英语作为一门外语，对大多数学生而言，既生疏又困难。在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。为此，我采取了一些方法，如尽多使用多媒体设备进行教学;开展形式多样、生动活泼的课堂语言实践活动;介绍英美国家的文化，生活故事;帮助班上的同学改英文名等等。使他们了解英语、喜欢英语，从而培养了学生学习英语的兴趣。目前，我们班学生对英语学习的兴趣始终稳定在较高水平。

二、认真备课、上课，改进教学方式、注重辅导学法

在集体备课的基础上，我能自觉钻研教材、研究学生，进行二次备课。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

教态自然、讲课生动、难易适中、照顾全部，课堂就能够吸引住学生。本人能做到每天都有积极的精神状态，让学生感受到一种积极的学习气氛。我能遵循听说、读写跟上的教学要求，努力加大课堂训练量，加快课堂节奏，切实提高课堂教学效率。除保证课堂效果之外，还需要让学生课外多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持到班辅导，发现问题及时纠正。课后坚持认真批改学生作业，发现问题及时解决。对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，以打好他们的初一基础。 三、做好“培优转差”

按以往经验，学生在英语学习进入一定阶段后，会出现好差分化现象，尤其是新的教材开始启用、学习难度加深以后。为此，我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目标，对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有一定基础，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平;第二组是肯学、但学习能力不强的同学。对这部分同学进行耐心指导，多加鼓励，慢慢提高他们的成绩;第三组是纪律松散、基础不好、学习又不认真的同学。对这部分人进行课余时间个别辅导。由于实施了分类辅导，针对性强，效果比较明显。

一个学期的努力效果如何，期末考试就是一种考验了。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是这学期本人确实学到很多，重要的是如何总结得失，以期在下学期后做得更好。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问、多想、多向书本、专家、同行学习，争取更大的进步。

初二下学期，我任教初二两个班的英语。这学期初，大部分学生基本上会说简单的对话，看懂简单的英文读物，但部分学生基础很差，单词基本不会;他们的学习目的不明确，不爱学，他们不敢开口讲英语，更不懂英文写作;再加上一些方言的影响，这些学生要学好英语很不容易。英语是中学生的一门主课，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放弃了它。

究其原因，是学生对英语学习的接触面小，说练机会少，以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改进教学方法。

一、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念

学生是学习的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。

二、使学生明白学习目的

要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。众所周知，人类社会已经进入了21世纪，新的世纪将是个充满竞争和多变的世纪，中国要在跨世纪的竞争中取得主动，中华民族要腾飞，要最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。如果我们不懂英语，怎么去了解世界?如果我们不会说英语，也听不懂他们说什么，就无法与他们交流，沟通，更谈不上有商业交易了。

只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来，才会对英语学习真正感兴趣，这种兴趣也有可能转为学习英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，形成学习动机。

三、努力建立融洽的师生关系

相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。

上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性，大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光;生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。

四、严谨治学，保持良好的教态

教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。驾驶的一言一行，无时无刻不在影响着学生。所以我提高自己的思想觉悟，做到爱岗敬业，学而不厌，诲人不倦，为人师表，治学严谨，还要保持良好的教态。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学习有直接的影响。老师的教态好，学生就喜欢，他们听课的兴趣就高，接受知识也快。反之，学生就不喜欢，甚至讨厌。

特别是正处于青春期的初中生，看问题开始有可独立的见解，对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时，我利用语言的轻重，语调的高低，和一定的动作表情，尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时，我的表情变得自然亲切，使学生他们感到老师对他们的信任，这样学生就增添了勇气，就能大胆地回答问题。

不足之处：目前任务型教学法是新课程理念下的创新教学法中的最重要一种，它也是交际法的发展。教师是活动的设计者，组织者，学生是交际者。在课堂上我总怕学生吃不饱，不知不觉地讲多了，没有给学生思考的空间;知识传授比重大，语言实践不足等等。

二、教学方法

四、教材分析

本书共有十个教学单元，每个单元都列出了明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还附有SELF CHECK部分，学生可用来自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。在本书主要安排了现在进行时，一般过去时、祈使句、描述性的形容词、频率性副词、交通工具等语法内容，增加了复习单元文化背景知识和学习策略等部分，并增加了任务型学习成分和语篇输入。

五、学生现状分析

学生整体成绩不太好，学生各方面能力一般。因此重点巩固学生的基本知识点，着重培养学生的阅读能力，综合运用能力和口头及写作能力。学生成绩层次相差大，因此要以陪优转差为主，抓基础教育，培养兴趣，调动学习积极性，以提高整体成绩，减少低分率。

初二英语教学工作总结

一、工作出勤方面：我热爱自己的事业，积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己份内的工作。在教育工作中，我积极参加集体备课、评课的教研活动和学校组织的例会。在我工作的这一学期中，没有缺课、迟到、早退，严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。

二、教育教学工作方面：1、课前准备：钻研教材，认真备课。每一次备课都很认真，遇到没有把握讲好的课时立即提出，请其它英语老师参谋，综合考虑各种方案。多发表自己的见解让大家讨论，如有问题立即更正、改进。

2、多听课。本学期进修学校组织观摩课竞赛，为学习和提高讲课经验提供了一个很好的平台。学习有经验教师的教学方法，努力学习、积累经验，积累了许多教学技巧，提高了自身的教学水平，听课的同时，认真做好记录。

3、组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的注意力，使其保持相对稳定性。课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学英语的兴趣，课堂上说练结合，布置好课外作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。

备课是课堂教学的重要环节。我在备课时做到了：课前认真钻研教材、整合教材。我认真阅读各种教学参考书，既备教材，又备学生，结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既考虑知识的纵向联系，又考虑新知识的横向衔接;既突出重点，又突出难点;既体现完整的教学过程，又注意好各个环节的过渡自然。课中为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的活动，将教学内容层层铺开，充分调动了学生的情感态度和兴趣。课后总结教学经验，每上完一课时，我都及时总结和反思，写出教后记，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该节课的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。

三、认真上课，以生为本

课堂上，以学生为主体，充分发挥学生主动学习的作用，培养学生良好的英语学习习惯，最大限度地培养学生热爱英语、学习英语的兴趣。教学中，大胆探索和实践科学的教学方法，寻求适合本班学生的教学模式，同时注意因材施教，兼顾好中差，既注重对“尖子生”的培养，也不忘对那些“后进生”的关注与帮助。

四、虚心学习，提高教学能力

听课也是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法。只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验，所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。不仅听我们组优秀老师的课，也听其他老师的课，收获很大，掌握了很多驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，还会学习领会记在听课笔记上的教师们上课时讲到的，然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学中，取得了较好的效果。

Good morning. I am glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is Dongzhanji,I am twenty-five years old. I come from zibo city of Shan dong Province. I graduated from Shandong university of technology in July, 20xx. In the past one year I have been preparing for the postgraduate examination while I’ve been working in a paint factory as Research and Development person.
