听课、评课是双赢的。在授课者成长的同时也促进了听课者的提高，授课者因为受听课者的指点、帮助、激励而提高，听课者在指导帮助授课者的过程中，因为及时反馈，不断调整对授课者的评价内容和评价方式而提高，同时还随时可以发现好的可以推广的经验，在与授课者的交流中还会捕捉到一些有价值的问题。

评课是对上课教师的课堂教学是否确立现代教学观和对其课堂教学的得失、成败进行评议的一种活动。通过听课、评课活动，能提高教师的教育教学水平，提升教师的教育教学素养，促进教师改进教学实践，深化课堂教学改革。

当然，要想真正评好课，作为教师必须加强学习，学习新的教学理念，学习教育学、心理学、美学、演讲与口才，学习课的模式，掌握学科特点，熟悉各种课型，并在实践中学会推敲点评的语言，这样才能给优秀者锦上添花，给不足者雪中送炭，使点评别有一番风味。

作为教师，听课评课是常有的事，笔者有幸听了不少课，以下是听了杨浦区高级中学程冉老师的英语课的点评：

我觉得这节课很成功，它较好地体现了课程的三维目标，具体我将从以下四个方面进行点评：

第一大点：教学目的。这堂课的教学目的明确，教学效果好。

1.学生在课堂上用英语表达旅游景点和名胜古迹，培养了用英语思维的能力;

2.课文阅读教学目标如scanning、skimming都能很好地完成;

3激发了学生对祖国美好河山的热爱。

第二大点：教学过程和方法。

1.整堂课的教学设计符合高中学生的实际和教学内容的需要，教学各环节过渡自然，从开头freetalk导入课文，通过图片启发提问到quiz测试，再到词汇paraphrase和reading阅读、dialogue对话、discussion讨论，完全符合学生认知水平;

2.设计有层次、有深度，特别是反馈形式多样，可见该教师花费了不少心思，如小测试、词汇解释、提问、填空、对话、预测等设计有坡度，并且都是为了一个共同的教学目标。

3.教学方法处处体现以学生为本，如注重对学生的语言只是检测(词汇学习时注重部分学生的单词拼写能力)，讨论时分为上海组、漓江组、香港组、长城组，充分尊重学生意愿和个性差异。

第三大点：学生学习情况。

因教师的教学设计有新意，学生始终保持良好学习心态。在获得知识的同时，思维能力也得到了锻炼，我粗略统计了一下，该堂课中，学生自主活动时间达2/3左右，学习兴趣高涨，课堂气氛热烈，参与面广，体现出学生乐于探索、乐于参与的精神，如有一位学生自己还准备了图片，准备补充，真可谓意犹未荆

第四大点：教师素养方面。

1.教师口语流利，发音标准，语言基本功扎实，可见教师对教材吃的很透彻，备课充分;

2.教师教态自然，有时配合手势，有亲和力，教师指令明确、到位，善于启发学生，因人而异，因材施教;

3.教学亮点:教师的教学机智，特别是善于抓住细节，处处体现二期课改目标，以学生为本，与学生“零”距离，如开始有一学生答不出，教师并未放弃，后经过反复启发诱导，学生答出landscape一词;再如一学生说的英语谚语“hewhodoesn’treachthegreatwallisnotatrueman.”极好，但很多学生并没在意，教师故意装作没听清楚，却故意让学生再复述一遍，还有一学生答出rainbow一词，教师立刻表扬“imaginative”等等，所有这些，都给学生以极大的鼓励和信心，这正是该教师最成功之处，非常值得广大一线教师学习。所以说教师的理念十分重要，因为它决定了教学行为。

2017英语专业大学生实习报告

在开始实习之前，我多少有些心虚。因为我的许多朋友都有过假期打工的经历。而作为一名英语专业的大二学生，这次的实习却是我的第一次工作经历。我很担心自己会在工作的过程中出现差错。但现在回想这实习的两个星期在工作和生活上出现的困难，其实都不算什么。就像著名主持人鲁豫曾经说过的话，如果一个困难没有将你，你一定会变的比以前更坚强。我相信如果再有一次实习的机会，我一定会比这次做的更好。

在这里我要感谢学校安排了这次实习，也要感谢公司给我这次机会，虽然只有短短的两个星期时间，但是我所学到的将使我受益一生。因为这次实习的经历让我原本枯燥的暑假变的充实起来。

一、实习过程

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话，人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。

说是文秘，其实我主要负责的就是打打文件，接接电话。多亏以前的练习，我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天，但我还是感觉挺累的，再加上宿舍的简陋条件，生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课，以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易，不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。

但这样下去也不是办法，复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真，细心，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话，一边发传真，当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声，我便又小小地得意一番，虽然很傻，但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。

在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈，她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西，还把我介绍给其它的同事认识，以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

在做打字发传真等枯燥工作的时候，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，在大家焦头烂额，手足无措的时候，我镇定的走出来然后利用在学校学到的知识解决这个棘手的问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的化学产品，金属元素等专有名词我连读都有困难更不用说翻译了。我只有达开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。即使这样还经常是单词的意思查到了却连不成句。仅仅四页纸我翻译了一天半。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务的通选课竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如 fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

实习的另一个关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。以前老听哥哥姐姐们念叨还是在学校好，当时还特幼稚的想，学校有老师管着有什么好的啊!现在才看请其实到那里都有人管。在学校可以没心没肺的开玩笑，但走上工作岗位之后，说话做事都要谨慎，要有技巧。像我这样毫无社会经验的黄毛丫头，说话做事毫无技术含量，所以最好还是少说多做。

通过两星期的实习，我对复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作都基本熟练。在领到实习工资的那一刹那，我真的有种激动和不安的感觉。那是自己辛辛苦苦工作换来的。多少天的困难和疲惫总算有收获。但更重要的是，我拥有了一笔丰富的经验财富，

二、实习感悟

除了第一次工作人人都会有的工作难做社会难处的感悟之外，我最大的感悟就是真诚所至，金石为开。不管多难做，做好自己的那一份，总有一天会有收获，只是时间的问题。但如果你不去做，这一天永远不会像天上掉馅饼那样到来。

还有我更清楚的看清了自己的不足，除去能力上的不足，我更想说的是心理的不足，这大概是大学生的通病，眼高手低。虽然我所做的不过是一份打杂的工作，更像是文秘助理，但如果我不做，在我后面有很多人等着接替我的职位。职位带给你的面子，工资带给你的生活质量都不能是你择业的首要根据。一个人对工作的态度决定了一个人能否找到工作，并且也决定了一个人能否做好工作。如果一个人眼光总是太高，可能永远也无法找到一份令自己满意的工作;相反地，如果一个人能够从自身实际出发，善于把握眼前的工作机会，并愿意为之付出，那么最后一定会取得工作上的成功。

再有就是关于人际关系方面的感悟。虽说在工作中能力必须有，但如果没有同事的合作与包容，你可能什么都做不了。以前可能是因为电视剧看的太多的原因，我总是感觉职场上充满了明争暗斗，要处事圆滑甚至耍些小聪明才能生存。但在与同事相处的过程中，我觉得更重要的是放大别人的优点，缩小别人的缺点。多站在别人的立场上想问题。电视剧中的情节都过于戏剧话了。另一方面，以前我总是觉得只要忍就可以解决一切问题。通过这两个星期的实习，我觉得硬生生的通过忍去让步不如通过考虑别人的

一.指导思想

高一语文教学要注重三性：趣味性、基础性和能动性

教育教学的趣味性。采用多种活动方式激发学生语文学习兴趣，让学生热爱语文学习。

注重教育教学的基础性。研究所教课文的重要基础知识，争取抓得准，不遗漏，落实好。要以后娘之心狠抓基础落实不放松，基础基础再基础，落实落实再落实。这个基础性还指学习习惯和学习能力的基础性，要注意培养学生必备的高中语文学习习惯和基本能力，抓好落实。

注重落实“学为主体”的主体性原则，发挥学生的主观能动性。要改变教师占据课堂时间过多的弊端，把学习的主动权交给学生，放手让学生真正地去读，去背，去写，去讨论，去总结，甚至课堂也可以让学生去组织，真正让学生动起来。无论是教学目标的设计，还是教学流程的操作，都要重视师生的互动的过程，让学生有足够的思维空间和表演空间，把气力花在全面提高全体学生的基本素质上。

总之，高一语文教学要认真贯彻执行《普通高中语文课程标准》，树立科学的、民主的、开放的、以人为本的语文教育观念，不断地探索能适应学生发展和学生实际需要的新教法.以全面提高学生的语文素养为宗旨，以培养学生的阅读理解能力、审美能力和探究能力为重点，让学生具备可持续学习的扎实的语文基础知识，让学生具有良好的高中语文学习习惯，为升高二进高三入社会打下坚实的语文基础。

二.工作目标

按照学校设立的工作目标，我们学科的总目标是：一线和二线县市第一名。

为此，各层次班都要根据自己所教班级的实际，兢兢业业，努力奋斗，为实现这个总目标添砖加瓦，贡献我们应有的力量。届时，我们将为每个层次班分解奋斗目标，衡量教师的工作业绩。基本想法是一线要保持600人以上，二线1200人以上，小班一线保持100的优秀数，二线保持110的优秀数，12个A层班优秀数一线25，二线45，12个B层班优秀数一线11，二线26 ，21个C层班优秀数一线5，二线12.各层次班要齐心协力，弥补短板，促使学生成绩有较大提高。

因此，设立高一语文组的作风目标：特别能工作，特别能协作，特别能落实，特别能奉献。“四风”目标是我们语文组的境界。这就是“中国梦”的具体体现。

各位老师在明确自己的目标后，教学中要面向全体学生，对高一教学重点要抓好落实，对边缘生要特别花大力气促其转化，实现我们的总目标。

三.工作思路及具体安排

高一教学三条主线：基础知识线、课文讲读线、阅读写作线

1.很抓字词、背诵、翻译等基础知识的落实。

(1)在学习课文时注重基础知识的学习与巩固。

既然我们的主要学习材料是课本，那么我们就要引导学生学习课本中的三大基础知识——字词、背诵和文言翻译，利用背诵、默写、练习等多种方式让学生加以落实，一定要抓牢抓死，不留死角。可以在课前三分钟让学生落实基础知识，可以在和学生交流时让学生背默基础知识，可以在课堂学习中一起学习基础知识，可以在练习中练习基础知识。这是保证高一教学质量的重要一环。

(2)利用“基础知识天天练”搞好基础练习。

语文基础重在积累，语文能力重在运用。积累要天天进行，运用也要日日实施。

为了强化基础学习，我们设立“基础练习组”，由张彦芝、谭金燕、宫立老师具体负责。组长为张彦芝。

“基础知识天天练”系列材料，用B5纸印制，保证每天一张，涵盖字音、字形、词语、病句、标点、翻译、默写等基础知识，训练时段10分钟以内。按照分总的思路编排，先对各个专项进行分解学习与训练，让学生对基础知识有一个系统的认识，知道基础知识的具体内容，在各类材料中学习时能做到有的放矢，然后进行综合训练，检验其综合能力。

2.积极开展读书、纪念、战争、自然、艺术、科学、社会等专题阅读，做到读写一体化。

读书能开拓视野，丰富精神世界，提高文化品位，这毋庸置疑。课程标准要求选好书，读好书，明确要求至少读5本以上的名著及其他读物。高一就要完成这一任务。上学期至少读完两本名著。目前，海量阅读已取得上上下下的共识。在此大背景下，我们要积极开展各种类型的阅读活动，搞好阅读。

基本有三条战线：

(1)设立专门的阅读课，开展阅读活动。

做到课时有保障，阅读课就是阅读课。阅读时间要有保障，不少于三课时，在规定的课时内不能干其他事情，就是一项任务：阅读。对不能进行阅读的，级部将进行通报，收回课时。除了专题阅读外，还要鼓励自由分散阅读，利用零碎时间，每天至少读一篇文章，特别是充分利用好十月一国庆节、元旦和寒假等放假时间读书，放假期间每天读书两小时以上，读《名家散文》《读者》《青年文摘》《青年报》等书报，读自己手头的书籍，读同学们交换的书籍。不能认为只在专门的阅读课才能阅读，课内也要阅读，要把阅读向课内转移，尤其是语文的早读绝对不能完全用来解题，课堂时间也不能完全沉迷在题海之中，要调剂出一部分时间用于诵读。

做到人员有保障，各负其责，团结协作。由崔桂静、张新平、董珊、姚晓敏、任金红组成阅读组，具体负责高一年级阅读活动，组长为崔桂静。

做到活动有保障，力求实效。适时开展经典诵读比赛、辩论赛、读书笔记展评、基础知识竞赛、课本剧等语文活动，活跃气氛，激发学生语文学习兴趣。本学期安排四次语文实践活动。第一次“报刊剪摘、注评、展评活动”，目的是激发广泛阅读报刊、探求新知的兴趣，培养动脑动手的学习技能与习惯，创造互相帮助、团结协作的学习氛围。第二次“诗歌朗诵比赛”，目的是培养学生的文学素养，提高同学们的朗诵和欣赏诗词的水平。第三次“‘校园心声’作文竞赛”，目的是激发同学们的写作兴趣，提高学生的写作能力，丰富校园文化氛围。第四次“‘读书是否有用’即兴辩论赛”，目的是锻炼学生采集与处理信息、综合分析、表达交流、探索创新等多项能力与素质，促进学生的全面发展，形成积极向上的思想、文化与争鸣的良好风气。

做到材料有保障，力求多样化。集体材料有语文导报等报纸、教师编辑的专题阅读材料、课本等。各班级要形成自己的班级阅读库，要求每个学生手头至少要有本名著(多者不限)，同学之间的名著要有差别，在此基础上形成班级阅读书目表。根据现在的条件，学生找一部名著来读不是难事。学生自报数目，由语文课代表汇总成班级阅读书目，贴在前边或者印发给学生。几个班级也可以联合形成小范围的阅读库。高考有注重考察名著的倾向，几个省份已经在高考题上体现出来。20xx年山东阅读题和作文题就体现了这一点。自主招生的语文题，题量大，考察面广，更需要优秀学生扩大阅读面，比如阅读历代文选，坚实文言底子，汇聚经典力量。因此我们现在开始就要注意弥补学生名著阅读不足的问题。

师生皆有一份部颁推荐书目。学生的那份可以贴在教室里，或因在相关材料上;教师的则由备课组发放到手，做到读有所向。由阅读组印制发放。

(3)阅读材料和途径有三：

课本有些现代文完全可以当阅读材料使用。比如第一册第二单元，就可以进行“纪念”主题专题阅读，学习各篇文章纪念了什么，是如何纪念的，而第三单元现代文完全可以进行写景抒情散文的阅读，这里可以精读一文，带起其他，做到精读泛读相结合。这是讲读课要完成的阅读任务。各位老师在利用学案学习中务必要从阅读角度搞好引导，学会各类材料的阅读理解。精讲课文的负责老师要负责设置阅读目标，提出阅读要点，在教研活动中加以阐明。

配合课本学习的专题扩展材料阅读。高一上学期主要开展读书、纪念、自然、战争、艺术、科学、社会等专题阅读。至少两周开展一次专题，在阅读课上发放阅读组老师精心搜集整理印制的专题阅读材料，或者组里统一订的报纸、书籍等阅读材料。让学生按照阅读材料的提示进行专题阅读。这些阅读材料的相关内容将进入平时的课文学习、月考试题和写作中。每周一次的随笔写作就可以写作专题阅读内容。阅读组的老师全权负责材料的搜集整理，阅读问题的设置，阅读活动使用材料的安排，不能阅读课上无材料，无提示。此项内容主要由姚晓敏、任金红负责。

积极开展每日经典诵读活动。由张新平、董珊具体负责。精选《弟子规》、《论语》、《诗经》等经典背诵内容，合理分配到每天的诵读中。精心编印每日经典诵读系列材料，用B5纸印制，保证每天一张，要编上具体使用时间。每天早自习前10分钟和下午第一节预备铃响的时间段，甚至每节课前，各班统一起立诵读，做到站立整齐，诵读一致，声音洪亮，不怕重复，真正入耳入心。各位老师要做好指导，检查落实相关内容。经典诵读的相关内容也要进入月考。

阅读教学的教学要点：

阅读能力的生长点在于：在文本的诵读、体验、质疑和揣摩、研习、探讨中学习提高。

阅读课的第一步是深入挖掘文本的语文价值，据此设计合理的教学程序。阅读要引导学生形成如下思维方式：

1、因言得意层次——读出文章写了什么，思考为什么写这些。

2、据意悟言层次——探究文章怎样写的，为什么这样写。

比如传记文(记叙文、小说、戏剧等文学类都具相同特点)的学习就要注意以下几点：

1、把握形象。在时代背景和人物关系中体会人物的形象特征，体会为什么要塑造这样的人物。

2、分析手法。明确塑造人物的手法，弄清典型事件和环境、激烈矛盾冲突、动人细节、个性化语言、铺垫悬念、对比烘托、侧面表现、虚实抑扬等手法表现人物的方法，并思考有何作用、好处。

3、探究精神。 了解传主的人生轨迹，分析影响人物成长的各种因素，对人物发展做出客观的评价，对相关事实和人物关系作出分析，丰富自己的人生智慧;体验传主的精神世界，吸取有益的精神营养，获取有意的人生启示;认识传主的历史作用，正确评价其功过得失;对作者所持的观点和艺术处理方式提出自己的见解。

3.搞好记叙文、散文的阅读与写作，学会写作记叙文。

传统的写作教学一直是这样教：1.教写作知识，2.教写作方法和技巧，3.展示佳作，4.评判习作，5.训练应试套路 。到底有多大的效应值得深思。

对于作文教学，我们要明确能够教什么，不能教什么。1.让学生感受写作的过程可以教。但只可意会不可言传得默会知识很难教，一个人有一个人的写作特点。2.可以体悟写作的规律。“写什么”“怎么写”的程序性知识和如何确定“写什么”“怎么写”的策略性知识都是默会知识，知道但说不出来，那就多体验好了。3.形成作经验，这经验只有在独立的写作实践中才能总结出。 4.丰富写作积累。可以直接体验生活，从社会从自然中体验学习;可以通过读书间接积累生活、感情与思想，丰富自己的经历。

作文训练基本原则：

以学生练习为主，老师讲为辅。以文章示范为主，理论指导为辅。

以微观指导为主，宏观指导为辅。以方法点拨为主，提要求或者标准为辅。

以“基础级”为主，以“发展级”为辅。以结构为主，以语言为辅

以指导细节为主，以轮廓为辅。以引导阅卷老师的眼睛为主，以张扬个性特长为辅。

真正把写作课当做一种课型去研究，力求多样化。

优秀作文欣赏课。可以单独分解进行，也可以整体进行。领悟优秀作文的优秀之处，提高鉴赏水平。①开头写法欣赏②结尾写法欣赏③中间写法欣赏。课堂授课方式：三个15分钟——15分钟阅读，15分钟书面点评，15分钟课堂交流。师生、生生互动。

写作讲评课。作文提纲式和考试式交替进行，作文批改和讲评要采取灵活的方式。每个月要有重点地讲评一次作文，另外的作文可以采取面批和略讲。重点讲评课两课时，具体安排：对本次作文的不同层次进行归类。把学生的作文选出上中下三类各两三篇，然后印发给学生。讲评课分四步走。第一步，让学生把这些文章读一遍，将他们分成上中下三类。第二步，让多个学生谈自己的见解，陈述自己为什么这样分类，优秀作文好在哪里，差作文差在哪里。第三步，在大部分学生对作文评价分类达成共识的前提下，讨论如何将中等和差等的作文改成优秀作文或相对优秀的作文。第四步，让学生从中选定一篇，做修改尝试。每次讲评要有侧重，不能面面俱到：审题立意，结构，语言;文体选择，表达方式(记叙、描写、议论);材料的丰富、新鲜;等等。

作文批阅课。作文批阅采用快速浏览，抓主要问题，抓重点学生，一定要当周解决，不能越周。

A互评互改。针对自己学生的作文;两个班交叉进行。目的：体验作文批阅过程，提高认识水平。把握评价尺度。注重学生自评自改和互评互改，探索评改升格的新路子。变累老师为累学生。①提供高考作文评分标准：基础等级中的内容、表达，发展等级中的特征。②综合分等打分;分项分等打分。③每人四篇，一课时完成。④交流批阅情况。⑤批语，必须签名。

B三层批阅法。写完作文后，对照测试要求，先自己进行修改，把问题(比如圈划错别字、用错的例子等)用红笔标出来，写出感想。然后找可以帮助自己的同学再修改，写批语。然后小组交流修改成果，选出最好的全班宣读。老师收上来的作文是学生两次或多次(积极地学生会找好几个学生评改)修改的作文，检查作文主要看改的情况。然后再重写一次作文，解决存在问题，务必人人过关。把握评价尺度。

C、问题作文的面批。面批的作用：学生被关心的感觉;找出不同学生作文的不同问题，针对问题提出有价值的建议;促使学生作文水平在短时间内快速提升。面批的原则：(1)一对一原则。(2)针对性原则。问题作文。群体方面：作文问题大(甚至书写)、问题多的同学的作文。每个班15——20人。个体方面：抓住一篇文章的关键问题，忌面面俱到。(3)时间性原则。首先是效率：第一时间，完整的时间;趁热打铁;根据一学期的作文次数，确定面批的次数。(4)实效性原则。下一次作文能起到面批带来的作用，体现出学生作文的进步。面批的六点内容：思维方面的(写作角度方面)，内容方面的，材料方面的(新鲜程度，或者使用恰当性)，构思方面的，结构方面的，语言方面的，文体选择方面的。面批的要求：(1)姿态：平等交流(2)语言：亲切和蔼，娓娓道来(3)问题：指出文章最大的缺陷或者不足(4)准备：提前作好记录。(5)预约：面批的集中性和效果的保障。

无论学生还是教师，对写作者不能盲目肯定，也不能残酷打击。每一个评价者在下笔给分数写评语的时候都要根据写作者的具体情况仔细斟酌，在引路、纠偏、鼓励和否定中找准切入口，激励引导并重，提高写作效能。

教学有法，而无定法，请每位老师针对各种课型认真思考，灵活运用，给予你的学生不仅仅是知识，更多的是智慧和能力!!

高一年级写作的重点文体是记叙类文章的写作。设想：充分挖掘教材资源，努力探寻阅读与写作的关系，密切联系社会生活，注意开发现实生活中的作文教学资源，课堂作文训练与口语交际能力的培养双管齐下，使作文教学真正走上系列、优化的健康之路。

为了系统训练，更好地开展工作，设立写作组。由张德起、刘艳丽、荆翠翠具体负责所有写作事宜，张德起为组长，王红军作学术指导。

每周进行一次写作课。保证进行写作训练，学习训练记叙文的各个方面。大小作文结合训练。小作文，从写景、记人、叙事等方面分阶段、有针对性地训练学生的观察、构思、措辞、造句等能力。大作文从观察与感受、想象与联想、再现客观事物、表现主观情感等方面，让学生把握写作运动的内部规律，从根本上提高写作能力。每次作文都要有学案。学案要提前编辑，印制，及时发放，绝不能误事。每周一次的写作课可以和阅读指导课有机结合，做到读写一体化，让学生读有所得，练有收获。写人记叙文由刘艳丽负责，写景文由荆翠翠负责。每次写作，“写什么”、“怎么写”，都要明确到位，决不含糊。

两周一次大作文训练。基本放在周测中。写作组负责确定写作题目，写作题目一定要和最近的作文训练结合起来，起到检验训练效果的作用。每次大作文训练后，写作组负责收集优秀作文，编印高一年级优秀作文，最好用扫描版，原汁原味。责任人：张德起、荆翠翠。

每天要进行规范书写训练。用B5纸印制，书写内容与经典背诵材料挂钩。字太大或太小，行距不齐，不工整，连笔，涂改，标点拐弯，卷面混乱，直接影响试卷的扫描效果，从而影响教学质量。对书写不过关学生要利用各种手段促其改正，有所提高，这是保证教学质量的重要一环，务必下死手抓好。要求学生在考试答题时力求字体工整，笔画清晰。对不过关的要具体到人，一个个去堵，和学生一起研究改正措施(如每天练字200)，狠抓落实，决不能放过。年级将各班的优秀书写可在《一中报》、规范书写展评中加以展示，促进规范书写。责任人：刘艳丽。

积极参加各类作文比赛。平时老师们注意培养学生的阅读兴趣，搜集整理学生的优秀作文，适时作文比赛，浓化写作氛围，促进写作。责任人：崔桂静

写作与口语交际双管齐下。本学期口语训练的重点是两个：一大胆开口，快速思维;二文明应答，得体应和。

4.课文讲读要灵活，基础与阅读并重。

注重课文研读。上学期课文主要为鲁人版一二册。重点篇目为：《劝学》《师说》《归去来兮辞》《烛之武退秦师》《赤壁之战》《在马克思墓前的讲话》《荷塘月色》《荷花淀》等篇目。重点放在文言的学习上。现代文和阅读课有机结合。教研活动一项主要内容为课本研读。

对学案要进行二次加工。学案已经在暑假进行了整理。学案组的老师要在此基础上进行二次加工，整理成更精致的学案，更适合课堂使用，更实用。导学案作为学生学习的学案，要引导学生充分自学，该读的要读，该想的要想，该写的要写，该讨论的要讨论，引导学生充分自学，充分展示，充分训练。学案目标要小、全、透，真正到边到沿，一课一得或一课多得，不能大而空。当堂测试题主要针对每课知识点和能力点进行训练，精心设计，适当拓展，巩固延伸，真正使学案与学生完整的学习流程相吻合。按排序表及时精心地制作学案，定稿前组内讨论，定稿后须经备课组长审核。

学案的编制人就是每次教研活动的主备课人之一。

优化课堂，实施有效教学。本着“程序性知识尽量不讲，方法性知识尽量少讲，阅读性文本尽量精练，知识性知识尽量多看;利用元认知理论，立足诊断性教学，以学生为设计起点;根据目标和评价设计学习过程，注重课堂的探究性，让学生多活动多展示多表达，老师尽量少讲精当点拨;知识、方法、思维相结合，讲练考结合”的原则进行课型设计。

高一两种主要课型的要求：

新授课：

1.解读高考考点内容和考纲对考点的层级要求。

2.使用学案要讲求实效，杜绝知识搬家现象或不使用学案。

3.必须采用问题教学法。设计的问题要有思考性，充分体现诱思探究的特点。

4.落实三讲三不讲要求。即讲重点，讲难点，讲易错易混点;学生看书能会的不讲，学生自己能总结、归纳的不讲，讲了学生也不会的不讲。

5.必须有限时限量的明确要求，必须有督促检查环节，当堂内容当堂落实 。

6.当堂练习要少而精，能联系高考题的必须联系。

7.必须要有归纳环节。

8.老师每堂课的举手投足、表达书写必须规范、严谨、认真。

9.对学生要求严格。

讲评课：

1.必须有详细、具体的试卷分析，有表扬和批评，有及时的鼓励性语言。

2.必须归类讲解，回扣课本基础知识。

3.必须要与高考题相链接或在试题中体现高考题，高考题要有注明、要重点讲解。

4.必须对出错的学生有具体、严格的措施要求。

5.老师要少讲精讲，多让学生分析讲解。

6.对学生要求要严格。
