一、前言：

很感谢荣幸有机会到浙江省义乌市掌坤电子有限公司实习。通过此次实践，我们初步认识了电子厂对一些简单零件的加工过程及装配工艺，了解了其市场营销环节及后勤人力资源管理方面的运作，同时也看到了它们发展中的一些问题，并思考了一些对策。此次活动意义重大，为我们进一步深化专业知识及业务流程打下基础。这次的实践时间虽然很短，但在这几个月的实习中学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益非浅。

二、实习目的：通过企业认识实习，调查和了解企业产品、工艺、管理、工程布置、生存方式、营销方式等，培养感性认识，为学好专业课打好基础。

三、实习时间：.07至今

四、实习地点：浙江省义乌市国际商贸城，中国义乌国际商贸城是中国小商品城顺应市场国际化发展需要而建造的现代化批发市场。一期工程投资6亿多元，于xx年9月28日建成并投入使用。该工程占地420亩、建筑面积34万平方米，设主体市场、生产企业直销中心、商品采购中心、仓储中心、餐饮中心五大经营区，共有9000多个商位1万多户经营户。

国际商贸城一期市场经营工艺品、饰品、玩具和花类四大行业商品，日客流量达4万多人次，商品销往140多个国家和地区，90%以上商位承接外贸业务，外贸出口占60%以上。

国际商贸城是浙江省旅游局指定的购物旅游定点单位，本文由本网站提供

五、实习内容：

一个偶然的机会我来到了浙江义乌有名的国际商贸城，应聘的工作跟我的实际专业并不对口，起初是对掌坤电子有限公司的基本情况进行了解，后来我从事的是电子商务，刚开始对业务都不熟悉，每天都是对着电脑跟客户聊天，让他们了解我们的产品，这时候就需要注意跟客户聊天时说话的语气，还考验了做生意的头脑，很多时候还要做对账单，所以工作起来很吃力，但是在老板和同事的关心和教导下我慢慢开窍了…因为这是一个国际化的商贸城，所以时常会有外国客户光顾，有美国的、韩国的、日本的、阿富汗的、非洲的…不得不说，来到这里我的英语口语也得到了很大的提高。在大学的时候，我们几乎很少跟外教对话，因为没有信心，又加上畏惧心理，所以自己的口语就没有得到很大的提高，来到这里之后环境让你容不得胆怯，其实真正跟外国人对话也不是很困难，只要克服了自己的心理压力，一定不要紧张，那样的话就你能流利的跟老外交谈，同时又提升了在老板心中的地位，这一点让我感到很欣慰…在义乌有一个惯例，就是每年都会举行一次大型的“义乌小商品博览会”，由于我是这里唯一一个学英语的，所以老板就把这个重任交给了我，义博会举行了5天，这5天中让我获益匪浅，跟老外交谈的过程中让我感觉到文化知识的可贵，也激发了我继续学习的动力….几个月的实习活动，我们听取了有关电子产品的历史与发展、有关其市场营销、技术生产、人力资源管理等方面的介绍，还参观了各个生产车间，对生产过程产生了感性的认识。

一思想政治方面认真参加学校组织的政治学习，并认真做好笔记。关心国家大事。利用课时间认真学习《教师职业道德规范》等书籍，时刻严格要求自己，积极向党织靠拢。虽然我不是共产党员，但我要时刻以一个党员的标准来要求自己。

三教学方面为了更好的培养学龄前儿童对英语的学习兴趣，我要积极上网寻找好的教学方法，并在课堂中为幼儿创设较好的语言环境，多增加一些与教学有关的游戏容。本学期，共教授单词62个，短语及句型32个，儿歌和各区共5首。在完成这些教学任务的前提下，适当渗透26个英文字母和100个英文数字。

此外，要让幼儿多了解一些与英语有关的生活方面的知识，还要多启发，多鼓励幼儿自行编读小儿歌，这样既加深了幼儿对单词的印象，同时又很好的锻了其语言能力。

四劳动纪律方面作为一名教师要时刻严格要求自己，遵守学校的各项规章制度，不迟到，不早退，不脱岗，少请假。关心和爱护每一个学生，公平对待每一名幼儿。

In college, we mainly learned: C language computer language is not only my first contact, and it is the best language I learned, also won the second session of the whole; although SQL server we learned only large others include database access and Delphis own database; static web developer, javascript, asp, web database development we learned web development technology which is my favorite course because the design is, I felt the program has made a the same pleasure. 毕业从事软件开发期间，我经常听到其它同行说他们客户的需求又要变啦。而且当时在做需求分析的时候，客户没有提出，等差未几做好时提出。假如要修改，而当时在设计数据库的时候没有考虑这个题目，修改数据库又要耗掉大量时间，增加开发本钱。假如不修改，项目又完成不了，无法收钱。

又或者软件在使用了一段时间，在使用一些查询功能的时，反应好慢。随着数据越录越多，这些查询功能就会越慢，假如要解决这个题目，一定需要修改数据库。而要修改数据库，对于软件开发来说，是十分痛苦的。

经过本次实习材料的鉴定工作，发现大部分学生没有真正进行见习，大多都是以教案为摹本进行的誊抄，仅有不到20%的学生真正走进课堂进行了实地见习。大多数同学的见习最终流于形式，没有到达预期的目的。对于原因我思考了很多，在给学生召开见习评价讨论会的时候，也对学生进行了调查。原因大多集中于以下几点：

一、没有认识到见习实习工作的重要性和意义。对于逐渐下降的生源质量，这个问题会越来越困扰我们，学生对自身的要求不断挑战你的极限。针对这种情景，在以后的实习见习中，要减少分散实习的比例，指导教师更要在各个方面加强监督和督促。另外，对于把实习档期当做恋家温床的学生，要有必须的惩罚措施。

二、见习学校很难联系。由于中小学教学进度比较紧凑，所以在没有熟人、关系的情景下，学校一般不愿意理解见习实习学生，即使是勉强接收，也是把学生当做空气。这个原因占了较大的比例。针对这种情景，提议学校在以后的见习实习活动中，能够组织学生进行集中实习，解决那些自我无法联系到学校又想实习的学生的难题。

三、偏远地区因天气原因开学较晚。这部分学生参加集中实习的愿望很强烈。因为无论夏天还是冬天，当地的学校开学时间总是与我们的实习见习时间无法重叠。

四、见习任务较重，一方面学校很难给学生安排如此多的听课讲课时间，另一方面，过多过重的任务让学生对任务完成的期望值很低，产生必须的抵触情绪，学校也很难给学生安排如此多的课程，造假也就难免。提议两周的见习任务调整到25-30节。其他还有一些碎小的原因，但我觉得都只是矛盾的特殊性，不具备普遍讨论的意义。对于参加实习的学生，经过调查讨论，学生的感受主要有：

一、对专业学科建设与实际教学接轨的期待较高。一向以来我们的专业设置往往是闭门造车，无法真正与实际应用结合起来，所学知识真正到了工作岗位上才发现，能用到的是少数。对于这一点，学校正在逐步加强实践教学方面的训练以及加大相关课程比例，相信假以时日必有所改善。

二、对于自身本事既了解到了自身的优点，又明确了不足。自身的知识足以应对日常的教学，可是如何把自身的知识传授给学生则显得捉襟见肘。当然，这也是实习见习工作的意义所在，认识不足，弥补不足。能够认识到问题才能去分析问题解决问题。

三、对我来讲，经过此次见习，也有不少认识。首先是这次指导工作也没有做好，没有监督好学生参加见习工作，导致很多偷懒造假的产生。其次是在日常的教学工作中没有很好地把专业和实际教学结合起来。

教学反思是教师对教学过程中出现的教学事件和现象的再思考，是教师的教学理论和教学实践的对话，而不断的教学反思则会促进教师教学能力及水平的发展。教学反思包括课前对教学设计的反思，课中对教学过程的反思，课后对教学效果的反思。一个好的教师如能及时的进行教学反思，不仅可以提高自身的教学水平，更能提升自己以适应时代的要求。我国著名心理学家林崇德提出“优秀教师=教学过程+反思”的成长公式，全国特级教师袁蓉从自己的教学实践和成功经验中总结出:教学成功=教学过程+反思。教学反思有利于促成教师从“一般型”向“骨干型”转变，进而由“教书型”成长为“专家型”，由“学科型”成长为“学者型”。教师的发展成长是教师与周围环境积极地相互作用、循环互动的发展过程。通过反思促使教师对自身、自己的专业活动甚至相关的物、事有更深入的理解，以使其更好地行动。新课程的改革表明，是否具备可持续发展的意识和能力，是衡量当今教师是否优秀的关键因素之一。中国的中学英语教学正处于一个变革的阶段，作为合格的中学英语教师需要不断的学习和提高，需要更新自己的知识，谋求自身的发展。这就要求教师积极主动的更新自己的教育观念、优化教学方法、注重对学习策略和文化意识的培养、在教学实践中进行反思教学，保持谦虚谨慎、积极上进的态度，不断的总结经验，超越自我，成为合格的、优秀的、符合时代要求的中学英语教师。

我是(保密要求)，来自哈尔滨。每天朝闻天下的哈尔滨旅游广告都做得很美，但是东方小巴黎和莫斯科都离我真实记忆中的哈尔滨很远。家乡是温暖的，与小时候的记忆交错，哈尔滨在我眼里呈现的是拥挤的人潮混乱的街道，但是把我扔在离家近的地方，会不假思索找回家的默契，只有哈尔滨才会有。

我的父母是普通的群众，我爸在国土资源局工作，我去过他的单位，阴森的办公大楼，我跟清洁阿姨聊得很好;我妈单位是电工仪表研究所，单位的仪表没有租房子更赚得多，但是同事之间的关系比我爸单位好很多，每次我去都在不断地说叔叔好阿姨好，这是一种奇妙的感觉，非常暖心。

谈到我自己，一个人很难对自己的性格做出准确的评价，我只是明白自己在什么时候会做怎样的选择。我愿意笑，愿意用积极乐观的态度去面对生活。约翰罗斯金有这样一句诗：把每一个黎明看作是生命的开始，把每一个黄昏看作生命的小结。每天早上在上学的途中我都会想起这句话，因为是生命的开始，我有理由去抛弃所有昨天的遗憾来迎接崭新的生命之初。我重视气场，用自信坚强的气势去面对人，面对场合。我喜欢挑战，喜欢自己登上舞台前微微战栗的紧张，喜欢自己将经过不懈的努力的成果展现在所有人面前的骄傲。

有许多关于科学家的趣事，比如爱迪生总忘记自己有没有吃中午饭，我会经常犯这种错误，我喜欢钻研沉入到一件事情的感觉，忘了身体的需要，与外界开始隔绝。一个周日我们去电子协会的活动制作流水灯，三个小时的时间沉浸在焊锡与电路中，时间飞逝，自己却浑然不觉。

我的缺点是愿意幻想。我有一些梦想来源于小说等一些文艺作品，在阿加莎克里斯蒂的影响下，我对侦探方面兴趣颇深，每每观察到一些细节都推断导致的可能性。阿基米德临死前请求让他完成演算的故事让我开始对数学产生兴趣，究竟数学中有怎样迷人的地方，让一个人可以热爱到胜于生命，但是我自己至今没有达到这样的境界，没有体会到在数学的世界里如鱼得水的感觉。像瓦特走在路上看着风景想到蒸汽机的改良，像凯库勒梦见苯环的结构式，也许我的想法没有他们这样有建设性，但是在无边无际的思维中，我会有自己的见解构思，有天马行空不着边际的思路点子。

我也许一些事情考虑的不够周全，对人不够耐心，但是是善良的，毕淑敏的一篇散文提到要表扬一位女子，若不美丽，可称赞其有气质，若没气质，可称赞其内涵深厚，若什么都没有，便说：你是一位善良的女子。而对我而言，善良是一种天性。荀子的理论:人之初性本恶。所以在恶的天性下，我经历过的事，受过的教育，看过的文章让我在待人待物上多了一份不忍。在很多事上优柔寡断不够利落，关心的事情多了，在有些事情上不能取的果断的权衡，是我的一个缺点。但在人生的大方向上，我有着明确的决断。像心理测试中我知道什么样的表象是正确的而什么行为是错误的从而得到很高的心理分数，也许有些正确行为我不能完全做到，但是我会像这个方向努力。

我热衷于学习方法的学习。我阅读过东尼柏赞的书，研究过记忆方法与快速阅读，一直想着去1分钟内记住一份扑克牌去考个大脑先生。我喜欢思维导图和头脑风暴，西方国家在研究大脑使用的历史上有很多知识值得借鉴。我喜欢红楼梦，喜欢一遍遍的阅读钟爱的片段用波洛的方式进行思考和推断残缺的情节。我喜欢王小波，他的文字很有趣，充满智慧，每每心情低落的时候，我都想着翻开《红拂夜奔》，看一章就真的会笑出来并且心情大好;我喜欢苏东坡，喜欢对宋朝的以王安石为首的政坛发表评论;我喜欢李重光，词人中词最好的一位，其词犹如西子，粗头乱服不掩国色。在很多事情的看法上，我持有与他人不同的态度，我愿意与别人辩论，交换想法，但总试图把别人驳倒以至于收到过很多说我偏激的评价。

在科学方面，我喜欢阅读科学家们的故事，听着他们从探索走到发现的过程，我感到了振奋。我最大的梦想就是接触到科学尖端，这种感觉真的很刺激，以前物理课老师带领我们回到光探索的初始的时候，我就幻想着自己回到那个时代进行探究。以前学到德布罗意的波粒二象性是我觉得自己离诺贝尔奖最近的一次，当时就感觉，我也有实物粒子具有波动性的想法啊，原来科学的前沿不是遥不可及。我憧憬于进入实验室通过实验和推理和一点勇敢的想象力去发现属于自己的科学的新领地。找到一个方向，在一片黑暗之中寻找光明。顾城的一代人，黑夜给我黑色的眼睛，我却用它来寻找光明。当接触到科学园李老师的实验室的时候，我感觉这就是我想要的生活，我追求的理想，我愿意像阿基米德像居里夫人像米开朗琪罗一样，为理想献青春献生命。我理想的生活，是呆在大学里，一边教书，一边研究自己的方向。

商务英语实训报告

为了培养我们的创新精神和实践能力，提高我们的综合素质。进行了为期一周的实训，实训中我们互相学习和进步着。在实训期间，我们既要对理论知识进一步的学习，又要体会对商务英语应用中的实践过程，真正切身感受本课程的实际应用。

一、实训目的：了解商务英语在社会和实际工作中的应用, 丰富课程的内容,培养我们理论联系实际的能力,提高在语言应用中分析及解决问题的实际能力。

二、实训要求

1、严格遵守实训作息时间。

2、自觉维护好课堂纪律。

3、自觉完成实训项目。

三、实训内容

（一）商务英语口语练习

1、建立商业关系   通过一篇商务对话，了解了关于商务谈判的过程，并对这篇对话进行了音标以及口语的练习。翻译了英语的明信片，使我们认知英文的名片书写过程。

2、商务谈判   继商务谈判的的对话，模拟业务续写了英语对话，更提高了我们对商务谈判的能力，对以后工作提供铺垫。

（二）商务信函的书写

在国际商务买卖的过程主要分为询盘、发盘、还盘、接受四个环节，其过程中最重要的便是商务信函的书写，我们这次实训中主要对发盘的过程进行了练习。在老师的帮助下对发盘的发虚盘、发实盘的信函实例进行分析与解读和翻译，并对一些内容进行书写练习，使我们掌握了英文信函的书写方式、提升了书写技巧。

（三）商务谈判

在看完有关商务谈判的视频后，在老师的指导下，我们根据视频中的谈判，对其谈判的案例进行分析。全面了解了谈判的类型、谈判时的重要因素、谈判时注意的问题及谈判时的信息搜索。谈判对于商务进行是不可缺少的部分，充分了解谈判的过程和技巧便更一步的促进了合作关系的达成。

（四）进出口贸易信函的分析和书写

根据多篇的进出口贸易信函的阅读及分析。对信函的英汉互译，这不仅对我们英语知识的提高，而且认识了进出口贸易信函书写的方式，在我们多次的练习中提升了写作技巧，更为以后的工作节约了时间。

（五）商务报告

搜索最近发生的经济事件，对事件进行分析与总结，并详写了我们自己的观点。让我们看事件来分析问题，曾进的不只是我们的观点，更是我们对问题分析的能力。最后我们的这项实训任务，用英文的格式练习书写了我们自己的简历，及招聘广告的书信。现在的社会大发展，英文已离不开我们的生活，这样的实训巩固的是我们的课程，也为我们以后的工作提供了极大的方便。

四、实训总结：实训是走向社会起到了一个桥梁的作用，过渡的作用，也对将来走上工作岗位也有着很大帮助。在短暂两周的实训过程中，

既有收获也有遗憾。通过这次实习，加深了我对商务英语的基本知识的理解，丰富了实际操作知识，认识到要学好商务英语既要注重理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。

General Introduction

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
