本学期我继续担任初三x、x班的英语教学工作。初三学年是学生英语学习发生质的变化的一年，教学工作显得非常重要，必须为即将到来的中招考试打好基础。一部分学习优异的学生已步入英语学习的殿堂，他们掌握了灵活的方法，对老师所讲的每一知识点都能心领神会，成绩颇为理想。还有一部分学生由于英语底子差，基础薄，学习态度还存在某些偏差，固而导致英语成绩不理想，针对这一状况，本学期坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进教法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想，力争缩小两极差距，做好全面教学工作。

具体安排：

一、本学期新课的教学内容比第一学期要少，每个单元计划10课时。其余的时间用来进行综合复习。

二、本学期的语法教学内容为中招考试的六大时态：一般现在时，一般过去时，现在完成时，一般将来时，现在进行时和过去进行时。同时还要复习其它的语法知识，如被动语态，构词法，不定代词，疑问词加不定式的用法等等。

三、为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划的把学生学过的但掌握不好的时态、句式、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型分插于教学中再次进行复习。

四、认真研究新课程标准和中招考试要求，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是考试的内容，哪些内容是已经不考的，哪些内容已经学的。在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

五、为了减轻初三学生听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从一开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持每周利用课余时间给学生集体放听力。

六、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓中招必考单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

I would like to share with you my first impression when entering this university!

I rememebered I first stepping into the school gate, I felt excited and a bit frustrated, because I finally be the student of this excellent university but on the other hand I knew it was anothere hard time for me. university life maybe even harder than in high school. It was fine then, I knew I can tackle it.

In spare time, Id like to chat my friends or go somewhere together.And I like playing basketball too. It is excited to know you guys here! let s have fun

今天是第四天，听了两天课了，心里对上课也有了一定的底子。指导老师给了我一套五年级下册的卷子，说让我认真备课，明天上午一二节上课。终于有机会让我展示一下所学到的东西了，我很开心。我就在他们的办公室里面备课，这套卷子有听力，词语分类，根据问句回答问题，补全对话，仿写例句，看图说话和短文阅读。指导老师说这是两节课的任务，要我好好规划。这是有很大的工程量的，我不知道怎么安排时间，而且我也不知道哪些知识是与课文内容相关的，哪些知识他们已经掌握好了，他们的接受能力是怎么样的。

对于我来说这卷子是很容易的，可是难点就在要怎么讲述给同学们听才能让他们比较容易接受。这时候我发现做老师的不容易了。初中高中老师不容易，一个小学老师更加难。高年级学生还有一个自己的语法语料库，低年级学生不仅知识少，而且接受能力也不强，讲深了等于对牛弹琴，直接将答案讲出来又没什么效果。当老师真的是意见看似简单实质很难的事情。
