特公司自主研发生产的去白细胞滤器产品取得了多网点同步批量进入市场的重大突破，经过努力产品成功地进入了东北、华北、华南、中南、中原、西北、西南七个地区的终端市场，并且得到了广大用户的初步一致认可，特公司也在国内输采血器械行业取得了一定的认知度和美誉度。取得红细胞保养液及血液保养液Ⅲ的准产注册证。注册申请未通过审批，该项指标未完成。血袋、血浆袋、去白血袋进入技术审评。已完成了注册检验，并取得了合格报告，其中，去白血袋已在一家临床试验机构完成了临床试验。

园林公司全年总收入2935.2万元，完成了单笔70000余元的树木交易，实现纯利17500元。矿业公司，经营时间较短，但是已经显示出一定的发展态势。地质探矿、地形测量测绘和编录进展比较顺利，完成了部分煤矿探矿和坑道施工任务，其中3号井已经出煤炭产品400-500吨左右。这两个公司的不断提升，为集团公司新一轮战略发展的奠基之年锦上添花。

(一)观念是发展之源泉

解放思想，更新观念，统一认识发展是企业行为的源动力。可以说，思想是行为的先导，有什么样的思想认识，就有什么样的工作思路。20__年我们倡导“解放思想”，就是要以发展为导向和动力，打破习惯思维、保守思想和主观偏见的缚，开拓创新。

比如干细胞公司在在解放思想上取得了一定的成效，把认识统一到了“求发展”的核心导向上，因此经营业绩便直接体现出了显著增长。集团公司新一轮战略已开始后，各公司、各级管理人员站在一种新的高度，打破缚，解放思想，排除干扰，统一认识，把求发展的指导思想贯彻到实际工作中去，为全年各项业务指标的完成创造了十分有利的思想舆论环境和条件。

(二)质量和服务是发展之根本

(四)管理是发展之核心

但是，世界上从来就没有绝对的权利与自由。在你享受权利与自由的时候，你更需要义不容辞地承担起沉甸甸的责任。

或许你会成为一名科学家，面对科学与谬误，追求、探索、捍卫真理是你的责任!或许你会成为一名医生，面对病人，救死扶伤是你的责任。

或许你会成为一名法官或律师，面对正义与邪恶，惩恶扬善、伸张正义是你的责任。或许你会像我一样成为一名教育工作者，面对学生，教书育人是你的责任。

你需要面对高考。努力学习，奋力拼搏，以优异成绩跨入你理想的大学，这不仅仅是家长的期待，老师的期待，学校的期待，也是你的责任!

十八岁是人生的一个转折点，在这个时刻你应该享受所有的美好祝福和祝愿。作为老师我希望你：

具有一颗爱心：爱自己、爱父母以及一切值得我们去爱的人。当你用爱心去关爱周围的世界，你也会被爱包围。

善待他人：理解他人，宽容别人的缺点与错误，你会觉得这个世界是如此的美好!

学会感恩：感谢赋予你生命的父母，给你知识教你做人的师长，与你共同成长的同伴;感谢曾经经历过的困难、挫折与失败，这是你成长过程不可或缺的风雨。

2、最喜欢吃的是棒棒糖，好香;最喜欢看的是喜羊羊，好靓;最放不下儿时的梦想，最解不开儿时的迷茫，最眷恋小红花插头上，六一来了，最快乐的事情是与你这个“老”小孩分享：甜蜜的棒棒糖、儿时的好梦想。

3、六一转眼又来到，年事已高不再闹。约上儿时好伙伴，当年趣事聊一聊。童年之时多欢笑，顽皮游戏爱胡闹。如今想起心儿跳，多想重新走一遭。六一到了，愿你童心不老!

4、捏一捏胖嘟嘟的脸蛋，扮一扮天真无邪的鬼脸，说一说纯真烂漫的童言：有童心，快乐伴。借六一东风，祝你越活越年轻。

2019年的成长计划

给自己作了个总结,思路清晰多了.

马上,就要到XX年了.面临新的一年,大体有如下目标:

工作上,继续努力工作,多和一些管理人,销售人打交道.学习一些商业理念,尽可能多的了解一些商业问题!学习些基础的东西,包括电脑,以前没有接触过photoshop等软件,一定要学习一下.哪怕不是很精通,但一定要有所了解!

生活上,不去想感情的问题,要把精力放在工作上!多看一些商业的书籍.浙商之所以这几年很成功,肯定有其道理.自己离浙江很近,要多观察,学习一些浙商的优点!改变一些不合时宜的理念!

理财方面,尽量多攒些钱.老爸的病一天天渐好,自己先少给点,到年底,争取能有两万左右的积蓄,尽力争取XX年底辞职,自己出去试一试!

一直对赤峰的对夹很感兴趣,不过不解的是为什么这种食品在赤峰有近百年的历史,但还是不被外人知晓呢?按理说应该能像天津的狗不理,河南的汤包一样作出点名堂的,原因何在,是赤峰人没有人去作吗?

这次过年回家,一定要多看看,多问问.争取认识一两个会作对夹的师傅!还要和别人多打听一些开店的信息,争取作一份商业计划书出来!

XX年是本命年,希望不要有太大的波折!不求有功,但求无过!老老实实的过完这一年!
