为期两周多的教育实习，不但使我在英语教学上学到了很多，也增进了我对自己的认识。我实习的班级是高一年级(8)班。同学们聪颖、独立、有创新精神。开始与他们接触我还有些紧张，常被他们的提问难住，无所适从。但他们却反过来安慰我，鼓励我慢慢来。在他们的宽容与鼓励下，我进步了不少。尽量作到每次答疑都有备而来，每次批改作业前都把作业自己先做一遍。对所有可能出现的问题提前准备。几周下来，我回答不上来的问题就越来越少了。在他们中间，我才深刻的体会到大学老师常常提醒我们的一句话：“教师，就是为学生服务的。在学生眼里找自己的问题，才能获得长足的进步。“

我的指导教师和班主任老师给了我很大的帮助。作为教师，他们永远都是我的榜样，也是我想要超越的目标。在我讲第一堂课之前，指导教师把他自己的教案拿给我看。我虽然写了教案但是并没有准备讲稿。这样，给老师试讲的时候，由于准备的不详细，将整堂课的结构都破坏了。该讲清楚的东西一点也没交代清楚。他听完之后毫不客气的一一指出所有的错误和缺点，告诉我应该怎么讲。那时，我真的觉得讲课好难。自己的心态也摆的特别不好——因为我太想把课讲好了，压力特别大。当天晚上，我准备到2点多，第二天终于把课顺利的讲完了。从那堂课以后，我才真正理解“教师”与“好教师”的差距。对我来说，他的课就是标准：如果课讲不到他那么清楚，根本不能算是好课。在实习期间我的教学工作每走一步都是脚踏实地的，从没有丝毫的放松过。除了备课，上课以外，我还坚持每天帮助老师批改学生的家庭作业，做到批改后让学生及时改错误。我在教学设计上更多地趋向趣味性，加入了很多猜字谜，玩游戏等等，更注重运用他们喜欢的教学方式。在课堂上进行趣味教学，尽量吸引学生的注意力，组织好学生的纪律。渐渐地，在我的课堂上，学生的发言总是络绎不决，争先恐后，连一些差生的表现也积极了很多。

经历了两周多的实习生活，让我初尝了身为一名教师的酸甜苦辣。回顾和学生们一起走过的日子，不禁想起自己的中学时代，也深感如今的学生比我们过去多了一份顽皮，一份灵活，一份大胆。学生的能力一代比一代强，要求也越来越高。因此，要想在学生中树立起好老师的形象，还需要走一段不寻常的摸索之路。

I studied hard, outstanding, but I know good results is just one of my strengths, I caring so my classmates and I can get along; make me optimistic withstand setbacks; rich sense of justice make my legal people self-discipline. I love the comprehensive development of sports, love computer networks, love English and I also love thinking about life always full of fantasy. Admittedly, I also recognize that a clear, collective sense of honor that I have a little lacking, I also needed to strengthen the future. And I believe I will get better and better.
