一学年的时光转瞬即逝，本学期我担任八(1)、(2)两班的教学，在过去的时光中，有过辛酸，有过欢乐;有过彷徨，也有收获，在荆棘中坎坷而行。经过七年级一学年的学习，大部分学生基本上会说简单的对话，看懂简单的英文读物，但部分学生基础很差，单词基本不会;他们的学习目的不明确，不爱学，他们不敢开口讲英语，更不懂英文写作。究其原因，是学生对英语学习的接触面小，说练机会少，以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改进教学方法。

1、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念

学生是学习的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。

2、努力建立融洽的师生关系

相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性，大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光;生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。

3、严谨治学，保持良好的教态

教师的教风直接影响学生的学风，所以我时刻提高自己的思想觉悟，做到爱岗敬业，学而不厌，诲人不倦，为人师表，治学严谨，还要保持良好的教态。老师的教态好，学生就喜欢，他们听课的兴趣就高，接受知识也快。反之，学生就不喜欢，甚至讨厌。特别是正处于青春期的初中生，看问题开始有可独立的见解，对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时，我利用语言的轻重，语调的高低，和一定的动作表情，尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时，我的表情变得自然亲切，使学生他们感到老师对他们的信任，这样学生就增添了勇气，就能大胆地回答问题。

4、积极创造语言情景。

八年级英语这本教材注重对学生综合语言能力的培养和训练，强调以学生为主体的有意义的语言实践活动，为教学营造了轻松愉快、积极向上的学习氛围。它强调运用任务型教学法把探究性学习引入外语学习中，使学生主动融入创造性的、有意义的整体语言学习中。所以我想方设法创设语言情景以激发学生的求知欲，从而提高他们的学习兴趣。在听与说中培养语言能力，在听与说中激发学生的热情和兴趣。

5、自我提高与教科研。

本学期我努力学习英语教育教学理论和新课程理念，经常阅读《中学英语教师报》、《中小学外语》，自觉参加各项学习与培训，收到了较好的效果，使自己的业务水平有所提高。

总之，在过去的一学年中，有过收获，也有失落。在学校领导的统一指挥下，经过学生的配合和自己的不懈努力，取得了一定的成绩，但也还存在一定的不足之处，比如，教学方法还要不断研究探讨，培辅力度还要加大，信息技术知识还要不断学习提高等等，我在今后的工作中将在同行的帮助下不断改进，争做与时俱进的合格教师。

b)顺应教学改革方向，积极参加教学改革，做教育教学的有心人。以人为本，因材施教，根据不同学生的不同特点，采取不同的教学方法;关注全体，关注差异，教他们学会学习，学会做人。根据英语学科的特点，我打算开展“任务型教学”实验活动，把学习者个人的生活经历作为课堂学习的主要资源，力图将课堂内的语言学习与课堂外的语言活动结合起来。每上一节课，我会突出“八个抓八个不”：一、抓听讲集中，不能过于松散无束;二、抓讨论合作的效果，不能流于教学形式;三、抓发言与质量，不能让课堂死气沉沉;四、抓作业书写规范与作业按时完成，不能轻易放纵学生;五、抓自学指导与训练，不能让学生连读书都不会;六、抓教学难点与重点，不能使教学走过程;七、抓有意注意和无意注意，不能过张或过驰;八、抓暂差生辅导与补差，结合学生自身实际情况做到因材施教，不能让他们失去学习的兴趣。

d)、加强个人修养，练好基本功。进一步树立自已强烈的事业心和责任感，加强自已的工作能力和工作艺术，顾全大局，维护学校良好形象，努力调动学生的学习积极性，提高教学质量，力争在教学中体现实力，在工作中保持动力，在学生和老师的交往中凝聚合力。
