紫禁城是皇帝的住所，所以又名皇家的宫殿。在封建社会，皇帝的住所是禁止普通人进入的，故名紫禁城。

故宫为长方形，面积为72公顷，52米宽的护城河和10米高的城墙环绕着，四个角各有一个角楼，在古代为重兵所把守。

故宫始建于明朝初年，也就是1420xx年。当时建成故宫后，明朝的首都马上就从南京移动到了北京。从明朝初年到清朝末年，一共有24位皇帝住在这里，其中14个在明朝，10个在清朝。在620xx年的时光中，故宫见证了许多的变化在明清时期。1911革命之后，清朝被推翻，末代皇帝浦仪也被赶出了故宫。1920xx年，故宫作为博物馆向公众开放，后来被称为故宫博物馆。

午门是故宫的正门，在中国古代时期，一般的建筑正门都是南门，午门是专门为皇帝通过的门，主要用于皇帝去天坛祭天等。午门的命名是皇帝认为它的宫殿建在子午线上，是宇宙的中心。门前的小广场是皇帝颁布新年历法的地方在每年的十月初一，当将军从战场回来时候，献俘大典也在这里举行。

走进午门就进入了故宫，故宫是世界上最大的皇家宫殿建筑群。据民间的传说，故宫有9999.5间房子，它分为外朝和内廷两大部分，外朝为政务区，内廷为皇帝的生活区。太和门是外朝的入口，门前内金水河流过，它的主要功能是防火，而五座石桥跨于内金水河之上，代表着孔子所提倡的五德：仁、义、礼、智、信。孔子就是中国最著名的哲学家，生于春秋时期，也就是公元前7世纪。五座石桥中，中间的是皇帝专用的。它的栏杆雕刻是龙，而其他的石桥的栏杆雕刻是荷花。龙是一种想象中的动物，说到龙这个词，中国人马上就可以想到一个巨大的牛头，鹿角，虾眼，鹰爪，蛇身和狮尾，整个身子被鱼鳞覆盖的动物。在中国的传统中，龙被认为是权力的象征，凤凰被认为是幸运的象征。在封建社会，皇帝就是龙的化身，而皇后则是凤凰的化身。因为龙生活在水中，龙可以控制水，所以在中国有水的地方，人们都会修建一座龙王庙来祈求平安。在故宫中你可以看到数百万只龙，它们分布在彩绘、雕刻、服装、装饰中，你可以自己去寻找它们在故宫内。

进了太和门，这里可以看到游览图，在古代中国，所有的建筑都有中轴线，最好最重要的建筑都是沿着中轴线而建的。今天我们的主要游览也是沿着中轴线来参观的，我们将参观皇帝的典礼所、办公室、卧室和花园等。

在太和殿下面的石台基，我们把它叫做须弥山。这名字来源于佛教，在佛经里说，须弥山是宇宙最高的山。所以这里叫须弥山是为了说明上面的太和殿的至高无上的地位。在台基上拜摆放的是香炉，当大典开始时候，会烧一些松柏，制造出烟雾，下面的人看到太和殿在云雾之中，好象天上的宫殿，给人以庄严的感觉。

在台基上可以看到东边摆着的是日晷，西边的是嘉粮，它们放 这里是象征着皇帝的公正与无私。铜龟和铜鹤象征着长寿，它们实际上也是香炉。

大殿就是太和殿，为木结构建筑，所有的木材都是运自于西南中国的，所有的柱子都是单根的木头。你可以去看看大殿内的布局和摆设，在正中央有个木台子，上面是龙椅，后面有屏风，前面几个是景泰蓝的香炉，地上铺着一张有龙图案的真丝地毯。门口那里很拥挤，我会在铜龟那里等你们。

由于故宫大多数建筑都是木结构的，很容易着火，因此，故宫内有很多大缸，功能是储水防火，其中有18个为镏金的，但在1860年英法联军侵入北京，他们在故宫里抢走了很多的珍宝，最后士兵发现了这水缸上的金子，他们用刺刀把缸表面的金子全部刮掉了，现在你还可以看到刺刀留下的痕迹。

中和殿的作用是作为休息室。当皇帝举行大典之前，皇帝要在这里休息。在皇帝去天坛祭祀天神之前，他要在这里读祭祀的文章。里面的摆设和前面差不多，也都是龙椅、香炉和地毯等。

在古代，保和殿就是人民大会堂的宴会厅，在每年春节的时候，皇帝要在这里举行宴会，宴请蒙古王公和外国使节。在清朝，保和殿也作为皇家考试的场所。在封建社会里，国家的考试分为四等，童试、乡试、会试和殿试。殿试是当时等级最高的考试，当通过了这种考试，你就可以成为大官了。

在保和殿的后面有一块石雕，长16米，宽3米，雕有云和龙，是故宫内最大的单块石雕。

××，1983年1月24日上午11时15分出生于山东省无棣县小泊头镇卫生院。从小与土地亲近，与自然感情之久毋庸置疑。读书生涯以母亲的《中药学》和父亲的《储粮害虫》发端，与生物学结缘也始于此。

接受了正统的十二年中国基础教育，十二年寒窗乏善可陈。初中两次参加中学生物奥林匹克竞赛，分别取得省区一等奖和特等奖。高中三年，平心而论只拼了半年，用减肥八千克换了一张总分623的高考成绩单。怀着对生物学的一腔热情，力排众议报考了山东大学生命科学学院，并被录取。

进入大学，发现理想中之自由开放的象牙塔仍遥不可及，但对我来说已经是“如鳅得泥”。虽然与中学相比，课程的负担不止增加了倍余，但我更喜欢这种忙碌。基础课的教学，应该不能算得上理想，我想这是国内多数大学的通病。不过，课程本身的吸引力，远远大于我对教学方式的不满。虽然没有在拿到全部的优秀，但也算是顺利通过。英语轻松拿下四级六级，也似小马过河，不是一件异常恐怖的事情。

在顺利完成学习任务之余，课外阅读成了我的最大爱好，三年间省下了别人喝咖啡的钱全部买了书。2019年北京，2019年上海，每次都把钱包里的钱换成了更加充实的书包里的书。至今，床头的三层书架全部塞满了各种生物学读物，被同学戏称为山大图书馆生物学分馆。为了及时了解科技界特别是生物学界的动态，各种杂志成了我最大的涉猎品，《SCIENCE》《NATURE》千金难求，《SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN》的中文版三年来一期不缺。

在学校，最大的乐土莫过于实验室，即使基础实验成了理工科学生最为诟病的孱头。虽然无法完全掌控实验，但我力争求变，看到自己的思想被证实或被否定，实在是一件乐事。儿时与土地的亲近和十几年“住院”(live in THE hospital)生活让我对实验操作本身颇有体会。特别是动物实验，被同学叫去在扎满耳孔的兔子耳朵上寻找“立针之地”的往往是我。三年来，十几门实验课，门门都是优秀，每每成为实验同伴偷懒的理由，这也是大学时光里的一个美好的回忆。

闲暇之余，背上帐篷和睡袋，深入济南南部的山山水水中，虽然没有云南风光旖旎，还是能寻找到一份城市中失落已久的难得清静。带上地质锤和放大镜，张夏、山旺，都是好去处。和奥陶纪、寒武纪、第四纪的生灵们打个招呼。虽然还上升不到分子的水平，也算是对进化的小小研究了。

说到进化，2019年的春天，非典疑云笼罩京城之际，我和几个朋友受邀到中央电视台科教频道与南京大学、天津大学的朋友一起参加关于恐龙灭绝的话题的讨论。我们提出的复原恐龙生殖生态模型的观点得到了著名古生物学家董枝明和甄朔南的一致肯定。从北京赶回济南后五天，非典隔离开始。同样因为非典，中央台的节目录制陷入停顿，我们的节目“有幸”被重播四次之多，希望我们的观点能够得到更多人的认可。

不过，比之讨论恐龙灭绝，我更喜欢探讨生命的诞生。在这里，进化不仅仅是一个生物学课题，更是一个哲学命题。我对进化生物学及进化基因组学的认识将在下面的一篇小文中展开，在此就不加赘述了。

甲乙双方根据《合同法》，订立本合同。

一、甲方将位于的商铺出租给乙方，商铺建筑面积为平方米。乙方承租该商铺用于经营_。

二、租赁期间为年，从______年_____月_____日至______年_____月_____日，其中装修期免租个月，市场培育期免租年。商铺交付时间为年月日之前。租期届满后，甲方继续对外出租商铺的，乙方在同等条件下享有优先承租权。

三、租金、保证金、税金及租金支付期限：

四、甲方商铺交付标准：毛坯房、水电及消防喷淋系统安装到位。

五、乙方在经营过程中出现的一切经济纠纷及其它任何责任与甲方无关，甲方不承担任何责任。

六、在合同履行期间，乙方应保持所租商铺内外所有设施完好无损，如果确需改造或增设其他固定设施，应征得甲方同意后再进行改造，所需一切费用由乙方自行承担。

七、在合同履行期间，乙方应遵纪守法，讲文明道德，自觉维护好室内卫生。水、电、物业及社会公共收费(治安、卫生、工商、税务等)等一切费用均由乙方自行缴纳。

八、_建设及设备要求

1、乙方对_项目必须按JGJ58-20__，GB/T3557-94，数字电影DCI国际规范及国家五标准进行建设，其中影厅的银幕不少于10米×18.5米;银幕的尺寸与放映机投影的尺寸必须匹配一致。

2、乙方对_引进的电影设备必须采用进口4K数字放映机、沉浸式全景声环音设备等放映设备及音响设备，营造影厅内视听效果。

3、乙方经营电影博览馆的面积不少于500平方米，内容包含电影历史、电影艺术展览、电影技术博览，同时有与电影相关物品的售卖点。

九、租期满后，乙方不续租的，乙方在期满后不得破坏、拆除室外、室内装修添附的财产(包括但不限于室内墙体、水电、消防设备、地板、天花板、照明设备、_座椅)，同时甲方不对乙方作任何补偿、赔偿。

十、甲方责任

1、按合同约定期间将商铺交给乙方使用。

2、不得无故终止合同。

十一、乙方责任

1、不得利用租赁的商铺进行非法活动，损害公共利益。

2、不得干扰和影响周围居民的正常生活。

3、不得破坏商铺主体结构及设施。

4、服从行业主管部门监督及管理，并遵守国家法律、法规，遵守行业各项规章制度。

5、乙方根据自身经营需要自行安装布置水电的，应当保证用电安全，并保证其装修装饰符合相关消防规定。

6、负责租赁商铺的维护与修缮，并承担费用。

十二、违约责任

1、甲方逾期向乙方移交商铺的，按人民币元/日向乙方支付违约金，且乙方开业运营的期间顺延。逾期超过2个月的，乙方有权解除本合同。

2、租赁期间，乙方不得将商铺转租给第三人，否则甲方有权单方解除本合同。

3、从甲方交付商铺之日起计算，乙方在个月内必须开业运营。乙方逾期开业的，需按人民币元/日向甲方支付违约金。

4、乙方加盟电_线必须经国家广播电影电视总局批准，品牌电_线加盟后必须能放映全国影城内同步放映的新片。乙方签订本合同之日起2个月内必须提供加盟电_线合同，逾期提供的，甲方有权解除本合同。

5、乙方不按时支付租金的.，按照应付未付租金每日千分二向甲方支付违约金。逾期超过2个月的，甲方有权解除本合同。

6、本合同解除或终止之日起5日内，乙方应当将商铺返还给甲方。乙方逾期返还的，应按照合同解除或终止当年年租金每日千分之二向甲方支付商铺占用费。

7、乙方不按时支付水电、物业等费用的，甲方有权在乙方所支付的租金内扣除相应金额支付，并扣减相应金额的租期。

8、甲方按照本条约定解除本合同的，不给予乙方装修、装饰补偿及其他任何补偿、赔偿。

十三、其他

1、免责条件。如因不可抵抗的自然灾害，使双方或任何一方造成经济损失的，任何一方均不得向对方提出索赔要求。

2、因本合同发生纠纷的，双方应友好协商解决，协商不成的，提交钦州仲裁委员会仲裁。

3、本合同自签字、盖章之日起生效。

4、本合同一式陆份，甲乙双方各执叁份。
