Step 2 Presentation

(一)单词导呈

教师出示文本图片,问:Who are they? 学生回答后,师接着说:But now,he is Zoom.He says: Look at me. This is my .师播放视频,学生回答。

1.教学face.

(1)教师指指自己,T: Look at me. This is my face. (手指脸)师在黑板上画脸简笔画,教读face,示范发音,出示词卡教读并板书face,学生跟读模仿领读——集体读——男、女生读——个人读。

(2)教师示范(手指着自己的眼睛)说:face,face, this is my face.教师板书教读,让生跟读并加动作。学生同桌之间练习,教师检查个别学生。

(3)教师发出指令,学生做动作。T:Touch your face.让学生听指令并做出触摸脸的动作,并只说单词face.

2.教学nose

(1)T: Look at me.教师指自己并教读。 This is my eye(生答)。 This is my nose.师在黑板上画出鼻子简笔画,教读nose,示范发音要到位,出示词卡教读并板书nose,学生跟读模仿,集体读——分组读——开火车读。

(2)教师示范(手指向鼻子)说:Nose, nose, this is my nose.让生跟读并加动作。

(3)教师发出指令:Nose, nose, touch your nose.让学生听指令做出触摸鼻子的动作, 并只说单词nose.

3.教学单词 mouth

教学方法同上。要注意示范字母组合th的发音,舌尖要放在上下牙齿之间。在教学时渗透指令Open your mouth.

4.小练习

生戴Zoom的头饰,相互介绍学过的头部部位,例如:Hello, Look at me. This is my eye…。

5.教学单词eye

在黑板上画完脸,鼻子,嘴巴之后,画出眼睛,T: Look, This is my eye.板书句子:Look at me. This is my eye.并练习。练习方法同上。再画一只眼睛,拓展eyes.并渗透指令Close your eyes.

6.教学ear

What’s missing?让学生观察黑板上的脸少了五官的哪一部分?引出单词ear. 教学方法同上。注意引导学生区分ear与eye的音、形。

7.整体认读5个单词。

(二)听音正音

1.第一遍学生边听边指,注意语音语调。

2.第二遍学生边听边指,模仿发音并跟读。

(三)合作学习

T:Practice in groups. One speaks, one points to the picture, one points to the word, then exchange.(三人一组,一人说,一人指图,一人指人单词,互相纠音,教师辅导后进生。看谁做得最好。)

Step 3 Practice

1.听听指指。师说单词,生边说边指头部部位。

2. 配对游戏。将学生分成两大组,每一组派一个选手,教师抽取词卡,台下其余学生看卡片说单词,台上两个学生听音,一个找词卡,另一学生找相应的图片,哪一组快将获得奖励。

3. 看一看,说一说:师先做示范,再让生介绍自己的五官。T: Look at me. This is my face/ear…。

4. Let’s do

师播放Let’s do的录音,让学生做出相应动作。师说指令,全班学生一起做动作。然后从各小组中选出一名代表来比赛,教师说指令,讲台前面的几个同学做动作,看谁做得又快又正确。

Step 4 Production

“看一看,画一画,说一说”游戏

1.Let’s draw. 出示娃娃图,分组比赛画出娃娃脸,看谁画得又快又好,评出最优秀的小画家。

2.Introduce your face.

用画好的娃娃图当头饰,师先示范,小组内再相互讨论,并找2—4组学生来展示。

1)可操作性:指除设计者完成外,要充分考虑其他可能参与人员是否可能重复制作活动场地、当前教学机器人的潜力、本学龄段学生的知识水平和能力等因素,使其他参与者经过努力也可以完成相关的活动。

2)经济性:指要考虑其他参与人员在场地、机器人及设备制作等方面的经济承受能力,尽量使参与者自己创造条件,修旧利废,以最小的投入完成相关活动。

3)安全性:指机器人和活动环境的设计,应当是安全和是健康的,活动时不对周边人员构成威胁,不对环境造成破坏。同时必须遵从阿西莫夫提出的“机器人三原则”。

可行性原则这是中小学机器人创新活动的基础。

3、创新性原则:教学机器人这一平台,为参与者提供了丰富的创新空间,创新是技术活动的本质所在。在设计机器人活动时,应体现出创新性原则,这也是机器人活动的亮点之处。可以是师生根据日常生活经验、学习体会和构思的新创意,也可以是对以前某些机器人功能的改进、活动项目的再提升。这是中小学机器人创新活动的核心。

4、智能性原则:设计的机器人应能反映出机器人的本质特性,即体现出机器人的智能性(如感知、规划、动作和协同等能力)。应是按照周围环境的输入信息来做出判断、基于传感器控制、独立地根据程序指令、而决定自己的行动的具有一定自主能力的机器人。这是中小学机器人创新活动的魅力。

5、趣味性原则:设计的机器人活动,应当具有一定的趣味性,能够引起相关学龄段学生参与的积极性和兴趣;还要具有一定的可观赏性,能使参与者和观众都能对该活动引起相应的兴趣和关注。这是中小学机器人创新活动的活力。

6、竞技性原则:机器人竞赛活动应具有一定的竞技性,在规定的活动时间内,可以评价出参与者的思维能力、技术水平等。还应具有一定的挑战性,综合能力不同的参与者,可能达到不同的活动结果,使参与者对机器人活动总有新的追求欲望。同时要注意公平性,只要学生设计的机器人可以完成本项活动,就允许参加,制定的评价方案也要是不产生歧义、可操作的。应当以参与者活动过程体验为出发点。这是中小学机器人创新活动的动力。

在机器人“功能创新项目”评价中,要重点把握创新性原则、智能性原则、可应用性和可靠性原则。可应用性主要指是为解决某个实际问题而设计(尽管当前可能是不理想的);可靠性是指机器人运行时,系统是可靠、稳定的。

在“现场指定项目”评价中,主办方要注意提出活动的方式方法和评价标准,活动方式通常是规定了某项特定的任务,参赛者运用自己的综合能力完成项目要求,评价标准是可量化、可操作的,竞赛时参赛者需要遵照执行。

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

在见习的过程中,我深刻体会到没有足够的广泛的知识是万万不行的。有一次,一个学生手里拿着一枚硬币在玩,突然他叫了我一声“老师”后,问我会不会玩。我当即就跟着他那样把硬币网上抛,可惜落下来没接好。当时那个学生就不屑地发出一声语气词“切~。”为了考考他,也为了让他不至于笑话我,我问他:“你知道这个硬币是哪个国家的硬币吗?”他顿时纳闷的看着我。我把硬币拿过来把玩了一会儿,很高兴的发现在硬币的边缘有一行字“united states of america.”于是我自信的告诉他这是美元,还告诉他我是怎么看出来的。这是他对我的态度可是360°大转弯,还对我竖起了两个大拇指呢。这件事让我现在还记忆犹新,它时刻鞭策着我要博览群书,增长智慧。

二、要用昂扬的激情和充沛的精力包装自我,做一位对学生负责的老师。作为一名老师,每节课当你走上讲台的那一刻,就应该是全心全意面对学生的40分钟,不管那天自己的情绪是伤心、难过还是高兴、愉悦,暂且都放置一边。你给学生的感觉始终应该是昂扬有激情的。心情是会传染的,作为老师我们都希望自己的课堂是生机勃勃,而不是死气沉沉的。所以在每堂课前我们都要调整好自己的心态,呈现一位开朗、昂扬的负责任的老师给自己的学生们。

三、要用赞赏的语言和耐心的态度提升自我,做一位让学生爱戴的老师。我们都知道,小孩子都是喜欢听表扬的话而不是批评的话的。课堂上对表现积极的学生要奖励及时,对反应稍慢的学生要耐心引导,积极鼓励。老师千万不要吝啬赞赏的语言,时不时给学生表扬,这样的课堂才会越上越精彩。

表扬的话不仅要在课堂上说,在批改作业的时候也一定不要忘了那些写在书面上的表扬。见习过程中,司徒老师教我们如何改作业、如何评作业的等级,如何给予同学奖励的印章。小学生主要的作业有两种:活动手册和听写本。批改作业时对于有做错的本子的那一页一定要折起来提醒他(她),因为小孩子都是粗心大意的,只有提醒他(她)们才会去订正。评等级时有四个原则:1.至少要b等级,如果只有一两处错误,就放开手给他(她)a-;2.针对卷面清洁得体、大部分都对的学生给予a+和大印章奖励;3.等级的书写一定要大,因为在学生心目中那是分数,是老师对自己学习成果的肯定;4.印章最好有两类,一个稍小的,一个大一点的。作业的批改无形中拉近了师生关系,所以将来走上工作岗位的我们不仅不能忽视这个环节,而且要好好考究考究这个环节。

人都是在成长中积累经验的,经过懵懂—明了—深化—成功的过程,我想我现在对老师这个职业已经走到了第二步。step by step,by doing i learn.相信有一天我能成为一名合格的教师,甚至一名优秀的人民教师。
