二、存在的主要问题

自到中心小学工作以来，自己对学校的德育和自身工作情况一直在不断的反思。不足之外，有待于今后进一步改进。

由于自己的工作要面对教育局德育科、青教办、行政办(政务公开办)、贫困学生资助中心和教育基金会，教师学校教育科研室、德育研究室、教育学会、教育志办公室(校志办)等9个部门，处理业务性事务耗时较多，难免顾此失彼。今后要加强自身管理，协调好德育处的工作关系，继续提高工作效率。

第十六章 违 约 责 任
