二、增强上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快;注意精讲精练，在课堂上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。现在学生普遍反映喜欢上英语课，尤其是五年级的学生。

三、认真批改作业：布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。对于四个年级的学生，培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。

四、坚持用英语组织课堂教学。目前，由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学习英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所，我坚持多用英语与学生交流，为学生营造良好的学习语言的环境。

每天英语学习计划

无论做什么事首先要明确目的，有的放矢方能事半功倍。高三是最为忙碌和紧张的一年，在忙碌和复杂的环境中我们需要的是冷静，并且要有合理的计划。

1、目标定位

(1)选择一个目标进行突破。经过对学习效率低的原因分析，找出自己的症结所在。首先选择其中较为可行的一项进行重点突破。某些学生在接受长辈一顿训斥后，立即制定一个宏大的学习计划，其实这种计划十有八九是执行不下去的，要根据自己的实际情况，从某一方面进行突破。

(2)实行新的学习程序。如果你的症结是行为拖拉，为克服这个缺点你就应该给自己订一个规则，每天不完成预订的任务不睡觉;如果原因是对英语不感兴趣，则首先努力去改变单调枯燥的学习方法，将英语学习与工作、娱乐、陶冶性情结合起来，坚持一段时间后，随着良好习惯的形成，学习兴趣就会逐渐浓厚。

2、行成一些好的习惯和学习策略

要尽可能的形成如下学习习惯：

(1)养成提问的好习惯。它不仅有助于语言学习，也是个人成长的好习惯;

(2)学习时要经常准备好学习的工具，如字典、软件、记录本等，将不明白的地方随时记录下来或者直接进行查阅

(3)将经常出错的地方记录在一个小本上，不断温习巩固，并避免重复犯错;将朗读作为每天早晨起来以后的一个习惯动作

(4)分阶段录下自己朗读的声音文件，保存起来，以后在不同的阶段放给自己听听，看看是不是有明显的进步。

(5)挑选语言优美的经典名片作为背诵的对象。不要光为了背诵而背诵，将语音的练习、内容的欣赏、单词的记忆、句型的巩固、语感的培养有意无意地作为背诵的目的

(6)将复习作为学习的一个重要过程，制定一些学习和复习的计划。

形成如下学习策略：

(1)在英语学习的过程中要树立自信

(2)了解思维差异，即以英语为母语的人在思维方式上与我们中国人的差异。“思维差异”需要在平时的阅读中不断地感受、体会，积累英语中对各类事件的描绘和阐述方式，才能在自己的表达中运用自如

(3)学习英语所承载的文化概念

(4)经常将英语和中文进行对照对比

(5)要有文体意识。

3、坚持就是胜利

每天必备的训练：

(1)听磁带20分钟。要选高考听力模拟试题，有针对性的强化练习，并复述听到的内容提高口语表达能力

(2)理解并记忆10个左右新词汇，可以参考大学四级词汇

(3)阅读两篇400字左右的文章并完成相应的练习(限定时间：一般为5分钟一篇文章)

(4)有目的的整理当天或者近期学习内容，做到举一反三

一、指导思想

以科学发展观为指导，结合我校的实际情况和英语学科的特点，以“一案三环六步”为抓手，把提高备课组的质量作为主阵地，努力提高教师的教学理念和业务素质，研究课堂，落实有效教学，扎扎实实做好英语教学工作，不断提高英语课堂效率和质量，创造一个教书育人和谐奋进的优良环境，全面提高我校的英语教学质量。

二、工作目标

1.总体目标：培养英语学习兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，提高英语教学质量。

2.各年级具体目标如下：

七年级：注重学生英语学习习惯的培养，进一步培养学生学习英语的兴趣，平时注重口语的训练，强化基础知识学习和基本技能的培养。

八年级：加强阅读教学，注意让学生在阅读中慢慢体会到乐趣，在现有的基础上，强化培优补差，减少两极分化，力求进一步提升质量。

九年级：在总结反思的基础上，挖掘潜力，查缺补漏，加强学法指导和能力培养，着重对复习课型和中考命题方向和命题的基本原则、方法、思路的探讨研究，把握教学大纲，密切关注中考动向，为实现XX年中考的新突破打好基础。

三、具体工作

1.加强理论学习，不断更新教育教学理念。组织本科组的教师深入学习《义务教育英语课程标准》(20xx年版)等相关的教育教学理论知识，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生的综合实践能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.加强集体备课，要做到有计划、有目标、有实效、不走形式，各备课组要做到每周备课一次，围绕相关话题，展开讨论，做到定时定点，并有活动记录。整个备课组要统一教学进度，统一教学重难点，统一作业内容，做到有问题，及时沟通，做好二次备课。力求做到有效备课，以集体的力量和智慧来提高全组教师的业务水平和教育教学能力。

3.进一步落实与深化教学常规，研究常态课堂，打造高效课堂。向45分钟要效率。

4.按计划上好研究课，做到个人备课与集体备课相结合，及时组织评议，加强教学方法研究，找出不足，共同学习，共同进步。

5.组织初三年级备课组的英语教师认真学习xx年xx中考的相关政策，积极参加省市组织的中考备考会、调研会，及时了解和掌握有关考试动态和信息，深入研究近三年镇江市的中考题，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究，结合我校学生的实际，扎扎实实做好第一轮的复习，要在落实基础知识到位的同时，抓好听、说、写等综合能力的培养，特别要重视学生阅读能力的训练。科学合理地分配三轮的复习时间，按计划，又要随机应变，引导学生扎扎实实地过好每一关，尤其是基础关，做题技巧关。

6.继续建设和完善本教研组的资源库。加强本组教师的教学案、教学反思、教学课件、试题的收集和整理。通过集体备课，公开课、网上收集优秀教案以及和外校交流等多种方式来丰富我组的资源库。加强团队协作能力，实现资源共享，提高我组教师的教育教学水平。

7.开展丰富多彩的第二课堂活动。组织三个年级的学生参加快乐英语校本课程，积极参加“英语之星”风采大赛。

一、加强领导，提高思想认识

我局实行主要领导负责制，确保“学雷锋”活动的有效开展，同时召开专门会议部署该项活动，制定《扬州市江都地方税务局关于开展“学雷锋”活动的实施方案》，由人事教育科具体负责该项活动的指导、推动和督促、检查。进一步明确活动任务，做到一级抓一级，层层抓落实，确保了该项活动的有序开展。另外，我局把“学雷锋”活动与精神礼貌建立、优化纳税服务一并整体推进，保障活动的开展效果。

二、把握脉搏，找准工作切入点

确立与时俱进的志愿者服务主旨，是品牌建立的关键。我们敏锐捕捉活动契机，紧紧把握时代的脉搏，立足学校实际，做到了“三贴近”和“三注重”即：贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近工作和注重实践教育、体验教育、养成教育，让干部在体验中淬炼无私奉献、热心公益、热爱祖国的精神品质。

四、创新形式，提升税收志愿服务活动的品位

(一)举办志愿者税法咨询活动。我局派出20名业务骨干，先后在法制广场、宜陵镇、双沟镇等多个咨询点开展了不一样形式的税收咨询活动，以“税收促进发展，发展为了民生”为主要资料，重点宣传与公民生活密切相关的税收收入、税收政策、税收管理和纳税服务等有关资料，加强了优化纳税服务和整顿、规范税收秩序的宣传。志愿者服务队派发各种税收宣传单1000余份，解答现场咨询，吸引了广大纳税人踊跃参与，取得了良好的社会宣传效应，树立了江都地税的良好形象。

(二)组织开展学雷锋”礼貌交通志愿服务周周行活动，城区六个分局80余名志愿者们利用周六休息时间，统一佩戴志愿者标志到交通要塞维护交通秩序，劝导行人与非机动车礼貌同行，以自身的具体行为，影响和带头身边人，为营造礼貌交通新秩序，做出地税人应尽的贡献。

(三)组织开展礼貌社区志愿服务活动。开展敬老助残、结对帮扶、维权帮教、心理辅导、信息传递等志愿服务;开展社区便民利民、礼貌劝导、环保宣传、植绿护绿、法制宣传、青少年成长服务等方面的工作，透过志愿服务传递人与人之间的关爱，促进社会和谐。围绕公民道德、礼貌城市建立、礼貌礼仪等相关知识，，广泛普及礼貌知识和幸福理念，倡导礼貌新风。

(四)组织开展环境维护整治志愿服务活动。区局组织广大团员青年投入到邵伯母亲河的保护活动中，参与了团委组织的植树护绿、清洁家园、环境整治活动，让广大居民了解保护环境的重要性，提高环境整治在群众心中的配合与参与意识。

(五)开展“一帮一”活动，支持和服务新农村发展。志愿者服务队响应区政府的要求，开展了“一帮一”活动，走进农户、走进农民、服务“三农”。在活动中，以办实事、求实效为工作方针，深入开展了思想共建、文化共建、绿色共建、平安共建、和谐共建活动，为新农村建设带给智力支持、致富支持，有效地促进了新农村建设。

虽然我局的“学雷锋”志愿服务活动取得了一些成绩，可是，也存在的一些问题：如在队伍高速发展，志愿者数量增加很快的状况下如何管理;后备队伍骨干如何推选和使用;志愿者的整体素质如何提高，志愿者整体培训如何开展;怎样提高志愿者的宣传服务的用心性，让更多优秀志愿者主动申请报名并推荐加入志愿队;怎样开展更多志愿服务活动，提高队伍凝聚力等等。这些问题与思考也将促动我们在下阶段进一步努力实践。回顾过去，成绩鼓舞人心，展望明天，我们任重道远。接下来，我们将开展更多更丰富多彩的有益活动，围绕深化志愿服务内涵、拓展志愿服务领域、扩大志愿服务队伍、健全完善志愿服务机制等方面不断加强。大力弘扬志愿服务精神，彰显人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间和谐共存、相互关爱的理念，秉承自觉自愿、力所能及的原则，有效动员和整合各类社会资源，共同推进社会发展和提高，广泛动员社会力量参与志愿服务，为建设和谐社会作出应有的贡献!

I rememebered I first stepping into the school gate, I felt excited and a bit frustrated, because I finally be the student of this excellent university but on the other hand I knew it was anothere hard time for me. university life maybe even harder than in high school. 第一条：_________协议有效期：________年______月______日至______年______月______日

第二条：_________甲方责任与义务

1、 甲方须对乙方进行英语程度测评，全部培训方案以该测评结果为依据。

2、 甲方根据乙方实际英语程度，为乙方量身定制学习方案。培训细节详见本协议之培训要素。

3、 甲方负责在教学期间所需的场地安排，若发生费用，本费用由甲方全部承担。

4、 甲方负责选派优秀师资进行本方案教学，同时根据乙方实际学习进度与效果对教师进行评估和管理。

5、 甲方承担教师授课的课酬。

6、 甲方负责提供教材，教材涉及费用由乙方承担。

7、 甲方负责安排培训测评，测评以每10次为单位进行，测评内容包括书面与口语两部分，全面判定乙方每10次学习效果。

8、 甲方负责根据乙方学习效果调整既定学习方案，效果评估在本方案结课时测试。

第三条：_________乙方责任与义务

1、乙方须认真阅读并签署配合培训承诺书;认真执行既定培训方案，认真听讲，及时完成课后作业，全面配合甲方教学，以达到最佳培训效果。

2、本方案培训时间变化，无论什么原因，甲乙双方均须提前一天通知并针得对方同意后方可调整。

第四条：_________培训项目要素

第五条：_________教学效果保证方式

1、 经甲乙双方商定，培训时间暂定每周星期日下午2：_________30至4：_________30，每周2小时;暑期必须集中每天来学校培训，培训方案另订。

2、 甲方选派岳阳新航道哈福外语学校优秀师资进行3P教学，并对教学效果进行评定。评定结果以乙方参加所在学校举行的任何一次中考或期考达到提高30分的英语成绩为准，评定标准为在哈福外语学校入学测试或由乙方提供最近一次所在学校英语测试结果(交甲方存档)的基础上经过本合同协议100小时培训后提高了30分;若乙方考试成绩低于此标准，甲方同意乙方继续接受甲方3P英语培训直至达到提高30分为止;或者退还未提高部分的学费。(未提高部分学费按每分900元计算);如超过30分，超过部分乙方同样须按每分900元奖励给甲方或介绍相当于奖励部分金额学费的学生参加甲方3P培训学习项目。如乙方在100小时以内在入学测试基础上达到或超过了30分;乙方不得以任何理由拒绝继续参加培训或要求退还学费。出现这种情况时，乙方必须承担违约责任，甲方有权拒绝退还所收取乙方的任何费用。

第七条、保密条款

2、乙方不得擅自印刷甲方提供的教材和资料;

第八条、协议附件及其它
