2016年10月英语师范专业大学生实习报告

作为一个英语师范专业的大三学生，我如愿以偿地来到了苏州太阳花英语学校进行了为期两个月的暑假实习。在这里，从对授课的概念还停留在书本上，到会设计有实际操作意义的lesson plan，再到能娴熟地进行授课活动;从面对孩子突然爆发的哭声茫然不知所措，到能妥善处理一些突发状况，我的确学到了很多，尤其是增长了许多的经历，这说长不长说短不短的两个月，是我在教育之路上的第一块敲门砖，也是我的第一桶金。

从初试、复试、培训、听课再到正式授课，我经历了从student到student teacher 再到teacher的成长过程。

作为助教，我们的作用是很大的。因为我们计划并且操作一堂课。课前，我们根据教科书编写lesson plan. 就是一整堂课的流程，这是给外教用的，包括复习内容、新学内容、课堂游戏等等。课中，我们全程陪同，翻译、维护课堂秩序、提醒外教下一步该做什么。最后的半小时，是英语角，整个就是我的活儿，因为外教只上一个半小时。这一部分也有lesson plan， 而且是很系统很紧凑的，因为在这短短的半小时里，我们要帮助小朋友们复习巩固他们所学的知识，同时融入warm up， game， song and dance多种元素。通常英语角是在整个课的最后半小时，这个时候小朋友们基本上已经坐不住了，而且只有助教一个老师负责了，所以这个时候的授课难度也是最大的。好吧，现在让我来简单介绍一下我是如何开始和结束一堂课的吧。

上午10点，开始上课。玩是孩子的天性，在教授幼儿口语的时候，我们侧重以“游戏”为基本活动的教学活动，更贴近3—6岁少儿在该年龄阶段身心发展的规律和学习特点。

早晨10点之前，我已经早早来到了教室，手中拿着今天上课需要用到的卡片，包括上次课所学内容和今天要学习的内容，还有lesson plan和一些辅助上课的道具，比如彩色的球，、会叫的卡通大榔头等等。我先和陆续到来的学生和家长打招呼寒暄几句，并且把小朋友的英文名写在白板上。十点了，外教sharaif走进课堂，带领孩子们玩起了课前warm up的游戏，一首耳熟能详的歌曲《london bridge》让所有孩子们顿时打起了精神。所有孩子围绕着老师，哼着倒背如流的英语歌曲，全身心地投入了游戏角色。此时，sharaif俨然成为了全班的核心人物。2小时的英语课堂就在这样轻松活跃的气氛中拉开帷幕。

我们为低年龄阶段的孩子提供了不同于传统教学的纯英语学习环境，采取全外教授课模式，通过运用现代教学工具，并配合教师擅长的tpr教学，从视觉、听觉等多方面进行感觉刺激，促进小朋友英语语言技能的逐步成长。

镜头一：sharaif举起了手里的单词卡片，环绕全班小朋友提问：“what’s this?” 卡片正面画了一只活泼可爱的猴子，立即有小朋友应声答道：“monkey” sharaif立即举起了大拇指，我在黑板上为其中反映最快的小朋友画上了一颗五角星，作为积极发言的答题奖励。紧接着，sharaif在每一位小朋友前站立，让小朋友模仿自己的口型和发音跟着朗诵，小朋友的每一次发音有错误，她便会要求小朋友再次跟读直至将单词朗读正确为止。

镜头二：在学习了一系列有关动物的单词后，sharaif和孩子们玩起了动物模仿秀，由老师模仿动物，小朋友们比赛谁写说出正确的单词。当外教弯下腰，双臂左右摇摆，小朋友sky响亮的冒出了单词elephant。

镜头三：十五分钟后，所有单词卡片分散在教室的地面上，这回，小朋友们必须身体力行，练习听单词找卡片。所有单词卡片分散在教室的地面上，小朋友都站在自己的座位前面，他们需要在最短的时间里准确无误地找出外教说出的单词。这个时候，课堂气氛顿时进入高潮，手脑并用的教学方式增添了许多趣味。小朋友们在边学边玩的愉快过程中就学会了这些单词。

镜头四：接下来是游戏时间。玩的是wolf， wolf， what time is it. 小朋友们和外教分别在教室的东北角和西南角，小朋友们发问wolf， wolf， what time is it. wolf(外教)就会回答five o’clock， 这时候小朋友们就要往外教走五步。在最后的dinner time时被抓住的小朋友要过去念卡片......直到剩下一个小朋友，就是winner.

经过这两个月的实习，我还获得了不少实习心得。

一，首先，让学生喜欢英语

让学生觉得英语并不难。自信和兴趣是非智力因素的主要成分，树立良好的自信心和培养浓厚的兴趣，对学习英语将起到积极的推动作用。而长期以来，学生却形成了”英语难学，自己学不好”的心理问题，这就给英语教学工作带来了不利的影响，消除这种心理障碍的主要途径就是要教给学生正确的学习方法。比如在记忆单词时，可以采取多种方式学习相结合，掌握其规律，让学生有据可依，有章可循，而不是机械地记忆某一个知识点。当学生们用自己学过的知识创造出新知识的时候，英语学习就再不是难事了。

二，让学生们相信自己

让学生了解自己的学习成果。学生通过学习必定要获得一定的成果，学生及时了解自己学习的成果，包括所学的知识在实际的应用，作业的正误，成绩的好否，能巩固和发展他们学习动机。老师对学生在课堂中的口头回答要给予肯定或否定，书面专业要及时批改，让他们知道自己的进步情况，从而使他们的学习态度和方法得以强化，激发他们学习的积极性。同时通过反馈作用激起他们的上进心，产生克服缺点的意志，努力向前。

三，培养学生的良好习惯

每个人都有自己不同于他人的学习习惯。好习惯能帮助一个人提高学习效率，使他终生受益。但良好习惯的需要在平时的学习中，通过不断积累，多次练习之后才能逐步形成。学生学习英语之初是培养良好习惯的好时机，否则，一些不良习惯一旦形成，就很难改变。在阅读课文时，注意方式和速度，善于了解事实，发现问题，推断未知信息。练习写句子时，要注意标点符号，大小写，字迹要清楚。平时养成按时完成作业，勤用工具书，科学利用时间等好习惯。

四，形成正确的学习策略

所谓的学习策略是指在学习过程中用以提高学习质量，学习效率的各种活动。它涉及到学习目标、个人知识、学习计划、学习方法和技能等各种与学习有关的因素。如怎样理解、记忆和运用所学的单词，句型，应采取什么样的形式对所学知识的理解、记忆和运用等。

五，端正学习态度

1。要勤学苦练。英语是一种交际工具。学习英语就是要学到熟练地使用这个工具的本领。掌握英语的主要途径就是练。学习英语的过程就是一种练功夫的过程。学英语，语言知识是必须学的，但是只有通过足够的练习，才能领会所学的知识，逐渐达到纯熟地运用的地步。而要达到能听懂、看懂英语，能用英语说和写，也就是能使用这个交际工具，非勤学苦练不可。

2。要积极大胆地说，大胆地读，注意克服畏难、怕羞、不敢开口的心理障碍。

3。要持之以恒。学习英语，要靠日积月累地坚持学习，最忌一曝十寒。开始学习时，觉得新奇，兴趣很浓，往往忽视学习的长期性和艰巨性。不少学生，开始学得不错，渐渐跟不上了，原因很多，而怕困难，不能坚持，往往是原因之一。

六，提高自身的素质，让学生崇拜老师

对学生来说英语已不是既陌生又神秘的学科。许多孩子从小就开始在父母的教育下学习英语，有的孩子在学校开始教授英语前就已经有了很深的英语基础。所以作为老师的就要对学生有问必答，只要学生想学的东西，我们必须给予回答，甚至与我们教学毫不相干的语言我们也要多少掌握一些。有一次，在我上课批改作业时，有一个学生对另一个学生说了一句俄语，我当时说;你说的是法语，意思是china。他感到惊讶，说”老师，法语你也会啊?我是跟我爸爸学的，就会这么一个词。以后我想学法语，就找你。”我对他说:”只要你肯学，我一定教你。但是你首先要把我们现在学的英语学好。”他又有说了一句:”ok。 thank you very much， teacher。”在以后的学习中，这个学生一直努力向前，以优异的成绩读完了英语课程。在其他的学科书上，也可以看到一些外语单词。我想如果学生问起来，老师的回答是:不知道。这会让学生感到失望，而我们也会觉得尴尬。我认为老师留给学生的第一印象，将不知不觉地给他们学习这门学科产生影响。学习是为了应用，用是学习的目的，也是学习的动机。当学生在语言使用中常到了甜头，提高兴趣，获得成功感时，就会增强信心。同时，也会在语言使用中发现问题，并想办法解决，单纯的机械操练只是对语言的的理解。所以，我们要更加努力地学习，发挥自身的辅导作用。

一、指导思想

以学校工作计划为指导思想，全面贯彻落实新课程改革和素质教育的精神，不断改革课堂教学，探究科学有效的教学形式。针对学生英语底子差，基础薄的现状，打算在高一一学期的英语教学中，本着低起点，严要求的原则，逐渐培养学生学习英语的的兴趣和习惯。

二、学情分析

所带高一(1，2)班共有128人，其中男生占到了70%。由于男女性别的差异，这两个班的英语水平普遍较低，有部分同学的中考成绩在50分以下，程度好点的也只有80分左右。这就要求我在教学的过程中注重难易结合，培养兴趣，为以后能顺利开展教学活动打下基础。三、教材内容及重难点分析

本学期要完成必修一和二两个模块的教学任务。必修一中以第一、二和四单元为重点，其中涉及到friendship、internationalrelationship、natural disaster等。必修二以一、二、三和四单元为重点，其中涉及到International sportsevents，Historical events、wildlife protection等。

四、主要工作及措施

(一)在教育教学方面

1、做好初高中衔接工作，搞好三个衔接，做好六个到位。

1) 知识衔接(词汇补充、语法回顾)。在学习新课的过程中的，以新带旧，温故知新。

2) 学习方法衔接。

3) 心理辅导衔接

六个到位

1) 基础知识到位。在日常教学中，立足课本，积累知识，夯实基础，采用起点低、密台阶、小步子的策略，使学生对语言知识彻底理解，准确记忆。

2) 了解学情到位。了解学生学习英语的兴趣、程度、学习方法、学习习惯，为下一步进行高中英语教学做准备。

3)活动到位。对于课堂教学中的每一个环节的设计，都应注重让学生参与到动口、动手、动脑的活动中，以达到师生互动、生生互动的良好效果。考试活动也要到位，适时地对所学知识进行测试并进行合理评价，以达到激励学生的目的。

4)重视阅读教学，拓展学生视野到位。充分发挥英语报刊、杂志、网络的优势，进一步加大阅读材料的输入，拓展学生的视野，提高他们学习英语的兴趣和热情。

5) 因材施教到位。在备课的环节中，要考虑不同层次学生的需要，设计不同层次的活动和题目，让他们在课堂上都能活动起来，都有事情可做。课外辅导方面，要“让优等生深化学习吃得饱，让中等生全面学习吃得好，让学困生侧重学习吃得了”。

6) 能力培养到位。要注重培养学生运用英语进行思维的能力、运用英语解决实际问题的能力。

2、优化使用教材

教材是“课标”的具体表现，是学生学习的“蓝本”。一方面我们要努力去理解新教材、适应新教材、用好新教材，另一方面我们又要努力站在新教材之上使用新教材，要根据教学目标和学生实际对其进行大胆的取舍和重组，让教材为我所用，而不是被教材牵着鼻子走。

3、优化教学过程，向过程教学要效益。

1)新授课要抓好单元教学，突出单元教学重点。

新授课要注重两个过程：一是知识的发展过程(逻辑的)，二是学生认识知识的思维过程(思维的)。要以这两个过程设计教学过程，把学科的“学术形态”转化为“教育形态”，使教学过程符合学生的认知规律。单元教学要把握好各个环节如：warmingup，speaking，reading and comprehending，explanation of language points，unitexercises，listening。

2)设计好课堂任务。

以任务型教学为核心，利用现代化教学媒体创设语言环境，让学生在课堂上能够真正的独立思考、合作交流。“好任务”有两个标准：第一，任务要反映当前学习内容的本质——有意义;第二，任务设置的关键是要把握好“度”，使学生处于“跳一跳摘果子”的状态。

3)注重课内课外阅读

a.教师指导阅读

教师除了课文中阅读材料，还要指导学生的课外阅读，备课时要对其内容,重难点,方式方法等都要作通盘考虑。另外还要注意“教本”和“课外阅读”的相关延伸,即“课外阅读”和“教本”具体课文的相关衔接。同时，教师还要对学生进行阅读策略方面的指导。

b.课堂交流

课堂内除了这些活动，还有课外的team work，daily report，这些材料都以书面形式和口头形式呈现，最后由教师收集作资料保存。

c.英语学习小组活动

每个小组每学期都有机会在课堂展示对一篇文章或一个专题的理解，质疑,评析,欣赏.这是学生自主学习和“研究性阅读”的尝试。

(二)在教研教改方面

加强业务学习和教学研究，促进自身的专业成长。只有认真学习和研究《英语课程标准》，提高自身的语言素养，深入钻研教材，精心设计教学全过程，才能得心应手地去解决教学中的每个问题。

b：我国素称礼仪之邦，其重视礼节程度不亚于欧美任何一国。但是由于中西风俗习惯有很大的差异，如果我们对此不了解，在与英美人进行交往时，就会引起对方的误会，发生不必要的误解。这里我仅把英美人在问候、告辞和称呼上的礼节习惯介绍给大家，以便有助于大家的英语学习和同外国朋友的交往。

一、greetings问候

我们中国人见面打招呼时习惯说：您吃过了吗?(have you eaten? / have you had your meal?)或者说：您上哪去?(where are you going? )。而英美人见面时如果是上午则说：good morning. 如果是在下午则说：good afternoon, 在傍晚就说：good evening. 如果与熟人打招呼则说：how are you? 如果是与较熟的人或朋友打招呼则说：hello, 或hi. 如果用我们中国人见面打招呼时常说的"have you eaten?"去问候英美人，就会引起对方的误解，因为"have you eaten?"在英语里不是打招呼用语，而是"邀请对方去吃饭"。如果见到英美人时说："where are you going?"他们会很不高兴。因为"where are you going?"对英美人来说则是"即干涉别人的私事。"

a：二、parting告辞

到别人家串门或作客，告辞时，英美人习惯说："i should go now." 或 " id better be going now."意思都是"我得走了"。英美人在告辞时从不说："ill go back."(我回去了。)或"ill go first."(我先走了。)因为在英语里, "ill go first."的意思是："时间不早了，客人们该离开了。我先走给大家起了头，其他客人也应该马上离去。"

b：三、addressing people 称呼 平时，我们常听到学生称呼老师为"teacher wang"(王老师)，"teacher li"(李老师)，即便对外籍教师也是如此称呼。其实这是不符合英美人习惯的。

在英语中，"teacher"不能用于称呼。那么怎么来称呼老师才符合英语习惯呢?一般来说，英美人称呼中小学的男老师为"sir"，或mr，女教师为"miss"，如 mr wang miss zhang miss green
