二、工作方面

教师是学生学习的促进者，学习能力的培养者，更是学生人生的引路人。教师的任务是教书育人，但不能只做一个“教书匠”，更要做个“教育者”。具体做法如下：

1、课一前认真钻研教材，备深备透每一节课。

2、组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的注意力，使其保持相对稳定性。同时，激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛。课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学英语的兴趣，课堂上说练结合，课外作业少而精，减轻学生的学业负担。

3、利用课余时间做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作，尤其关注后进生的转化工作。对后进生努力做到从友善开始，比如，多做思想工作，从生活上关心他。从赞美着手，所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重，所以，和差生交谈时，对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重，还有在批评学生之前，先谈谈自己工作的不足。

4、热爱学生，平等地对待每一个学生，让他们都感受到老师的关心，良好的师生关系促进了学生的学习。在教学工作中，我努力提高自己对学生的亲和力，与学生建立和睦友好的关系。我信奉“亲其师，方能信其道”。只有真正地关心学生、爱护学生，跟学生做朋友，心心相通，学生才会愿意接近你、亲近你，才会乐意地去学习你所任教的科目。在平时的教学工作中，我总是努力去做到这一点。

三、出勤方面

毕业从事软件开发期间，我经常听到其它同行说他们客户的需求又要变啦。而且当时在做需求分析的时候，客户没有提出，等差未几做好时提出。假如要修改，而当时在设计数据库的时候没有考虑这个题目，修改数据库又要耗掉大量时间，增加开发本钱。假如不修改，项目又完成不了，无法收钱。

又或者软件在使用了一段时间，在使用一些查询功能的时，反应好慢。随着数据越录越多，这些查询功能就会越慢，假如要解决这个题目，一定需要修改数据库。而要修改数据库，对于软件开发来说，是十分痛苦的。

要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。众所周知，人类社会已经进入了21世纪，新的世界将是个充满竞争和多变的世纪，中国要在跨世纪的竞争中取得主动，中华民族要腾飞，要最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。如果我们不懂英语，怎么去了解世界?只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来，才会对英语学习真正感兴趣，这种兴趣也有可能转为学习英语的动力。因此我结合本班学生的实际情况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，形成学习动机。

第三，努力建立融洽的师生关系。

相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，主动和他们交流，谈心，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性，大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光;生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。

不足之处：目前任务型教学法是新课程理念下的创新教学法中的最重要一种它也是交际法的发展。教师是活动的设计者，组织者，学生是交际者。在课堂上我总怕学生吃不饱，不知不觉地讲多了，没有给学生思考的空间;知识传授比重大，语言实践不足等等。今后我积极加强自身的课程改革理论学习，转变教育理念，建立以学生为本的教育观念，树立活动教学观，争取做一名具有现代素养的人民教师。

这学期是我任教的第二学期，我担任初一年级一班，二班的英语教学。由于教学经验颇浅。因此，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向前辈学习。经过一个学期的努力，获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学状况。

教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生状况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候，我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易理解。但一开始我就碰了钉子。在讲授第一课的时候，我按照自己的教学设计，上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课，认为教学效果如期理想，怎知小测出来才明白不如人意。之后听同学们反应，才明白我讲的口语大部分同学听不懂，而教学的部分资料同学们以前从来未接触过。从而可知，我在上课前根本没有了解清楚学生的实际状况：

一方面，初学英语的学生说的潜力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，二班的同学比较活跃，上课气氛用心，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体，而一班一部分同学比较调皮，学习欠用心性，虽然优良生比例大，但中下层面而也广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。从此能够看出，了解及分析学生实际状况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和用心性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每一天我都花费超多的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。个性是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

备课充分，能调动学生的用心性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的潜力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课必须要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课资料丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每一天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后务必努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不原学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是帮忙班上的同学改英文名，尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高，才能提高同学们的英语写作潜力，对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

因为英语的特殊状况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如在一班，我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有潜力提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取群众辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平;第二组是肯学，但由于潜力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩，不能操之过急，且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力，成绩有望搞提高;第三组是纪律松散，学习不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。

英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持下班了解早读状况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的潜力。

期中考和期末考是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果，因此就应予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结。从中段考试能够看出两个班的平均水平相当，一班的差生面相对较大。所以在中段考后的时间里，我把力量主要集中在两班的差生辅导上，个性是一班，以缩短差距。另外，还发现学生的综合潜力不够强，所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生简单学，容易掌握。而期考结果证明，适当辅导差生对班的整体发展有很大帮忙。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高两班的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学习，争取进步。

I graduated from Medical College and got my bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine in 20xx. After that, I became a doctor in the Affiliated Hospital Medical College and took charge of some research and teaching work in Ultrasound. In the past six years, I have published 6 papers, 3 of those were published in core journal. 2020年7月商务英语专业大学生实习目的

一、毕业生基本情况

我系商务英语专业XX届毕业生共20人。全部学生至实习前已完成商务英语专业教学计划规定的大一至大三上学期共五个学期的全部理论课程(包括专业基础课和专业技能课)。

二、毕业实习的目的和要求

毕业实习是高等实现专业人才培养目标的重要环节，也是在校学习的继续、深化、补充和检验。实习的目的是让学生通过各类实习接触实际和了解社会，学习生产技术和管理知识，获取本专业的实际工作技能，巩固所学理论知识，培养初步的实际工作能力和专业技能。

商务英语专业学生做好毕业实习的工作，有助于培养学生综合运用所学英语语言、国际商务知识和技能分析问题、解决问题的能力;有助于学生更全面地了解社会、了解涉外商务活动，树立起理论联系实际、实事求是的工作作风和踏踏实实的工作态度;有助于检验学生所学理论知识在实际工作中的应用范围及适用程度，巩固和扩大所学专业知识;加强理论与实践结合，培养学生实际操作能力，使学生能较快地适应工作，顺利地走上工作岗位。

实习具体要求如下：

1、了解社会和实习场所的一般情况，增加对本学科专业领域的感性认识;

2、初步了解所学专业在国民经济建设中的地位、作用和发展趋势;

3、熟悉专业技术人员的工作职责和工作程序，获得组织和管理生产的初步知识;

4、实习过程中应做到“三勤”：即手勤、嘴勤、腿勤。做到不懂就问，不会就学;虚心向公司、企业或单位实习指导者学习，努力提高自己的业务水平，为正式上岗打下基础;

5、坚持撰写实习日志;

6、撰写实习报告，包括题目、实习单位介绍、实习内容、实习过程以及实习心得、体会等(不少于1500字，a4纸打印);

7、实习结束后，请实习单位根据实习学生实习表现填写鉴定表，并加盖公章。

三、毕业实习的基本内容

商务英语专业毕业实习的内容丰富，可包含以下几个方面：

1、到各英语培训、中小任英语教师

2、到公司、企业从事办公室文秘工作、办公室日常工作、客户接待、会议安排等;互联网信息查询;英文函电的草拟、发送;商务材料、函电、合同等翻译;外贸单证业务;产品介绍、推广等。

3、到商务局、经贸委从事办公室文秘、日常工作等。

4、到旅游局、旅行社从事办公室文秘、日常工作或导游工作(需持有导游资格证)。

四、毕业实习方式和时间分配

毕业实习将以统一联系校外实习单位为主;有意向单独实习的学生经教学系领导批准、教务处备案后可自行联系就业单位。

XX届商务英语专业学生自XX年3月1日至XX年5月1日进行毕业实习。XX年5月3日返校报道。XX年5月8日之前提交实习报告和实习鉴定表。

五、实习期间指导教师的职责

1、提前了解实习单位情况和学生实习要求，会同实习单位有关人员根据实际情况制定详细的实习安排，并做好实习相关准备。

2、按实习大纲和实习安排的要求，安排、落实各项实习工作，与实习单位配合及时解决实习中的问题。

3、在实习中对学生要加强指导，严格要求，组织好各种教学和参观活动，积极引导学生深入实际，检查督促学生完成各项实习任务。

Joyce means happy and bright, just the feelings I want to give to other people. I come from the city of Haikou,it which is a famous tourist city.
