英语一开始，学生往往是带着好奇的心情来学这门课的，也有些学生是带着好玩的想法来学的。他们喜欢引起别人的注意，重视老师的表扬，部分孩子好活动、爱表现、善模仿、部分孩子胆怯感较明显。他们的记忆力好，形象思维好，但缺乏理性思维，相当一部分学生学习英语的目的性不明确，对它的重要性认识不足，只处于肤浅的了解，缺乏正确的强有力的学习动机。通过两年的学习，他们基本明确了英语学习是怎么回事，英语学习的各个方面都慢慢走上正规，从英语的书写、单词记忆、会话、听力、和语法都有了初步的了解，有些同学越学越有兴趣，积极性很高。随着时间的推移，课程内容增多，难度加大，就可能会有一些学生把这门课当成负担，部分学生厌学，出现两极分化的趋势。因此，针对学生掌握英语的程度不一，本期要采取有效的教育教学措施，将采用整体教学与分层教学相结合的方式完成教学任务，加强对差生的辅导，提高他们的英语水平。决不让一个学生掉队，全面提高教学质量。

五、教学目标：

根据五年级学生的生理和心理以及发展需求，本班英语课程的总体目标是：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极态度和良好学习习惯，帮助他们建立学习英语的自信心;培养学生的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，帮助他们形成初步运用英语进行日常交流的能力，为进一步学习打下基础。

六、教学目的任务

1.养成良好的听英语、读英语、说英语的习惯。

2.初步养成良好的书写习惯。

3.能按三会与四会的要求掌握所学词语。

4.能四会要求掌握所学句型。

5.能运用所学的日常交际用语进行简单的日常交流，并做到大胆开口，积极参与，发音清楚，语调正确。

6.能在图片、手势、情景等非语言提示的帮助下，听懂简单的话语和录音材料。

7.能在任务型学习的过程中运用相关的语言知识和技能，完成某项任务。

8.能演唱已学的英语歌曲，能诵读已学过的英语歌谣。

七、具体措施：

1.注重学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。教学组织和课堂安排灵活，以学生为主体，.短时间、高频率、保证学生多次接触英语和足够的实践量，加大每个学生的实践量，多开展两人小组、多人小组、成行、成排等多种形式的活动，充分调动学生的积极性。

2.认真钻研教材，改进教法，坚持集体备课。贯彻精讲多练，以练为主的原则，抓好基础训练，注重培养学生直接用英语表达思想的能力，扩大课堂容量，提高课堂效率。

3.坚持激发学生的英语学习兴趣。在教学活动中，利用英语教学音像资源--图画、图表、投影、录音、录像、CD、VCD、DVD等多媒体软件，还有体态语-----手势、动作、表情等来示范。把各种各样的人物、情景和实地表演等结合起来，身体力行，与他们交朋友，一起游戏、一起听说，使他们在有趣而轻松的气氛中感到学习英语并不是件苦差事，潜移默化，使得课堂气氛非常活跃，学习的积极性很高，兴趣也随之越加浓烈。随着学生学习英语兴趣的增加，平时少言寡语的学生也会产生浓厚的兴趣，主动参与进来一块做学习英语。

4.培养他们良好的学习习惯。坚持抓好预习、听课、复习、作业、书写、朗读、口语操练、提问及语言行为习惯的培养。

5.注意传授知识与及时评价相结合。特别要注意对学习后进的学生所取得的进步及时给予表扬。让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，及时改进。

6.注意课内操练和课外积累相结合，继续抓好早晨朗读和课间口语操练。

7.坚持整体教学与分层教学相结合，加强课后辅导，坚持保持与学生的心理沟通。

8.加强对学生学习策略的指导。根据不同学生的不同要求，教他们一些便于记忆、巩固的方法。如归纳记忆法、情景记忆法、构词记忆法、日常生活记忆法等。

9.坚持节节清、天天清、周周清、月月清。

随着社会对教师素质要求的不断提高，研究的不断深入，教师专业人才的素质结构必将具有更为丰富的内涵。在教学课余，我计划不断进取和自我更新，努力提高个人综合素质，为学生能持续接受高质量的教育教学而努力。

二、学生情况分析

1、学生的双基情况

五年级的学生已有了一定的英语基础，他们中的大部分正在平稳的向着二级目标要求迈进，即对英语学习有持续的兴趣和爱好。能用简单的英语互致问候、交换有关个人、家庭和朋友的简单信息。能根据所学内容表演小对话或歌谣。能在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂并讲述简单的故事。能根据图片或提示写简单的句子。在学习中乐于参与、积极合作、主动请教。乐于了解异国文化、习俗。但也有令我们担忧的状况：随着学习内容的增多和学习难度的加深，出现了“两极分化”的现象。

2、学生的思想状况

一部分学生学习英语的兴趣衰减，对英语学习产生畏难情绪，英语学习已掉队。这就要求我们应关注每个学生，注重培养学生对英语学习有持续的兴趣和爱好，采取有效措施，防止两极分化现象的加剧。

三、教材分析

1、总体知识结构

本册教材共有11个模块，每个模块有两个单元。每个新授单元的第一课均是情景对话，侧重语言的交际功能，旨在培养学生的听说能力。第二单元在第一单元的基础上突出语言的基本结构，通过对前一单元主要内容的回顾而引出重点句型的教学，旨在培养学生的读写能力，并帮助学生进一步掌握主要的语言结构。在掌握重点语言之后加强学生在应用方面的综合操练，通过多种形式引导学生复习巩固所学的语言知识，提高运用语言的能力。从教材的编制来看，本册的单词仍以与学生学习、生活密切相关的词汇为主，较上册教材来说这册教材的单词量相对来说比较多，学生学习起来有一定的难度。本册教材中安排的情景教学主要涉及到生活、旅游、食物等。另外，本册涉及到的语法项目大部分都为一般过去式，还有个别两个模块为will引导将来时及be going to…引导的将来式，还有一般现在时。对于本册来说过去式仍是本册的教学重点，但出现了一般将来时，对于他只要求学生理解其意，教师不做语法结构的分析上的重点讲解。

2、重点：

(1)能够理解、听说并认读各单元主图下方的词汇。能够按所学语音规律正确拼背词汇。

(2)能够理解并熟练朗读各单元主图中的功能性对话。

(3)在教师引导下，能根据每单元的话题内容滚雪球似的将所学过的语言进行交际运用。

(4)在学生有一定语言素材的基础上，引导其归纳出每个单元的语法规则，并能正确书写句子。

(5)能在图片的帮助下听懂和读懂每个单元的故事，并养成按意群阅读的习惯。能在图片的帮助下讲述每个单元的故事，并完成相应的课后练习。

3、难点：

(1)能根据图片和提示写与故事内容有关的句子。

(2).熟悉辅音字母组合wh、wr、ph、gh和元音字母组合ar、or、er、ir、ur在单词中的读音。能够举一反三读出含有以上字母的单词。

(3)能够融会贯通，利用所学语音知识拼读记忆单词。

四、教改措施

1、课前做好备课工作，不但备教材，还认真备学生，做到有的放矢。主动学习新课程标准，结合自己实际情况和学生实际情况展开教学工作.

2、让学生学得主动.在课堂中建立帮困小组发挥每个学生的积极性.共同提高数学质量。

3、定时进行家访，经常与家长取得联系，共同关注学生的学习情况。家长的配合至关重要，只要家长关心、关注他了，他的成绩就会跟上其他同学，而且学起来也有了信心。

4、根据本班学生的年龄特点，鼓励学生大胆说英语，肯定他们的进步，树立学习自信心，培养学生朗读和书写的好习惯。

教材难易度合理，过渡平和，让学生在不同的学习活动中感知并运用英语。每个单元有主要句型、单词等语言材料及其功能的集中展示;主要句型和单词的重点板块;巩固知识的活动板块;阅读，是对前面的拓展;学生间合作活动，以便学生应用语言;读写部分;拼读部分;娱乐部分。教材的设计体现了“以人为本”的教育思想，形式多样活泼，很符合该年龄阶段的儿童。

教学目的要求：

1.运用英语在日常学校生活和课堂情景中与老师和同学进行的日常口头交际，如问候有关个人、家庭和朋友的简单信息。

2.运用英语组织和开展日常课堂教学和生活游戏及其他课内外活动，做到积极开口，发音准确。

3.形成学习英语的兴趣和爱好，能在动态真实的环境中使用英语进行活动的积极性。

4.了解英语国家儿童的兴趣和爱好及外国人的风俗习惯。

5.养成读英语说英语的习惯，认真模仿语音、语调，以培养英语语感。

学生情况简析：

1.教学中要采用多种教学手段激发学生学习兴趣。进行比、学、帮的活动，通过多种竞赛形式，检验学生英语掌握情况。

2.通过听、说、读、写、唱、游、演、画、做等形式，进行大量语言操练和练习，充分利用教学用具运用录音磁带帮助学生正音将直观教具和多媒体课件相结合，培养学生良好的朗读习惯，打下良好的语音语调基础。

3.根据小组竞赛加分的形式，把每班分成多个英语学习小组采取学生自主管理，老师指导的方式，督促学生自觉完成作业、背单词的任务。

4. 设计丰富多彩的教学活动，让学生在乐中学、学中用，从而保证学生英语学习的可持续性发展。勤于观察学生掌握知识的情况，多向学生介绍学习英语的方法。

5. 英语国家风土人情、历史、文化、民俗时，适时对学生渗透思想品德教育，加强对祖国文化的热爱。

本教材难易度合理，过渡平和，主要采用的是全身反应教学法，让学生在不同的学习活动中感知并运用英语。本教材按照每单元三课时编排，每单元包含九个部分：第一部分是全单元的的主要句型、单词等语言材料及其功能的集中展示;第二部分是主要句型和单词的重点板块;第三和第四部分是巩固知识的活动板块;第五部分是阅读，是对前面的拓展;第六部分是学生间合作活动，大多是两人组活动，以便学生应用语言;第七部分是读写部分;第八部分是拼读部分;第九部分是娱乐部分。教材的设计体现了“以人为本”的教育思想，形式多样活泼，很符合该年龄阶段的儿童。

二、学情分析

教学对象为五年级的学生。他们已经接触了两年英语，有一定的英语基础。儿童的特性使得他们活泼好动，对新事物有着强烈的好奇心，探索知识的欲望很强烈，并且有着很强的表现欲。但由于教材难度偏大，教学内容与课时不成比例，学生的学习兴趣难以保持，两极分化较严重。因此，本学期应注重转化后进生，因材施教，分层教学，保持学生的学习兴趣。

三、教学目标

根据小学生的心理和生理特征以及发展需求，小学阶段的英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们英语学习的积极态度，使他们建立初步的英语学习的自信心;培养学生一定的语感和良好语音、语调基础。

本学年应达到以下目标：

1.能听、说、读、写81个短语和单词以及16组句子和11个单句。(包括日常活动、季节、生日、电话用语、动物和野营等几个话题)。要求能在真实语境中正确运用并能读懂简短语篇。

2.能听、说、认读21个单词。

3.能学会4个手工制作。

4.能听懂、会唱8首歌曲。

5.能听懂、会吟唱10首歌谣。

6.能完成6个自我评价活动。

7.能理解6个幽默小故事。

8.能了解6项简单的中西方文化知识。

四、教材重点和难点

学习一天中不同时间段学习和生活起居情况的表达，尤其是学会使用频度副词谈论日常生活;问答最喜欢哪个季节并陈述原因;学习12个月份的名称和序数词;学习现在进行时，能够简单描述自己或他人正在做什么，询问他人正在做什么，询问动物正在做什么并作答;学习现在进行时的一般疑问句式的用法。

五、教学措施

1.重视语音的训练，进一步复习巩固音标。

2.扎实训练四会句型，切实掌握语言材料。

3.加强课堂小测，及时掌握学生的学习情况，调整教学方法，使学生课课过关。

4.在课堂上多开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在活动中学习英语，在生活中学习英语。

5.平时多与学生进行思想交流，了解其思想动向，关心学生学习和生活中情况，有困难时助其克服困难。
