我想谈谈自己在思想变化经历中的一个深切体会：就是家长应该体会到孩子在成长过程中的不容易。

就欣同学而言，自从上初中以来，各方面的表现都不令人满意，特别是成绩上的滑落让我感到很失落，确切地讲我在思想上的确经历了困惑、焦虑、尝试、失败、放弃、重振等等一系列过程，单从这些字面上就可想而知，我的情绪上经常是反复无常、波动起伏的，这种纠结情绪也伴随着自己认识上的一个个变化(也可以说是自我突破吧)，至到现在也不能说就完全坚定不动摇了，可能还会在一段时间里有反复变化，但只要能清楚地认识到自己的努力方向，我想走回头路是不会的，只会一点点地朝目标方向走。

由此可见，家长想要担当好自己的教育责任，是需要经过艰难奋斗的一段历程，所以当我们期待孩子在各方面有所进步的时候，将心比心，就该体会到孩子所做的每一项努力也都不是容易的事情，也都会有反复进退的表现，同时，在他们内心也会有个很复杂的过程，尤其孩子年龄偏小，在很多方面还不足与成人相类比。试想，如果在孩子艰难前行中，我们能多体谅、多关心、多鼓励、多帮助，也许孩子在前进路上就能更坚定、更有信心些;相反，一些不理解孩子的言行无疑只会给孩子前行路上多设了一道坎。

这个道理很容易明白，可是在实际中往往做的不到位，我觉得关键是必须学会有耐心。因为孩子成长过程是反复曲折的道路，家长首先要摆正自己的教育观念，对孩子努力的方向做到心中有数，就像淘猫妈说的：“只要孩子努力付出了，什么结果我都接受，大不了从头再来!”有了这样的心态还有什么不可以等待的呢!

上午好!今天我讲话的题目是《学会自制，克服诱惑，快乐成长》。 同学们，老师先和大家分享一个案例，50多年前，心理学家曾经做过一个经典的实验：实验者发给几十个4岁被试儿童每人一颗好吃的软糖，同时告诉孩子们：如果马上吃，只能吃一颗;如果等20分钟后再吃，就给吃两颗。然后进行观察，有的孩子急不可待，把糖马上吃掉了;而另一些孩子则耐住性子，以克制自己的欲望，得到了第二块软糖。

研究人员在十几年以后再考察当年那些孩子现在的表现，研究发现，那些能够为获得更多的软糖而等待得更久的孩子要比那些缺乏耐心的孩子更容易获得成功，他们的学习成绩要相对好一些。在后来的几十年的跟踪观察中，发现有耐心的孩子在事业上的表现也较为出色。这就是著名的软糖实验，也叫做延迟满足实验，它告诉我们：延迟满足能力越强，更容易取得成功。

越来越临近的XX年中考决定着同学们的成败荣辱。牵系着万千家长望子成龙、望女成凤的强烈期盼;也关联着学校发展的机遇和创名校的进程。为了梦中的理想，为了一生的成功，我们没有借口，我们没有理由;我们只有努力，只有奋斗。为了理想而奋斗的人生是无悔的人生，朋友们，让我们相约无悔的青春，自信的聆听中考的脚步吧!

站在这里，此时此刻，我心中依然在不断地鼓励自己。为什么?因为面对这次比赛，说实话我一直深感压力与恐惧!我害怕失败，害怕失败后无法面对那一双双期待的眼神;但是，我告诉我自己，面对生活，我需要这样一种心态：直面逆境，不做生活的屈服者!宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。成功，往往需要付出常人难以想象的艰辛，但也常常能创造出骄人的成绩，大家一定熟悉蔡乐群吧!家境贫寒，身材矮小使他受尽别人的嘲笑、戏弄与欺侮。然而他身残志强，在灵桥工艺美术厂学艺时，每天凌晨 4 点起床练字，白天学画，刮风下雨，从不间断，后来他又潜心钻研、多方求教、反复临摹，终于名扬画坛、蜚声海外。蔡乐群的成功，不正是他努力尝试，不断拼搏的结果吗?朋友们，你知道海尔吗?当然，你肯定会说海尔空调、海尔冰箱、海尔洗衣机，你能一连串说出好多海尔电器。确实，海尔在今天可谓是家喻户晓、举世闻名，它在欧、美、亚、中东都建立了生产基地，销售网络遍布全球。可谁能想象：它的前身却是一个濒临倒闭的集体小厂，短短的十几年间，竟发生了如此翻天覆地的变化。其中的奥秘是什么呢?关键就在于海尔人上下一心，努力尝试，不断拼搏。

由此可见，尝试、拼搏对一个企业来说是多么重要。作为新时代的青年，建设祖国、开创未来、我们重任在肩，又何尝不需要这种精神呢?朋友，不去拼搏，我们永远不会知道自己能做什么;不去拼搏，我们什么也做不成。拼搏，会让我们更加了解自己;拼搏，会让我们更加相信自己。亲爱的朋友们，让我们努力拼搏吧，搏出一片新的天地。在不断地拼搏中，我们将会变得更自信、更坚强、更完美!

阳光照耀着大地，我们打扮得漂漂亮亮的，走在校园里成了一道亮丽的风景线，因为今天是我们的十岁成长礼。

同学们有序地排着整齐的队伍走到舞台两边各自的座位上，此时，家长们早已等候在观众席上了。

成长礼开始了，最先出场的是李婷瑄、朱子安等四位主持人，喧闹的活动现场顿时鸦雀无声。第一版块由王欣悦和三班的一位同学为大家讲述了她们的成长故事。第二版块，同学们用表演来祝福自己，节目精彩纷呈，同学们纷纷展现了自己的才艺。有的唱歌，有的跳舞，有的画画，有的弹古筝，有的弹钢琴，有的诗朗诵，有的转魔方，有的变魔术，有的表演相声。同学们都用心地表演，每个节目都赢来了阵阵热烈的掌声。我可是第二版块的主持人之一呢，怎么能没有自己的节目!我表演的节目是拼装机器人，不过很遗憾，我遗漏了最后一个环节，把拼装好的机器人演示给大家看。第三版块，王安彤妈妈为大家读自己写给王安彤的信，老师还安排家长们把事先准备好的给孩子的信念给自己的孩子听，场面非常感人，有好多同学都感动得哭了。第四版块，我们一起给老师和家长们唱了感恩的心，并做了手语动作来表示自己对家长的爱。

我们十岁了，以后就不再是儿童，而是少年了。我以后一定要好好学习，报答所有爱我的人。还要为家长做更多自己力所能及的事情，以此孝敬他们。

一年来，在局领导的关怀和同志们的支持帮助下，在全体同志们的支持配合下，我服从工作安排，加强学习锻炼，认真履行职责，全方面提高完善了自己的思想认识、工作能力和综合素质，较好的完成了各项目标任务

虽然工作上经历过困难，但对我来说每一次都是很好的锻炼，感觉到自己逐渐成熟了个人工作总结收获与成长工作总结。现将本年度工作做如下总结：

一、在学习中不断提高自己

办公室工作涉及面广，对各方面的能力和知识都要掌握，如不注意加强学习，就可能无法胜任某些工作，所以就必须用理论武装头脑。在平时工作中我积极学习新知识，把政治理论知识、业务知识和其它新鲜知识结合起来，开阔视野，拓宽思路，丰富自己，努力适应新形势、新任务对本职工作的要求。积极提高自身各项业务素质，争取工作的主动性，努力提高工作效率和工作质量。经过不断学习、不断积累，已具备了办公室工作经验，基本能够从容地处理日常工作中出现的各类问题，保证了本岗位各项工作的正常运行。

二、日常工作

办公室是我局的服务中心和运转中心，担负着上情下达、下情上报、各种文件的印发、信息的报送以及后勤服务等。工作中我牢固树立了“办公室无小事”的思想，严格按照“五个一”的标准来要求自己，即接好每一个电话，接待好每一个来办事的人，完成好每一件交办任务，作好每一个记录，处理好每一份文件，力求周全、准确、适度，避免疏漏和差错。只有这样，在相对繁琐的工作中才能端正工作态度，兢兢业业做好本职工作。

一是做好各类会务工作。全力做好各项会议和活动的准备、布置和接待。对每一次会议和集中活动，无论其规模大小、规模高低、会务简繁，都做到了会前准备充分，会中精心组织，会后认真总结，确保万无一失个人工作总结收获与成长个人工作总结收获与成长。

二是理顺头绪，做到“事无巨细”。办公室工作比其他部门相对要繁琐，有时候电话通知会议或者领取文件就会打一两个小时，而且重复性很强，具体的工作如：各种文件的印发、信息的接收和报送、会议的筹备及后勤保障等。这就需要我时刻保持“清醒”，遇事不慌，分清事情的主次、轻重，理清头绪再做，这样可以保证我在有限的工作时间内完成更多的工作。

三是认真做好统计汇总工作。按要求定期对“领导干部廉政档案管理系统、机关事业单位固定资产管理系统、公共机构能耗统计分析系统”等电脑网络系统进行数据统计汇总及报送，经过统计整理，共向相关部门报送数据20余次。在这些工作中我努力做到一丝不苟，杜绝粗心大意，力求做到凡事都要高标准、严要求，努力减少工作失误。

四是做好后勤工作。各种办公用品的维修和耗材的购买等，确保办公设备能够正常使用，为各项工作的顺利开展提供后勤保障

五是认真做好文件档案管理个人工作总结收获与成长工作总结。对各种文件及时收发、登记、归档,保证上传下达;把我局业务工作中形成的具有参考价值的文书材料进行整理、分类、归档，做到资料齐全、目录清楚、装订规范、保管有序。

六是努力做好其他临时性工作。

三、工作中存在的不足

以上这些是今年我在办公室工作的体会和收获，但由于我自身还存在很多不足，导致很多工作做的不够理想，比如：对办公室工作了解还不够全面，有些工作思想上存在应付现象;工作主动性不够;办事效率有待提高，事情多的话还存在顾此失彼现象，某些工作在细节上还有待加强等等。也许，没有做到让领导和同事们真正满意，但我坚信只要努力做到“勤奋”二字，遇到事情尽心努力去做，就一定能够做好。

英文补充协议变更的起草

一般来说对于合同的小修改，没有必要重新签订合同，重新签订都是费时费力，也没有必要，所以都用补充协议对原合同进行修改。如果对合同改变重大的话，比如对方想换个姊妹公司来签合同，或者合同条款有多处重大变更，可以说从根本上改变了合同的内容，都可以重新签订合同的。重新签订合同有两种方式。一种是交出所有原合同的原件，然后废除，撕毁都可以，然后再签订新合同；如果对合同原件到底有多少份不清楚的话，保险起见可以先起草一个对原合同的终止协议，然后再签新合同。当然如果为了做到天衣无缝，两个合同之间权责无缝转移的话，我自己使用过这种模式，不用撕毁原合同或者起草终止协议，先在新合同中写终止原合同，一般写新合同生效后原合同立即终止，在新合同未生效前原合同保持有效。然后在新合同上盖上三种章，第一种是原合同的对方的章，第二种是新合同的对方的章，第三种是我方的章，这样操作有个缺点是财务看见合同上有三个章，如果她们不看合同内容的话，有时候容易混淆合同内容。

言归正传，给大家分享一个我起草的比较简单的补充协议。

忘了给大家说了，之前跟一位做国际工程的朋友讨论补充协议和变更怎么翻译，我倾向于合同变更翻译为amendment, 补充协议翻译为addendum.不知道大家什麽意见？不过我自己一般都是不加区分的用amendment的。

EXPLOSIVES SALE AGREEMENT

WHEREAS: The Explosives Sale Agreement with Contract No: for the construction of XYZ Motorway Road Project has been signed on 11 March 20xx between Company(hereinafter called "the Buyer") and the MULTI BIZ FZE(hereinafter called "the Seller").

评注:先说我们什么什么时候签订了一个合同。

WHEREAS: The Buyer and the Seller have a meeting about the L/C and the Contract Agreement in the afternoon of 25 March 20xx, the Seller suggested that the volume of the goods is excessive and deliver them in one time would be hard; the Seller further suggested that the transshipment would not affect the goods quality since the goods are loaded with containers in the whole shipping period, it is very normal for cargoes to be transshipped in international shipment.

评注：再说这个合同要修改，为什么原因修改，也可以把谈判的过程加上。

IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:

评注：双方都同意如下。

In order to ensure the smooth execution of the said Contract Agreement, it is agreed that the goods should be allow to transshipped and partial shipped; accordingly, delete the word "not" from second line, first paragraph of Clause 14 shipment of the Contract agreement (Contract No. CCCAAA-MBIZ-01-20xx).

The Seller further agreed that the goods would all be delivered within two shipments.

评注：上面就是要修改的内容了。

For any discrepancy between this amendment and any of the Contract Agreement, both parties agreed that this amendment to the Contract Agreement shall prevail.

评注：如果这个补充协议和之前签订的合同有冲突，那么以这个补充协议为准，一般可以不写这一句，因为法律上规定一般是后面的文件有效，不过为了避免争议，也为了保险起见，我个人喜欢加上这一句。
