定位：

3、完成工作时没有把紧时间，经常是前松后紧，有时会影响工作的质量。有好的想法，但因为时间的问题无法实践。

1、主动探索教学理念，理论落实行动，积极进行各种教学实践，摸索出有个人特色的教学路子。

8.2 租赁期内甲方不得收回出租房屋(除非本合同另有规定)，甲方保证乙方可不受干扰的享用该物业。

8.3 在乙方遵守本合同的条款及支付租金的前提下，乙方有权于租赁期内拒绝甲方或其他人骚扰而安静享用出租房屋。

九、乙方的责任：

9.1 乙方应按合同的规定，按时支付租金，保证金及其他各项应付费用。

9.2 乙方应爱护使用出租房屋，如因乙方的过失或过错致使房屋设施及屋内用具和饰品受到损坏(正常损耗除外)，乙方应负赔偿责任。

9.3 乙方应按本合同的约定合法使用出租房屋，不得擅自改变使用性质，不应存放中华人民共和国法律下所禁止的危险物品，如因此发生损害，乙方应承担全部责任。

9.4 未经甲方事先书面同意，乙方不得将出租房屋转租或租给其他的第三者。

十、违约处理：

breach of agreement :

10.1 甲、乙任何一方如未按本合同的条款履行，构成违约，应承担相应的违约责任。双方同意违约方应赔偿守约方之直接损失人民币____________元。

if either party a or party b fails to perform its obligations hereunder ,it shall constitute a breach of this agreement and the defaulting party shall be liable for the liabilities resulting from such breach. the parties agree that the party in breach shall pay the other party compensation ____________________for the direct loss and damage suffered by the other party as result of such breach .

10.2 乙方有下列行为之一的，甲方有权终止本合同，收回出租房屋，并且保证金不予返还;

三、教育教学

我们要在最短的时间里通过活动稳定幼儿的情绪，使其喜欢上幼儿园，喜欢活动，尽快适应新环境。使幼儿清楚幼儿园一日生活的各环节，生活有序。满足幼儿的兴趣，多开展游戏活动如：娃娃家等。我们要以幼儿为发展的需要，使幼儿的生活经验更丰富，从而使幼儿的认知也得到加强。

四、卫生保健

教师要一边注意幼儿的生活护理，一边培养幼儿的生活自理能力。幼儿要学会吃饭、上厕所的习惯。教师还应做好每天的消毒和清洁工作，幼儿的疾病传染。教师要懂得安全意识，教育幼儿安全的常识，让幼儿远离不安全事故。注重幼儿心理健康，在园时愉快等。

五、家长工作

1、新生入园做好入园前的家访工作，熟悉班级教师，了解幼儿的性格、生活习惯、饮食情况等。

2、召开家长会，向家长介绍一学年班级工作计划及需要家长配合的内容。

3、跟家长及时沟通，交流新的教育理念和的教育方法。

4、按时更换“家长园地”，补充教学内容，在条件允许的情况下开放一次半日活动。

新学期开始了，我继续担任中班保育工作。在过去的一个学期里，虽然在工作中取得的一些成绩，但在幼儿安全护理方面还存在着不足。新学期我将把好的一面继续发展下去，将不足的方面努力做好。根据新学期的目标，

一、做好班内卫生消毒工作，护理好班中幼儿。

随着季节交替，也是幼儿传染病高发季节。作为保育员要严格遵守保健医制定的卫生消毒制度，对幼儿接触的物品及时消毒。保证通风次数及时间，加强户外阳光消毒。加大对工作的责任心，特别是如有幼儿带药，要认真检查带药记录，在喂药前要反复看清说明再喂。

二、巩固幼儿的一日生活常规，做好新生的常规培养。

通过上学期的培养，班中大部分幼儿的一日生活常规较好，个别年龄较小，能力较弱的需要教师提醒，在今后的工作中，要不断巩固幼儿的生活常规，使幼儿养成良好的习惯。本学期班中新添幼儿，由于幼儿还没适应幼儿园的集体生活，作为保育员要在减少新幼儿入园焦虑情绪的同时，耐心细致的培养新幼儿的一日生活常规，使他们尽快地融入幼儿园的集体生活。

三、加强户外活动护理，确保幼儿安全在户外活动过程中：

一要细心的护理好幼儿，做到出汗及时擦;

二要杜绝意外事故发生，在户外活动前认真仔细检查场地，幼儿的衣着，杜绝一切安全隐患。

四、配合班中教师搞好各项活动

在平时工作中，我除了完成好卫生工作外，在教育工作中，尽可能的参与，让教育活动更加深入，把教育活动延伸到保育环节中，全面贯彻落实保育结合，统一的教育原则。本学期园内开展主题活动。在班内教师准备活动过程中，我一定要尽力地看护好班中幼儿，使教师能够放心的全力以赴地开展好各项活动。

Things about Me I am Andrea. Perhaps the word “average”can best describe me. I am of average height, average weight and of average complexion. I have a thin face, double-lid eyes and a pointed nose. My hair is black, short and straight. I have never worn my hair long. I look like both my mother and my father, but I have inherited their best parts. I am a teacher, and I like my job. I believe her or his students can sometimes teach a teacher. Actually I have learnt a lot from my own teaching experience and my students. 在每个人的成长过程中，周围的人和事对其的影响是显而易见或是潜移默化的，从能够记事开始，他就开始在成“人”的道路上慢步前行了。根据埃里克森人生发展八阶段理论，将人的一生分为:婴儿期(0～2岁)、儿童期(2～4岁)、学龄初期(4～7岁)、学龄期(7～12岁)、青春期(12～18岁)、成年早期(18～25岁)、成熟期(50岁以上)。今年我18岁，所以我已度过了人生中的五个阶段，童年不在，青春已逝。在我自身的性格与成长过程中，有许多人和事在我的脑海里留下了深刻的形象，自然它们对过去、此刻、将来的我是不可分离抽离的，那些东西都是我的经历，我的财富!

二、关于本学期的课程

心理与健康，当然是很有必要性及重要性的一门公众必修课。本学期心理健康课中令我印象深刻的几节课是情绪分析、周哈里窗和人生900格、姓名的故事和剧本编写活动、感情与性。

对自我的进取影响:心理学一向是我感兴趣的学科，从本学期的课堂上，我感到了心理学的趣味与深奥，它能够很小，也能够很大，期望在将来能够更专业的了解学习心理学，坚定了这个兴趣爱好。在课堂上我明白了自我是一个粘液质的人，重感情重回忆。大学生活很重要，这个课程就像是所有烈酒中的一本清茶，拥有一抹清新的色彩和淡淡的清香。学会与自我相处;在于他人打交道时，多多认识下自我，因为在漫长的人生中，陪伴自我时间最长的，就是这样一个“我”;丰富又大胆的想象，有时比扎实的学识更加重要;感情虽是两个人的事，开不开心一个人就能够决定。

对课程的期待及对这门课的提议:期望能够多增加一些专业知识的讲授，让同学们有一点关于心理健康的专业知识。活动课的资料能够多一些实践性的，既自由又严谨。

The writer of the novel is Jane Austen . Jane Austen was born at Steventon on December 16, 1775, the youngest of seven children. She received her education—scanty enough, by modern standards—at home. Besides the usual elementary subjects, she learned French and some Italian, sang a little, and became an expert needle-woman. Her reading extended little beyond the literature of the eighteenth century, and within that period she seems to have cared most for the novels of Richardson and Miss Burney, and the poems of Cowper and Crabbe. Dr. Johnson, too, she admired, and later was delighted with both the poetry and prose of Scott. The first twenty-five years of her life she spent at Steventon; in 1801 she moved with her family to Bath, then a great center of fashion; after the death of her father in 1805, she lived with her mother and sister, first at Southampton and then at Chawton; finally she took lodgings at Winchester to be near a doctor, and there she died on July 18, 1817, and was buried in the cathedral. Apart from a few visits to friends in London and elsewhere, and the vague report of a love affair with a gentleman who died suddenly, there is little else to chronicle in this quiet and uneventful life.

But quiet and uneventful though her life was, it yet supplied her with material for half a dozen novels as perfect of their kind as any in the language. While still a young girl she had experimented with various styles of writing, and when she completed "Pride and Prejudice" at the age of twenty-two, it was clear that she had found her appropriate form. This novel, which in many respects she never surpassed, was followed a year later by "Northanger Abbey," a satire on the "Gothic" romances then in vogue; and in 1809 she finished "Sense and Sensibility," begun a dozen years before. So far she had not succeeded in having any of her works printed; but in 1811 "Sense and Sensibility" appeared in London and won enough recognition to make easy the publication of the others. Success gave stimulus, and between 1811 and 1816, she completed "Mansfield Park," "Emma," and "Persuasion." The last of these and "Northanger Abbey" were published posthumously.

The most remarkable characteristic of Jane Austen as a novelist is her recognition of the limits of her knowledge of life and her determination never to go beyond these limits in her books. She describes her own class, in the part of the country with which she was acquainted; and both the types of character and the events are such as she knew from first-hand observation and experience. But to the portrayal of these she brought an extraordinary power of delicate and subtle delineation, a gift of lively dialogue, and a peculiar detachment. She abounds in humor, but it is always quiet and controlled; and though one feels that she sees through the affectations and petty hypocrisies of her circle, she seldom becomes openly satirical. The fineness of her workmanship, unexcelled in the English novel, makes possible the discrimination of characters who have outwardly little or nothing to distinguish them; and the analysis of the states of mind and feeling of ordinary people is done so faithfully and vividly as to compensate for the lack of passion and adventure. She herself speaks of the "little bit (two inches wide) of ivory on which I work," and, in contrast with the broad canvases of Fielding or Scott, her stories have the exquisiteness of a fine miniature.

一转眼，一个学期又快过去了。这是我到宜良一中工作的第三个学期了，如果说前两个学期我是一腔热情，一心只关注学生的成绩的话，这学期的我更加注意细节了，学会深入到学生群体中了解他们的思想动态。然而，任何成绩的取得仅仅靠一腔热血是绝对不够的。要想由一个刚刚从高校的毕业的学生变成一个骨干教师，必定要经历一个成长过程，这个过程未必就那么一帆风顺，遇到困难、曲折是很正常的事情，关键是怎样去面对和处理。

20xx年xx月xx日下午青年教师成长经验分享会上，各位资深教师毫不吝惜的分享、交流使我受益匪浅，作为青年教师中的一员，我想从下面几个方面简单谈谈我的个人体会。

一、学会做人

学会做人，是一门很大的学问，对于每个人来说，都不是一时一事之功，而是一生中时时刻刻，事事处处都要面对的课题和考验，是一个永远需要学习的过程。在会上，夏校长一再强调：“师傅不仅要教会徒弟怎样上课，更重要的是教会他们怎样做人”。

下面我就自己的理解谈以下两点：

1.心中充满爱教育是奉献爱的职业，教师的基本职责是教书育人，对学生的培养方法也有很多，但我认为无论是何种形式都贯穿着对学生的爱。只有当我们的心中充满爱才会用爱心感染学生，才会使我们平凡的工作变得伟大。

爱是教育的基石。没有爱，就没有教育。我们青年教师就是爱的使者，俗话说：“爱自己的孩子是人类的本能，爱别人的孩子是神圣!教师就是要爱每一位学生，让他们在爱的浸润中，学会去爱，关爱他们身边的每个人，乃至大自然的一草一木。让他们在爱的怀抱中幸福的成长!

2.要有感恩之心

教师的职业是“爱满天下”的职业，是用爱激励爱、感召爱、培育爱的职业。这一职业需要我们要常怀一颗感恩的心。只有我们常怀感恩之心，才能让我们的学生学会感恩，使他们的人格得到完善。

我们应当感谢我们的学校，是它使我们找到了一方成就自我的天地，没有学校的培养我们年轻教师很难顺利成长起来，也很难实现自己心中的梦想。感恩是一种美好圣洁的情感，是事业上的推动剂。

二、学会学习、合作

人们常说“人，最可怕的是灵魂空虚和精神萎缩”。因此，作为青年教师，我们要多读书来充实自己，提升自己的专业素养，从而推动自己的专业发展。因为读书，还能够改变教师的精神、气质和品性，正所谓“腹有诗书气自华”。

“教育的核心就是学习”，我们自己要“学会学习”，才能教会学生如何“学会学习”。把学生从分数至上的苦海中解救出来，让他们学会根据自己的兴趣、特长和能力获取知识。

如今的社会，没有哪个领域的成绩是仅仅靠个人取得的。面对新课程改革的逐步推进，面对一群特殊的教育对象，作为从教者的我们更要学会合作，合作才能双赢。学会与组内教师合作，切磋技艺;学会与搭班教师群体合作，各科协调发展;学会与家长合作，共育栋梁之才。

三、学会快乐

要做一个有幸福感的人。教师是一个不断重复的职业，这我有切身体会，高一年级每个班的生物课周课时不多就两节，所以就一个老师的工作量而言，需要不断的重复，在两三天时间里把同样的内容重复六七遍，甚至八遍。所以每当上完课后，我最真实的感受是：我不想讲话，因为我怕我是对着同一个人讲着同样的话，我怕别人说我烦。然而，生活必须要有乐趣，我们都在追求做一个有幸福感的人，所以就让梦想来调剂这不断重复的生活。

这一学期以来，虽没什么大的成绩，但在思想上和处事上成熟稳重了许多。感谢各位领导的关心指导，更要感谢我的师傅，不管在工作上，还是生活上，她都给了我很大的帮助。青年教师成长经验分享会，让我受益匪浅，今后我要更加主动地向师傅和其他生物老师学习，又要向其他青年教师学习，学习他们执着认真的工作态度，多学习，多请教，努力工作，积极创新，也多向师傅反映自己的困惑，在师傅的“传、帮、带”下，尽快成长!

总之，在今后的成长道路上，我将用心学习，用心感受，用心教育，尽快成长为师德高尚，业务精湛，善于思考、勇于创新的专业化教师。
