二、参营内容及安排

三、甲方责任

甲方需在整个夏令营过程中负责乙方的行程安排，包括乙方的食住行、比赛行程、学习等活动。

甲方替乙方购买人身意外保险。

四、乙方责任

乙方入营后，应以甲方辅导员老师为核心，一切活动必须服从甲方老师安排。

乙方须如实、完整地填写报名信息，向甲方履行告知义务，并保证学员身体健康，无隐患疾病(如心脏病、高血压、传染病等)，同时还应承诺：保证乙方学员的身体状况能够适应甲方主办的夏令营活动，如在活动期间乙方因自身疾病而引起的医疗、抢救和住院等费用，全部由乙方自行承担。

乙方必须遵守团队行程活动计划，全部行程必须随营集体活动，未经允许，不得擅自离营单独活动。如出现违反上述规则或甲方规定现象，责任自负。甲方将不承担或退还任何费用。

乙方如违反国家相关法律法规以及社会治安管理条例或不遵守夏令营纪律和相关规定，乙方应自行承担因此而产生的一切责任，同时甲方有权对其进行劝导，情节严重的可令其提前离营并不退还任何费用，所产生的一切后果和费用乙方自负。

在夏令营活动期间，如果因乙方学员个人原因而对他人造成伤害或对他人及公共财产造成破坏、损毁，乙方应自行承担因此产生的一切责任。

乙方不允许带贵重物品、大量现金参营，违反本协议强行带入夏令营者，发生丢失或损毁事故，甲方不负任何责任;乙方应注意妥善保管自己的证件及行李物品，如发生随身携带行李物品遗失、被盗等情况，应在第一时间报告甲方辅导员老师，并保护好现场，等待有关人员处理。如果有涉及保险相关的问题，乙方应保留所有相应的单据和证明文件，以便进行保险理赔工作。

甲方拍摄的参加训练营员在训练中的相片、DV等资料，甲方可无偿用于宣传、招生等用途。

夏令营期间，原则上不允许乙方提前离营，若因特殊原因需提前离营者，须由乙方监护人提交书面申请，签字确认后将其传真到z，待甲方确认批准后方可独自离营，乙方若在独自离营后遇到任何安全问题和意外均与甲方无关，甲方对此不承担任何责任。

五、其他事宜：

1、退费说明：乙方报名缴费后，凡因乙方自身原因不能参加夏令营，其夏令营报名费按以下原则进行申请退还。

①退费原则

开营前_______天(_______年_______月_______日)之前(不含当天)申请，退还_______%报名费;

一、指导思想

针对初中新课改的逐步展开，本学期学校教科研工作将以新课改精神为指导，立足课堂开展教育教学研究，以教科研带动教师教育教学观念的更新和落实、教学方法和手段的更新，在新课程实施中探索出适合我校师生特点和学校特色的英语教育教学方法。

二、教情，学情分析

1）全校共有13名英语教师，都是是任教多年的教学经验丰富的教师，师资力量强，而且他们都有兢兢业业，忘我工作的干劲，相信在全组的共同协作下，备好教材教法，定会在本学年中取得理想的成绩。

2）我校上一学年在全市的教学成绩并不乐观。初二17名初三18名初四13名，班级与班级间，学生与学生间都存在着较严重的两极分化现象。尤其初四由于十六中和崖子初中合校，学生的基础也严重差异。因此，要多开展教课研活动，对学生因材施教，多与学生沟通，从而取得理想成绩。

三、工作目标和任务

1、加强理论学习，立足校情、实事求是、勇于探索，转变观念，增强“以学生为主体”、“变要我学为我要学”意识。全组教师要更新观念，提高认识，要充分认识到积极参加教育科研是提高教师素质的重要途径。

2、切实落实教学常规工作，改革课堂教学方法，不断提高课堂四十分钟教学效果。

3、加强课题研究工作，树立“问题即课题”的思想。鼓励教师积极撰写优秀论文、教学案例，教学反思。

4、抓好基础知识的教学，特别是词汇，句型，强化学生的掌握，并且加大对阅读、听力的训练力度，切实提高学生的英语能力。

5、力争各年级在市考试中成绩在中游水平。

四、为完成上述教研组目标，全体英语教师，深入讨论，从实际出发，采取下列措施。：

1、充分发挥教育报刊和教育网络资源库的作用，及时获取教育改革和教育科研的最新信息，组织教师学习，采取“走出去，请进来”的办法，为教师的学习创造有利条件和提供机会，本学年内认真对待“区域联谊”和请教骨干教师到我校帮助指导的活动，从而帮助教师提高教科研能力和教科研水平。

2、认真组织开展“系列课达标”活动，并组织好听评课，从而推动课堂教学改革，提高教师课堂教学水平，全面提高教学质量。

3、搞好与学生的情感沟通教育，加强对学生的心理疏导，帮助学生克服厌学英语的情绪，培养爱学英语的兴趣。

4、充分利用集体备课时间，讨论决定教材的重、难点：强化学生的英语词汇，稳扎稳打，攻克词汇关。要求学生建立词汇本和错题集。本学期进行10次集体备课，5次学科教研活动，开展5次以阅读和口语为主的英语兴趣小组活动。

5、每周一节完形、阅读强化课，结合教师的教材教法讲解，有针对性的解决做题过程中的问题，真正做到又快又对！

6、复习课前给学生5分钟的自由交谈时间，以复习单元的相应话题为准，练习口语表达！

7、及时根据复习内容，以学科组为单位，进行测验，以便及时查漏补缺！

一、加强教育理论学习，提高教师理论素养

1、本学期要重点学习《基础教育课程改革纲要》、《英语课程标准》和《英语课程标准解读》等有关课程改革的材料。学习课程改革专著《课程改革与课程评价》，明确英语课程在基础教育阶段的四个基本任务，特别是要认真学习和理解课程标准中的“六个基本理念”，并用这些理念来指导平时的课堂教学，以提高课堂教学效率。

2、加快信息技术学习进程。组织本教研组全体外语教师学好电脑技术和网络技术，能熟练运用基本信息技术，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合，组织有关教师运用现代教学理论设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等。

3、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。全体英语老师要通过理论学习，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写外语教育教学论文。

二、狠抓教学常规落实，深化教育教学改革。

1、进一步抓好“教学常规”的学习和实施工作，组织本教研组年轻教师学习常规，学习校内外先进典型，加强检查督促，使学习常规，实施常规成为全体教师的自觉行动。

2、加强集体备课。集体备课是发挥群体优势，提高备课质量的重要途径，也是落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率的必要措施。为此，我校教研组要积极组织集体备课，做到有计划、有目标、有实效。

3、抓好小学与初中的衔接教学。本学期初一学生在小学阶段学了小学英语教材，基本上达到了小学英语教学的要求，但也出现了一定的分化现象，初一教师要及早摸清情况，根据我校的实际，采取切实有效的措施，抓好中小学衔接教学。

4、抓好教研组建设。教研组要在落实常规方面发挥重要作用，要做好常规落实的检查、督促工作；要定期组织教学研究活动，围绕相应的研究专题，组织相应的公开课、研究课、示范课，通过研讨、观摩、评议等形式，使本教研组全体英语教师共同提高，人人受益。

三、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率。

组织初三本学期英语学科教研工作，要以课程改革为中心，围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，组织教师参加课改理论学习和培训，组织课改研究课和专题研讨等系列活动，以促进教师转变教学观念，促进教师整体素质和学科教学质量的提高。

四、其他工作

1、精心组织，认真辅导，组织初三学生参加全国中学生英语能力竞赛。

2、组织初一、初二学生的各种技能的校内竞赛活动。

3、合理安排和组织教学活动，组织相应的时间对初三学生进行口语等级测试的训练，并在校内组织预测检查工作。英语教师认真学习《大纲》和《中考说明》，扎扎实实教好第一遍，要在基础知识到位的同时，抓好听、说、读、写综合能力的培养，特别要重视学生阅读能力的训练。

一、指导思想

本学期我校英语教研组工作以本校教育教学工作计划为依据，以提高本校英语教研、教学质量为目标，提高教师的学习意识、服务意识、质量意识、合作意识和教科研意识。以校本研究为主要方式，继续落实教学常规、优化教学过程、全面提高英语教师的课堂教学水平及业务能力。开展实效、和谐的教研活动，探究科学有效的课堂教学形式，结合本教研组的实际情况和学生的英语学习状况，改进以往做得不够好的地方，为进一步提高我校的英语教学质量而扎实工作。

二、工作目标

1、提高英语教学质量，确保大多数学生，尤其是后进生的英语成绩得到提高，英语实际使用能力得到发展;

2、以小班化课程改革为契机，细化、优化各项常规工作，抓实英语学科教学常规。

3、与信息技术整合，熟练运用多媒体技术辅助教学;

4、积极开展反思型教研活动，提高课堂教学质量;

5、开展丰富多彩的课内外活动，激发学生学习兴趣，培养学生的综合语言运用能力。

三、本学期主要工作及措施

1、进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念

2、进一步有序、规范、高效地组织开展教研活动

教研组活动力求做到计划先行、科学安排、内容充实、组织规范、成效显著，教研组活动记录详实。

(1)多开展英语教研活动，开展公开课、听说评课活动，通过课堂教学的研讨活动来促进课堂教学不断优化。本学期仍继续做好常态课、公开课、互相听课、互相评课工作，取长补短，使教研组全体英语教师能够共同提高、人人受益。每位教师一学期上一节公开课，定时间、定课题，要求按时完成。

(2)写教学反思

对自己的教学不断反思，才会有不断的进步。因此根据自己的实际课堂教学情况，提倡多进行教后反思。要求每一课时写一次教学反思和心得，要有质量，避免空话套话。

3、落实教学常规，提高教学效益

开展以“实施有效教学”和“常规内容”为主题的校本教研。以落实课标、用好教材为基础，以实施有效课堂教学为重点，让教师立足实践，提出问题、分析问题、不断反思。根据新要求，做好以下三个方面的工作：

(1)备课：要强化备课，提高备课质量，备课应努力做到“五个突出”：突出学习活动的设计、突出学习活动的有效、突出学习的预设、突出练习和作业的设计、突出教学行为的反思。

(2)上课：本着“向四十分钟要质量”这一原则，要求教师大胆改革课堂教学模式，积极探索自主学习、合作学习、探究学习的新路子，注重因材施教，努力提高教学效率和教学质量。

(3)作业布置与批改：作业布置要适度适量，务求实效，作业批改要细致，采取等级制加激励性评语，切实发挥其检查、反馈和提高的功能，学生作业出现的错误，督促纠正，并有二次批改，严禁以罚做作业来变相体罚学生。总之，坚持备好每一节课，上好每一堂课，批好每一本作业。

4、改进课堂教学。本学期继续推进课堂教学的探索

(1)确立课堂教学思路：着眼于培养学生综合语言运用能力，通过创设合理的教学情景，引导学生在模拟或真实交际中理解、模仿和运用语言;充分运用实物、图片、手势、直观教具和表演等方法，生动活泼地进行英语教学。

(2)采用以活动课为主的教学模式，突出在活动中学、练、用，强调用语言做事，每个活动的展开要有情景，有语言，有过程，有结果。任务型的活动可以适当渗透其中。

(3)课堂教学中采用集体、个人、小组等多种活动形式，创造机会引导学生全员参与、全程参与，突出学生的主体地位，促进学生的积极情感体验。

5、做好培优补差工作，缩小“两极分化”现象

(1)严格遵守英语教学规律，重视听、说能力的培养，同时，坚持精讲多练，为每位学生提供发言机会。

(2)结合各班实际，认真研究教材，制定切实可行的教学方法。特别注意面向全体，随时调整教学方法与模式，提出的问题要注意深浅结合、因人而异，使每位学生都能听懂每一节课，回答好教师提出的每一个问题，做好每一道适合自己的习题，从而増强学习英语的信心，顺利完成教学计划。

(3)对学习困难生要加倍关心、特殊爱护，耐心辅导差生，耐心解答他们学习疑难问题，使之掌握有效的学习策略。采用“一帮一”优生帮差生的形式，定期反馈教学效果，让每位学生真正产生亲近感，有利于师生间的情感交流、教学和谐。

(4)增加与家长交流的机会，及时了解学生在家学习情况，并做好反馈记录，争取得到家长的支持与配合。

6、开展英语课外活动，提高学习兴趣

(1)为了激发学生学习英语的激情，针对各年级学生学习能力不同的情况，组织学生开展英语书法展示、说唱歌谣、表演英语情景剧，唱英语歌曲。并适时地对成绩的班级和个人进行多种形式的表扬和鼓励。

(2)发挥教师的带头作用，加强英语文明礼貌问候，推进学校英语文化氛围建设。

不断总结教育、教学经验，积极撰写论文和经验总结，抓实研究过程，注重知识的积累，总结实施中的经验和出现的问题，从而促进教学观念的更新和教学质量的提高。

实习目的：实习是大学教育最后一个极为重要的实践性教学环节。通过实习，使我们在社会实践中接触与本专业相关的实际工作，增强感性认识，培养和锻炼我们综合运用所学的基础理论、基本技能和专业知识，去独立分析和解决实际问题的能力，把理论和实践结合起来，提高实践动手能力，为我们毕业后走上工作岗位打下一定的基础;同时可以检验教学效果，为进一步提高教育教学质量，培养合格人才积累经验，并为自己能顺利与社会环境接轨做准备。

我们怀着难以诉说的心情以及对教师这种职业的神圣的向往，随着飞驶的列车来到了我们的实习目的地——龙陵县龙山中心学校，这是一个美丽的学校，也是一个五彩的花园。

当然我根本没有想到，在之后的一个月里，我会在这里收获一段快乐而难忘的时光。我不仅从各个老师和学生们的身上学到了很多东西，而且和他们成为朋友，更重要的是，我在实习过程中感觉所学的到东西远远要比三年里在校园里学到的更丰富、更精彩。当然，这并非否定老师的教学和自己的学习，只是实践中收获到的远比书本来得真切和实在。正所谓：“千淘万漉虽辛苦，一波三折有收获。”

我们来到龙陵县龙山中心学校受到了热烈的欢迎。首先，我们和该校的领导及老师召开了座谈会，他们向我们介绍了龙陵县龙山中心学校的情况：它办校至今已有百年历史，始建于清光绪30年(公元19xx年)，坐落在县城东南的老东坡下，背靠青山，侧临绿水，校内青杉挺拔，繁花似锦，绿草茵茵，是一个静心求学的好地方。它占地总积13333平方米，校舍建筑总面积4737平方米，校园绿化面积3800多平方米，运动场面积1500平方米。这里共有教职工63人，教学班24个，学生1058人。它坚持以质量求生存，以教研教改促进发展，多年来一直承担全县小学教育研究和实验示范任务，为龙陵县基础教育事业发展做出了卓越贡献，保山地区重点学校之一，它也为龙陵县的社会经济发展做出了有目共睹的贡献。
