在课后，我根据不同层次的学生的情况进行相应的辅导，以满足不同层次的学生的不同需求，免了只重视优生忽视后进生的思想和做法。在课后的辅导中我加大了对后进生的辅导力度。我对后进生的辅导，要是学习思想的辅导，解决学生的疑难问题的同时，不断的给予鼓励和支持，让他们认识到学习的重要性和必要性，逐渐培养他们学习的兴趣，事实证明，我的这一做法收到了很好的效果。

总之，教育工作是一项常做常新、永无止境的工作。社会在发展，时代在前进，学生的特点和问题也随着社会的不断发展发生着不断的变化。作为有责任感的教育工作者，必须以高度的敏感性和自觉性，及时发现、研究和解决教育教学工作中的新情况、新问题，掌握其特点、发现其规律，尽职尽责地做好工作，以完成我们肩负的神圣思想品德使命。“学高为师身正为范”、

成绩已经成为过去，在今后的教学生涯中，我将一如既往地严格要求自己，刻苦钻研教育教学。

本人自x年经职称领导改革工作领导小组评定为助理馆员职务，至今已有七年时间，现申报馆员职称资格，下面就我这七年来的思想，工作，成绩及其它方面做一个总结汇报;

任现职以来，本人能够遵守单位的各项规章制度，埋头苦干，扎实工作，各项工作都取得了较好的成绩。

一、政治思想工作：始终坚持以马列主义毛泽东思想以及“”的重要思想为指导，以“全心全意为人民服务”为宗旨，以“科学发展观”活动为契机，树立正确的价值观和世界观，政治觉悟得到了不断的提高。同时，紧密围绕自身工作实际，认真学习相关理论知识，不断提高自身的理论水平和综合素质。

二、本职工作：自从事文博工作以来，通过自己的努力工作，顺利的完成了各项工作任务。

xx年参与会议旧址四有档案的建立工作。

xx年参与单位及其他部门完成了“一号工程”建设的前期准备工作;参与了单位组织的进校园宣传教育工作。

xx年参与完成了会议纪念馆申报二级博物馆的材料准备工作;同年参与完成了免费开放的前期准备工作;被单位确定为延安干部学院的候补兼职教师，几年来共为学员讲解20余批次。

xx年，参加了由市旅游局组织的《延安市旅游规划培训》，并同与会人员讨论交流了独著《新时期红色旅游在精神文明建设中的作用》。

xx年，同单位领导完成了对陕西省首次对外开放的四家博物馆、纪念馆的交流工作。参加单位组织的进校园、进社区宣讲活动。

xx年，与同事完成撰写整理会议纪念馆雕塑、警卫队等七处旧居的讲解词工作。

在《广播电视报》上发表了;在旅游规划会上与参会人员交流讨论了心得独著《新时期红色旅游在精神文明建设中的作用》。并和有关同事起草完成了警卫队等七处旧址的讲解词的撰写和免费开放经验交流材料《会议——我党历史上一座闪光的丰碑》。

三、成绩：通过自己的辛勤工作，我的努力得到了回报，工作受到了领导和同事的一致肯定，。。。。xx年度考核均为优秀，。xx年度考核为合格。xx年，被单位确定为延安干部学院候补兼职教师;xx年，被评为县文物旅游系统先进个人;xx年，在文物旅游系统庆祝建党九十周年活动中被评为文艺演出二等奖。

总之，本人自参加工作以来，各项工作都取得了较好的成绩，同时也存在着一些不足。因此，我将在以后的学习工作中，继承和发扬自身的优良作风，和良好习惯，克服自身缺点，全身心的投入到工作中去，争做一名无愧于祖国，无愧于单位的好干部。

My name is MGZ and I am 25 years old, this year is my year, I born in beautful city cangzhou,which in HEBEI province. My major is Safety Engineering. I learn from a good teacher and hope have more opportunities to application of my learning .

In addition ,I like swimming ,on one hand, .swimming can exercise my body: on the other hand ,I enjoy the feeling in the water.it can make me relax,and reduce the pressure of learning. What’s more,and the most

important,it can help me lose weight .anyone who want to swim I think we can go to together.
