在大学四年里，我连续三年担任班上团支部的组织委员。作为一名班干部，我全心全意为同学服务，不计较个人得失，努力配合其他班干完成各项学校、学院下达的任务，并协助班干们出色地完成了一个又一个的活动。在担任班干的三年里，虽然辛苦，但是，我却收获了很多。不仅与班上每位同学建立了非常友好的关系，最重要的是培养了自身的管理能力、沟通能力，使自身的综合素质有了质的飞跃。
