尊敬的各位领导、各位评委，选择这份职业，我只有一个理由：在工作面前，我是一只响箭，勇往直前的出征;在责任面前，我从来不是风中的墙头小草，缩首缩尾。当然任何竞争都有两种结果，即使今天我失败了，我也不会气馁，我将立足自身岗位，脚踏实地工作，寻找差距，缩短距离，争取在下一次竞争中崛起，为我们常德卷烟厂的发展做出更多的贡献!

尊敬的各位领导、各位同志：

大家好，我竞聘的岗位是企业班长。我之所以鼓起勇气参加班长的竞聘，首先缘于我对更好的服务宝钢事业的热爱和执着。我相信，一个人，只要他执着地爱自己的事业，他就一定能把他的事业做好。我有过一些基层管理工作经历，积累了一些工作经验。有人说，经历是一笔财富，而我更愿意把自己的经历当作一种资源，一种在我今后的工作中可以利用、可以共享、可以整合的资源。当然，我更清楚，成绩也好，经验也罢，它只能说明过去，并不能证明未来。

记得拿破仑曾说过，不想当元帅的士兵不是好士兵。我不是士兵，更当不了元帅。但我更信奉海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞这一谚语，此番目的还在于通过这次竞聘去实现人生的价值。

假如我能竞聘成功，我将珍惜这个机会，以踏实的工作

作风、求真的工作态度、进取的工作精神，用心、用情、用智慧干好本职工作，并努力做到以下几点：

一、服务奉献，勇争一流

要把更好的服务宝钢放在首位。我始终认为当领导就意味着要吃苦在前，只有奉献，不能索取。同时努力学习，用自己的人格魅力，做好表率。孔子在《论语》中就有其身正，不令而行;其身不正，虽令不从。它告诫我们必须培养正气，以身示范。律已足以服人，量宽足以得人，身先足以率人。

二、团结同志，虚心学习

天时不如地利，地利不如人和，团结就是力量。只有团结，工作才能形成合力。遇事和大家商量，虚心真诚地听取同志意见，严于律己，诚恳待人，尊重同志，关心同志，设身处地为同志着想，努力创造宽松、和谐、愉快的工作环境。

三、严于律己的优良品质

我信奉严于律己的处世之道。既要维护领导的*，又要和工人师傅打成一片，正因为具有良好的人格魅力和做人宗旨，同工友们建立了亲如兄弟的深厚感情，受到了工友们的爱戴;我在日常生活和工作中，不断加强个人修养，以老老实实做人、勤勤恳恳做事为信条，严格要求自己，尊敬领导，团结同志。

我觉得，没有目标的生命是灰暗的生命，没有目标的人生是残缺的人生!要先事业成功，就得有个明确的目标，并专著于它，清楚地认识它，目标锁定了奋斗轨迹，因此，这一神圣的目标将我带上了这舞台。能参加今天的竞选，自我感觉条件有三：

一、是我有吃苦耐劳、默默无闻的敬业精神。

工作上踏踏实实，兢兢业业，一丝不苟，充分体现出特别能吃苦、特别能忍耐、特别能战斗、特别能奉献的爱岗敬业的良好品质。

二、是我有虚心好学、开拓进取的意识。

我从学校毕业后，从没间断过学习提高。为适应公司的发展和自身学历的需要，xx年通过公司安排的3个月中级工培训,胜利取得了中级工证书。并且利用业余时间就读于上海电大工商管理大专专业，分别在xx年12月取得了上海市计算机应用能力考核证书、xx年12月取得了上海市工商管理者资格证书。

三、是我具备一定的管理能力。

我在从事基层管理工作以来，注重管理的方式方法，所管辖区域从未出现过大的事故。记得王主任讲过打铁还需自身硬，如果说我还具备参与本次竞聘的一些优势的话，还不如说这是各位评委、领导、同志们的充分信任和热情鼓励。

那么如何做好一个合格又称职的班长呢，我认为首先应该认清角色、摆正位置、行权而不越权，到位而不越位，认真履行好本职工作，具体概括为一个原则、二个中心、三个做到。

一个原则就是为更好的服务宝钢以及为领导分忧解难并且出谋划策为原则，来作为全部工作的出发点。

二个中心就是围绕服务宝钢与现场管理两个中心，突出服务意识，以服务促管理，以管理带服务，提高自身和队伍的整体素质。

三个做到就是：第一、全面提高自己的综合素质，管理上过硬、纪律上严明、作风上优良、为人上正派、不负众望，不辱使命。第二、锐意进取、做到创新不变，与时俱进，全面推动各项工作上台阶上水平。第三、妥善处理三个关系，做到对上级要尊重，充分发挥自己的作用;对下级要多关心、多帮助，充分调动他们工作的积极性、主动性、创造性;对同级要多沟通、多交流，相互配合、紧密合作;廉洁做事、树立形象，做到有权不滥用、有功不自居、有责不自推，以自己良好的形象和表率作用感召人、影响人、带动人、增强队伍的凝聚力、战斗力。

尊敬的各位领导、各位评委、全体同仁们，竞聘上岗有上有下、有进有退，上固可喜、下也无悔，一如既往;我没有惊人的业绩，也没有耀眼的资历，更没有显赫的学历，优势也不足挂齿。我不敢奢求什么，只想让大家认识我、了解我、帮助我或喜欢我、支持我。也正因为如此，我更加清醒地看到了自身存在的差距，但我记得陈主任讲过:勤能补拙也正是这句话，促使我在以后的工作当中，努力学习，勤奋工作，以绵薄之力来回报公司。

在企业近两年的锤炼与磨合，领导的关心同事的帮助，使我感到了公司家庭般的温暖。是你们使我最快速度地熟悉了我的业务，把握了业务技能，使我能学以致用，为我创造了良好的发展空间，我想再没有什么能比这给我带来更多快乐。于是我对公司，对我现在的岗位更加热爱。

我认为，我竞聘市场部稽核班长有如下几个优势：

一、我有较丰富的工作经验。自进入移动公司以来，在前期做营业员时我掌握了基础的业务知识，后期我一直在做业务稽核工作，市场稽核锻炼了我应对变化的敏锐洞察力也积累了不少稽核方面的经验。长期以来积累的工作经验也将为今后做好业务稽核检查工作打下坚实的基础。

二、有较强的工作责任心。作为公司的一名员工首先要对自己负责，对企业负责。要具备良好的政治思想和职业道德，这是指导我们工作的动力和指南。我作为一名业务稽核，对待工作尽心尽力、尽职尽责，积极主动的与各班组沟通，将发现的问题及时纠正，确保业务流程的正常化。

三、我正值青年，身体健康，精力充沛，敬业好学，接受能力强，进取精神强，能够全身心地投入到自己所热爱的工作岗位中去。

业务稽核是公司管理中内控的一个重要岗位，监督把关是业务稽核的主要职责。做好这个工作，我认为要把握好以下几点：

一、要认真执行各项法规制度，做好业务单式、现金票据和业务流程的指导、检查监督工作，发现不安全隐患及时采取有效措施。

二、加强各营业机构的管理，监督检查代办代销网点及各营业厅的业务操作情况，严格执行分公司市场部制定的营销渠道管理考评办法，对代办代销行为实施监控，促进营销渠道的规范化建设。要加强对内控制度的检查。定期或不定期的开展再稽核监督工作，及时纠正稽核工作中的偏差和问题，防止稽核工作走过场、流于形式。

三、业务稽核工作还需要有勤奋务实精神，要定期编制业务稽核检查工作计划按期实施，及时编写稽核检查工作报告及改进意见。也就是要有目标、有内容的制定每天、每周、每月工作计划;并根据实际工作中出现的新问题、新情况及时对计划进行调整、修改和补充。在实际工作中还要加强各班组之间的紧密配合，注重团队协作，否则我们的工作中会存在一定的盲目性。

当今社会充满竞争、机遇和挑战，我们每一个人都会有危机感和紧迫感。我作为公司一名员工，也深深地体会到这一点，但是机遇总是垂青于那些早有准备的人，所以，我在工作中兢兢业业，认真负责，在业余时间不断学习，充电，变压力为动力，正所谓：竞争使我更加优秀，挑战使我更加完美。我相信，公司给每位员工的机会都是平等的，如果能在一个深爱的岗位上工作，相信我会做的更好。

最后，我想说，假如我竞聘上这个岗位，我将珍惜这个机会，专心、用情、用智、用力干好工作，使业务稽核检查工作在各方面都有新的起色，新的突破，上升到一个新的台阶。反之，不能上岗，我将一如既往在以后的岗位上尽心、尽力、尽职、尽责。无论结果如何，我都始终会老老实实做人，扎扎实实做事。言必信，行必果。
